I shop at McDonalds at least once a day getting goof for my kids. Grabbing a soda etc. Stopped in this location today. Staff were playing around. Letting people know they were short hy shouting it out. Refused to help me and my q6 year old. Blacks. But helped the Hispanic man right behind me. So now we are racist at work. Got it.
If I could give them a zero I would, they made us wait 20 minutes in the parking lot for some fries, after that we went back to the drive thru to check and they told us they forgot about us, they made us wait another 10 minutes in the drive-through and they were extremely rude about it the entire time, I get places can get busy but the manager is not accommodating to those circumstances
I ordered an umbrella through Walmart from Castaway and now theyre telling me that I cant return it to the store even though it came damaged from the company itself now Im trying to reach out to the company theyre asking me to send them a picture of something that came out all messed up from them this is ridiculous on the road or anything online from them again
First and last time coming here. Gabriel was manager and was rude when I had to get out of my car after being ignored after the girl that took my order said my pies will be ready by the time i got to the window. He said it was 12 minutes but didn’t even splologize for having me wait outside while 5 cars got their orders before me. Stay away from this place!!!!
Seems the quality has declined greatly. I went tonight and the drive through was full so I went in to the counter. Staff were all Hispanic. Laughing and playing in the front of the behind the counter area. Stagg refused to take my order. Directed me to a kiosk. If I wanted to do your job and then hand you cash then Id work there instead of you. Ultimately these people were super rude and refused to take my order. Then the manager kept spelling out her name and telling me who she is like she just knows she cant get fired. My child and I left. They helped the Hispanic man directly behind me. So we chalk it up to the white Hispanics there are racist. Because they simply refused to actively take my order and kept pointing me to the kiosk to work for myself. I didnt realize McDonalds stood for racism.
Very poor management. If people have large orders i dont understand why you dont pull them into parking spots instead you all are so lazy you let the line build up people are waiting for a half hour in your line. Then serving people cold food. I get McDonalds is not gourmet but id atleast like the food I payed for to be warm. Then your staff is rude makes you feel like your inconvenience to them when this is your job. Absolutely ridiculous.
Bought it for myself..Been waiting for a year long...Was a bit let down....The bun was quite stale....The onions was plenty but barely any pickles...The meat was plain...Not as juicy than they used too.The most disappointing part...Is the BBQ sauce...It wasnt tangy like I remembered....Please improve...Asap....Im still craving for it...
Lights on, radio on, menu board lit up but, NO ONE took my order at the drive thru!!! McDonalds has really gone down hill lately ( not just this location) I want to give less than 1 star but, its the lowest option. I love McDonalds but they need to get their stuff together!!!
Edited to 1 star.This is the McDonalds I use ALL the time , always place a mobile order and use the same credit card. The lady at the speaker suggested I skip the first window (which is were the order is usually processed & I receive the receipt) and go straight to the second window. BIG MISTAKE. She never processed it (because I skipped that window per her orders) so when I got to the second window , it was showing I still had to pay. No cash on me & had my 3 year old with me so I couldnt get down. I feel had they gone to the girl taking the orders , they could have just processed it -- the way it should have been done the first time. (Had my card been declined, I would have gotten a notification & charge is still showing pending on the card)P.S. I was able to place a delivery order and pay with the same exact card that didnt go through. A simple human error , that could have easily been resolved by walking to the cash register ---**MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED DAYS LATER FOR AN ORDER I NEVER RECEIVED!**I prefer this location over the surrounding locations near me because the service here is much faster.
Is this a caramel ice coffee? Its look different, the first ice caramel ice coffee with light ice that they made, I returned it because of lots of ice. And this is the 2nd time that they made with the right amount light ice. But I didnt taste caramel. My conclusion is in order to satisfy the customer, serve with the correct order in the first time.
Very busy in drive thru, went inside only to observe trash on the floor in the kitchen area, over filled garbage cans in the same area, yet bathroom was clean. Order not complete and no milk available for kids meal. This was at the 5 oclock hour. Cleanliness is important even thru the busy times.
Monday 9:30 pm not sure who working these shifts. The food was cold!!!! The cheese burger was cold. The most disappointing was the Spicy Crispy Chicken. Nothing crispy about this!!! Not fresh just disgusting!!! Was probably sitting there all day... especially when your cravings and the food taste gross!!! Don’t go around this time!!!
