I came here late at night. The rating is for this location only, not a franchise rating. My local Wendys was only taking cash so I came here for my fix. What I found annoying is this locations dependants on their timer system. Get customers out quickly with their food, a good thought on paper. But its unrealistic. What ever consequence there is has lost this location simplicity and convenience of the customer. Reversing my car away from the window to wait 1 minute is a joke, all because of a timed serve system. I dont want to reverse anywhere, but I did. Nothing like this should penalizes anyone. What matters is attitude of employees and freshness of the food. It doesnt matter if my food is ready in 30 seconds or two minutes.This location, not impressed with their games. Shame because the food was great, like expected. This is what i should be talking about, yet Im not. To be honest I dont want to write this review, because management will take it as employees in the wrong, but I want to be clear this is a failure of management.
Not sure if there is new management, or it’s just the time I came she was manager. But she was so Impatient. I understand you’re busy, so you made me wait a period of time in the drive through, but I expect the same patience I had with you when I was putting my money away, and when I was putting my food away. She still had the audacity to roll her eyes. That was poor customer service, especially being the manager.3:50pm 8/19/21
Place always forgets to give you something on your order. They also always have a long and time consuming drive thru line. The staff is always rude and never smiles, it’s like you if you order and go make that Wendy’s any money, they get mad at you for choosing that specific Wendy’s.I’m always missing an order of fries or order of nuggets. I even once was short changed. Got back $13, instead of $14 out of $20, yes I went back. I figure all the people they trick into this, they probably make a good $40 extra just in short changing people.
Ignorant customer service, it has been multiple times that I have came to this Wendys where the management to the person taking orders are very unprofessional. Tons of attitude as if I was bother her ordering my food and for some reason the wait time is ridiculous. It seems like management and the people working here do not care and definitely need training this will be my last time coming here and Im going to tell friends and family not to come here through social media.
Not too happy with the service at the drive through. Put my order in and was half way through ordering was told to give them a minute which is understandable Im in no rush. After a minute or so the lady comes back and acknowledges me as if I was another customer having to retake my order which is alright I suppose. I get to the window and my total was not what I was told and after having the lady repeat the order for me it was only half the order that I had gave her the first time. So I repeat the rest of my order to her as I see her input it in and also I apologize for and misunderstanding. I then was told to pull forward and wait which is no big deal but the person who comes out hands me 1 bag half full no receipt and a majority of the order I had just placed in person and paid for. Now there couldnt have been a misunderstanding if I had received another cars order on accident since I was the only car waiting.I didnt bother going inside and explaining what just happened I was not pleased nor did I want to speak to another employee at that moment.Be wary and have the cashier repeat your oder for you. Cause after 3 times they still couldnt get it right.
On 11/18/ 21 we stopped by to buy food , only drive thru service is available. It took almost 40 minutes to get our order . Extremely rude employee taking your order. This restaurant is a joke , their food and customer service are nasty. Well never be back to this location.
This Wendys used to be great. The makeover is the only nice thing about this place. On several occasions they got our order wrong. The staff seems to be too busy talking, flirting and full of attitude. Last time we were there it took so long we walked out & so did other people. Dont waste your time or money.
Man I went there around 630pm it was just slammed with people. I had to wait more than is typical for my food. BUT my order was 100% accurate and they were very friendly and apologized for the wait. So. Based upon that Id give them five stars. They were short staffed for dinner rush and based on the volume of customers I think they did a pretty good job.
These workers from Wendy’s are unprofessional . I ordered my food from Uber eats & half of the food I ordered did not came in my bag . I called Wendy’s and spoke with por porsette the manager im not sure if I spelled her name correctly but I explained to her how I was missing a few of the items I ordered from Uber eats & she told me that all she can do is give me the items I was missing until 7:30 pm today . I work at a clinic where I work 12 hr shifts & half my coworkers did not received their lunch . I will never ever in my life order from this Wendy’s anymore .
