You see this spot? Ive been waiting at this spot at Wendys for the last 30 minutes. The service here is so slow... So freaking slow. In fact its so slow that the amount of time I park my car, walked in, order, get my food, and leave Id still be waiting at this spot. Okay cool so you can argue go inside or maybe its busy cause its dinner time, but no person should be sitting here for that long just to order food.The service the attention to customer service... The everything with this experience of just going to this Wendys in particular is just horrible. Honestly get new staff or fire the people that currently work here cause this fast food restaurant location is the worst experience Ive had ever.Edit: I went inside today and tried to see if it was faster. Yes it was but man they really need more people to work here. The place only had 2 employees working and one of them walked off to get on the phone.Wow
The drive through is always long. On my lunch break I ordered online and was giving the option to “ pick up” when I get there the lobby door is locked. I called and she said I would have to go through the drive through. There was 10 cars in the drive through I did not have enough time to wait in line. Why give this option if it isn’t available. I asked well how to I get a refund and she said I’d have to use the app. I emailed the “contact us” email and no response!
This place is hilarious, drive thru line is constantly long, not because theyre busy but because they take so long to take/make your order, when you finally get your order, its wrong 10/10 times, its become a fun game my family and I play to see what theyre going to mess up, classic orchard wendys.
Quality has been sliding downward at all Wendys locations for the last several years.When they started doing their burgers with the Daves Choice branding a long time ago, I was hitting a Wendys more than once every week.Now I only go there if I want something greasy. Thats a shame.
Fast service, friendly staff, and they got everything in my order correct. I really appreciate that the person taking my order clarified what I said, in order to ensure they got everything in my order right. Staff also appeared to be taking necessary COVID-19 procedures. Everyone I saw was wearing a mask and gloves correctly, and social distancing as much as possible.
I Uber and this is the 7th time in 2 weeks i come to pick up an order and there “system is down”.Only for them to serve cars after mine. Uber calls and nobody picks up the phone.For being a chain restaurant like this. How is it that their “System” always goes down.If I was the owner I would have fixed it by now
The guy with the black hair and glasses working the drive thru at 10pm on September19th wanted to argue with me about him putting the ketchup and barbecue sauce in the bag with my food that I asked for and well I got home no ketchup terrible service wont be returning soon also the young woman working the headset told me im not allowed to do two separate orders go to a different Wendys
The drive thru takes forever to move mostly because they rarely split function and have poor Cheryl (with her slow speaking order taking) doing cash as well as orders.Cheryls voice drives me freaking crazy. The food quality is usual good. Have had frequent bad/old/hard nuggets and fries.
Usually they are pretty good. This time burgers were lukewarm, one of the soda machines didnt work ( when I told an employee he just shrugged his shoulders), fries where cold. Took the fries back up and they replaced them with soggy warm fries. Almost like they were microwave fries. The tables needed to be wiped down. Very disappointed in this trip to Wendys.
Il have to give them a 4, just because lately there food and them getting orders right have been off. Now with that said i go here alot i love there rewards on the app i have a big family so mine rack up quick. The food is good it always fills me up and the kids like it. The biggie deals are str8 for a quick cheap bite. Fills the kids up.. and leaves ypu satisfied..
If you arent using the app, youre doing it wrong... They keep posting coupons for free food with mobile orders!! I work down the street, so I eat here often. They have gotten every order right and never had a problem, but the McDonalds down the road gave my food to another customer twice!
Great quality service, better than the Lake St. Location. Only issue is that theyll forget to take the cheese off a sandwich even though I emphasized clearly, and concisely No cheese, only lettuce. It happens too often, for me to continue ignoring it as a simple mistake.
This restaurant is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a delicious lunch, this is the place that comes immediately to my head. splendid and all kinds of food and a rich menu.great staff members, and pleasant atmosphere. Also, the cost is honest. I suggest this place with no hesitation.
Wendys is my favorite fast food chain hands down. They have the best chicken sandwiches and the best french fries. You can debate me but this review is about this location which rocks. The staff is super friendly. They have never once messed up my order. I love the spicy chicken sandwich. They are very quick and efficient in getting the line cleared in the drive thru. I will definitely be back here soon!