Weird experienceBought a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and they gave me a hamburger patty for it? Went at 940 so it wasn’t time to switch over for lunch. I bought two and my coworkers was fine but I was wondering why mine had onion and seasoning and then realized… it was a hamburger 😹 very odd. Disappointing though
Extremely SLOW service, be prepared to wait. My wife and I went to the drive through for a simple order, and the wait was 20mins. Unfortunately it was the only place open late in the oaklawn, area.The food was good, but service is terrible, I assume they had a very low staff, the cashier was friendly, but looked overworked and she appeared to be the manager, because she was wearing a white shirt.Stay away from this location unless you enjoy waiting and getting frustrated.
I really lovee this location the ONLY thing that I hate is that they give you a extra small cups for the iced coffee. This is the only location that does that. Every other location in the area gives you the regular medium for a small. I used to work at McDonalds when I was younger and we never gave out this small of a cup it was always the medium for the small. I wish they would fix that.
Every time I ordered there, they got my orders wrong! They forgot to give the fried so the meal, they got me double cheeseburger which I ask them no cheese, they gave me honey mustard instead of pure honey because they dont the differences. Basically, there are too incompetent to take simple order and follow instructions. They dont know how to make a double “plain” hamburger. These should be fired for getting too many orders for all these years!
My family and I went to the McDonalds on 91st Cicero this past Sunday night (5-16-21) at around 8:15PM. We were coming out to grab a few ice creams. I enter the drive through and start placing my ice cream order when the guy taking my order stops me and tells me their ice cream machine is down and hasnt been working. This wasnt the first time weve been told this so I decided to try something out... We pulled the car into one of those curbside pickup spots, logged into the app, and proceeded to order 3 mcflurries and a sundae. Within 4-5 minutes, an employee brought me and my family our ice cream with no problem. I then pulled the car back into the same drive through, got up to the speaker, and again began to start my ice cream order when I was interrupted by the employee who told us their ice cream machine was down. I told the young man I was just in the drive through, was told the machine has been down for a while now, and then ordered 4 ice creams from the curbside in app order. The gentleman stumbled over his words and eventually said the machine has been on and off. I asked to speak with a manager and was then told I was speaking with supervisor Emily. The young lady appeared to back the story of the machine working on and off that I was given by the young man. All while this conversation was going on where I was being denied the permission to purchase a food item that is advertised, my son was next to me purchasing additional ice cream in the McDonalds app on his phone. And I totally get it, its probably a hassle to have to prepare several of those, and I wasnt the slightest bit rude to anyone involved. Its just a bad business practice and not a good look for a McDonalds my family and I frequent. Do better please.
Now Churches Chicken reminds me of my hometown Detroit, Michigan and in my opinion the juiciness of there chicken strips and hands down them apple pies and basically all the pastries they carry are better than good! So go treat yourself to some Churches chicken tonight. The staff at the store I went on Cicero & North is always professional and friendly with quick service..
My order is consistently incorrect. I ordered a few items and the new Travis meal no bbq sauce given and forgot 1 of my fries. This order was daytime. If you ever go to this location after 10pm they say cash only. Seeing as they are the only option I have at this time close by. When I asked about the cash only they stated computer was down. 3 different times every single night. Coincidence or not?
Bad customer service. They charged me twice for the food and the manager wasn’t friendly at all when I tried to explain the situation to her. The cashier wasn’t smart enough to process the order correctly and cause all the distress. Never again going to this location.
THE ONLY reason I give it 5 star is because of the young male DeAndre who made the entire experience pleasant with his attentiveness to sanitary upkeep of the establishment and fixed every mistake the MANAGERS made.The Hispanic female managers were RUDE and got alot of my order wrong.Honestly thank God for Dre.
The location is kind of wonky, and getting into the drive-thru is a little. once youre working with the staff in the Drive-Thru, everything seems to get ironed out without any issues. I always get my food piping hot and relatively quickly. Even my custom orders come out correctly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
If you feel like being robbed. This is the place to go. Im outraged at this establishments staff and managers. They prefer to loose a customer than refund a customer what they were overcharged. No response from store owner and corporates CSR and SUPERVISORS just hangs up on you rather than correct a wrong. Im not the only one that this establishment has robbed!! I have since heard of 5 other cases in my shoes. And all are just as outraged as I am about it.
