Excellent customer service. On a drive home from Peoria to Columbus, Indiana I stopped in to look at hardwood samples. The owners knew that I was not going to purchase my flooring from them due to the distance. However, they were extremely helpful. Had I lived closer, I would certainly have become a satisfied customer!
Finding the right carpeting was made easier with Crisys knowledge of the different types the store offered. We received excellent service from Crisy,Brian and the the installers

Michael was a great salesperson. He was very helpful and patient with me as I decided which flooring to buy. I went with luxury vinyl plank, and I love it. I have it in my foyer, hall, dining room, family room, kitchen, laundry, and powder room. It looks great and is easy to clean. The installers were fast, courteous, and professional. All in all, I had an excellent experience with Flooring America.

Quality products., As samples go. Many choices of flooring and other home items. Cabinet handles,etc. Handicap parking and entrance. You get what you pay for. And I am buying flooring from here. If you cant find the flooring you want from here.. it doesnt exist. Every color,style,thickness, they have it here. Highly Recommend !!!

Awesome experience with Kerri Hurd who was no patient with me through the process. I had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms, living and dining room with a wood vinyl entry way. Great price, Great Service, Great Experience. Would recommend Kerri and her team to everyone.
We had a large very old and unique area rug that needed to be rebound. Randy Ellis really went above and beyond to do all the repairs needed, including locating a special adhesive to repair cracks to underside if the rug so we can continue using it for many years to come! And the price was very reasonable. Thanks also to Michael Savage, a salesman who has helped us with the purchase of our home carpeting and acted as my go to man for this project also!! Vinyl floor looks great. Process was smooth except that the installer suggested a layout that would be simpler for him but result in more seams. FA made it right before he started the job. Then the installer missed the fact that I had paid for quarter-round molding and did not bring it to the job. Again, FA made that right, too. At the end, cleanup was only fair. Dont get me wrong, I love my new floor but I felt that I had to supervise the installer too much. I dealt with Mike and Joe at Flooring America and they were both great.
Flooring America was amazing to work with. We went in very stressed out because our kitchen had flooded and ruined our flooring. All the other flooring places said it would be 2 weeks before they could get the flooring in and installed. Flooring America had it all done in 2 days!! They were great to work with and had the best price. Also, Ed and his team were very fast and efficient. He did a great job.

My experience with Flooring America in Champaign has been great. Bryan and Jerrica are the staff members that I have worked with. Both, have been so friendly and helpful. I wasnt planning on needing flooring for an entire home but my house burned down. When I went to Flooring America they helped me pick out products that would work well for my family. We live in the country and have young children; so I need something durable. The staff helped me find products that I liked and that would keep up with my little people!I had two different products picked out for my new home and was told by an installer (not affiliated with Flooring America) that the products were going to be a disappointment and that I wouldnt be happy with them in my home. This was very upsetting and when I went back to Flooring America; Jerrica and Bryan had me meet with Matt, a sales rep for the product, that went over the warranties and the ins and outs of the material assuring me that the product would not only look great but also keep up with my busy family. The staff at Flooring America did not have anything negative to say about this installer; instead offered to call him and talk to him about the product and help him be more informed as well.We installed the engineered hardwood first; it looks amazing. It is beautiful and I am so happy we ordered it. There was a small mishap with the carpet. The color was not what we picked out when it was delivered to the store. When I noticed this Bryan double checked with me on what I was wanting, ordered it and confirmed that it would be delivered within a week. This was all done in 15 minutes and I was not hassled or told that the error was my fault. They made a stressful situation better in minutes and I honestly dont think I could be happier with this company. I would highly recommend Flooring America; Jerrica and Bryan to anyone that needs new flooring. I can assure you that you wont disappointed.
Flooring America has great selection of flooring material and very easy to work with. Installation crew are easy to schedule and they do great job at installation. I love the customer service here.
We purchased carpet from FA around 2014. We have had that carpet replaced twice due to manufacture defects. Never fear C-U the carpet is no longer on the showroom floor and there is none in the backroom. The management, employees and installers went above and beyond each time to make the situation right. This time we feel will be the last replacement as the new carpet looks better than either of the previous ones. Thank you to all that worked on this project you are all 10s in our book and we will never shop for flooring any where else.
Wonderful staffing, knows what their products, wonderful service. They put in a floor last year did a great job. Also found some drawer pulls that worked for a little project I had.