The switch in workers for the drive thru was great! Before there would be a mean lady that would always be mad at having to work. Stopped by yesterday and today in the night and I just want to say the attitude of these workers is phenomenal!! Loved the customer service. Great job Wendy’s at your switch in workers 😊👌🏻
Closed an hour early, again, Ive only lived in this area for a few months and they were actively telling us they cant take orders at the speaker. Do not go to this Wendys, the workers always have an attitude, dont do their job right, and one night we went through three for them were arguing and nearly fighting each other. Calling corporate because this place is so bad.Ive tried to call them 6+ times to speak to a manager, i get through and it turns out no one but her came. Disgusting work ethic, and a horrible way to leave that woman.
Very nice Wendys location. The staff behind the counter was very polite and prepared my food quickly. There were some staff members on break that werent setting the best example, but I wont hold it against the folks who were on the clock. Bathroom was also nice and clean.
I ordered (Feb 12, 2021 @8:45pm) all these mods on my sandwiches which cost extra money and none of them were on there. Simple mods too, like add American cheese, add onion. The sandwiches were all standard built and POORLY made. I got a dab of mayo on my crispy chickens and like the thinnest piece of lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich. The person on production built my food and thought to themselves yeah, thats okay... Poor quality, man. Discipline the sad sack who made my food.
Literally the worst Wendys Ive ever been to. Food is always wrong, cold, or just flat out disgusting. The workers are extremely rude. When you ask for anything extra or special to your order they always give you attitude and still manage to make your order wrong. Going here at 6 PM is an absolute nightmare. Youll stand in line waiting to order for literally 30 minutes and another 20 for your food.
They dont never get your order right and they never have the food ready and then the have a heavy set big girl on the cash register she cant count and she always give you back less change and then if you pay with card she will try and keep it and they will have you waiting 30 minutes for food through the drive thru
What is the point of wearing a mask if it wont even cover your nose? Half the workers werent covering their noses, and a few had the mask down around their chin. Im pretty sure I saw the manager and even he was sporting the chin-diaper look.My order was also incorrect-twice, but its just about Christmas time, plus I dont want my food to get coughed on by some might as well be maskless person. I was already getting glares, but that might be because I was glaring at all of the covidiots who apparently didnt think this pandemic is real.Not coming back.
The drive through experience was horrible, we arrived at the window to order we ordered and was told to reverse the car behind a pole until the order was ready than they called us back up to the window minutes later, we are making sure our order is right they made us move from the window to check our food was only one second, worst experience I ever had at wendys.
Never had an issue until today.Terrible customer service! While I was placing an order I was cut off while placing my order and felt rushed. Then I was checking my order because it was a big order and wanted to make sure my order was correct, the employee at the window was giving me an attitude and giving terrible looks while holding straws in her hand and tapping them in to her other hand as if she was annoyed and wanted me leave.
Shame on Wendys I understand that the place is not open so I decided to walk to the drive through and make a order of the chicken sandwich! This was monday 5/25/20 my wife died that day! Even at banks you could go through the drive through this is discrimination! Please dont buy from Wendys I told all my friends! They should let people who dont got a car to go to the drive through to order your food!
With this Wendys is a hit or miss sometimes. There are days were you get crew members that really like what they do super friendly gets your order right and food is fresh. And other days you get people that just dont like there job. Food looks like slop just thrown together a huge nasty mess. Burgers that have maybe the meat was left out and turned. Fries not fresh and salty.