The worst customer service I have experienced!!!!!!! Refused to take our order because they claim, they are not taking orders inside restaurant. Although my daughter went an hour before me. And then they claimed they were closed. Even though in the window it clearly said they closed at 10pm and it was only 9:30pm. Oh and her attitude gosh, she needs to refresh her skills!!!!!!! They all need to do a training or a change in careers because they obviously lack in customer service skills!!!!!!!!
Service was horrible I waited in the speaker to place my order 10 min and no one took my order. So I moved to the window and they give me attitude I wanted 3 ice-cream cones for my kid and the lady refused to sell me anything because I skipped the line then I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager available. So your gonna tell me you working with out a manager?? Just never going again Dont even waste your time 😡😡
Not all McDonalds are created alike. Got coffee by drive-thru at lunchtime after picking someone up at Midway Airport. Long line moved fast, voice in the speaker was clear and friendly, the order was right, and both the cashier and the person who handed us our cups smiled and said something nice. Made me wish this was my neighborhood McDonalds.
Of all the McDonalds I go to this one is in the top two. Its always clean. They staff is always focused and polite. My order is always hot and correct. Most of all my unsweetened iced tea is always fresh. I go through different McDonalds at least 3 times a day so really appreciate appreciate fresh drink. Good job!
It never fails! Every time I go here some part of my order is wrong, and it’s a basic order! This time it was a plain hamburger that apparently comes w cheese and bbq sauce instead of honey. The simplest stuff yet $15/hour isn’t enough to ensure accuracy. Can’t wait til they open up 105th again. Please hurry!!!
Had to wait almost 15 minutes for a sausage muffin. The kid behind the counter gives me the ice cream cone I ordered right after he finishes taking my order. Gave it to the assistant manager when she finally gave me my order. Get home ,open my sausage muffin and the muffin is as hard as a rock. And these are the people that think they deserve $15 an hour.

I went to pick up an order on drive through.They Didn’t allowed me to pickup or either tell me how long is the order will take. THEY WANT ME TO COME INSIDE either without MASK. Because of I lost it.The MANAGER SAID THIS IS THEM Rules.Im not recommend this place. They don’t care about public health.
My orders are always large so often I am asked to pull over and wait for someone to bring it out. This time they were slow and my chicken salad was missing the chicken. The only good thing I can say this time is they are close by and they corrected the problem quickly when I returned.
I drove there recently to get 2 cheeseburgers, a large fry and nuggets.On my way back I noticed one of the burgers weren’t there, and I had to go back and get it.When I got home I noticed the fry container was half full. No fries in the bottom of the bag.Honestly these people working here need to fill the container to the top. What am I paying 2.79 for? Might as well get a small fry since that’s what I’m getting served.
I ordered from the drive through a Fish Fillet meal with a sweet tea. The fries were dark and not fresh. I had to get out of my car to go inside to ask for another order. The Hispanic cashier ( could have been manager) just looked, grabbed the bag & got another order for me. Didnt apologize or anything. This order was even worse & I watched her take the fries out of the grease. They were even darker & hard. I brought the fries in again & she seemed to be mad or something. She never said a word or apologized. The third order of fries were better but I wont be going back to that place. She should have offered me a cookie or something for all the trouble.
Been waiting at the drive through for more than 15 minutes. Gone around a few times, looked in the windows, honked, there are people in there completely ignoring us. Were not the only people who have waited, but everyone else left after a while. Whoever is working right now has cost you probably $150 in total customers, isnt doing their job literally at all, and based on this experience, should probably be fired for not doing their job. Very hungry and very disappointed. You guys really earned the 1 star rating.
I ordered a soda at the kiosk and I guess no one checks...I kept waiting for them to give me a cup or even check what my order was...I eventually asked If someone could fill my order before they wiped it off the board! This has happened at three different McDonalds locations. People ! The kiosk can take my order and money but you still have to fill it!

Most annoying spot ever waited in drive thru line and then they take my order and Im always really nice with people who work i customer service because i was a waitress and i know what happens. But they take my order and they say next window I get to the window and I pull out my card she says cash only I said o Im sorry they didnt tell me that and with an attitude she says I heard him tell u all the way over here. !!!! Lady do you think i would still be in line if he said only cash and I d8snt have cash on me!!! Less than 1 star if you ask me.
The drive thru intro should be... welcome to cantdonalds... cause you just cant.. let me explain, you cant pay but with cash, you cant get the spicy mcnuggets, you cant get the mcflurry, you cant see the bundle price until your done ordering and when questioned about all the above.. you just CANT! Oh but you can have your payment ready.. how tacky to tell me to have my payment ready but cant have your products available!
