I cannot recommend Jena enough for all your injectable/Botox needs! I have been coming to Jena for over a year and am beyond happy with all my results from lips, cheeks, chin to Botox. She is incredibly knowledgeable and will talk you through every procedure and make you feel so so comfortable! For anyone looking for beautiful natural enhancements, Jena is the girl to see! Highly recommend!!

I went to the MedSpa for a consultation for coolsculpting. Henry was there to help me understand everything about the method. He was detailed and patient with any questions I had. While consulting with me he was thorough and calming. Just stopping by and meeting him was a great experience!!

Such a professional atmosphere! I felt very comfortable when I arrived. I made an appointment with Jena she is a nurse at the MedSpa. Her work is amazing let me tell you. I suffered from major weight loss and the collagen in my face really needed help. She was able to help achieve that fullness I use to have. I literally cried when I left the office of happy tears! Her technique is amazing she listens to what you want. She does it all beautiful lips too! I definitely recommend her 100%! She even checked on me after treatment and literally is always there! I am definitely going back! Also to mention the staff if super sweet and all around good vibes :)
Karina did my first ever chemical peel. She was knowledgeable on the process and made me feel comfortable.She was personable and ensured that we would get my skin back on track. I’m scheduled to see her again in a few weeks for my second chemical peel!She assisted me with purchasing two products for my skin to use daily. I had my very first hydra-facial at ForeverYoung MedSpa with Karina. I must say she did exceed my expectations. Her knowledge and experience in skin types was phenomenal. She was explaining everything at each step which was really helpful for someone like me who has zero knowledge of skincare. I can’t wait to go back and get my facial done next month. Also, not to mention the place itself is so gorgeous 😍
This place is AMAZING!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the spa and everyone there! Rimsha and Jena are the absolute greatest! They are the only ones that have ever really gotten me to commit to a good skincare routine and my skin and face look great. Second time going with Jena, it has been a very positive experience. Getting fillers can be a scary experience at first, however, it was very comfortable and Jena walked me through the process. As for the results, I had minimal pain as was expected for the recovery and was very happy with the end result.Thought I should provide an update, its been 4 days since my appointment and my lips feel/look amazing. I freaking love this place ! The staff is amazing & very professional. Ive had the opportunity to get my treatments done by Stephanie, Azha & now Karina. Everyone is so kind and they really make you feel comfortable (not awkward at all no matter what youre getting done). I also want to point out that I did tons of research before starting my medspa journey and no other place can beat their prices!!! - I literally drive almost two hours to get there, but theres nowhere else Id rather go!! ForeverYoung MedSpa is simply AMAZING!!! My first visit at the spa was 3 years ago and since that day I have never looked at another spa! Rimsha is my go to person for any skin related services! I get my hydra-facial and laser hair removal from Rimsha—she is so knowledgeable and good at what she does! I could not be happier with my results. She always takes her time in explaining the whole process. I am so grateful for not only her expertise but also the genuine person she really is— you can tell she really cares about her clients!!! I saw Jena, who helped correct a poor service I received at a different location, listened to my concerns, and delivered such beautiful results and provided me the before and after photos that blew me away! Azha is amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I saw great results after my treatment. She never tried to force anything and listens to what you want to see. Great friendly staff. Everything was in pristine condition the rooms are spacious and well decorated even the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone. The Alastin cream is the bomb!
Where do I begin with this MedSpa?!? I have to say this place is my happy place. The services are great but the energy from all the employees is so welcoming. Azha and Rimsha are my absolute favorite!!The first time I met Azha was in 2019 for when I was getting married. She’s such a genuine and a down to earth individual. She’s completely changed my skincare regimen after doing several hydrafacials on me and providing feedback on what products would work for my skin. I’m forever thankful for her. I find a friend in her when she texts me randomly to check how my skin is looking. She gave me a free lip perk for my wedding and free travel gifts that helped me on my honeymoon. To this day, I’m repurchasing products from here. I’m never going anywhere else.Thank you ForeverYoung MedSpa!
I’m loving this medspa, it is absolutely amazing!! So classy,.. I really enjoyed my facial. My skin has never felt or looked better. The products are also great, they have product for every problem you can think of. Also everyone there is super nice and helpful…I really loved my experience there!!
I got my hydrafacial done by Karina and she’s literally the best. She educates your on all the products and what she is doing as she goes. She helped tailor my everyday skin care which helped me improve my skin!!