2022-05-09My husband and I had an idea of what carpet/wood flooring we wanted for our basement and when we brought those ideas to FA, they were very efficient (Crisy, in particular) in getting us samples of what we may like and it was easy to pick our winners from there. Once we decided, FA gave us a time frame that they would come to the house to work and given circumstances nowadays was very reasonable. However, they were able to squeeze us in ahead of time and had our basement carpeted and wood flooring set in under 3 work days. Prices for both were very fair and were happy with the results. Chris in particular did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them!

2021-09-02From start to finish, this was an impressive experience at the Champaign, IL store! Crisy in sales was so wonderful at answering questions and has amazing follow through. Brian was amazing at organizing the install and then he called me to see how things went! What?! The installers were awesome! They were very friendly and courteous. They are extremely talented! The floors are solid, beautifully installed and gorgeous! And, they cleaned up their work space! Also...I just got a handwritten thank you card from them. Who does that anymore? I can’t rave about them enough!!! No question, we will be calling them if we ever need flooring anywhere else:)

2022-02-22This was our second entire-floor project with Flooring America (main floor in 2016 and second floor in 2022). Both times, from product inquiries and selection to final completed installation, we received nothing less than topnotch service from all involved. 2021-07-29Bryan worked with us to find the perfect carpet for our family room. The carpet arrived quickly at Flooring Americas warehouse and installation was scheduled within a few days. Francisco Flooring Services was contracted to install the carpet and they were top notch as well. The installation went off without a hitch and the new carpet looks wonderful. I highly recommend both Flooring America and Francisco for the installation.

2021-09-03We recently got new carpet installed upstairs with Flooring America. They were great to work with throughout the entire process. We worked most closely with Cristina and she was so helpful answering any questions we had. The installers they used were very efficient and got the whole upstairs done in less time than we planned for. After the install, we noticed a small issue, but once I brought it up to Cristina she was more than willing to try to make it right and fix the situation. We will continue to use Flooring America in the future.

We had a hiccup with our flooring and couldn’t have asked for better customer service to getting it corrected! Will recommend anyone to go see Brian for all your flooring needs! 2021-09-10After about one year of looking at flooring and feeling overwhelmed, I landed in Flooring America after they were recommended to me by two family members.When I first came to the store, I was helped by Brian, who was super helpful and kind. He patiently listened to what I was looking for and helped me with picking out some samples to choose from, based on my input. He nailed it! Within a few days, the ball was rolling to get our flooring installed. I credit Brian for this, as my decision was made easy due to the high-level of service, expertise of style, and knowledge of product that he provided.Crisy was also amazing and was instrumental in finalizing my selection of carpet, spending time with me moving samples to different lighting and providing options based on the look I was wanting. She kept me informed as the flooring and carpet were ordered, and she followed through with providing information and answering the many questions I had throughout the process.The installers for both the flooring and carpet were wonderful! They were punctual and friendly, and their workmanship was top notch! They cleaned up after themselves each day and were enjoyable to have in my home.After the work was complete, I was impressed with receiving a follow-up call from Brian to make sure I was happy with everything. I later received a hand-written thank you note from Crisy. This level of customer service is rarely seen these days!Both Brian and Crisy made my experience so wonderful! I like my flooring and carpet more than I hoped I would, and I couldnt be happier with everything. I will definitely choose Flooring America for all of my flooring needs in the future!

2021-08-03We are absolutely delighted with our new LVP floor.... its exactly what we wanted. Flooring America was easy to work with, the install schedule accommodated some out-of-town weeks for us, and installer Chris was fully amazing. He did a perfect job in less time than predicted. The results show off both the product and Chris amazing skills.

2021-10-14We had a bad installation that was redone wihout cost by the new owners. But now the same problem has emerged and we maybe left with a long standing expensive damage. I dread calling again. Hopefully they will come through again. The new ownership has come through once so far.They have the best selection of materials.