The young kids in the drive thru are very rude and act as if your bothering them when you place an order. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my food and the cheese on sandwiches wasnt even melted. Nasty. Cold fries too. Shame on you McDonalds, hire some people with some integrity and pride.
Today was the 2nd time I was at this McDonalds. I went to the drive thru and the employees that assisted with my order were very obnoxious and rude. The first time same thing...I get home with my order and the cookies were filled with spit. So was the coffee and the other drink I ordered. I called right away to talk to the supervisor and she told me the general manager will be there after 5pm. So I went there around 8:30pm and talked to the general manager and she basically didnt believe me while the same person who served my food and the other employees were laughing behind her. Will never go to McDonalds again. I understand that it is McDonalds and the customer service may not be the best but there was no reason to spit in my food.
This McDonalds was ok. When I got into the drivethru the cashier did not acknowledge me for a little while. I thought maybe the speaker was broken. Finally someone did take my order but she was having a side conversation so she got my order wrong. I first ordered a McChicken meal and she confirmed two McChickens... I got that fixed and also ordered 20 nuggets with ranch and BBQ and a large fry. When I got to the pickup window they told me sorry they don’t have anymore buffalo. I didn’t order buffalo sauce so I was confused. I clarified what sauces I ordered and they fixed it. The food was good but the attention while taking and completing my order was lackluster.
The young man taking my order did not greet me, did not smile, was barely able to hear him, did not enter my order correctly. The manager, Alexis, was rude. Seemed like she had something better to do than be at work. Food was good or I would have given only 1 star. Wont return to that location
Waited for like 15 minutes, no one answered the drive through. Looked in the windows and they’re listening to music and ignoring customers. Literally getting paid to do nothing. I’m not the only person who drove away after waiting an insane amount of time. Lost out on a lot of money tonight, in sales and in paying employees to literally do nothing.
Fast service, but the food was no where near fresh. Hash browns were hot but hard as a rock. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and the muffin was burnt to a crisp and in fact black, and lastly ordered 2 sausage biscuits i took one bite and was so highly displeased that i had to look up this mcdonalds and write this review. My first review ive ever done and its a bad one. Step it up guys. I work in the same type of industry and would never serve this kind of cardboard tasting food. If its not fresh within 6 minutes. Its not for me. I got some toaster oven reheat bullcrap and am highly unsatisfied. Its not hard to make fresh food in a timely manner.
The service has gone down here. The last two times I visit this place my sandwiches was horrible. I ordered a fish sandwich and it was hard as a rock not to mention no tartar sauce period then the second time I went there I ordered a big Mac with no pickles. And I had a big Mac with pickles and no cheese. Makes no sense people cant take an order down correctly
I just left McDonalds unsatisfied, because of cashier Maritza according to some of the other employees I asked. The cashier was very unprofessional and impatience with me. I had to tell her several times what I had requested. I had order four Mcchickens and a sparkling water. First of all, she did not know what was sparkling water. I had to rephrased for her as bubbly water, than again for the third time I said to her carbonated water. I still wont believe she understood. Than she was charging me for someone else order when I had order four McChickens. Even while I was in front of her she kept telling me the wrong things. finally she charge me for two spicy MCChickens and the carbonated water. I just wanted to leave. I was very frustrated for her behavior towards me, like if I was wrong. I am not asking for free food or anything in particular for the record. I am just taking the time to make my point across. I visit McDonalds because I love the food, and so far the service is not as good as the food.
Very surprised, some of the worst service I had. Was there about 2:15 ,in the afternoon; hardly any body in the place. It took 20 minutes to get 2 egg Mcmuffins and to senior coffees with cream and sugar. I went up to the counter after 10 minutes and asked how long does it take to get am order like this, its still cooking they tell me. Its going on 20 minutes and still nothing.You got to be kidding me, they had plenty of staff there that were sure laughing it up. Who knows where there manager was. They have one speed in that location, and that is SLOW.
McDonalds really turns my stomach I went into her bathroom and there was absolutely no soap so does the employees actually wash their hands before they make our food dont even want to think about it I seen that and I turn around and laughed.I did go and tell the manager and the manager made me feel like I was wasting his time
Ordered a milkshake and they gave me one that was as thin as milk. They made me another one and it was the same, only this time the drive thru attendant started to argue with me that this is normal. I know a milkshake from there should be creamy and thick. This employee started bobbing her head back and forth, telling me that I am wrong. Never ever going back even though its 4 blocks from my house. Ive had trouble with their staff giving out an attitude with those fries and now Im done.