I come to this Wendy’s because it’s close to my house! It always consistently has a drive thru which you would normally relate to it being delicious. This simply cannot be the reason at this location. The line is always full because the service is incredibly slow. I’m currently waiting for my food: a Asiago chicken sandwich, a nuggets kids meal, and 2 spicy go wraps, and I placed my order roughly 10-15 minutes ago. There were 2 other cars that were waiting with me for their food as well. No ETA on when I’ll have my food, and the other car was also waiting longer than I with no update. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again despite it being close by home - I’ll take the drive to the other location on Lake Street from now on.
Had slow service here earlier this week. Ended up going back tonight and now I can say I’ve had the worst Wendy’s experience ever. Have to wonder if there is a manager on site. Line of cars around the building so I went inside. I girl at register also filling order on front counter. Took 20+ minutes for 2 small frosted and 2 Junior cheeseburgers. Everyone waiting was disgusted. Woman in front of me referred to it as slooooooow fast food. Nothing else in area so they have a captive audience. Won’t be me again regardless of how desperate!!! Corporate better address issues at this location.
Unusually slow drive thru service yesterday. And when I asked to speak to the manager, daggers from the eyes of the employee that was working the drive thru. Everyone has a bad day, I had one yesterday too! But you cant take it out on the customers!! And why did I have to ASK for my receipt? Serious attitude adjustments are needed by the drive thru EMPLOYEES! And probably more customer service training!
The slowest drive through I have ever been to. Only come to the drive through if you have an extra 20 minutes to blow. The food is usually good (if they remember to make it the way you ordered it). 5 cars drove off, including the one in front of me right at the speaker.
I went to this Wendys after work, to start off the drive thru line was long and i spent a good amount of time waiting. I ordered what I believe was a chicken sandwich that was supposed to have guacamole, and bacon on it. they let me know that they were out of lettuce which was no biggie to me I just wanted my food. once I got home and started eating my sandwich, there was no guac but instead a long curly hair! The girls there also didnt give me a receipt so I couldnt fill out the survey either. 10/10 unsatisfied
I am still waiting in line 10 minutes later just trying to order a lemonade to go. I will easily waste 20 minutes trying to get a drink. This is by far and away the slowest fast food place in the tri County area. Wendys should be embarrassed beyond belief at the snails pace of employees both in house and at the drive through. An absolute joke of a store. Wendys corporate...WAKE UP!!!
Management need to tighten the reigns at this location:(Thursday morning. 8:05 am, three cars in drive-in lane)1) Customer service: walked in and stood at counter with nobody paying any attention to me despite receiving blank stares from two people in food prep area. Five minutes later a contractor who was fixing an electrical issue in the back alerted staff to a “guest up front” and someone came out and somewhat grudgingly took my order2) Inventory management: the place was out of biscuits at 8 am; clearly someone needs to go back to logistics training.Too bad as previous visits have been far more positive.
If I could rate a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. The morning isn’t as bad. Anytime I come to this location there’s always and issue. They never get my order right nor do they serve you food fresh, even when you request. DONT COME AT NIGHT just a bunch of teenagers who asks “are you done” after every item you order instead of letting you talk it through. They’re irritated when you get to the window. As a restaurant manager myself these people at this location are incompatible and act as thought they’re job is rocket science.they should just hire a whole new COMPATIBLE team, who knows the importance of customer service.
Im not a big fan of any fast food so it is a surprise to visit my first Wendys in years and see a new building design and better food. It was a premium burger by fast food standards and surprisingly delicious.Only negative: a clearly impatient (disgruntled) drive thru operator that made my wife and I feel like we were trying to ruin his life by ordering a kids meal.Update: second trip - extremely slow service. This was my second time going to this location and I am not pleased with the service both times. Both times took a while to even take my order and both times we had to park and wait for our food. The drive thru line got so backed up both times from the wait time that the drive thru circle got jammed and everyone had to turn around to go out the other way. We ordered 2 frosty cookie sundaes which A. First time they were handed to us they were literally completely melted, B. We had to wait about a good 10 minutes till we got new ones.. theyre frostys...why did this take 10 minutes and C. We had next to no cookie in it. Btw the first time we went we waited about 20 minutes in drive thru and they forgot our drinks so I asked the girl for our drinks...I watched her make the drinks, set them down and then she started to walk away. I tapped on the window to get her attention and she asks, how can I help you? she literally just forgot she was getting our drinks...I was like..you didnt hand us the drinks.. and she just looked so confused and finally gave them to us. IDK what kind of drugs your evening staff is on but this place is chaos. I gave them a 2nd chance but I will not give them a 3rd.