Jena is amazing! Came to get some lip filler and she recommended that I get some cheek to help contour my face. I was skeptical at first since I’ve never gotten filler but trust that she knows what she’s doing! My face looks so refreshed and lifted. 12/10 will be coming back here forever! Thanks jena!!!
I came in fora consult for lip fillers and potentially some chin fillers with Jena. I had a few other consults and after talking to Jena I came running back to take the first available appointment! Her vision of making me looking like at the end of the process was something so refreshing compared to others. I came in to get my fillers and she along with the whole team made me feel so at ease!! And the best part is my final product is AMAZING! I’m absolutely in love and definitely see myself making the trip back from out of state to see her. I worked mostly with the fabulous Azha and Helena — and they were both so wonderful, professional and patient with me. Azha led my treatment and she is so experienced — she’ll answer all of your questions and make sure you feel comfortable during your time there (she even put a blanket on me while I laid down!). What’s most remarkable is I actually saw a difference!! So often, consumers are promised undeliverable expectations — but I got everything I wanted and more! My treatment areas have never looked better and Azha even gave me a free cream to keep up results long term. They take care of you and make sure you feel heard, supported, and transformed. I highly recommend ForeverYoung to all my friends!
Jena is amazing! I love got lip filler for the first time and she explained everything thoroughly, and walked me through it all step by step. The process was actually pretty easy, minimal pain and she really took her time to shape my lips to fit my face. Very happy with my results 😊
I recently had my first Botox treatment. I went in for a consultation and Jenna reassured me about the process and answered any questions I had. She made me feel calm the whole time and the process was quick and painless. Today when I went back for my two week follow-up, Jenna made sure everything looked good and then she sent me away with a free SPF primer and makeup bag. She’s awesome and I’ll definitely be back!!
I love this place. They are very kind and they take care of your skin very well. My face came out very glowy and pretty and I really liked their hydrafacial.
I went to see Jena to correct lip filler I got from another provider and I am so happy that I did! Jena took her time to explain the options that I had due to having existing filler, the risks involved with injecting filler and what signs to watch be aware of in the days to follow. I had minimal bruising barely noticeable for a few days and no pain.I love her work and what she was able to achieve with my lips to build more structure and fullness that looks natural. I will definitely be one of her devoted followers, so happy I finally found an injector I can trust and go back to for touch-ups!!