I just left there and they sold me the nuggets 10pc for $5 and the apple pies a $1 each.I asked why the difference in prices and they said the prices just changed. I asked If it was at all the McDonalds or just this one and they told me all of them. Not satisfied with their answer I went to a different McDonalds and their prices were still 20pc for $5 and apple pies 2 for $1. They just lied to me and Im very disappointed with their service. I wont be going there again.
They claim to be 24hr drive thru and they were at one point but I live right across the street and after 12-1am the employees stop working nd they WONT answer anyone at the drive thru. Ive been in this situation with them many times and ive learned not to go after 11pm even seen them sitting around in the corners of the resturant on the phone nd talking completely ignoring the customers outside. It 1:40am right not nd its a car out there honking cause they wont answer. ive been considering calling management cause its kinda ridicules that they get paid not to work for 5 hrs each night
This review is meant for the McDonalds on92nd and Western. My sincerest apologiesto the Management, and staff on 91st. & Cicero. I was not referring to you in this review.I dont know what it is, whether its me,or not, but whenever I visit this mcdonalds there are issues. I frequent other McDonalds, but whenever I visit this McDonalds theres always some problem or another. Today I visited and they got my order totally messed up. Luckily i checked my receipt. I was over charged by $2.40 . When I tried to get this corrected it took quite a bit of time. Finally they refunded my order, and did the order correctly. A complete waste of time as I wasOn my way to the movies. This is not the first time,, Ive had a problem with this place. This is my last time here, Ive finally had enough. Ill patronize other McDonalds in the future, there are definitely others to choose from.Made a mistake I thought I was reviewing the McDonalds on 92nd. & Western. Two all beef patties. A special sauce. Lettuce. Cheese. Pickles. Onions. On a sesame seed bun. That is what makes up a big mac. I usually order the chicken nuggets with some sweet and sour sauce. They are good fresh. Taste like cardboard when they are not. Try some mac sauce on a cheeseburger. No salt on the fries and youll get fresh fries. Enjoy!
Bad service, rude management and most important is to take a look at the poor hygiene that employees are demonstrating. Just got a call from there franchise office from a girl named Kennedy who didnt know what transpired. This is one of the signs that customer service is dead in America.
We went thru the drive through at the McDonald’s on Cicero Ave in Chicago Illinois after flying in from Jacksonville, Florida. and got a hamburger kids meal with fries, apple slices and a medium Dr. Pepper. We pulled over to eat in the parking lot because I didn’t want to go in and leave my luggage in the car. Although we ate right there in the parking lot the fries were cold and my Dr. Pepper was flat. I was very disappointed but because of the long line and wait I was not going to go back through the drive through to exchange it.
Im changing my review. I have been going to place for long time. The past year this place has gone down the drain. Everytime I go there we are going back because the order is wrong. I will not go there, I rather drive further go place where I know I dont have to back to have my order replaced. When I called the night manager didnt even care. I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO STOP GOING TO THAT PLACE UNTIL THEY START CARING.
Poor service very long wait even at 3 am in morning spent 35 mins in drive thru. Girls working are playing on cell phones instead of getting customers there food. Then when u ask whats takeing so long. They get snobby with you and they give u your food thats been in the warmer for 10 mins cause of lazy incompitiant employes. Mcdonalds should remove there name from this location. Then to make matters worse qhen i got home and looked in my food i had bugs in my french frys and hair in food. I would not recomend this place to satan himself
HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE ME WHAT I ORDER?! Rung me up for something wrong at the driver thru speaker told her at the window and still rung me up for an extra idem I did not order and then gave me my food wrong! How hard is it to make a plain cheese burger and put it in a bag!
Worst experience ever, I ask for a mocha frappe mixed with the caramel and they had to bring the manager to explain to me why they cant mix it? Ive been getting it mixed for 1 year already but she said they never do that! Really this place sucks and low key got ghetto employees.
