Everydingle time I order here it is a terrible experience Im waiting 25+ min in the drive through all the time and Everytime I order inside they ignore us and just set our food on the counter doesnt say a number or tell us its ours then they yell at us when we complain its cold. Absolutely terrible place to eat.
I work across the street and order food here all the time because its the only place open when i go to lunch in the middle of the night and dont usually have any problem except when this old hispanic lady works there. She has messed up my order twice this week. First time i ordered a burger, fries and drink and she didnt ring up the burger and said she couldnt add it to my order because there were two people behind me. Second time my order was $5.23 and gave her $5.25 and she said she needs 23¢, i gave her 23¢ to be exact so i can my quarter back and she said i never gave her a quarter.
Upcharged for Apple juice on a happy meal, not told that milk or apple juice is an upcharge which would have been nice. When I told the manager she was not friendly at all. Finally said ONLY soda is included and took the juice gave us q cup and the .29 cents back. She seemed angry and was just plain rude. I dont plan Togo back there when there are 5 other McDonalds within a mile from there that hopefully value their customers more.
I went through the drive-thru only to get coffee. Some people are dumb & just keep going back to be punished.. thats how I feel when I order my coffee & they plainly repeat the order back correctly.. you pay for it & get it at the window & its Nothing like what you just ordered! COME ON PEOPLE! Honestly, coffee isnt rocket science
Placed a curbside order, 15 minutes passed and it was never brought out. I tried calling but no answer. I then decided to go through the drive through and I told them I didnt think it went through. They proceeded to put through the order I canceled without me realizing. I was given the 2nd order and asked about where my first order was (fries). The manager said we dont have it on the screen (looking at the 2nd order). I asked him to look at my mobile receipt but he refused. He threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave. I spoke with the employee at the window who was very polite and understood that there was clearly some error/issue. While I was explaining to the employee at the window what was going on, I think the manager realized that I did indeed have an order from 20 minutes ago that they never brought out. Corporate will be contacted about this incident
Raw quarter pounder would rate zero if could. I would have sent it back but after how long it took to get my raw burger my lunch was over!come on McDonald’s I expected better from you!! Tried again the other day 3:30 in the morning went all the way there in the drive-through and when I tried to order they told me their system was down and They couldn’t take my order I understand systems go down stuff goes down but make people more aware before they drive there and find out the hard way Unfortunately this is not the first time this happened to me
We arrived at this restaurant for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was a winning. The crew were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place very much and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.
Its McDonalds!!!?! Consistently good. Cant go wrong. You crave the taste, you get the taste. Thats whats great about McDonalds. Always hits the spot. Sometimes not visually appealing, but they seem to be working on it. Granite I have McDonalds once a year maybe, but when I do its exactly how I remembered it. Theres so much to say about consistency.
It took 26 minutes to get our food; we were eating there. No unusual or special/custom items, no breakfast anytime items. Went up at 20 minutes, with my table locater in hand, and nobody would help me. Finally one counter person said it was almost ready. When food came out, asked what happened, was told only one cook came in. They were not that busy. Someone could have told us much earlier about the wait. Otherwise food was ok, like their food always is.
I gave them 5 stars is not because of the food but for the kindness of the employees. I found that I left my purse in the restaurant when we got back to Chicago. I called them immediately and they said they have my bag. We drove back and nothing was missing. Very thankful and glad to see honest people!!!!
The cashier in the first window was awesome always has a smile on her face, but when I went to the second window to get my order they gave me a coffee that was sitting there and took the sticker off added cream and equal and placed my sticker which means that was someone elses coffee and when I went to take a sip it was cold. Very very upset that I had to heat up my coffee and disgusted that they gave me a coffee belonging to someone else .
I ordered a sausage muffin with a small coffee. I placed that order at 10:57. They never came with the food; however Im patient so I waited til 11:20. Than I went to the cashier to ask for my refund and the manager in charge had said they probably made a mistake. She was kind enough to offer a fresh one however I had to go to work already. These problems can be avoided with a much stronger management TEAM. One person cant manage everything; the management TEAM needs to step up or go home.
Used order kiosk to place my order and the cashier was unable to process the order. After getting help from a co-worker, who had her use a different register things progressed as usual. Waited five more minutes to get a warm- not hot, burger. Not stopping at ANY of the golden. arches establishments anytime soon... Wont hurt them but sure will help me! :-)
Utilized the new order kiosk for the second time in 3 months . That was the easy part, waiting 10 minutes for order to come not so easy.Had to go to counter to find my order, then ask for my hashbrown. I will just go to counter to find my order. Nothing improved from last time
I hate to be that person, but I had a 6am shift this morning and they messed up my entire order. Their speakers outside kept fuzzing and they kept getting my order wrong and I had to correct them several times. They still got it wrong. I ordered a #12 meal and I got a #13 sandwich. I ordered a large coffee and got a small. I didnt complain at the time because I had to get to work, but you can bet I will never go to this location again. I get that it was early in the morning, but thats no excuse for such bad service.
McDonalds is a chain owns fast food restaurant. They carry several types of hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. They have a fish sandwich. They do have chicken nuggets chicken fillets. They do offer salads. And for breakfast also offered all day they do offer a variety of breakfast items. The staff at this location was friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean
Sometimes, there are unusually long inside wait times, just to get your order placed. (And this isnt because there are too many customers inside.)There is confusion as to where to pick up food, which is the left side of the counter. I have often seen people line up there to order, but then rudely finding out its only for picking up orders. No salt or pepper at the tables, nor at the condiment/soda station. I always have to ask for these items. Fries are not always fresh.
So excited that the McRib is back at this location. I didnt even see it marketed, but when I asked the lovely associate who was taking the payments at the drive thru, she kindly informed me that they are selling them. I was able to buy some without causing a delay and was super happy to have some for dinner. Great location, excellent service, happy to share...ba ta bop ba ba...
Was there a week ago and extremely rude. Thats the nicest thing I can say. My husband ordered a sandwich that they do not have. Instead of telling him they dont carry it or they were out, she just said NO! Not once, but twice. There is more, but I dont feel like filling a page.
Doors were locked at 7:45pm on a Saturday night. Waited 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru speaker. Then another 40 minutes to pay and get food. At both windows they asked what i ordered because so many people pulled out of line. We would have left, but my son specifically asked for McD chicken tenders. The manager apologized. I dont think she had enough staff....
Went to the drive thru this evening for a lg soda and lg fry, sat in line for over 20 minutes. When i finally got to the payment window i asked the clerk what the problem was and his answer was short staffed and a lot of orders. I then handed him my money which he took, he then did something on the register then turned and asked what my order was. At that point i had had enough told him to give me my money back and left. Terrible, this location is never fast.
Food was not good, employees going into the restroom with aprons on used in the kitchen. I brought this to the managers attention, she mentioned the employee was on break how her she said she would talk with them. I did explain to her I also work in the food industry and you dont know where that apron has been and theyre going to go back and cross-contaminate finished product.
Drive thru order went well, then I pull up to the payment window and couldnt understand the employee taking payment, continue up to the pickup window and the employee opens the window and shoves an open bag to me, pulls back and the window closes before I could ask for ketchup. This employee turned his back to the window and conversed with his friends completely ignoring me. The employee wasnt wearing any McDondalds wear, and frankly looked like he didnt belong working the window. Not the expected service from a corporation like McDonalds, never visiting this location again and I work
If they dont give me my honey mustard one more time Im going to lose my marbles. All I want is honey mustard for my fries and every time I get home ya know what I end up with? Sauceless fries. Just the worst. Tonight I even asked if it was in the bag and they said yes! Guess what?! No honey mustard!
Just left there 20 minutes ago the cashier acted clueless when i asked for my sandwhich to be made a certain way. got home my hashbrowns were cold and hard like they had been sitting there for hours. The cheese on my sandwich was hard like it also had been made and sitting along time. I have tried to call 4 times now no answer. I will never give this location my service again
Every time I eat at this location they mess up my order. I ask for round egg they use the other one. I get a meal that comes with round egg they use the other one? Their biscuits are always over cooks and hard. And what ever grease they are cooking the hash browns has to be old and nasty because those hash browns dont fast anything like hash brown from any other McDonalds. What is going on at this location they put little car into the food and always mess something up? #you ruin my morning
I generally dont frequent many fast food places, if its Mcds its usually the one located in fountain square Walmart for a bite while Im getting groceries, also worked at that Walmart for 8 years, sitting on stool allows me to see old friends and chat😊..but I do notice, with any fast food mcds, BK, Wendys, they all have their own appeal,and when you have a taste for any of them, peoples usually have their favorite diners, mcds on Grand and Greenbay, in waukegan has the largest facility, best prepared food, and the quiet ambience of the 🔥 fire place crackling , CNN playing , Xmas music,very clean tables it is the best choice ..grab a 🍔 and hot coffee, watch the fire place and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the season,, 🎄 cheer..
So far this year, this place has gone down the dumps. The service is very slow, 3 people ahead of me, waiting for their orders when I ordered, no one else inside, and it took 9 mins to get a regular hamburger, fries, and a 20 piece. Last week they got the order wrong 3 times.