Horrible Managament and over all service . Truly Disgusting the way this place is run. I try my best to always avoid this place but today I went to try one of their specials and the Host who was attending us was already giving us attitude and I had to repeat my order serval time and was put on hold for a while too. I asked for 20 chicken nuggets and she said she only has maximum orders of 10 each so I said thats fine just give me two orders of 10 and I ordered a Chicken burger. This lady Raven gives me only 10 pieces and a Beef burger instead. Jesus. So i got home with a wrong order because the lady Raven didnt wanna do their job properly and its not the first time either. I called to tell the manager of the situation and it was a guy and he didnt do anything to fix it just basically said oops sorry. My family and friends told me thats what i get for going to that location that has the reputation of having horrible customer service and getting food ordees wrong. Sad that nothing gets fixed and it just looses customers. I wish wendys corporation would set the place straight and the people in it like raven straight because i know the food itself can be good and its the management and associates that are running the place poorly that ruins everything. I will no longer be going here. I finally learned my lesson. Ill just stick to burger king across the street
Short Story: Not worth stopping inLong Story: Honestly, this is one Wendys you do not want to stop by in. The management is deplorable, as everyone either does not know what they are doing, or down right look as if they do not want to be working there. The service there is poor, as they not only talk poorly to their customers, yet among themselves. The speed of the service is dreadful, as I have personally have spent between 25 minutes to an hour waiting for my food, when it was between just a meal to even at least 6 things for a group.
It does not matter what day of the week you go or the time you go they always have the best drive thru service. The employees never.... I mean NEVER have attitude problems and need I mention the fast service.... I do have to say, that if your order is big DO check before you leave. They do have a tendency of forgetting things like bacon on a baconator lol or petty little minor things like taking out condiments you asked for....
When we got home and opened our food, we were disappointed to see that it was poorly made. we ordered chicken sandwiches and they just gave us the bun with a piece of chicken on it. no lettuce, tomato or even mayo on either sandwich. I ordered regular nuggets for my toddler and they gave me spicy instead so she was unable to eat. regret stopping to get food at this location.
Didnt like the service at all. I paid my order and had to wait 10 minutes getting all my change which i said you know what forget and give me what you have in you hand cause im not waiting. Then they have me no receipt cause they ran out. Then i waited over 20 minutes on my 2 meals while you have co workers in the back taking pictures holding up wendys money taking pictures. Thats unprofessional in my opion. I will not be going back to this location.
The place was on the cleaner side. The staff was friendly. The chili seemed off a bit, thicker and a slight ketchup-y taste. The grill chicken sandwich wasnt terrible, the dry and the secret sauce was definitely not evenly spread. The spring mix was a nice touch with a tomato. I would visit again if I had to.
The employees at this store dont care. It seemed like an inconvenience to take our order, there was no tea, the coke was out in one dispenser and tasted awful in the other. The dispenser with coke had no ice. I will not be back in this store. I gave 2 stars only because the sandwich and fries were good.
This place deserves zero stars!!!!! They always mess up on the orders every single time. I ordered a apple pecan salad, when I got the salad, all it had was lettuce and chicken. No pecans came with it. No cranberries and no bleu cheese. And yet I was charged for the full salad. What kind of service is this. The workers are rude. Have no manners. Cant say welcome to Wendys or thank you. Needs new management new workers. Need to be trained and asked if they have any education. Where do they find theyre employees? In the ghetto? Never go to this Wendys.
A few says ago I order food through drive-thru. A #1 meal with no onions...after a few bites I saw a small piece of bloody-looking paper stuck between the cheese and meat patty....how is it possible that they did not see some paper stuck to the meat as they were cooking and preparing the burger?! Disgusting...I can only imagine the conditions in their kitchen...never go there again...
I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are flavorable and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. always when we go to this place we pass a splendid evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Extremely bad customer service! Do not even go during this epidemic all the employees including managers had there mask down! All employees talking and on phones.So disgusted i just threw away my food. I also might had been charge twice due to the employee having a whole conversation with the rest of the employees and not acknowledge me at all! She didn’t even gave me a receipt and gave me my drink wrong.DO NOT EAT from this location!!!!
