Family Eye Physicians in other cities:
My experience at Family Eye Physicians was outstanding. I was greeted with a friendly hello in a clean and gorgeous space.I was called back right on time (which never happens at Dr. appts!) I was prepped quickly & efficiently and seen by Dr. Garcia.Dr. Garcia took the time to thoroughly exam my eyes, explain what she was seeing and what the best fix would be.She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely be returning to the practice - great experience with no complaints.
Ive been waiting for over a month and a half for trial contacts to come in - which by the way a doctor never tested me she just went off of what her assistant told her- so Im not sure if its even right - I went in with my daughter - Their optical department is never picking up the phone - On top of it I have received an additional bill from my insurance for a check up/test they have not performed on my daughter - I am extremely disappointed that the practice which was supposed to be great turned out to be a total flop
Great Staff . The Receptionists at the counter were courteous, and helpful. The Techs were considerate, efficient.and knowledgeable. The testing was very thorough. I would like to recognize these staff members individually, but unfortunately, I do not remember their names.Miriam, the Patient Advisor, explained everything thoroughly in regards to my upcoming Cataract Surgery.Dr Nguyen, made me feel comfortable, and I felt confident in her diagnosis, and explanation of Pre and Post Cataract Surgery .Her Assistant was diligent in entering the information regarding my exam. This is my first visit to Family Eye Physicians. I highly recommend it.
Have a quick and friendly visit for both of my daughters and myself. They are very reasonable on price and I’m very picky with my glasses so they let surf the web for my preference and were able to get me the frames I wanted. I also got exam for contacts they were very helpful with that as well. Needless to say I am very pleased with the services here. The only problem I had was I felt rushed when originally picking out my glasses due to it being closing time however the next morning they were able to help me and worked with me on getting what I wanted! Thank you to all the staff and dr you are awesome
Its a shame, Im not able to rate this place 0. Would not recommend at all and I would advice you to go somewhere else. I experience the worst medical negligence Ive ever encountered. First of all, Doctor did not even wash his hands when removing contact lenses and his face mask was not covering his nose (in the middle of a pandemic). He was not careful and second guessed himself. I had PRK surgery and his rough contact to my eyes made them irritated. The technician had the longest nails possible, when applying the contact lens. This is antigenic and could cause an infection. The lack of humanism and medical knowledge was eye-opening in a medical setting.
We waited 1hr and 30mins! before being called. The appointment was for my 5 y/o son and imagine the agony of waiting that long, he wanted to go home already. By the time he was seen, he was having a meltdown. We saw Dr Alkhudari, he was really good with kids. Highly recommended for Pediatric Ophthalmology needs.
I was told by the surgery scheduler here that my Aetna Medicare does not cover cataract surgery. and that laser surgery was not covered due to my age and that I had to pay 1500.00?I found that hard to believe and I told her I was going to contact my insurance and guess what? I was told that my insurance does cover it and what she told me was not true! I cannot believe how this facility would do that to me. I went to another doctor who told me exactly what my insurance told me! I am covered. Taking my eye care to a good caring facility that does not take advantage of my vision!I and my family will never go here again!
I would have appreciated a heads-up that my doctor was no longer with the practice. I was not given the opportunity to research any of the doctors and make a choice but was arbitrarily given someone I had never met. She seemed like someone I may be able to trust and rely upon for quality care. We will see as I get to research and know her better.
I had an okay first visit but the second visit the Dr. Dzubar was rushing me when I was trying to ask questions. He also contradicted facts he told me the first time which made the visit overall confusing. I was also quoted a price twice on the phone for the second visit and then when I arrived they tried to tell me the price was much higher. They settled it but it was still frustrating how disorganized and rude they were about a price that they quoted me. Dr Dzubar knows more than the average doctor about dry eye but I wouldnt consider him an expert. Ive been able to find more informed doctors who are experts that really broke down verbally and visually about what was going on that I got more help from. Also the waits here are crazy long once I was waiting over 3 hrs for an appointment but they at least let you wait in your car.