I pull up to the drive thru there was no cars when I got there as I pull in the drive thru a black young skinny girl who took my order ask go ahead proceed with your order and so I did. Then I notice nothing was showing up on the screen and a few minutes later on the other side of the drive thru another car pulls up and she took her order instead of mine who was already there first . When I said hello she finally answer and I told her you know I was here first before that car and you when ahead and took their order and she argue with me saying is multiple lanes and raise her voice being really ghetto and rude to me instead of apologizing and saying Im sorry maam I didnt see that you came first. She had no reason to argue back with me so I just when ahead and order as she kept arguing with me. I will be complaining about her and take up with higher management no need to be fighting with customers she has horrible customer service and very rude!!!
Went thru the drive thru. I ordered 3 bacon cheese fries and she gave me the total. I told her that I wasnt finished. I ordered something else and she gave me a total and i told her AGAIN that I wasnt finished and she said TOO LATE, now order the rest at the window. VERY RUDE!
I ordered Uber eats and when I got my food they didn’t bring my drinks and said that they didn’t have them. Do u know how annoying that is for me because now I gotta order something from someone else or go up to the gas station with the wind blowing hard and it’s cold out to get something because they thought they could make it up to me by trying to give me soda but I quit drinking pop for health issues.
Nice little Mickey Ds... Normally I would say not too impressive cause its McDonalds, but the people can make a place better... And Dartanius at the cash register was really nice. He was not only fun to talk to, but he checked in with us twice, that we had gotten our food and that we had everything we needed. That was cool. I free like if your nice to Dartanius, he will go the extra mile for you.
Zero stars. All the lights are on including the marquee, but once i pull into the drive thru the voice tells me they are closed. Its barely 2am and the website says drive thru open 24 hrs. Someone is inside but theyre too lazy to be bothered. False advertising. This place is a joke, the franchise owner is a joke. I hope everyone inside dies.
Soda and frappe machine was not working but they did not notify any customers by telling us or a sign posted. Girl at register was new and made our MC Flurry without putting it through the mixer. I asked her after she handed it to me and she said no it doesnt get blended. I just called the manager if he can do it but he did not apologize or smile.
Good spot, stop, some oh the highschoolers need better attitude and training..mcustomers DO wait too long, and lines and food do not move well. Poor layout adds to confusion, incl. Desserts and lattes. Tpd. P.s atmosphere and chicken are o.k. signature series is overpriced, while breakfast is not. Imho.
I was refused water when I was dehydrated, disoriented and passing out. It was humiliating to have a medical emergency and be ignored by the staff. I dont remember how I drove home onlythat cars honking at me as I would nod out at stop lights or if traffic stopped. I realize now I should have called 911 from McDonalds. I will never forgive McDonalds for not being a good Samaritan with water when I needed it
I ended up waiting 20 minutes in their drive-thru parking because they forgot about my order entirely, had to walk in and ask about it to find no one was working on it. And even before this theyd often forget to leave out tartar sauces or pickles I asked to be removed. I wouldve left 0 stars if that was an option.
Just left there told them they didn’t do my order right they can’t even repeat it correctly they kept saying it ordered one McDonnell when I ordered three and then they shorted me a fry they wanted me to wait in line behind 10 other people told them my food will be cold can you just bring me my fried to the number one waiting spot watch six cars drive-by never brought my fry called the number on the website it’s a fax machine
Would give half a star if or no star at all if possible.Cashier extremely rude, rolled her eyes judgmentally after I explained how I wanted my coffee (5 creams & 5 sugars nothing hard).Got my order wrong and blamed it on me for not being specific McXuse yourself and take responsibility for your own Mcstakes.Cashier even spoke about a missing kit kat bar with her colleagues while taking my order.Definitely made me loose my apetite I rather be a vegan at this point.
On 2/14/2016 , 10 am or So , At The Front Counter .They Took 20 + Mins. to Give Us ,The WRONG Order, When Notice & Reported , the Manager Had Others Try and Give Someone Elses Order , We Even Showed the Employee, 3 Big Breakfast w/ Htcks & 4 Burritos .But As Time Goes On, I Cant Tell You HOW Pissed We Are .
Both of the mcdonalds that are by my house are horrible but this one takes the cake man every single time I go there they ALWAYS forget something and then they mixed up my order even after asking me which one it was so had to get a refund of course it was the wrong refund I didnt even say anything consider it pay back for all the food left behind that I didnt have a chance to go back and get they are rude and the manager has a horrible attitude when I called to ask about said refund she didnt even know what she was talking about I hope corporate reads this and realizes they need new workers its fast food not rocket science!
