I work for a general contractor that often has to bend over backwards for our clients. The service we received from FASTSIGNS was amazing. We needed our signs right away and they went above and beyond to make sure we got them on time. They were so nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back to them for signage on our future projects.

After being blown off by our local print shop time and time again we contacted Fast Signs in Gurnee. As small, but very busy business owners, we do not have a lot of time to be chasing around other companies to start or complete work that we have given them. Russ and another very nice gentleman addressed all of our needs and had estimates to our inbox before we were even ten minutes down the road after leaving. Would highly recommend and am glad we made the switch!

Exceptional customer service. The quality of the products produced always exceeds what was expected. Knowledgeable people who are a pleasure to work with. We have done a few small projects with FASTSIGNS of Gurnee in the past but our most recent project was several large wall murals and they turned out great. From design to installation, Russ was very helpful and the murals look fantastic.We ordered more before the installation was completed.
The Staff was amazing and I had my sign within 24 hours. I really like the work they put into my sign and how quickly they did it. The staff went over and above any expectations I had for a sign company. I wanted a magnetic decal for my vehicle but the logo we had was hand drawn and copied too many times to use. The staff at Fastsigns of Gurnee took the extra time to completely rebuild the logo and improved the look. We now have digital images to use for many different projects.Thank you Bob and Heidi.
Glenn and his FASTSIGNS team are friendly, always available and quite quick to respond to our needs. I gladly recommend them to anyone needing quality banners, signs and other miscellaneous Reproductions as they have done many different size projects for indoor and outdoor displaying. We used Fast Signs of Gurnee to get a new monument sign made for the property I manage and were so very happy we chose to use them again. 2022-01-10We were having some serious safety issues with truckers entering into areas they could not get out of. The initial signs we got from a different vendor were too small. I needed a nice, professional looking solution fast. We called Fast Signs and had the very nice new sign by the end of the day. We have had 0 truckers entering the wrong drives since. The sign looked very nice and was done at what I consider to be a very fair price. I am so glad they are one of our resources

2022-01-13I work at the James A Lovell Federal Health Care Center (VA hospital) in Waukegan Illinois. During the pandemic, things change daily especially with the Omicron variant. I few times Facilities had to shift Covid testing areas or set up Covid quarantine wards with only a few day notice. Multiple times I went to FastSigns in Gurnee with an emergency order and not only did they complete the emergency order within the allotted time frame, but the signs were high quality and read exactly what we needed them to read. Fastsigns flexibility has allowed the hospital to provide better care to our nations heroes!