I went thru drive- thru & i must say that Ive gotten my food faster in a sit down restaurant! This fast food Wendys on Orchard Rd is always very slow but today I decided to comment bc I got upset since it took about 15 mins (only 2 cars in front of me) to get thru drive-thru for only one menu item, a grilled chicken wrap which was disgustingly cold. I was just there for a quick bite to hold me over till dinner & besides my lost time, I lost money on a chicken wrap I couldnt eat 😡
The cashier verbally complained about my team and I having separate orders .She then continued be rude while we ordered our food .She would not talk loud enough for us to hear and when we would ask her to repeat herself she woulddo it with an annoyed tone of voice. My middle schoool track team had never been to a Wendys before so they werent sure how their menu worked and this cashier did not make their experience any easier . I will not be returning to this location again since we clearly werent wanted .
Whenever Ive asked for a topping to be excluded from a sandwich the order is made wrong. For example no mayo extra pickles. And they put only mayo. I dunno maybe you need to get a better drive up headset so the employees can actually hear, teach them how to use a POS properly or get someone that isnt high to take/make the orders.
I went to the drive thru and the girls were rude it almost seemed as if they were laughing at me and my sister. We didn’t have any sauce or napkins and when we asked for some they were rude about it never coming back to this Wendy’s. “Okay bye” what he said as rushing me out
I unfortunately lost my receipt, but this WendysW has always pulled through for me. Even the mcdonalds down the street falsely advertised their hours, Wendys was still accurate. If corporate Wendys is reading this, Lisa was a great personality to interact with this evening, as she was a genuine pleasure to deal with when it came to drive in service.
This is the slowest place Ive ever been, doesnt matter is you go inside or through the drive thru. I time it every visit and the drive thru is always at least 10 minutes.. Didnt matter the number of cars in front of me. Inside is just as bad.Dont understand why management doesnt train the workers, they are all very nice.
Each of the 3 times I have been in the drive thru took what I consider to be a long time for a fast food place. Then always have employees acting crazy at the window like theres a party going on. When you get a bunch of young people jamming music and being really loud and obnoxious you can usually count on your food not being what it should be.I have been completely turned off to wendys now. I will never go back to this location and wont go to any wendys anywhere for a very long time. Wendys should send me a check for the 3 times a came here.
I would not even give them 1 star, this is the worst wendys location. I waited 20 minutes for the 4 for 4 meal and then my order just sat on the counter. When they finally called my name the guy switched out my fries for warmer ones since they were sitting on the counter for a while. Very ghetto if u ask me.
Went to Wendys which is always a faveorite. Pulled into the parking lot seeing a drive thru line wrapped aroud the building. We chose to still go. We rexieved our food and EVERYTHING was cold. You would think thag with the store that busy that the food would be fresh. Big disappointment
Its not the food is the attitude. Stood waiting for anyone to actually serve me. Ketchup pumps empty even after asking them to be filled 20 minutes earlier. If dirty tables and messy counter tops are your thing then this is probably more to your liking.Shame as there are a few that sell to care but they are outweighed by the lazy and disengaged
Unfortunately this is the closest wendys to my house. Every visit is a longer wait. The recent inside renovation rivals starbucks so if you must, avoid the drive-thru! The employees are hit or miss. I dont think this place is managed well.Edit: I just waited 20 mins for two small frostys!?
Everytime I’ve gone there. (5 times max) I’ve have waited no less than 10 mins in line before even ordering my food. Sometimes this is even after midnight, what are they doing in there that is taking them more than 3 mins to take someone’s order. The last time I was there I left after waiting in line for 20 mins for FAST food. Come on people
Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance. Food is always cold and sandwiches frquently soggie. I went last night and threw away my burger because it was wet and the fries must have been old ones that were re-fried. They tasted old and were dark brown. Not coming back.
I came in for the drive thru. at 2:01 and she tells me theyre closed . its a minute after ?!?!? come on. then I ask her where else can I go? and she tells me she doesnt know. fine. but when I pull off and pass by the window she bangs on her own window and waits for me to pass by to give me the finger ! this is the blonde with the blue jacket. 6/11/18. 00:54am I order a Jr bacon and strawberry lemonadeI received my order and I noticed that I was missing my straw for my drink on my receive the lady in the window go away and I have to wait for around 6 minutes and then when she comes back she opens the window and she said youre missing something and I say yes missed the straw for my drink and also I missed my receive and she just give me the the straw for my drink but she dont give me the receipt and she dont even say sorry or nothing she has an attitude she she say her name is sujey