Customer service at its worst .you can’t expect your customers pay for the new look with higher prices your soft drinks (it is a loss leader that brings customers in).employees going from throwing out garbage to serving fries..another time employee walking down the street smoking a cigarette instead of taking care of customers (won’t be back)

2022-05-29We went into the store to place our order. We waited 5-6 mins for a person to even great us to take the order. Then they got the order wrong. Service was extremely slow. The person at the register kept walking away. I expect Mcdonalds to be slow but this was outrageous

2022-05-29It took nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive through and when I get home, literally less than a half mile away, the fries and sandwich was barely warm enough to be edible. Ive had hit or miss experiences with this McDonalds before, but since its so close to home, and usually a lot faster, I still go there. Go at your own risk.

2022-07-102 weeks ago I ordered 2 hamburgers a small fry no salt and a large fry. Took forever, while at the pickup window waiting for the order, there’s no one working. One of the employees a guy, was dancing around while the others laughed. He was taunting one of the girls there and her language was unbecoming for a young woman. I’m watching this and after 5 or more minutes I’m yelling in there because the employees aren’t working, asking where’s my order. I got blank stares from everyone who looked at me, but no order. Fin, it’s been 10 or more minutes I get the order, pull out enough for the next person in line, my wife checks the order and no fries. My wife walks up to the drive-up window to tell them the fries are missing and the girl at the window tells her we have to go back through the drive-up again. So it’s 9pm we’ve been waiting for probably a half an hour total, my wife has to use the restroom and they’re closed. Woman comes to the door and says she can’t come in. Back in the drive thru, tell the girl where you order our order is missing fries. Pull up to the first window she checks the receipt, continue on. At the pickup window, they’re still screwing around and I’m told I have to pull up and they’ll bring my fries out. Car after car goes by as we wait until about 15 minutes, my poor wife was about to explode and she did getting out of the car and going up to the pickup window, telling the girl at the window what is the problem I see cars pulling away one after the other and you can’t drop some fries into the basket, they don’t take that long to cook when people are actually working. What I saw that night is not new. Our new young work force is all about them, no customer service, no work ethic.

2022-05-17Worst drive thru I’ve been at in a long time. Complete chaos. Absolute pandemonium. Just a bunch of idiots scurrying around like a Chinese fire drill as the line goes nowhere fast. I think I actually went backwards. If it wasn’t for the clock in my car I would have thought I was traveling back in time in 5 minute increments. That’s how horrendously slow this drive thru is. Don’t even bother if you have a 30 minutes lunch because youll be fired by the time you get back.

2022-06-15A few minutes past 8 PM tonight my son and grandson and I traveled to this McDonald’s and went to the drive-through. One lane had a cone in the middle of it indicating that it was closed. The other lane had a long line of cars. A few minutes later a young lady came out in uniform screaming and hollering and took a cone from the closed line and placed it directly in front of my car. When I rolled my window down to ask her why. She started screaming and hollering saying that she said the line was closed and if we want something we would have to come inside and buy it from there. I felt she was very disrespectful and rude. There was no need to scream and holler at the potential customers in the line . Everyone of the six or seven cars turned around and left the parking lot including myself. This type of behavior is extremely unprofessional and not warranted.

2022-07-23Ordered chicken nuggets and asked for honey for the sauce but did not get any sauce..... ordered a coke and they only filled it 3/4 full ..... will not be going back to this one again even thought I have just moved in a block away

2022-06-06Don’t go to at night time especially, the old people always get your order messed up then refused to fix the order because they have cars in line. Needs better service, better workers and workers that can actually give out correct orders

2022-08-01I only ordered fries at 3:30am. Fries were soggy. I was wondering if they were sitting for a while. Also, I was the only one at the drive through window. It took the staff 5 minutes to give us the fries.

2022-03-31Due to the global CORONAVIRUS & Delta Variant outbreak pandemic. CDC guidelines enforced. Location is plenty of parking. Prices reasonable and just like all the rest of McDonalds prices are fixed. Employees are great moving lines. McDonalds app is another option for contactless.

2021-07-31This place is disgusting. I ordered from the app and picked up at curbside. When I got home (just a few blocks away), I realized they gave me food that someone else already started to eat. The eggs were covered with black pepper and the pancakes had melted butter on them and it was all cold. What a way to start your day. Thanks for the disease platter McDonalds.
