I have been seeing Stephanie for almost 3 years now. She is absolutely amazing and she knows exactly how to keep my skin beautiful. It took me years to find Fusion, I’ll never go elsewhere. 100 stars if I could, but 5 will have to do.

Wow, absolute luxury!!! I have had many services at Fusion Med Spa, the staff is so pleasant and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. I recently had a hydrofacial, it was fantastic, my skin felt so fresh and hydrated. I highly recommend Fusion - You will be very impressed!!!
Thanks to the the talented esthetician, Stephanie, my face feels so smooth and youthful! I received a hydra-facial and it really did wonders for my pores and dry skin. They always are so great and know how to treat their clients. Ive already scheduled myself for another appointment.
I needed a kick start and finding Fusion Med Spa was a godsend!I had become sedentary from a bad ankle sprain and wanted desperately to be active again but my muscles had pretty much atrophied, just stretching was impossible.After only a few sessions of combined Lipo Laser/Infrared Body Wraps, mobility came back to my hips and knees, and I lost a half- inch of body fat.Angela, Lourdes and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, professional and provide a very positive experience.

This is the first negative review Ive ever written. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt even after negative reviews. Because I know there are always two sides to the story, and the customer is not ALWAYS right. This business is just so disorganized! My appointment was rescheduled three times due to scheduling errors. When I finally did get in Stephanie came out of the treatment room 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Then without acknowledging me she proceeded to chat with her former client for about another 10 minutes. I witnessed her being incredibly rude to a coworker of hers. She told off the poor girl in front of me and two other customers. When I was finally able to go into my consultation with her she was brief and condescending. Then dismissed me saying she had another client. Im sure she is good at her job. But I would rather go to someone who treats the other coworkers respectfully. And also respects my time. Im at a different spa & I couldnt be more happy!
I have suffered from out of control Rosacea for years. I have visited various med spas for IPL treatments that would remove some of the broken capillaries, but they were never able to get the breakouts and flushing under control. A few visits with Stephanie and my face is on the mend. The IPL she performed cleared up the majority of the broken capillaries, and the PCA Sensi Peel she gave me brought the terrible inflammation and breakouts on my cheeks down to a smooth, pink tinge. My face looks so much healthier and I am so grateful. Stephanie actually cares about her clients and actively tries to help you resolve any issues you may have. I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to improve not only the appearance, but the overall health of their skin.
My skin is glowing soft and youthful!! I came to Fusion Med Spa for prevention and anti-aging. I love what they have to offer. They are very helpful in advising what is best for your needs/wants without pressure. The combination of a chemical peel and microdermabrasion is my favorite. They also offer the Hydra Facial which I was dying to try because all the celebrities rave about this treatment. I highly recommend Hydra Facial if you are looking for instant results. They usually have promotions as well if you are on a budget. Hands down, the best med spa in Naperville.
Angela the mgr is extremely rude & unprofessional. Office is disorganized. Prices are not listed. They make them up as they go along. If you buy multiple sessions of a service keep track of how many you have used. They will tell you that you have used more than you have. Do not recommend.
I got done hydra facial today but didn’t see any difference in my skin even blackheads remains same on my nose that’s what my main concern I just wasted my money too much price but not worth it useless, and she didn’t use red light on my face that’s the part of that facial she took all time in massaging my neck and shoulder , repeatedly saying wasting of money that place!
This is a great Med Spa! I went to this place on a groupon offer and am very glad I found this gem. They offer the best facials and chemical peels and the estheticans are very knowledgeable. The HydraFacial is my favorite.
No matter how bad i felt last year when they cancelled on me for 3 times i went back this year because from my experience this spa is the best in the aria when it comes to facials, i had already 2 hydrodermabrasions and my face looks and feels great

I agree with negative remarks here. The problem starts at management level, represented by Angela. There seems to be a very poor communication between management and staff. The prices are all over the map and prices vary depending on who you talk to.
The ladies there were really nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend to others to go and get a PCA peel or microdermabrasion.
Very clean and friendly staff! Accommodating and are happy to answer any questions that you may have.

2021-09-24I would give Fusion and Stephanie 6 stars, if I could. Ive been a loyal client for many years and have always been impressed with the variety of services and level of professionalism from Stephanie and the other staff. I have tried various services suggested by Stephanie and with her guidance settled on what works best for me and my goals. I cant imagine going to another esthetician. When I have questions, she is easily accessible by text and is well educated on procedures and outcomes. Plus, she has the magic touch when providing facials and neck massages :) I have had numerous friends tell me how good my skin looks and no one can believe my age. Thank you Stephanie and Fusion!

2021-07-24I enjoyed my facial. I am a woman of color and I felt uncomfortable with my esthetician mentioning things are not expensive and how she asked of my skincare remine & not giving me instructions on how to undress for my appointment. She stated before walking out, you know what to do.

2020-02-09This spa has so many options! I got the hydra-facial and couldnt be happier! It was relaxing and refreshing. Afterward my face felt super smooth and fresh for days! I also tried the Venus body contouring and got a read out of my body composition to help me better understand what I need to work on to be my best physically. Great friendly staff, clean beautiful spa, so many cool options to explore! I def recommend this spa!

She is amazing, she has the acknowledge about the service you are getting, and answers and explains anything you ask. She listens to your needs, concerns and pays attention to detail. I’ve been seeing her for a few years and she’s always been so accommodating for me with my busy work schedule. She even stayed an hour later for me on a SATURDAY. 2019-05-26I was introduced to Fusion Med Spa and worked with Stephanie. I explained that I wasnt happy with my abdominal area of my body and she suggested ultrashape coupled with Venus legacy treatments. She explained everything to me on how this process worked, when I would see results and was very professional. I have finished my treatments and I can already see the difference in my abdominal area and super happy with the results. I would totally recommend seeing her for services.

2018-12-19I did a few treatments at this Med Spa and was very happy with my results. The laser hair removal was quick and painless and the Hydrafacial really helped with my acne. Glad I found this place with such caring and knowledgeable staff.
