I dont really write reviews but every time I visit this place its always a pleasant experience very clean very friendly staff and multiple wigs to try on now I dont know if the policy has changed since Ive been there if you still only can be able to try on 3 wig which I thought was weird hopefully they fixed that but over all amazing clothes amazing prices amazing employees would come again :) Ive known this place for 3-4 years now.
Well they are in the neighborhood and they have some of the hair products we use. I dont shop in the clothing area. The workers are nice enough. They dont really stand out as exceptional in any area of service or products to me. They are located near Aldi, so they are convenient because I shop at Aldi a lot.

Rude staff, old clothes, as a Hispanic I wear hair extensions because I love, I have been wearing for years. The prices are not too reasonable, you can not return anything only exchange. The girl with weird color hair watched the camera for another customer and barely acknowledge me during whole transaction had I not wanted the hair for a soon event I would not have purchase here. This place should consider a turn around for their business
Its huge however before you even walk into the door it smells like Marijuana. Was my first time visiting. You never know who is coming in to your business to shop. Will only go as a last resort
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The owner is really nice as I had to exchange some hair she smiled and said thats fine without hesitation. First Image is my number one hair store in Aurora!
The Hispanic girl always has an attitude to the point you don’t even want to ask her anything. They need to put on the receipt and a sign by the wigs all sales are final with them you can’t even exchange it for something different. Even though my wig wasn’t even open. I will drive a 20min drive else were to go to a different beauty supply poor service
Not sure if I will be returning. The staff knows nothing about the products they are selling. I am Dominican and my hair grows a little course, I ask the staff about some of there items and they know not a thing. They are very unfriendly and look like they don’t want to be there. Look at everyone like they are about to steal, I think that’s their only job, like they want someone to!
Ive been to a couple stores in the area and this one blows them all away. The hair selection and price is amazing. Also customer service has been A+ every time
Every time I go to this place the same girl helps and Im in and out, she knows the layout of all the hair and she sumhow knows my style and recommends things that I just pass by. Im never in there too long once she spots me and helps me out, from faux locs to quick weaves, shes got me covered!

They racist as can be, watch and follow people like a hawk. The employees are rude and don’t know about the products but I always find what Im looking for and need that’s the only reason why I return to this establishment.

They only take cash and debit cards. Very big store..hair, hair products, accessories, clothes and shoes. But they didnt have RastAFri hair which is what I wanted.
First place I shop for wigs,weave and hair supplies the staff friendly very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in store.
I do not like shopping here as i am followed around like a common criminal! BUT they are the only place close to me with the hair I want for braids. They suck at customer service....

Would give one star but I ALMOST always find what I need here so I will spare another star. If it hadn’t been for that, I would have stopped shopping here. A couple of the girls here are always unfriendly and rude to women of color feeling upset to help out. If I continue to see this I will no longer shop here

2022-06-19I dont like going into that place too much any more. They always watch you like a hawk like you dont have any money to buy anything and you are going to steal it. Second I think a lot of their stuff is knockoffs or counterfeit just because of their return policy. I had been a loyal customer since the early to mid 90s when they were in the north lake street shopping center I used to get my track outfits from there. Now I just go to K&G and get my clothes better selection and I dont get theshopping while blacktreatment

2022-07-09Good place to go for tshirts and tank tops for men. I found a few womens shirts as well, but I recommend sizing up a few sizes because they run small. Good value though.

2022-07-14Great selection of all the hair care, hair accessories, bundles, wigs, makeup, etc., one may need and much more. Helpful and pleasant staff. The older asian gentlemans behavior is typical - following and peering at customers and when asked a question unable or unwilling to answer. Were not sure if his english is limited but an associate had to come and assist us. Anyway, we did meet a young lady with nice braids and learned of a braided in Aurora so were excited about this. Thanks to the mexican sister who really helped us out. Thank you.

I do agree with previous customer reviews they do follow you around the store and make you feel very uncomfortable as if you are going to steal. I only go there because it’s the only beauty supply that’s close to me. Some of the clothing they sell are old and outdated. Also beware of the strict return policy!!

2021-04-19This is your Ultimate Stop and Shop. The Wigs are Great Quality and the Staff. Great Store! I was a Terminal Cancer Patient; I purchased my 1st Wig from her and have never went back to my Natural. The Wigs have a natural it feel as though you’re wearing your own hair. The quality of the density of the Wigs I’ve purchased from this Place have been heavenly. My husband loves this place the clothing line which is of great quality as well. I have purchased a few causal outfits from there as well. Thankful 🥰💕🥰🙏🏽😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷🙏🏽

2021-12-23When youre looking for some cool threads that no one else around is going to have you want first image threads. When you going to look like youre down and everybody else is a clown you want first image threads. When do you want a new pair of shades and everybody else staring at you like eyes and razor blades cuz you look so good and they dont thats first image.