I had been going to the Family Eye Physicians on the Kedzie for several years. Loved them, never had an issue. But when I decided I wanted to have Lasik done they sent me down to the Oak Park office. At my first appointment/consultation my case manager/consultant told me the price. He assured me that, though it seemed high compared to advertising for other places, that it was an all inclusive price which included all of my prescriptions, eyedrops, and aftercare. it was a one time charge and I’d be covered for the entire recovery process as well as the procedure. I happily paid and had the PRK surgery performed shortly after, no problem. But the first appointment after that I started discovering unpleasant surprises. First when I ran out of artificial tears I asked for more and they told me, “Oh, no. We cover your FIRST set of AT. We said we only cover your prescriptions.” I told them that the doctor told me I needed to take them, didn’t that make them prescriptions? They said no, they only meant actual pick up from the counter at the pharmacy perscptions. Seeing as the doctor was having me use them every half hour for 2 months this added hundreds of dollars on top of what I had already paid.Next, the same thing happened with my prescriptions, “Oh, no. We said we only cover your FIRST set. Anything after that is on you.” When I asked about that previous conversation after the artificial tears they told me not to play she-said-he-said, and that I must have misunderstood. But the final straw came when I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance for 2 “surgeries” each at over $350 for plug insertion. I recalled when the doctor told the nurse that she was going to put plugs in my eyes. But she had never told me anything about it. Not what they were for, where they went, even what they were made of, or if they ever needed to be removed. She gave me no indication that that was out of the ordinary, or not part of standard aftercare. When I called to ask about the charge they told me both that it was a medical necessity AND that it wasn’t part of standard aftercare because it was only for my comfort. They offered to cancel the charge with the insurance and instead bill me personally $100 an eye, which is what they charge people without insurance. Since I had paid out-of-pocket, they never should’ve build my insurance anyway. And the fact that they so blatantly admitted to overcharging me was off putting. But what really bothered me was that they billed it as a surgery. Which means they performed SURGERY on an awake, alert, adult patient WITHOUT their informed consent. This office makes you feel welcome and cared for, up until they have you locked in. Then the switch flips and they start squeezing every drop of money they can get out of you.
I have been going to Family Eye Physicians about once a year for over a decade. And there’s a reason for that! Everyone here from scheduling and registration, to the clinical staff, have always been friendly and professional. Most recently, Rosa took the time to explain the visit procedures and made me feel at ease. Thank you Family Eye Physicians for all that you do!
I’ve been going here for 2 yrs. They’ve done a thorough job every yr to monitor my enlarged optic nerve that was cause for concern at my previous eye clinic. Rosa is always so sweet and walks me through my visit and makes sure all my questions are answered. All the drs are great and professional.
I would like to thank Dr. Al-Khudari for taking great care of my son before, during, and after his esotropia surgery. As a mom of a two year old it was a stressful time but the doctor made the experience as positive as it could be. Now more then a year later my sons eyes look great and his vision is great as well. Thank you 😊
I had Ptosisof my eyelids. ALWAYS told it was cosmetic. Dr Khaja knew I needed Surgery to regain full sight. My vision was approximately 40/20.After surgery my eye sight is 20/20 with my glasses. The caring and Kindness of Family eye Physicians was like no other. Going above and beyond to make certain that I had the Eye care I needed. Will NEVER go anywhere else. What a wonderful Place for complete service and eye Care. Ive Never known I had Beautiful eyes. Thank You Family Eye Physicians for all youve done for me. I recommend To All. Youll Never be dissappointed. Complete and utter Gratitude to All Staff and Dr.Khaja❤️❤️
Do not expect them to respect your appointment time! They have completely over extended themselves and everyone is waiting for more than hour just schedule me at 11:40!! My appointment was at 10:40am and didn’t get to the back till 11am and have been sitting here for 35 minutes and the doctor still hasn’t come in the room to take my eye pressure I am never coming here again!
Ive been a patient of Dr. Al-Khudari for many years now and hes always been kind and professional. He always makes sure to answer all of my questions, which was especially appreciated before my Lasik surgery with him. Even after the surgery, he would consistently follow up with me to make sure that my eyes were healing properly. Definitely going to continue coming here and would recommend him to anyone.
One hour wait among over 30 person during a pandemic... So today My daughter had an appointment at 2h30, I had to have her interrupt the after school e-learning to be there on time, got a nanny for my other babies and filled out the form last night to be ready to go in and out fearing this new Corona outbreak, I get there 2:23 at 3:20 I decided to cancel and leave as the lady at the front desk tried to explain that there were only two doctors in that clinic, not my problem two doctors.. then plan accordingly and keep in mind that in the middle of a pandemic you do NOT keep over 30 people in the same closed space what is the meaning to even having an appointment? the lady at the door was great if you’re reading this know you’re the only reason I kept my cool.
