I came into the store and bought some items. When trying to leave through the door the beeper happened to go off. My bags where checked, my jacket was checked and they found nothing. The man from the register still accused me of stealing and tried to call the police on me even though he literally found nothing!!! Right when they were in the middle of calling the police they found that what was beeping was a sensor on my dress that wasnt taken off. The sensor wasnt caught when I first entered the store but started beeping as I tried to leave. They scolded me to go take the sensor off and dismissed me without apologizing for trying to call the police on an innocent person!! If you shop here, just know that they do not hesitate to treat their black customers like criminals. They will surely call the police on you if they THINK you stole something!! They dont use their cameras for evidence!! They will lie on you to try to get you arrested!
This store has sooo much to pick from! Staff is helpful, mervhandise is beautiful and prices are very affordable.They have salon quality makeup at excellent prices, too. Time to go shopping!

I came skipping from here so satisfied and happy with my purchase. I’ve been here a few times now to write a review. This place has ALL the essentials you need AND some! And all the prices are fair. It’s like a candy land for all things beauty supply store carries. If you’re a hair person like me, then you know they legit have it all! So thankful this is north. Everyone is so nice and cool too. I’m so happy!
Went there for the first time today. It was a cool place. I wear clip earrings so I enjoyed it. For sure will go back. Usually go down on Wilson though this is more convenient . And some of the items are way cheaper. Im a hard lady to impress so I was pleased.

I will never go here again. I didnt get 10 feet in the door and the koren lady asked to see my bag from walgreens she said my alarm went off when you came in . i asked do you think i stole something i just walked in the store. She goes to go in my bag . i again ask if i just walked in didnt make it past 10 feet of the door and you think i stole something . very bad customer service . . the lady was a complete failure . i will just continue to go to Sallys . if you try to me cuss me out speak english .. Worst service i have ever experienced in any kind of store. Shame on you lady

Yestersday I went to the beauty supply to get design essentials gel because I want to use it on relaxer day and I forgot to put on my mask even through it was in my pocket he ask me to put it on which i did so I went to get the design essentials which i bought it and i also bought other things so after that I try their wigs and my mask fell off so i put it in my pocket and i try their wig so the store manager gave bad customer service he said that if i dont put my mask he said kick me out of his store if i dont put it on i that was dispectful for to talk me that way than i react then he said he will call the police then I said i will never forgive him for that then I left and I will never recommand anybody to that beauty supply store.

Extremely rude, these people cannot tell time and lie. 15 minutes before closing they said they close in 7 minutes and tried to gate me in and lock the doors. Creepy and very poor customer service! I would never shop here based on their nasty attitude and lying.

2022-01-19Since they opened up Ive been a loyal customer spending a lot of money there. I tried to return my second item which was a whipped shea butter and they wouldnt take it back because it wasnt in original condition which it was because I couldnt even use it because I didnt like the smell and returned it in less than 24 hours.The guy at the register told me I could buy something for 20% percent off but I didnt want anything. I asked for some type of credit and he wouldnt give it. If you buy something think twice before getting it because they resell stuff that is returned.

2021-12-15Great selection at the best prices. If the staff isnt busy with a client, they greet you as you walk in. They have a rewards program as well which offers discounts and promotional sales. You find the best products for at least a dollar less than at convenient/pharmacy stores.

2021-12-07I recently went up there to purchase a wig for my sister wedding and I didn’t know where to start. This was my very first time every wearing a human hair wig and didn’t know where to start but they’re worker Imani was AMAZING . This girl knew her stuff about hair beauty EVERYTHING and she’s so sweet and helpful I would have been so lost without her. She brings great energy to that store hands down

2021-12-14Well stock store that offers a variety of beauty items. They are usually friendly and every time I have visited they gave me a discount. I have noticed that the prices on certain things I purchased were cheaper than the other beauty stores that I visited in the same vicinity. Like that there is plenty of parking its located in a strip mall.

2021-08-30They have competitive prices, and are helpful when I come in. I have yet to see the owners talk down at the customers in a disrespectful way (emphasis on yet). I have always has a good experience shopping here especially because I get reward points and discounts.The selection hair is wonderful. All colors and types braiding hair, weaves, wigs, and beauty products. I will go out of my way to come here and I have a beauty supply literally 1/2 block from my house. This place just has a bigger selection and better variety.

2021-09-06This place has a variety of everything. The only complaint I have is that the store is over crowded with everything. Way too many items and products to choose from... Gets confusing when looking for specific brands and or products. Prices are competitive with other local neighborhood beauty supply store. They have a point system thats saves pennies on the dollar which really isnt much. Other than that its good but only if you have the time to browse through the crowded store to find it.

2021-07-22My favorite beauty supply store in the neighborhood (and on the NW side overall). They have everything I need or want. Great and large selection. Most of all, the staff is super nice and friendly. On my last visit, they gave me a clothe bag instead of the plastic one for only 7 cents. A brilliant business move for easy marketing, but also something I can reuse. They have a text message program with good deals as well. No need to look anywhere else!