2022-05-11I ordered a triple Burger. And a bigger deluxe. There was fresh hot. Customer service was pleasing had a smile on their faces. Have food on time we got through one do. And all my food that I ordered was in the bag. Thank you Wendys keep up the good work.

2021-09-04Well if you dont want food poisoning you may want to avoid this Wendys chicken. Yep undone in the middle would have asked for a refund but was in a rush. So they arent checking the temperature of their meat. So be warned.

2022-04-06Only reason i gave a 1 because its the lowest I could give. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo. Chicken was so over cooked I could not sallow it and the fries were cold. Tried to call 10 times no one ever answered the phone then i trued to callcorporateand was on hold for 18 minutesbefore i hung up. What makes me maddest is .I didnt receive a receipt. Now I dont have proof I was there.

2021-05-01Currently am sitting at the window to pay because they are waiting for the meat to cook. No one is in front of me at the pickup window. I asked them if they were trying to mess with the timer and the girl was like uhhhh nooo. When they did let me go to the next window they just shoved the bag out the windows and say have a good night. I waited for them to notice me waving for them to see me. The lady that handed me my food say what do you need and I showed her my phone as I was writing this review and informed her I would be letting the Corp office know and they just were laughing like ok sorry.Such a shame that this is how paying customers are treated.Update: 5/1/2021Figured I would see if things have changes but sadly they havent. I was just asked to sit at the first window until they made my order. When I asked the guy if they were trying to beat the timer he freaked out a bit. 5 minutes and counting as I sit here and wait.

2019-05-12Normally have great experiences here,but seems like they’ve gone down hill lately. Well evening food anyways. Frys seemed under done & soggy except the hard crisp ones I received which were almost empty inside they were so double cooked. Bacon as you can see is way under cooked except the slightly cooked end & they weren’t busy like they had to rush my order through. Will I still go here yes,but not for dinner. Breakfast & lunch are always good. Cheryl is one of the best cashiers I’ve dealt with. Always has a smile on her face & very easy to deal with & deserves an awning over her window.

2022-03-12I am not happy with this Wendys at all, I have now got wendys doordash to me twice and both time nothing was right. Now this all three of my burgers were not what I ordered at all and one had a hair in it! Desusting!! Ive tried to call both times now and of course there phones dont work! I will not be going back and I am so unhappy!

2022-07-13They served me and my friend old and cold burger, fries and chicken nuggets I ate half the burger and got sick for 3 days never eating there again so shameful you can tell they didnt care they just wanted the line to keep moving 🙃