My daughter needed new eye glasses and I brought her to Family Eye Physicians at Oak Lawn. The office was very nice and the whole staff was very welcoming and pleasant. We did not have to wait long before we were called for the eye exam. The doctor and the assistant were very cordial and the whole experience was great. We decided to order glasses from the same place. The optical shop at the clinic was awesome, with a huge collection of frames for glasses. The sales associates at the optical shop helped my daughter a lot in choosing the right pair of eye glasses and the prices were also reasonable. I was very happy and satisfied to bring my daughter at the right place for an eye exam and to get glasses. I would highly recommend Family Eye Physicians to anyone who needs an eye exam for any eye related problem and to get eye glasses.
I am very happy with my visit- scheduling was very easy, check in went smooth and DR. was very informative. Rubi, Marylou & Rana were very helpful choosing my glasses. They not only fit me with the perfect frame, I was educated on all my lens options and really appreciate the blue light filter. Im always working on some sort of device and I get many compliments on my new look THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Took my daughter in for a routine eye exam and this place is very thorough , we seen doctor Bhatia , he was very patient and took his time and explained everything to us. The staff was very nice, she had to have several test done and the gentlemen who helped us was very nice he and made her feel comfortable . Great experience!
This was my first time at family eye physicians Dr.Sanja Rao was great he took very good care of my eyesight cataract surgery went well thanks Doc👍😉 and now the healing process begins God bless you all for the work you do helping people like us see things more clearly.🙏🙋♀️
Rubi is a top notch professional. She keeps my entire family coming year after year. You have tried the rest— now try the best. First they listened to my needs. Then they gave me sample contact lenses to try so that I had options. Not to mention a nice selection of designer frames. Thanks Rubi!
I have NEVER been to an eye doctors office who has less complete disrespect for your time. I was seen for a routine contacts lens exam last week and the whole process took 2 hours despite having, and being on time for, an appointment. I was seen by a doctor and physician for maybe 10 minutes total. They have a general waiting room where you wait until youre called and then another waiting room in the back where you wait after a physician takes a look at you. At the end of the first contact lens exam appointment, I was told to have a seat and my prescription would be printed. I waited about 10 min alone and walked up to the front desk and asked the receptionist if she could print out my script and she did. I cant imagine how long Id have to wait if I didnt go up and ask. I was only given my glasses prescription and they said in order to get my contacts prescription I have to come back the next week for another follow-up exam. I initially refused being very direct saying I didnt want any more of my time wasted, but since that was their stupid policy and I already paid I had no choice. I went back the next week on time to my appointment and the whole process took a whole hour. I spent 55 minutes waiting between both waiting rooms and was seen by a doc for 5 minutes, maybe even less than that. My wife went to lenscrafters and got the whole exam and her contacts prescription done in under 20 minutes for like $20 less but because theyre out of network I went to this office based on referral and location. They clearly overbook slots just to get as many patients seen in a day without a care in the world about your time. SAVE YOUR TIME AND FRUSTRATION.
RUN...this place is a pure ripoff. They obviously hide it with very nice doctors, but the underlying billing system and how they bring you in for multiple appointments (3 appointments to do what could have been done in one). All designed to squeeze every last dime out of you they can. Glasses department: First quoted over $800 for a pair of lenses using my old frames. When I got up to leave, she brought it down to $200. Then when I went to pick them up, the customer service person broke my old frames right in front of me by pulling them hard apart. I had to go to my old store to get new frames and pay for them. In discussing the charges with the manager I was charged for insurance on the frames which were not theirs! She removed the charge, but I still got a bill for it a month later in the mail. I am a recently retired executive from the healthcare industry and I know when I see abusive practices.
I have been a patient approximately 8 years. I have never experienced the 45 minute wait to have my child’s eyes examined by the doctor today. The staff in my opinion was inconsiderate. I repeatedly questioned why I observed others who just arrived called as we continued to sit and wait. An explanation wasn’t offered to at the least acknowledge we’re STILL sitting here waiting as time continued to pass. I might not have been as perturbed had the staff offered a reasonable explanation. Funny, how they have rules in place as to not inconvenience this office ... i.e. If a patient arrives late, your appointment will be rescheduled. If a patient does not have their copayment, you will be rescheduled. A patient can sit and wait 45 minutes past their appointment time and that’s okay???... No , it is not. If this had been a routine and not the initial visit , I honestly would have left. Doctors are not above reproach. I arrived at my scheduled time . My time is just as valuable as theirs.