When I walked into Forever Young MedSpa, I was pleasantly greeted and loved the ambiance and cleanliness of the place. When smiling and glowing Jena came out, I knew this will be a good experience...in the end it was a GREAT experience. I got 3 Hair PRP Sessions from Jena at ForeverYoung MedSpa and it has been a great experience. I was a little skeptical and hesitant at first but right from the initial consultation Jena was not only helpful, but very nice. She took the time to explain the whole process. The treatment itself was a remarkable experience because of her professionalism and expertise. She would explain each and every step of the procedure including theory and research behind hair PRP and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her professionalism shows how she handles her clients and has deep understanding of injecting her patients. I have seen some awesome hair growth two weeks after my first session on my head where I have baldness. By the third session the growth was phenomenal. I am highly satisfied and impressed by Jena’s work and would recommend her to anyone wanting to try aesthetic procedures.
I was referred to ForeverYoung MedSpa by my cousin who has been coming to this place for some time. I had the pleasure of meeting many of the staff including Stephanie, Rimsha, and Azha. I have been coming almost every month for their Deluxe Hydrafacial which is an absolute gamechanger for me in terms of bringing back the hydration it needs. Stephanie always has me leaving with my skin glowing and the same with Rimsha. Even though I have been visiting the spa for almost a year, Stephanie, Rimsha and anyone else I have the pleasure of getting a Hydrafacial with walks me through the steps and state what boosters they will be using. I appreciate the time and commitment of the staff and the quality of work that is done. The staff is very professional and they take the time to listen to all of the clients concerns. The staff only recommend products to help your skin and are never pushing you to make a purchase. The spa is very clean and I have always felt welcomed. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a place where the staff are professional and tend to the needs of their clients. I am very pleased with the results!
Jena did my lips and she did such an amazing job!! I had never gotten fillers before and she made me feel totally comfortable and checked on me throughout the whole process. She was so sweet and made my lips look like everything I could have imagined!! I’ll definitely be coming back!
Where to even begin? I found Jena browsing through Instagram and loved her work. So I choose her after weeks of scrolling through hundred of pics and found who would be the perfect lip injector for me. It was my first time getting lip fillers, so I walked in a bit nervous. She walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. Made sure I saw that her tools were sanitized and brand new box opening right in front of my eyes. I told her what look I was going for and she DID that. During the process she was super gentle on me. She took her time to perfect my lips!My friends got theirs done else where and said their injector was rough. I was so pleased with my end results. My favorite place to be for self-care! Azha, Rimsha, Jena and the rest of the FYmedspa team are absolutely wonderful! I feel so comfortable walking in there and letting them work their magic. I have gotten hydrafacials for the past couple of years and just started my CoolSculpting sessions. Azha takes her time to really evaluate the best products that suit your skin and all the medical grade products that were suggested by her clearly made a difference to my hyperpigmented skin. I have only gotten 3 sessions for the CoolSculpting in different trouble areas and I have seen such amazing results within a month! Pairing it with Alastin did wonders!! Youre definitely in good hands when you walk into ForeverYoung medspa. The entire team collectively takes care of you in the most professional manner possible! Will always recommend to everyone to check them out!
Had 3 sessions of hair prp with Jena. I was initially a little nervous as I didn’t know how I felt about getting injections in my scalp. As soon as I got to the consultation, Jena helped me feel comfortable with her professionalism and by also answering all my inquiries. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and appreciated that she kept asking how I felt throughout the sessions. Another thing I like about ForeverYoung MedSpa is that they do not try to sell you products that you may not need. Once I finished my third session of prp, I asked Jena when I should book the next one or how often and she replied by saying we should observe the results and that I may not even need anymore. I would definitely recommend Jena for prp and ForeverYoung MedSpa in general.
I have been wanting injections for the longest time but I was always too nervous of not finding someone who was good with their work. I found Jena on Instagram and seen pictures or her amazing work. I knew I needed to book with her. I scheduled with her and when my appointment day came, she was so welcoming, professional and just overall great. I was extremely nervous, but she walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. She showed me everything she was going to use and that everything was sterile. She was very gentle during the procedure and constantly checked to make sure I was doing okay. My lips look amazing and I am so happy with my results! I can’t wait to go back to her for more!
