If i could rate a 0 I would horrible service been waiting for them to call me to switch out a back piece since it was delivered was told to message Facebook I did been since may 16 and still nothing this is ridiculous I will refuse to ever purchase from here a again even when you call the guy he dont answer all u get is voice mails or a hung up on watch out for them dont waste your breath on there service

2021-09-08My wife and I were greeted to a warm clean and family oriented environment right away as soon as we walk through the door. The showroom floor was nice because whatever it is that you’re inquiring as what you would get it wouldn’t be swapped out with something else like other stores would do Carlos made sure to ask questions even though we were determined the mattress we wanted he still would ask questions like most people would probably not do to make sure that this was the mattress for us not just to make a sale. Mattress and box spring were delivered very pleased slept like a baby this was the carbon series by beauty rest mattress was amazing I will do business here from here on out only so thank you Carlos!!

I saw the furniture I wanted on the website he gave me a reasonable price and delivered to my house in 40 minutes. Plus he do COD. I never had a service as great as Galleria furniture. 2021-09-03I was so indecisive… everywhere had everything on back order for months out… Carlos helped me diligently and wasn’t stopping until he found the pieces I loved! They delivered right away! Everyone was great from walking in the door to them leaving my house after setting everything up. Highly recommend!