2022-05-23We used to stop here for a soda on the way home, they always had the best Coke and Dr Pepper in the area. The mix was perfect. No more, they turned down the syrup and now it tastes like sweetened diarrhea. Doubtful we ever go to this McDonalds again. Love the fries, but without a decent drink to go with them, its not worth stopping here any more.

2022-06-17This one was good. A young man let us order at the counter instead of those stupid touch screens.He was very pleasant.The food was ready within 2 minutes of ordering. This is one of the better McDonalds we have been in lately. Too bad a lot of the other ones arent like this one.

2022-07-23Literally the longest I have ever had to wait in the drive-thru at a McDs, and when I got only our 2 drinks, mine was covered in run-over soda pop, and when I tasted it, it was Coke Classic when I ordered Diet! I cannot have sugar so I was pretty mad I could not drink it. Their restroom was nice tho.

2022-07-17Dont forget to check your items. They forgot sauce, napkins, straw for the happy meal. Lines are long and then you have to drive through again to get missing items.

2022-06-27I received terrible service here after waiting in line for over a half hour around 11:45 PM. The people working were rude and didn’t let me know that they were only accepting cash until I reached the window to pick up my food, where they also let me know that they were no longer accepting deal codes. Very unprofessional to let people know these things AFTER waiting in a long line. Won’t be returning any time soon

Friendly staff and despite there being about 15 cars in line ahead of me, I was only in line for about 5 minutes!From my experience at other McDonalds, when the line is that long for breakfast, the hash browns and/or the McMuffin is cold because they were making so many but not here!Hot, fresh, tasty and fast, friendly service!

2022-01-14Not a single employee acknowledge us. We used the kiosk to order dinner ourselves. I was handed a medium size cup for my childs happy meal, I asked for a smaller cup, she replied, it doesnt matter I replied, its for a child, it does matter and the lady was super rude about it. It also took her 3 trips, to get 3 drinks, I kept having to ask for our items, because she didnt read the entire ticket order.
