I had a great experience with my facial and the student who did it was so friendly and professional. Very relaxing experience and my skin looked very hydrated and glowing . I liked it so much that I brought my 86 year old mom for her first facial which I never would of done if I thought she might not like it. She was very apprehensive but she loved it. You really can’t beat the prices and I’m sure it may depend on student on skill and ease but not unlike any spa. The place was very clean and looked updated and modern. I will definitely go there for more services. It was also not difficult to get an appointment probably because they don’t advertise that I know of.

I would not even give this place one star if possible. I signed on to attend the esthetician program back in December 2021 for me to start Feb 2022. I attended my first class and let me tell you what a disaster it was. None of the staff members were professional or friendly. We learned how to do a basic facial on a mannequin to a video with no sound. The instructor was not interested in leading the class nor teaching us anything. Instead, the instructor spent 3 of the 4 hour class time gossiping with a more senior student about all of the drama going on in the school. No student seemed happy to be a student there. The first class was completely unprofessional and unorganized. I did not feel confident that I would receive a quality education from this school so, I withdrew from the program the very next day. The Enrollment Agreement they have you sign is the most unconscionable thing I have ever encountered in my life. They give you 3 days after signing to back out with no penalty, after that, they keep 20% of your tuition. Now, keep in mind, I signed the Enrollment Agreement back in December but, my classes did not begin until February so, I was obviously well past the 3 day window. This school has ROBBED me of $2,500 after attending only ONE class. If you are wanting to go to school to get your esthetician license, please accept this as a WARNING. This school should not even be an accredited institution. The school will not return any of my emails or phone calls, they basically have robbed me and now have ghosted me. This school needs to be investigated as I know they are not offering a quality education.

From the student perspective this school does not deserve a single star. There is no such thing as getting certified in makeup or eyelash extension in this school ,you basically watch somebody else doing makeup and then you’re getting piece of paper stating certification in PARTICIPATION, most of equipment is not working ( steamers, towel cabbies, mag lamps) there is only one hydroderm machine locked in “managers” office and its not working either and you will never get a chance to work witch it! The “organic” products are also kept locked so u only use them on clients 🤣, another funny thing is that students are not allowed to use blankets while in facial because according to management it takes a long time to dry them so remember 🤣only for clients 💃🙃🤣lot to mention but I am not going to waste my time. First time visit to a beauty institute and it far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful, clean, peaceful facility. Staff is very welcoming and friendly! Hydration facial and products were fantastic! Product absorbed with great technique and I left with glowing refreshed skin. Going back today and taking a friend! Will definitely continue to use their services.

Love being a student at this school/location! The instructors are attentive & answer all your questions. They make class enjoyable! You can tell they have passion for what they do. The cleanliness & sanitation procedures learned are impeccable & hands-on experience with many tools gives us experience in so many areas to set us up for a career after graduation. Love The G Institute! The spa uses all organic products and also carry their own retail line! Prices are affordable, and so many services to choose from. Specialty facials, waxing and even makeup lessons.The atmosphere is relaxing. Students and staff are knowledgeble and friendly. Highly recommend.

Im in the esthetician program this is the worst school. I wish I didn’t waste my money here now I’m stuck till I graduate since I can’t afford dropping out and going to a new school YIKES. Not to mention how unprofessional this school is, worst communication ever, they keep adding new stuff into the program last minute on top of a lot of projects you have to do. And let’s talk about how rude the teacher is here and staffing. They literally scream all the time all the girls are FED UP with it, they have no respect for the students at all. I know they take down all negative reviews cause they don’t want a bad rep but wowza don’t waste your time or money going here can’t believe schooling is $14,000 should be $100 with how they teach you and what stuff you get.