So on March 2nd 2019 at around 4 p.m. there wasnt much of a drive-thru line and inside the restaurant wasnt too crowded either. We came into a young woman who exclaimed loud enough for all the customers to hear she cant do this no-mo and all of her co-workers including her manager just giggled and laughed while three parties were waiting in line to order were left unattended. so I leaned over the counter to look at the fry machine where the manager was standing and she looked directly at me and then back at the Fry machine. didnt say anything to her co-worker who just went to the back. so we decided to leave. it really is just a shame because I typically have good experiences at Wendys and considering me and the rest of my friends frequent Wendys often this may change that.
This location was extremely filthy. The place looked as if had been open all day and there was no one around to clean up. The garbage cans were overflowing and the floor was sticky with soda. Only had the wet floor signs up, didnt bother to clean up. Condiment bar was absolutely disgusting.
Terrible service! Fast food concept gone! Have to wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers. Place was really dirty; napkins, straws, cups all over the floor, dirty tables, dirty stations. We were asked to leave because the place closes at 10 pm when we were in the middle of our meal. Never come back at least in this location.
TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE.I wish i could rate it ZERO stars. This place use to have a responsible staff and i use to have good experiences.Today i went in and i waited 20 mins to only find out my order wasnt in the system. I was waiting for NOTHING. Then i ask the lady about it and she just stared at me like im the one whose supposd to do something about it.. then she takes my receipt and gives it to the ladies making the food so i could just wait for another 20 MINUTES. I asked for my receipt back because i wanted my money back but the lady refused because my food was already being made. Made no sense but i didnt eant to cause problems since the lady had bad attitude.This place is terrible. Always gets orders wrong. Doesnt give receipts in the drive thru. Bad attitude. Terrible
This Wendy’s is seriously the WORST wendys I’ve ever been too and I live in the neighborhood. This is the not first time receiving horrible customer service and the fact that After a certain time (10:30-12PM) they never have specific foods available. They’ll start asking you what size then be like “hold on let me ask my manager” then come back saying “we only have __so__ and so available”. Or when I tried to or a chicken sandwich apparently they didn’t have anymore chicken. This Wendy’s has to have one of the worst management ever and it’s been like this for about a year now. Very unprofessional. No other Wendy’s around the area is like this one. And I’m not even trying to be dramatic or anything but THIS WENDYS NEEDS BETTER WORKERS OR TRAIN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Place is always busy drive thu and inside.. Food is always fresh and hot when Ive gotten my food. Their pop machine most of the time always out of pop place is a bit dirty at times inside.. Sometimes drive thu takes forever. So if u want to get something fast n in a hurry dont come here it will be a while..
Piss poor service! I literally only ordered 2 double stacks add lettuce and tomato and they couldnt even do that. I came back thru the drive thru a 2nd time only to have to wait 15 mintues. Once I told them the problem and asked if I could have fresh burgers for waiting, the cashier laughed. Didnt understand what was so funny. After another 10 minute wait, they returned if the same cold ass burger with lettuce and tomato slapped onto them. Ill just chalk it up as a loss because its late and I dont have time to deal with bs. This is not the first time I have had crappy service from this location, so from here on out they will no longer receive my business.
They dont call out the names loud enough so I suggest you dont take a seat until your food comes out and they also take forever. They will start telling you at 9:00 that they dont have the items you want because they are too lazy to make anything. I had a salad and a baked potato but after I paid they said they didnt have baked potatoes and I had to get my money back. I got there at eight and I had to walk back to the front after a 1 hour wait at 9:00 and they were missing my peacons for the salad and my baked potato. They also have drug addicts walk in and ask for money. Then they do their fix in the washroom.