My cool sculpting and elm sculpt experience was amazing with Azha! She is extremely knowledgeable and the the entire staff is absolutely professional. I was new to Chicago area and was searching for the micro-needling places as I was getting that done in renowned place in Manhattan. I booked my appointment for micro-needling here after seeing the 5 star reviews but they brainwashed me for HydraFacial. The result was temporary and for one week. Then they told me to get 1540 laser and I agreed after seeing other patients before and after results. My face was pigmented after the first treatment though I followed all norms they told and was extra careful. I consulted the doctor and she told me I shouldn’t get 1540 laser and reached them for the refund of the two services I paid in advance as a package. They dragged it for almost 1 month and came back to me saying they can’t refund even for the services I didn’t used and was very rude. They are very good at making you a scape goat and won’t recommend anyone to this place. Please get your procedures done with doctor on board as doctors knows what’s best for you.Replying to the owner reply....I am asking refund for the services I PAID FOR and DIDN’T USE as my face is pigmented after the first treatment and doctor told me not to continue. Not sure how it is not fair to ask for the money I paid for. If you are not just for making the money in the business you will definitely understand when the customer is not comfortable taking the rest of the treatments. Also I didn’t show up for the appointment I didn’t make. If I canceled any it was prior to 24 hours. I do have conversations that I can prove. Also Aza the way you treated me during my last appointment is not acceptable.
I love this place! The treatments and products are everything i needed to fix my acne! But what makes it even better is the amazing customer service! I have been working with Fatima for about 2 months now and shes been nothing but so helpful and patient with me and my skin. She’s always available whenever i need to ask a question or address a concern. Her kindness and positive attitude motivated me to heal my skin on a serious note! I have bought multiple products and treatments from her and I already see a big difference. I highly recommend this place and Fatima to those who are struggling with their skin on a daily base or even those who want to maintain healthy skin.You will not regret it.
I went to forever young medical spa for hydrafacial with Azha who’s the most sweetest, kindest soul. She took amazing care of my skin and made it look glowy and hydrated. The boosters really help plump up the skin and leaves the skin looking young and dewy. It’s worth every cent!
Switching to FYMedSpa was the best decision I’ve made for my skin. For 3 years I was going to a different skin clinic that did absolutely nothing for my skin. This will be a fairly long review. But over all would 10/10 recommend this place!June marks my one year journey of improving my skin through the services and products from FYM spa. I never suffered from acne but as a frontline worker my skin took a turn with COVID (maskcne)STAFFThe staff here is really nice. My main encounters have been with rimsha. I really appreciated that she didnt try to oversell anything. We went through my original skin care routine and kept some of my products and add a few medical grade products. She explained the benefits to each treatment, what to expect, and how the products will help my skin. She is very knowledgeable and personable. It was through her guidance and recommendations that my skin has improved!Stephanie is another esthetician I have worked with. her attention to detail is incredible, and she really takes her time with each appointment. Was so impressed with her work ethic, you can really tell this is something she is passionate about!I havent personally worked with Azha but she does an amazing job at explaining the products, and pinpointing what is needed for your skin.I really like the educational aspect of this spa. Its scary trusting someone with your face and using products that youve never heard of. So I appreciate that they take the time to explain everything. They also do a great job of explaining their services via social media, which I find it super helpful! So add them on Instagram! (@fymedspa)SERVICESI have have done two hydra facial packages and one micro needling package. Ive also done Dermaplaning couple times, and the lymphatic massage. For my birthday month rimsha gave me a complementary lip service.PRODUCTSI slowly grew my collection of medical grade skin care. It is definitely an investment but worth it!I would 100% recommend LYTERA for hyperpigmentation. I noticed a change right away. If used as directed one bottle can last for two -two and a half months.Alasatin skin nectar is amazing for before and after the micro needling treatments to really see a difference in your skin. I use it a week before and a week after micro needling to prep the skin and reduce the appearance of redness.Alastin skin complex I use for a week after micro needling. it does a great job in hydrating the skin and supporting new collagen and elastin. Both these bottles are relatively small, but a little goes a long way!FYMed spa does a great job on educating about the importance of sunscreen. When I started my treatments they provided sunscreens that were best fit for the treatment; such as a chemical vs mineral sunscreen. The one Ive been using is the ZO skin health broad spectrum SPF 50, as well as the smart tone sunscreen, which is slightly tinted.Exfoliation Accelerator was the first product that was recommended to me. This product was great for removing dead skin cells and helped with acne scaring. It is strong! if not used properly can lead to more break out; which I learned the hard way lol.the ZO skin gentle cleaner has been my go to face wash. The bottle is relatively big. So one bottle can last up to 6 months.The only product I would not recommend is the LUMIVIVE day and night serums. My skin reacted very badly when I did a patch test. It tingled and left a burnin sensation.FYMed spa does flash sales once in a while, and thats when I usually stock up on products. They also hold amazing giveaways with full size products!SCHEDULINGThey are open Tuesday through Friday, and close early on Saturdays. You can make appointments online or call the office. I live about 50 miles away from the spa, so the hours are not as flexible as I like, but is manageable.RESULTSThis is obviously a change that wont happen overnight. It took me a whole year of consistently going every month and using the right products in between treatments to see a difference. But I feel that this is a great investment in yourself!If youve made it this far thanks for joining my Ted talk I hope you take the leap and make an appt with them! You wont regret it!