There is nothing “family” about this office, more like the big box retailer of eye care. The front desk employees were inconsiderate and snarky. I came in for a specific condition and they still tried upselling me on a full eye exam. The doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable but still not a place I would go to for personalized care.
I can honestly say that I love this place. I took my niece here because she was blind as a bat. She saw Dr. Mohammad Al-Khudari who was really nice and really took his time explaining things and making her feel comfortable and at home. Thanks to him and the great staff she now can see with her new glasses and contacts. I will definitely be coming back here myself and bringing my whole family along as well. Really happy and content patient!!
I used to recommend this place but no more! My first cataract surgery and lense implant was great and i paid out of pocket since had no insurance. Same surgery was recommended For my left eye and since now i have insurance the surgery seems wrong because i had to have 2 lasik surgeries and shots in my eye and all these other treatments! I have discovered that the lense in my left eye makes me see everything smaller then normal😡 and blurry spots! I really believe was done so i continue seeing the doctors. Feel so disappointed all they care about is the money not the patient😔😔
I have several complaints about this business. My biggest concern is that after two appointments, I never received the services that I requested while booking my initial appointment. It seems like they wanted to just run up charges on unnecessary items. I have great insurance, yet they asked me for a large deposit upon each visit. My co-pay is very low, so I had to take unnecessary steps to prove it in order to avoid the deposit. I will not be returning.
I recommended this eye doctors office to all my family and friends. I sent my niece here and she feels real comfortable with her lady doctor. My father comes here as well and likes how nice the doctors are. The staff answer the questions I have and give me information to take home, so I understood what is going on. The specialist is great with children and adults. Both specialist have a great bond with many of their patients. This is what I have experienced. All of the doctors I have meet have great bedside manner and my familiy is happy.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER,I dont advise anyone to go there.SEP 16th 2019.My experience with Family Eye Physician.I went there with my father to check his eye as he was unable ( and still) not able to see clearly. The doctor there saw him and he told him we have to make a cataract surgery and after the surgery you will be able to see clearly. So we agreed and they told us to pay 1200$ even if my father he has the Medicare and Medicare insurance. However we paid whatever they want after they convinced us that the laser surgury is better than the manual, cause of results as per his doctor ALKH.Note: manual surgury is free of charge/// lazer surgury is 1200 $.So after the surgury we visited the doctor 3 times hoping to hear good news.At last visit Nov 21st 2019DOCTOR ALKH SAID THAT: from my side i did my part in good way and the surgury was good, i dunno why he is unable to see so far.SO AFTER THAT THE DOCTOR ADVISE US TO GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR SPECIALIST IN RETINA, after we went there for check up that specialt doctor found out that the main reason made my father unable to see is an issue with the Retina, we told that doctor we will think about it.SO NOW MY QUESTION WHY FAMILY EYE PHISICIAN DIDINT INFORM THAT TO US FROM THE BEGINING ? And why they didnt transfer us to another specialist ???We will call the insurance to complain againist the clinic and will try the best as well to get whatever we paid back.
This place is the worst! Do not go there for glasses or contacts! I had to go back for at least ten contact fittings. TEN! Because the doctor couldnt figure out my prescription.I also got glasses which aside from being extremely expensive were made with the wrong prescription. When I received them I told them they made my head hurt and they said I was just adjusting and should give the glasses two weeks (even though Ive been wearing glasses for at least 20-25 years). I waited and it obviously didnt help; I went back and they realized they made my right lens a whole point too strong. I had to wait for them to remake the lens and when it came back they had forgotten to put the anti-glare coating Id paid for so now I had one lens with anti-glare and one without. When I brought this up the lady argued that it was on there and she could tel simply from looking at the glasses.
I am extremely pleased with the care I have received. Everyone is very helpful and have informed me every step of the way in the treatment of my eyes. They have answered every question that I have had. They had made it a very comfortable experience. I recommend the Family Eye Physicians to anyone who needs any type of eye care.