Am a big fan of Wendys but this location is SAD. There was no one there to take my order the drive Tru people just looked at by as I waited inside took 15 minutes just to take my order the front cashier was on lunch. Then I ordered double stacks I gat 4 eat 1 bite trow it away worse service and food ever.NEVER AGAIN
Rude...I asked for tea because the machine was out of tea and also lot of drinks were out also.i asked if had any drink machine back behind the counter...she said no. I then want.i asked where the going to fill the machines back up...she No. I then needed ketchup...that was also out of...Back to the counter. I asked for ketchup. Worker said ketchup is out there.I went to check just to be sure no one bought it out while I was waiting to ask. I go back to the counter to let her know thats also out. I told her no ketchup. She looked at me walked off. I asked another lady that was filling orders...finally got my ketchup Frustrated 😠🤬😠😡I have never had a problem here before. Now my food is cold. NO WIN situation 😤😧😟
I stopped by to pick-up a quick meal, while I waited for my meal, I made a quick stop at ladies bathroom - they disgusting and unsanitary. The 1st stall was not working and there was toilet paper all over the floor. The 2nd stall, it was evident someone had an accident all over the seat. And I dont mean urine. Unfortunately, I didnt have cellphone in my person, otherwise , I would have taken pictures to post. Food was cold.
Bad experience on the drive thru. We had to wait almost 20 min on the drive thru to place or order. Is this consider “fast food”, don’t think so. I order a grill chicken sandwich and I got a hamburger, I find out until I was already 2-3 miles away. They didn’t put napkins and ketchup. My daughter kids meal had french fries, but we asked for apple slices.
Took my daughter to the bathroom, since there is only 2 stalls, we waited for a stall to be available. The girl who came out the stall was to my surprise an employee who did not wash her hands. She walked out while me and my daughter washed our hands same employee came back in to take a selfie and left back out. The cashier was being rude can barely hear her due to her not even looking up didn’t greet or ask if she can take my order I waited a few seconds than I just told her what I wanted. As I walked towards my seating another employee bumped into me didn’t even apologize instead rolled her eyes at me
Usually always go through drive thru but this time I wanted to sit inside and eat & I regret it. There was so many empty tables but they were all dirty. Someone spilled pop on the floor and It was just sitting there. Trash was full. Horrible Do Not Eat from here it’s so dirty & employees don’t even try cleaning up!
Their service is lousy. Poor customer service. 1 person working register, fry station & bagging food. Some of them have a really bad attitude. Restaurant is not clean & condiments not restocked. They need help. 2 ladies no hat or hairnet working around the food. They really dont deserve any stars
Sometimes they have messed up my order. Service is usually slow. You seem to wait longer then you shpuld have to.They never seem to have enough people at the registers. Saw them take a long time on someones food and then drop a half opened sandwich box on a tray with lettuce hanging out as well as cheese and greasy fingerprints smeared on the box. I dont think I would have accepted that if it was my food. Ive lived in Cicero for two years and only come here every few months when I want a snack, and service always seems the same...I dont like to complain, but thought I should say something since it hasnt gotten better.
Horrible customer service. Young lady at the register had a horrible attitude problem. When I spend my money at your location I truly expect some decent service. Unwilling, no ambition worker. The manager was trying to make it better, but saying dont say nothing esle to them didnt help. Im a General Manager and strive off good service so saying dont say nothing esle to them isnt professional NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS WENDY. ALSO CLEANLINESS SHOULD BE A HIGH DEMAND
Horrible service. My friend and I went to Wendy’s today because we were hungry. The girl took our order and we moved on to the side to wait for our food. It was 8:42pm when I checked the time and seen that I paid for my food 22 mins ago, because I get a notification from Chase. Anyway, the cook kept complaining about how many customers there were and he even cussed out loud. I then went to ask the cashier if my friend and I can get our money back because It has already been 20 min since we ordered our food. So then the cashier told the manger, and the manager yelled at the girl and told her that it was her fault because she didn’t help and that they’re suppose to work as a team and they don’t. The manager apologized to us and we left.
Most fast food places will push the costliest items on the menu and Wendys is no different. They have some great burgers. But I suggest you pay attention to the value menu, there are some interesting choices. Where else can you find chilli on the value. Finally the 5$ bigge box is great value. You get a good deal of food for a great price. Lastly if the Frosty is on sale for 50 cents get it, you wont regret it.