OMG!! This is one of the many Med Spa locations I have been to and I have to say that hands down, Forever Young Med Spa is the best! I commute all the way from Naperville to Deerfield, and that should explain how much I love this place! All the girls are very professional, very welcoming, and Sweet!I am so glad to have Rimsha as my esthetician, who knows my skin so well and recommends whatever suits me the best! I am currently getting Opus laser treatments along with hydrafacials by my fav Rimsha, and the results are amazing!❤️

Visited the med spa after a long time with no services due to Covid. Jena was such a great consultant and provided very professional services. She ensured I was feeling comfortable and ensured to wear her mask the whole time. I love the treatments presented and didn’t feel pressured to do everything at once (unlike other med spas I visited in the past). She was also able to provide some noninvasive solutions and had creams that I was able to take home the same day. Thank you to Jena and the Med Spa team for helping look and feel beautiful.
Jena is a true professional! I did lips, filler, and Botox.My results were natural, I looked like myself, except younger and better! Jena carefully and simply explained each procedure in detail and made me extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else! I’ve had a fabulous experience with FYM spa.I did shop around alittle and definitely feel their prices and deals are a steal! They also never pressure you but explain different treatments and help you plan out treatment plans. The office staff is amazing. I had an amazing time chatting with Helena and Rimsha. I did cool sculpting with Azha and the results have been amazing! People have noticed and months later, Im still seeing improvement.I also did a little PRP with Jenna and I saw immediate results and felt rejuvenated! I plan on going back, needles or not, because I dont feel that you can get these types of results through traditional creams and such.I would really recommend coming in here if you are looking for an overall helpful, friendly, professional group of gals to help you achieve your body / skin transformation goals!On a side note, I have a fear of needles. Helena came in and held my hand through out my procedure. My anxiety got the better of me and I actually got alittle light headed. Jenna saved me from fainting seriously! I was glad a professional was around to take such good care of me.
Jena is incredible. She was super clear with what to expect and how my lips would look and what we can do in the future. She’s a wizard when it comes to filler, definitely take the time to come see her because you will NOT be disappointed. She has packages available for multiple syringes and is quick with the process ensuring you won’t be in a ton of pain while getting your procedure done!
My college years were tough for me, I would always slather on 50 pounds of makeup for my 8 am classes to hide my uncontrollable acne, I was super embarrassed to leave the house without makeup it’s not that I was interested or obsessed with makeup it was just because I had to hide what really was behind all that Estée Lauder double wear foundation which was a lot of red bumps, white heads, black heads, and scars. Azha did the 1540 IPL treatment on my skin which included 3 sessions and in between those 3 sessions we also included 3 sessions of Hydrafacial, not only have I stopped wearing makeup for years and years now, but my skin has never had any breakouts, scars, acne , etc, in-fact, I’ve had strangers ask me what foundation I am wearing and it leaves me speechless. My skin has never looked or felt better and my confidence level is through the roof. I no longer need to put foundation on even a little blush and bronzer is enough for people to think that I have a full face of makeup on! I went to many places for consultations and I never felt as comfortable and understood until I met Azha. I had given up on trying any procedure, every doctor I consulted with, told me only lipo would fix my problem and I didnt want to do that. When I went to ForeverYoung Spa and met with Azha she really explained everything to me and told me what needed to be done to meet my needs. During my cool-sculpting treatment she treated me with so much care and made sure I understood every step and that I was comfortable. After a few weeks I couldnt believe my eyes, my outer hips got smaller!! I thought I had to live with those bumps forever, but Azha told me there was a way and I am so glad I met her. I have been going to Rimsha for 6 of my hydrafacials, and my skin has never looked better. Over the span of 2 years, my skin has gone through so many changes from pregnancy to postpartum.Rimsha has been very considerate throughout my new skin journey, and I could not be happier with the results. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns, and is brilliant with handling them. I have been going once a month while following her suggestions, and I am never disappointed.Highly suggest hydrafacials for women who are pregnant, postpartum, and nursing. Did my Botox for the first time with Jena and I was SO nervous and had no idea what to expect. Jena eased my nerves and talked me through the entire process. It did take about 7 days to fully feel the Botox, but after that I was obsessed! My forehead wrinkles were basically non existent! I will definitely be coming back to continue my Botox treatment. Jena is the best!
I got a deluxe hydra facial done from Rimsha and my skin feels so hydrated and plumped! She is amazing and the absolute sweetest. I honestly can’t see myself getting services done anywhere else. I had filler done by Jena & I absolute LOVE the results! Jenna is the absolute BEST! It was my first time getting any injections and we went with dysport, which I had no idea existed and now highly recommend! Because I cant BELIEVE the results! My forehead wrinkles, frown lines, crows feet and bunny lines are gone! 100%! I feel 10+ years younger and completely addicted now! This was my first and last time at here . I have been to several different establishments like this offering the same kind of treatments. First off , Jena had no other patients after me and kept rushing me. I was asking questions about the Kybella procedure which I was getting done, packages, etc. and she literally said “I don’t have time for this”. She said she didn’t have time, but yet as I was leaving had all the time in the world to talk to her co workers about non related work things and had nobody after me. Secondly , as she was doing the procedure she was trying to say I had other things besides my lips done to my face when I didn’t , which was very unprofessional and rude as well. In my experience of going to these types of places I know how the pricing works and several other places I asked for Kybella was very different from this place. She charged me $1000 for Kybella (one session), she clearly stated 2 sessions is $1750, so one session should be cheaper than $1000. This place is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about anything they just want your money .

Second time here and I had Azha performed a hydrafacial, walked me through every step informed me what she was doing? I came to Forever young med spa to improve the texture of my skin, and we started the 1540 non ablative laser treatment. I have gotten 2 treatments done so far, and I can not explain the HUGE difference only those two have made on my skin. I can’t wait to see the final result after all the treatments are done. I also go for regular hydrafacials with them, the results for which are amazing. The staff is extremely professional and courteous and the services are impeccable. Recommend this to anyone and everyone!

This is my second time seeing Jena. Super professional and answers all questions that you have. Front staff ladies are super friendly and all very well educated. The spa itself is super clean and elegant. They offer many services such as Botox, fillers, and body services. I wanted to love this salon since it was highly rated in this area. It’s clean and the team is very professional. It’s the most expensive Botox I’ve ever received from a salon. They charge per area vs unit which ended up totally being not worth it. I gave it a shot though thinking it was going to be worth it. My Botox only lasted a month and a half before my forehead started moving again. I think they go lower on units to pocket more money. For a place over priced who swears other places don’t have true product, I’m VERY disappointed. I’d go to a place who charges for units so you do not get ripped off.
I got a hydra facial done after which my skin felt extremely nourished, soft and fresh. Also there was an extra glow to my face which cant be achieved by the other products I use. Azha was very friendly and was great with the process. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend others to go and get this done. Keep up the great work!!

