Nothing special. I went to get gas, card reader wasnt even working. I dont feel like making extra trips into the store to prepay, or for refund amount of prepayment. So I literally just went somewhere else to get my gas. Also I noticed the Google photo hasnt even been updated, it still says road ranger, even after all this time.
Bad enough the night shift cant take the time for the morning commute, but the manager stands there and lies to my face that she just brewed all the coffees 10 minutes ago was the final straw. I explained I dont have time for another stop in the morning. Her reply? Fine, dont come back
I really like this gas station ⛽ because they give me points that I can exchange for something in the store or for gasoline, I invite you to visit it too⛽⛽⛽
This is a great station. Easy access to gas and good coffee. If you get one of their shopper cards, which I usually decline to do, you get a free coffee on Thursdays. A good reason to get a card.

I love going to Fas Mart and the reward system my son loves pop and every once in a while we get a free pop that excites him he thinks he got away with something LOL free pop yay it always puts a smile on his face that makes my whole day thank you Fas Mart.
Im pretty sure I went here for diesel fuel and they had diesel fuel so 👍. It was somewhere between Rockford, IL and the Flint area

Could definitely be cleaner. There were fruit flies around the soda fountain spouts - probably hadnt been cleaned for quite a while.

The people working there are generally nice folks but you can tell the owners dont really care. It used to be much cleaner than it is now.
I sat there for 5 minutes trying to explain to the manager that her diesel spicket does not stop on its own and keeps running after it ran about 2 gallons of diesel that I ended up having to pay for under the ground but besides that the fact that the diesel pump was going so slow that another guy that was standing there who had a diesel truck said thats because their diesels got water in it and its gelled up and that makes it run slow so I would not suggest anybody buying fuel from this place they dont know what theyre doing and they dont take care of their stuff and you could end up with a huge expense like I am probably going to now, not to mention that the manager was a total idiot and didnt even go out and put anything on the spill to let people walk in it and track it into their vehicle
Had been here to fill gas for my car. First thing that confuses you is all pump says diesel.. Second thing I dont understand how the card reader on the pump works.. Tried twice and it didnt work.. These are old aged pumps..
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THEIR A.T.M I MADE TWO TRANSACTIONS ONE FOR 200 AND ONE FOR 60 AND THE ONE FOR 60 THE MACHINE SPIT OUT 2 20S AND A 5 AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS LYING ABOUT 15 DOLLARS. Very disappointed. My husband and I stopped at a fas mart 5199 172 s.bell school Rd rockford il. At 9:34 pm. The boy at the register was rude. My husband slide his card backwards the kid rolled his eyes and said oh my God. Now with that being said my husband works 7/12 and is on his 17th day. I do not appreciate anyone being treated this way. We will now be driving out of way to go somewhere else.

Has all you need for a gas station, but they always have 2 people open but rarely use both registers open no matter how many customers there are.
A little bit aged location and of course as with all Fas Marts that were aquired from Road Ranger, the bathrooms are horrible. In fact, the bathrooms were horrible when they were new.

2022-03-26Lady there who has a tattoo on her neck had such an attitude with me. I waited 10 mins for this lady ahead of me to finish talking to her. I was nice and patient. I told her what car was mine and I said I think its pump 10. But emphasized my car which you could see clearly. I went out and nothing. I went back in and said which pump did you put it on? She said with a huge attitude pump 10 like you said. I said I had told her several times what car it was and it was one of two cars. I said nothing else and left. Not a big deal but her attitude was ridiculous so I had to say something. After waiting 10 mins patiently she acts all snotty purposely putting it on pump 10. No sorry or anything. I would not recommend going there. There are plenty others right nearby. Oh yeah, I wouldnt have had to go in if their credit card worked at the pump.

2022-02-04Forced advertisements and no receipt printing at the pumps. Forcing you to go inside. Pumps are incredibly slow forcing you to listen to their ads longer. Avoid this place like the plague.

2020-06-15The staff is always nice and efficient. They always try to give you the best price with their loyalty card. If you have any questions they are more than happy to answer them. Its always clean. I honestly havent used the bathrooms there so I dont know about them.

2021-04-05I am not a hide fan of Fas Mart stations anymore. Maybe I am biased (friends work at different stations) but this place lost my business years ago with rude employees. My recent visit, though, was very good. My friend just started working at this particular station and she said things are changing. Maybe things will improve. Right now, I would say there are better places to go for gas and a quick bite.

2021-04-03My bank card has been locked in their faulty pump since Thursday night. Understandably it is a holiday weekend but someone should of been out to remove it or the management should hold a pump key like other gas stations, to remove the card. Thankfully that isnt my only tender otherwise my family and I would be left with no funds right before a holiday weekend.

2021-01-06Was in and out with not one problem. Public restrooms available. They also have handicap parking and are wheelchair accessible. Everyone is so friendly. Lots of regulars.

2021-04-10I came into town from Chicago and the bus station was closed. My phone had died and I stopped by Fasmart to ask for some assistance and the cashiers were AWESOME