Family eye physicians is one of the best equipped Ophthalmology offices. The whole staff, specialists and Optometrists there are very attentive to their patients needs. This office fitted me the best for eye prescription, they have some very nice designer glasses and sunglasses. I have digital lenses in my prescription glasses and also have a pair of prescription sunglasses that are polarized and they are just wonderful, love the way the glassed make my vision so clear. They have all the equipment to check the health of my eyes which is very important since I am diabetic
I have been coming here for a long time with Dr. Al- Khudari and he did a great job with my eyes. He performed surgery on both my eyelids and it looks great and I look 20 years younger now and will recommend Dr. to all my friends. He is a great Doctor and God Bless him and keep up the good work.
Me and my husband had a great experience. We would like to thank Miriam Ballesteros who is the Surgical Coordinator. Shewas soo helpful. She made my husband more relaxed. She took the time to go over things twice. Miriam is professional and is an asset to the company. Thanks again Miriam!
I went to see Dr. Bhattia several years ago for dry eyes. After his exam, he informed me I had high pressures and narrow angles. In all of my eye exams over the years, I have never once had anyone tell me that. He was the only one who discovered it and even let me know that had I ever had my eyes dilated, I could possibly have had an issue and compromised my eyesight. Thank God I always refused that procedure in the past. I subsequently had laser iridotomy procedures on both eyes. I was terrified, but he was informative, kind and compassionate and put me at ease. I see him every six months for checkups and would not trust my eyesight to anyone else!
I’ve come here three times for the same reason, which is having bumps on my upper lid, and still have the same problem.Every time they charge me the appointment fee and the small surgery they do for me. Which is 225.I’m still having the same problem. Its not a small clinic, it’s like a big company and all they care about is getting as many patients as they can inside.I’m not going there anymore. Sorry to say that but i think it’s just waste of money.
Ordered an expensive pair of glasses from them and was told that in 3 weeks they would call me when they came in.... Never received a call. After over a month I finally called them and they were in. Probably had been in for a while but they forgot to call me. On the flip side, when they failed to collect my co-pay at my previous visit, (completely their fault because I asked the girl if I owed a co-pay- she said no) they called me constantly for 2 weeks before I had time to drive back over there and pay it. They are just screwy over there.
This place is terrible. I wasted a lot of time and money here. Their first prescription for eye glasses made my vision worse. Their second prescription was so bad I had to get Pearl Vision to correct it. I spent over $500.00 for a Comprehensive Exam. I dont trust anything they told me.
It is the second time I come to this office and the service is terrible, I have given my insurance information 3 times and they always seem to forget to check my benefits. The first time I came with an appointment I was received an hour later than the scheduled time .
I did not like anything about it I think all the docters have to back to school the worse experience I ever had I would not recommend anyone to come there I honestly dont know why u guys are even open u guys should just close out I wont mess up my eyes for ur garbage that u gave me I have one question r u guy even doctors or what thanks alot for talking 200 bucks from me when u gave me wrong prescription and charge me another 35 bucks for lenses that scratched off the next day if I had to rate that place out of 100 it woold be 0
Well let me start off by saying all the ladies at the front desk was wonderful and the other staff was excellent the only problem I had was when I had to see Dr Mohammad assistant he checked my eyes before Dr Mohammed came in to check them the tall guy with the green scrubs he was terrible very impatient and very rude and he raised his voice at me which caught me off guard and made me very upset just because of him I will not be coming back this is just my opinion......
FRONT DESK IS FRIENDLY AND WONDERFUL!!!! VERY HELPFUL...BEST DOCTORS AND STAFF...RECOMENDED MY WHOLE FAMILY AND FRIENDS, MY GRANDMOTHER HAD CATARACT SURGERY WAS VERY CONTENT WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE....BEAUTIFUL OFFICE AND BILINGUAL STAFF, NOW THATS A PLUS!!! I GIVE THEM 10 STARS...MAX IS AWESOME
Terrible place the person who answered my call in Spanish was very rude, I was calling very worried about my husband, yours an accident, I just wanted to know about his condition since I could not accompany him because I am soon to give birth, woman you should have a sweet before you go to work

2022-01-22Definitely recommend coming here. This was my first time here. I was highly impressed! I had an emergency & they were able to get me in right away. They saw me in a very timely manner & their staff was friendly & extremely professional. I dont live in the area but it was worth my hour drive. I will be coming here going forward for all my eye care needs.

