One of the only places in Joliet I can find Lilys chocolate bars and chocolate chips (sugar free & amazing). They carry a really good amount of supplements, sweeteners and personal care products. I also like the overall feel of the store, very welcoming and friendly staff.
I will never go into this store again and I dont recommend that anyone else goes here either. I went into the store last Saturday with my significant other for the first time and the woman who works there, who I suspect is the manager, followed us through every aisle! We felt so uncomfortable to the point where we just ended up leaving the store without buying what we came in there to get. And it didnt stop there. She proceeded to watch us the entire time as we left, got into our car, and drove away. It was so rude and beyond disturbing.There are many other healthy, cheaper (and friendlier) food stores to spend your money; dont bother coming here to do it.
Staff was amazing, i went because of a heavy period with heavy cramping and the staff carefully picked the right product for me and also gave me more information on how to treat my problem in papers. I felt way better 2 hours after i used the product with the specifications.
Came in looking for good day chocolate nighty night for kids for my 9 year old. I had to bring my baby in with me and I couldnt find the brand so I asked a young man which was very eager to try and help. He then asked a woman coworker who was extremely rude and did not know about the good day brand. But I think she thought I was looking for melatonin for my baby I had with me which was not the case. It was extrememly awkward and I will not return.
I was attended by a young Latino and had a great experience. I was having a bad day and he went out of his way to say have a great day. Which for me I really appreciated it and made me smile. I will come again if he is there.
I recommend this place for natural beauty and body care inside and out. I believe all our need is here .The customer service is great!Thank you for your service Fruitful staff and products.

It was my first time shopping at the store and the young Indian guy behind the register was rude and didnt even say hello. I wont be back. I will take my business elsewhere where by business will be appreciated.

2021-08-12I come to this store all the time to buy refreshments for my shift at the Pizza Hut just around the corner. I just had to leave a comment because one of the employees saved me some coconut oil toothpaste gel when I showed interest in trying it, and I thought that was so thoughtful! That, and everyone is always so nice and eager to help. It’s also great to have healthy options so close to my job (which is unhealthy lol) thanks for going above and beyond! :)

2021-09-05By far my favorite store for items made without grains. And love their fresh fruits & vegetables! Smaller store, so it doesnt take 5 hrs to go thru & the staff is knowledgeable, polite and always helpful!!

2021-10-14Good selection of gluten free items, but the employee who rung me up was absolutely miserable to me. I was given an immediate and vile response from her when I asked if they took EBT. Just because Im poor doesnt mean I dont get to treat myself with food items that cater to my allergies. I went back to my car to get an alternative payment, and when I came back she gave me the cold shoulder and refused to speak to me, to the point where I was visibly upset. I regret not just leaving my stuff there to go elsewhere where I wouldnt be mocked and ridiculed for having an EBT card.

2021-03-18Tried for 2 hours to place an order on the Fruitful Yield website for curbside pick up today. It was really important as I needed specific items to battle COVID in this house. Website wasnt working, so I phoned in the order to the Joliet store. The male employee was nice enough to take it & he verified everything I needed was in stock. We were on the phone for a few minutes while he ran to check on items & we reviewed the order. But when my daughter picked up the order, it was screwed up with one item being the wrong item & one item being totally forgotten. So not happy! This was unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere. 😥

2020-12-09PLEASE BE AWARE!The manager of the Joliet store is extremely rude and a bully. I informed the corporate office of his behavior towards me, they investigated and found my account to be truthful. Corporate said his behavior was unacceptable and they were taking this matter very seriously; they told me they would be handling it, but would not share any more details. Although I do appreciate this company taking action (if they in fact did) the damage is already done and I will never shop at Fruitful Yield again!!On a positive note I would like to thank the other female customer who stood up for me and shamed and scolded the manager for his behavior.

2020-08-18I placed an online order to be picked up on Sunday 8/16/20. My husband went to pick up, walking up to a cashier, said he had an online order, showing his phone that stated Order # . They rudely said they had NO ORDER HERE!! ! He immediately texted what they had said, I had previously paid for the order that’s why I was concerned. They finally apologized after finding my order! I believe that it defeats the purpose of online ordering if your order isn’t ready or can’t be found!! Customer Service should be a priority even if a customer may be at wrong.I always get my parents, husband, myself and my 3 teen’s (one a day ) vitamins from this location with no problem. Should definitely work on your stores pick up procedure, customer service next time.

2018-04-10I had a very enjoyable shopping experience today. Stopped in for one item and left with several. Store was clean, bright and inviting! Great smiling team members. I was assisted by Mireya the cashier who said she loved working there now only 45 days. She will be a huge asset to your team! Very knowledgeable and helpful. So much positive energy! 2014-11-12Great place to find special good and beauty bath products. Any good allergy or sensitivity you have can be fine at this store. Find rare items, food, oils, tools here. This location even has a small produce section! Recently went in for jojoba oil and came out with fun bean chips and a Thai baby coconut!!