If I could give them no stars I would!! They have such nasty attitudes and walk with their noses up so high... Like relax this is a fast food joint... Anyway aside from the attitude the service is slow, both for the drive-thru and inside! Also if you get your food from Deshyria and Breanna check it BEFORE you leave! You will get a shorter order than what you ordered and they will catch an attitude when you bring it up to them they will try to blame you! Common sense 2+2=4
YOU HAVE TO BEG THIS WENDYS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY APPARENTLYWent in on 9-1-19 at 4:30 approximately. Thought the establishment was closed at first however there was a few guests inside upon arrival. Walked up to the counter and a younger black lady was facing the opposing counter behind the register hunched over on her phone. Two Mexican ladys (one young and one older) pointed and stared as we waited for someone to greet us or even take our order at this point. They just stood there. A younger Mexican male as well just stood over by where he was packing the food just stood there didnt say a word and just stared blankly. After about a 3 minute wait and blank stares like i had told them im not going to beg for my money to be taken by anyone and walked out.
I changed my rating on Wendys mostly because of service there. They would often mess up my orders a lot when I asked for small things added to my meals but would screw it up anyway. The last time I ordered an apple pecan salad I was disappointed because I specifically asked for no blue cheese on it and they put it on anyway. When I told them, they gave me another one without blue cheese but I noticed another mistake after. I asked for a full Apple Pecan salad which is supposed to come with two pomegranate vinegrate packets and two packets of pecans but was only given one for each. When I told the employee I was only give one, they decided to give me ranch dressing which I did not ask for. I told her again that I wanted two packets of vinegrates and pecans. But she only gave me one of the dressing. At that point I was so frustrated I didnt even bother to ask for the pecans and because of this incident I lost my sense of I wanting to go back to Wendys again for their bad service.
Never go to this location. The last few times I went, there was lots of commotion between staff and customers. It feels almost dangerous to be in there. The staff themselves don’t make it any better as they put minimal effort into everything they do. Had to wait 30 minutes in line once for someone to take over the register and place my order.
Only 3 stars because food was good so drive thru is good .. but I went in to eat and it was extremely dirty , not one clean table ... Had to ask for it to be cleaned . Sorry but Im just being honest 🤷 . My opinion I wont go back there to dine . Drive thru although not bad there food is always pretty much on point
I eat here 3x a month because its convienent for lunch at work. I never had any issues with the food. However, ask for ranch for your nuggets, theyll give you bbq... 8 out of 10 times. Ask for no ice, get extra ice in your drink. Want hot sauce for your chilli? Youll be lucky to get a spoon. Seems like no matter what you ask for, they give you what they want to. Its kind of an ongoing joke. Drive thru service is usually rude, so go inside. People are a little nicer.
Doesnt get my 5 stars, bad service, bad attitudes from everyone even managers. The one that took our order real bad attitude. I mean im not sure why we where nice, she had an attitude from the moment we walked in. I can probably say it has to be because of race. Idk if they changed staff but real bad service wont be back again.
This store is not staffed in the correct Manor. The manager on shift has no sense of urgency. They had a line of people lining up to the door, and he had the only cashier (Jessica) stop ringing people up and start bagging. The quality of this store has severly degraded.
I just went in for a meal i asked for a baconator meal. I upgraded to a mango chiller and specifically said no ice and I upgraded to baconator fries why would they assume I wanted bacon siracha fries? And i got my drink loaded with ice. Dry service and looks on the ladies at the drive thru and no receipt? If you dont like the job have someone else do it. Cant get a simple order right at night past 6pm.
I know food never looks like the picture on the menu but this burguer looked like he wiped the floor with it first before stepping on it the Fries where cold and forgot extra dressing for salad and sauces and drinks all of whoom where pre-paid and repeated to him over and over ... Very poor service
First and last time!!Today while a was walking into this place a rat jumped on front on me!!!Came out from the bottom of the waste containers and ran into the Ladies restroom. I call the manager and told him about it and he told me: ok, thank you. He call one employee to clean the Ladies restroom.!!!! Unbelievable!!!