2022-02-2310/10 recommended! Drove all the way from downtown Chicago as the doctors all came highly recommended at the Oak Lawn location. Beautiful office, extremely kind staff, and was in and out so fast! They also helped me pick out some new designer glasses, which I have been long overdue to find! Thank you team!

2022-06-26Terrible customer service. I already have a scheduled 8:40am appointment. I checked in, and it took them 20 minutes to even call my name. I understand things happen and schedules can run behind, but why wouldnt anyone tell me this? Also, they kept asking me who my primary eye doctor which I told them who my eye doctor is(thought it was weird consideringeveryone usually asks just your primary care doctor). Then for all my forms to be confused because they really only wanted my primary care doctor... they treated me terribly. No one is friendly, or nice. They dont allow you to ask any questions but to just rush you into the next room. I was very disappointed with it being my 1st experience here so I wont ever be back again.

2022-01-15Well dog sitting out in the suburbs I decided to schedule my annual eye appointment at the Buffalo Grove location. I couldn’t of been more pleased with Dr. Nagpal and the staff. Nicole was so awesome doing the prep for the exam. Friendly and very concerned answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

2022-06-30We came 2 weeks in a row for my son to get contacts. We waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes before going back to the exam area to we do quick check and waited another hour before we saw the doctor. Total time there 3 hours. A week later, we stood in line for 10 minutes before they checked us in. We sat for another hour for a 5-10 minute appointment. After our appointment, we were told to that the staff will print our prescription and make our next appointment. 30 minutes later, we made our appointment and then told that we need to go to optical to get a print out of our prescription. Reception staff are standing around while patients are waiting to get checked in. I’m in healthcare and can tell you that this office is run very inefficiently.

2022-05-15My mother spent over $2200 on hard contacts for her stigmatism. Each time she went, Dr.Dzubair didnt calibrate the lenses well and she went back to adjust them on multiple occasion, and was charged every time. Hes a friendly doctor but the results were not worth it. The office wouldnt print a copy of medical records without charging $60+ for them

2022-05-14I was there 15 min after my appointment and the receptionist was with another patienceAnd when she attended me it passed 10 min y she told me that I have to reschedule de appointment. The thing is that they cannot make any exceptions if we are late as patients but when we are on time we have to wait until 1 hour to be seen by a doctor that is not fair.

2022-06-07I awoke to not being able to see out of my right eye! I flushed out my eye thinking that some night cream had gotten into my eye; but to no avail!I called my eye doctor and she had me come in that afternoon. After a battery of tests, she showed me that behind my eye were a series of broken blood vessels and called Family Eye Physicians to see if they could see me asap. They in turn called me to ask me if I could get there before 5pm that day! Omg! I was overjoyed and got an Uber to take me right over. The team there and the doctor were all so caring and efficient! A series of more tests were done, including a CT scan of my eye! I never knew that could be done. Everything was explained as to what the tests were for and were done gently and painlessly. After all the results were given to the doctor and she also examined my eye thoroughly, she gave me the diagnosis of having had an eye stroke!!! What?! I’ve NEVER heard of such a thing! The doctor made sure I didn’t confuse this with a brain stroke! The plan of action is to return and get an IV put in my arm to disperse a dye that will be tracked and pictures taken to make different observations of my eye and blood vessels, swelling, etc. After that, numbing drops will be placed in the eye and a painless shot is given into the eye with medicine to help the eye heal.I’ll see what transpires from there. All I can tell you with certainty and huge appreciation, is that the employees here really took great care of me and gave me the care I needed and the explanation of what was happening to my vision! A plan of action will follow soon. I look forward to regaining my full eyesight back and the steps needed to keep it that way!!Thank you so much!!!Update - June 5, 2022I wound up going to see the eye doctor at Family Eye Physicians every 3 months for a total of 4 eye injections. Thankfully, all my vision has returned!Thank you again everyone at Family Eye Physicians!!Rose Walisiak

2022-06-22Poor customer service skills the receptionist are rude and obnoxious After my visit I was told to have a seat to schedule a returned appointment I sat there for 20 mins people coming and going I sat and sat So I decided to go to front desk and inquire Why was it taking so long to make a follow up Appt She says I will call you to make your appointment I felt embarrassed being the only black person there She looked at me as if I discussed her She turns to me and says I will call you for your appointment she singled me out