If you haven’t been to ForeverYoungMedSpa to get a hydrafacial you have not had the best facial then. I have been getting hydrafacials at fymedspa for over a year, usually once a month, this time around I didn’t come in for about 4 months! I had a hydrafacial done by Azha along with a lip booster last week it was well overdue and reminded me why I love coming to fymedspa and no where else! I just want to say thank you to Azha for making my skin look and feel amazing! I got a lip booster and she said the lip booster usually lasts about 3-4 days it’s day 6 and it still looks just as amazing as day one! I love the results and it is a week later and my skin is still glowing as well! I had an event this past weekend & the facial and lip perk helped me look and feel my best, my makeup applied so much better after getting the facial! Thank you for such a great experience! So glad I tried out this Med spa during a Botox special I noticed they were running after leaving Taco Vida next door. Been to three aestheticians since my first visit when they first opened and am always pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and most importantly, the results.Jenna asked what I was looking to correct before suggesting filler on cheekbone as a means to also reduce smile lines- something I hadn’t considered or planned on but SO glad I did. Looks natural but made a big overall improvement to symmetry and youthfulness of my face. Wish I’d done it sooner but will definitely keep up moving forward. Love this place. ForeverYoung has changed my truth. I used to struggle with postpartum acne, pigmentation, dry and uneven skin and what not. My skin care routine used to be CTM nothing else. Sunscreen used to be whenever I felt like. My products would never get over, they would just sit on the counter and expire. Azha changed my mindset. She educated me on the importance of having a genuine skin care routine just not with medical grade products but with proper derm treatments. She, Fatima, Rimsha and Irfan will always make you feel welcomed. They never push things on you, they educate you to make informed decisions. I trust my skin blindly with them. Truly genuine and caring professionals here.
Very disappointed. I went in for a consult for either coolsculpting or kybella to reduce fat on my submental area, and they were so eager to sell me on coolsculpting. I was told that kybella would not work in this area and the type of fat I had. I got my VERY expensive treatment and it did not work. Fast forward a year and I went to a different med spa and was told that coolsculpting for this area isn’t recommended because it’s not guaranteed to work, and they see very poor results. I ended up getting Kybella from this other med spa, and I couldn’t be happier. I saw DRASTIC results.My disappointment is with the dishonesty and false advertising forever young provided, and I wasted thousands of dollars on zero results. They assured me the coolsculpting was the way to go, and steered me away from Kybella. Either, they really wanted to sell me on coolsculpting or the nurse was not knowledgeable.

Where do I even start?I went to forever young medspa after reading their 5 star reviews to get a consultation for Coolsculpting and all those reviews were 100% correct!Azha the Coolsculpting expert at the spa goes above and beyond to understand your struggles and body goals. She a is highly experienced and intelligent lady when it comes to the technology and science behind the treatment. She took the time to discuss my treatment plan and got me the best deal. She set realistic goals and was very honest and never tried upselling at all.4 months later I’m beyond excited and happy to see my results. My flanks have never looked better and I get compliments from all my coworkers, family and friends. Thanks to Azha, Fatima and her team to help me reach my goals. If you’re considering Coolsculpting this is the place to go. 5 out of 5 stars.
My experience at ForeverYoung MedSpa Health & Wellness was exceptional from start to finish. The manager Azha was very friendly and helpful. She helped to alleviate any anxiety I had about my procedure and told me exactly what I could expect. The staff was also very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Azha is incredibly professional, respectful and attentive. She and the rest of the staff did a great job making me comfortable for Coolsculpting and the follow up care has been outstanding as well. I would highly recommend this medspa to anybody interested in any non-invasive cosmetic procedure.
I went in around 2 weeks ago and I wanted to wait a little while so I can see the real results and I am so pleased with jenas work. The procedure itself was smooth and easy, she truly has a gentle hand. Very clean and professional. Can wait to go back for a touch up! (:
First time got my Hydrafacial and the service was very poor plus the hydrafacial was not worth the money I paid for it. She didn’t really do anything just used a couple pens around my face for 10 mins added a mask and after that I was done - didn’t do much to my skin. I would not recommend this AT ALL for the price I paid for this. I didn’t visibly see any difference on my face even days after.
I found Jena on instagram and loved her work! I was able to schedule an appointment and she sent me a whole guide to prepare. I love my new lips and will be back :) Thank you!!
Ive had numerous hydra facials done and this by far blew them all away. I went here through word of mouth and was able to get a apt. few days later. I was introduced to Azha who did a skin consultation and reassured me that I didnt need anything drastic done. (Points for not trying to upsell me!) a good clean was all I needed and is exactly what I got from the hydra facial I received through their aesthetician, Fatima. Im very knowledgeable with my skin and the many facials Ive received and let me tell you guys, she knew everything! She worked around my skin, got every blackhead possible and infused it with all the good stuff (antioxidants). Usually the glow goes away the next day after I wash the post-facial products off my face but it didnt!! My skin is still glowing and so clean. I usually dont go back to places I receive facials but this one is defiantly a winner. Looks like I wont be looking for any new places for future facials.Thanks ForeverYoung med spa-Zuniria
I love this place! Aza is wonderful, very knowledgeable about skin care, shes not pushy at all, and provides excellent service. There are lots of great packages! Ive had a number of hydro facials and have been very pleased the results. Ill keep returning, and would highly recommend!
I highly recommend this spa. I have a package deal which comes with three IPL treatments and three hydrafacials. I have done two of my IPL treatments and I have seen a huge change in my skin. It’s amazing to get your face to a point where you do not need to put on any makeup too look good. I am very impressed with the work and the amazing staff. Thank you Azah and Fatima.