Really bad service!! the employees in there always have a bad attitude and so rude! i use to go but i dont think i want to go back because the place is super dirty is disgusting they dont clean the floors are sticky the tables are always dirty and where you get your drinks is super gross just nasty!!! the employees look so lazy thats probobly why the place is always a mess😖
Very bad service I came in with my kids we ordered 2 things they took forever the line wasnt long, the employees are joking playing around in front of customers mixing up orders I will definitely not have to think twice about coming here again because its safe to say I will not return!
No sprite, no receipt, they said at the window they would comp the difference in switching the drink to a natural lemonade due to the inconvenience and a rude black guy with braids came to the window and said the problem isnt theirs and they would not be comping the change of drinks so I asked for a refund and left.

2021-11-11I placed this order for delivery on Grub Hubb.This restaurant is ridiculous I will never order here again. Save your time and your money the quality of service and food isnt worth the wait for the drive. 11:26am my order was placed it was delivered at 12:06pm cold over cooked dry my Iced Vanilla-cino was mostly water and creamer. They even forgot my meal. Your suppose to make the order fresh for delivery not pack it up out the way into the microwave one soft sandwich and one brick one? Both patties dry. Yous deserve to shut down and re-ran by new management because to think that its barely lunch and this is what you get? Absolutely not! Thanks for the worst experience.

2022-03-08I just left Wendys around 1:20 AM today.. I know its close to them getting ready to close but this is ridiculous. I ordered a 4 for 4 with a coke or pepsi, no ice The only thing good about this meal was the kids cheeseburger. The Pepsi was completely flat no carbonation. The french fries and the chicken nuggets was ice cold. I gave her the fries back and told her they were horrible. She gave me a different order of fries that had been precooked and overdone but they were hot this time. I did not realize the nuggets were cold and the pop was flat until I got back to work. Also she didnt even give me a receipt. Never again

2022-07-01Its a fast food restaurant. Theres not much more that needs to be said. They offer typical Chicago customer service, meaning, a young staff thats poorly trained with very few problem solving skills. Food is decent when the order is correct. Theyre not bad but at the same time they dont exactly stand out from the rest either.

2022-03-13Slow!!! Came to pick up an order and I was told lobby was closed after I went inside. Wouldn’t give me my order since I was already there and was told to go to drive through. Fine but lock your doors next time. Don’t waste our time. Get faster staff. Took almost 20 minutes to get order.

2022-07-02This location is horrible they have a young staff of unpleasant, Unprofessional people working in there that gives you nothing but attitude and cant get your orders correctly. They need to restaff this location because its becoming a place that makes you go down the street to McDonalds or across the street to Burger King to purchase food from which Im not a fan of. But if I can get my orders correctly without the attitude I will. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

2022-02-03Poor customer service. Approached the drive through and typically some one asks what to order but I was in front of the intercom for about 2 minutes before saying “hello”, then I get a “yawp” response. I commence with the order and pay. I didn’t get a receipt, two young employees were being vulgar amongst themselves, and were talking about drugs. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. I didn’t get names but the employees were working the drive through in between 3:30pm - 4:30pm on 02/04/2022. Two young women. Wendy’s please do a better job at hiring quality people not just bodies.

2022-02-08I dont know whats up with that night crew but they serve you whatever they want!!! I order chicken sandwich, get back to work its a darn burger!!! Super upset because I dont have time snap and take it back!!! Not the first time this has happened to me!! They will be getting a bad review tonight! I forgave them the first time now again!!!

2022-03-23If ghetto was multiple people this place has hired all of those people. Workers with attitude. Orders are never on time. Food was ordered at 6:00pm was not received until 6:30 I was parked at 6:10Fries and burgers were coldWas not that busy either. Who ever works in Human Resources and whoever works in management are clearly not doing their jobs and need to be replaced this place is a joke.