Came in for consultation on skin issues and was provided a lot of details on microneedling. Went on to get my deluxe hydra facial and could not be happier. This is my favorite place to get medical grade treatments. The proof is I come all the way from Rockford!
I have been going to MedSpas for sometime now but this was one of the best experiences I ever had in any Spa. Rena at ForeverYoung MedSpa is very knowledgeable and professional. She explained me the procedure in great detail and told me what to expect in every step of the process. The Icon laser machine is state of the art technology as I didnt feel any discomfort or pain. Last year when I first went to this place for a facial and Botox, (yes I picked this place because they have five star reviews on google) I was talked into getting a filler on my cheek as I had a little dent (only show up when I laugh). I was told it’s a quick and simple process, took a few minutes and $700 only. I did it, however, the dent didn’t go away and I had some redness after a few weeks so I went to this place again, I was told I need another different type of filler, no problem, simple process, bla bla bla, so I spent another $400 and the nurse needled my cheek for many many times to inject the filler, as I felt the needle in and out constantly. Then my nightmare started. I ended up getting a bump and redness on my cheek 24 hours a day, and I still see the dent when I laugh. Basically it took me over 1k to just get the redness and bump on my cheek. I called them, well I was told to get a laser treatment (free of charge) but this is not helpful at all, as after 2 weeks with larger redness and a lot of sun screen, foundation, I end up to be the same. This is not going anywhere. I happen to see a doctor referred by my friend in Chicago a few days ago and after he checked my face, he simply said someone did a bad job and this is totally wrong. This is my first experience with Medspa and it’s terrible. I tried to contact them, but they are too busy to call me back. So my advice, go to somewhere to find a qualified doctor, don’t risk your money and face.
(CoolSculpt client)Very clean space. I will warn anyone though that CoolSculpt can be quite claustrophobic as youre placed in a chair and barely able to move. It is advertised by the makers of the procedure (and perhaps the spa?) as comfortable, but depending on the areas they place the CoolSculpt suction you will be confined. At one point I started panicking and kept pressing the call button, but no one came. I had to call the front desk from the procedure room with my cell phone. That was kinda weird.As far as results, unfortunately there is a rare side effect that you will have a bulge (removable with lipo) after the procedure in the spot that received treatment. I have experienced this, but I signed the papers with the warning, so its really no ones fault.
Let me tell you this place is heaven. At first when I got there I was very nervous, but when I tell you they treat you so welcomed I’m not kidding. I had been watching their page and been wanting to get cool sculpting for my chin and was scared because I didn’t know if it would hurt or if I would even see results on myself. Azha was amazing she explained everything and also helped me feel comfortable. The treatment itself did not hurt its bearable. Azha always came back and checked up on me and asked if I needed anything. Azha is amazing, she’s very professional but also has a good sense of humour, you can talk to her about anything. It’s been now 5 weeks since my first treatment and my confidence level just because of the results so far have literally gone from 0 to 10. This was always a problem area for me and so important, but Azha took care of me so well and also gave me a good deal. Thank you Azha! FYMS treats you like family. Helena is amazing the first person you come in contact with when you enter the spa and that persons reaction is basically your visual of the place and what it’s going to be like. She made me feel so comfortable. I also had an experience with Rimsha for my deluxe hydra facial and that is the best thing I did for my skin. She was so sweet and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. She explained everything as she was going through it and what it did for my skin and I think that’s important because then when you actually see results your like okay that’s what that did to my skin. I never met her before but it’s like we met before, we had an amazing conversation and she made me feel good about myself. I will hands down only go here for my skin care needs and these ladies that are providing the care here are such role models each and every one of them. Thank you FYMS TEAM! :)
Spent about a $1000 on the 1540 laser treatment that did absolutely nothing for my skin. Gave the overpriced,hyped up hydra facial a try, and it was no different than doing a facial at home. Extremely disappointed and sad to have wasted so much money.
This is my second time coming in for lip fillers with Jena and I always walk out in love with the outcome! Definitely recommend her work!
If you want true medical spa treatment, this is your place. This place is amazing!!!!!! The staff is very informative. The treatment I receive there is always top-notch and professional. The atmosphere was very calming, well decorated and staff was friendly. It was the best spa experience that I have ever had. It was a smooth process, no kinks in the experience, as it should be when you go to the spa. I highly recommended this spa to others.

Not worth it. Went for cool sculpting and saw absolutely no results Paid almost 10k with no results and all I got was a sorry can’t help and can’t refund. Don’t go fir cool sculpting here. Big promises not delivered.
I have been to many spas in the area recently, however I was referred to MedSpa by a friend who visited recently. I must say that I was quite appalled by a particular staff member and her behaviour towards me, by the name of Azha who I believe is of Pakistani descent. She was not carefully listening to my specific requirements for CoolScultping and suggested that I visit Jenny Craig at Scottsdale Shopping in Chicago as she believed that I was borderline obese. I was shocked at her response and professionalism towards me as a customer. If you are to visit this spa, I suggest that you spend your money elsewhere as I will not be returning here again!
Fantastic facility, clean, so nice, and def make you feel comfortable not only with your options but as an actual human being. Ive researched many places for fillers, botox, etc. before choosing and this medspa is top notch. They recommend services that fit your needs and desires and never try to force services on you. Super skilled and they know what they are doing! I wouldnt go or recommend any other place!
I knew Jena was the right person for me because she gave me her honest opinion and not a sales pitch. She told me what not to add on or save for later. The prices here are better than local competitors.
I love there services..azah gives best advices she is best and so rimsha.. I love my skin and I use less makeup compared to before..my skin feels nice clean and glowy after doing hyderafacial and recommended products..

2022-02-17I had the best experience at this spa but especially with Jena. She is extremely knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the whole process. I have been wanting fillers in my cheeks but was so nervous. Jena walked me through the process and broke everything down for me. I got my fillers both cheeks and lips, and Botox and I’m so happy with it! So natural looking! The results were better than I ever expected. She kept checking up on me and my progress throughout the 2 weeks and I will say after this experience, I will never allow someone to touch my face if it is not Jena. The spa is so beautiful and clean, I highly recommend going!

2022-08-30I came to Jena after I had under-eye filler treatments that left my face looking unnatural with uneven skin due to the filler being misplaced. Unfortunately my concerns had been dismissed by the previous injectors. I was feeling nervous that my concerns would not be recognized when I visited Forever Young MedspaThe nurse injector, Jena, listened carefully to my concerns, immediately saw the misplaced filler, and dissolved the filler. My under eye area FINALLY looked normal, and I had SO much confidence walking out of the clinic. My next visit I had lip filler (first time) and it looks perfect. Very happy to have found a talented, detailed and attentive injector. I wish had come months ago.

She was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable and my sensitive skin was taken care of, and was so personable. They were all incredibly kind and can’t wait to go back for another treatment.

Got right in, drove an hour and a half, and I could not be more pleased with the staff, office and of course the results!! Wow, Jena took years off my face in just one appointment! I had lip filler and full face Botox. She makes you feel like you are the most important person while at your appointment, and I was shocked to get a personal phone call the next day checking on me! Can’t wait for my next appointment! Well worth the drive. Couldn’t ask for a better treatment!

2022-03-30I had my very first hydra-facial at ForeverYoung MedSpa with Azha. She was great at explaining everything at each step, which was really helpful. Staff is very friendly!Note: This location isn’t handicap accessible. The front entrance has a step, but no ramp. You would have to enter from the back. Also, some of the services are only provided upstairs. They do not have an elevator, but there are a lot of stairs.
