Didnt have a working toilet and the pool was closed. Having been closed for 5 months for ventilation issues is plenty of time change things online to let people know when theyre booking. Also not have a working toilet is unacceptable. All around a frustrating stressful stay that should have been fun and relaxing. The only positives were very clean room and very friendly staff.
FYI the pool is closed and has been for 5 months for ventilation issues. The staff was super nice and the room was clean, but it would have been nice to know the pool was closed. That was the main reason we choose to stay, it was a reward for our son after a long difficult school year. It wasnt as if it was a sudden recent closure that they didnt have sufficient time to change the information online, we were told it had been closed for 5 months. The toilet was also not running and they had to come fix it. Just a bit frustrating at least it was clean though.
Had a great stay here! The facility was clean, my room was clean and stocked, the AC worked great, the TV and mini fridge worked great, and the beds were pretty comfy. The pool was a little small, but it was clean, warm, and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was great. Very satisfied!
We stayed here for one night when moving our son. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and updated decor of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable as well. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a nice variety of items. The eating area was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.
I enjoyed my stay here with my kids and mother! The pool is open till midnight which is great! Even though it was a little cold but you get used to it. The pool isnt any deeper than a little over 4 feet which was great for the kids! Breakfast was on point! Tons of fresh fruit and fridge with Chobani yogurt! Front desk was very helpful and attentive. My room was nice and clean as well! Next time Im reserving here! It was worth the extra cash and we really enjoyed ourselves!
I found out my sister passed away, and going through that is tough for anyone. But booking at the Fairfield by Marriott was the best decision I could have made. On the TV they welcome you they put your name up and when you leave they say bon voyage with your name. The room was quite it was clean and everything that I needed was there, they made you feel like a small part of their family. For anyone staying in the Aurora area you need a place to stay make this your first choice. Thank you to the staff for making me feel so welcome.Sincerely,Joshua Brown
Breakfast was amazing! Great variety and plenty of healthy choices! Although the hot tub was not hot, the staff immediately called maintenance staff to try to fix the problem. Comfortable, modern appearance that is obviously cared for. Staff is very kind and makes sure your needs are taken care of. The check-in process was so fast, I had to clarify that we were already done...less than 4 minutes it took! Great bargain for the price and quality!
We stayed during Labor Day weekend and everything was just perfect. Up to date clean hotel with extra amenities. We were only going to stay one night but deciddd to stay the second because if the proximity to additional things we could do (shopping, downtown festivals, main event). Just perfect for our family stay. The breakfasts were good and satisfying lots of options. The pool and hot tub were hits as well. Very relaxing. Staff were excellent kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank youall!
It is understood that there is a policy for most hotels stating that smoking is prohibited in the rooms. I travel for work often and i have the same routine of smoking in my vehicle before heading to my room. Last Thursday , 1/16/20, two staff members came to my door and asked if i was smoking in the room. I said no and told them they can come look. They didn’t enter the room and left giving me a warning in which i didn’t think anything of because i had not smoked in the room. Later on that night after my work day ended, I smoked on the way to get food. I came back to the hotel. Less than ten minutes later staff was at my door again asking me to leave the hotel for smoking in the room. They said that they could smell it down the hall. I staying In room 201 which is the last door across from the emergency stairwell. I used side door next to the stairwell when i came inside and went straight from the stairwell across to my room.I told staff that the smell could have traveled back to the room with me but no one smoked in the room on on the hotels premises. I feel like i was being watched in both instances when they came to the door. As if they were waiting for me to return. Both times they came to the door was within ten minutes of me entering the hotel. Why would i be smoking in the room and i just came from outside?? I told Him how wrong he was for making me leave and he ended up lowering the $250 “cleaning fee” to $100. I still had to leave and find another place to stay for something i didn’t do. I will never stay at another Marriott facility for business or pleasure.
We enjoyed our stay at this clean & comfortable facility. Appreciated the e-notification when our room was ready early and ability to get a late check out to accommodate our daughter’s tournament schedule. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices with eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, hot oatmeal with toppings, and more. My only gripe was a phone call from the front desk right after I checked in to see if my room was ok, which interrupted a much needed nap. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have stayed here again on our next visit, but the price seems to vary significantly.
We only stayed overnight, but we really enjoyed our stay. The room had many amenities and was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. They had anything you could want for breakfast available and the coffee was great. We would stay again.
Amenities are as advertised. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Some of our favorite qualities have been the in room fridge and microwave, the free, plentiful breakfast, and the warm pool. Facilities are very clean. Rates are slightly more expensive, but hotel deals can make the price quite competitive. Very good hotel!
The hotel was clean. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was polite. They have a pool and jacuzzi. The free breakfast had a lot of healthy options. It was a very good choice in hotel, especially because it was so affordable. I would definitely stay again if I went to that area again.
Check in was quick and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint is that our room was HOT!! Only after turning the thermostat way down (it was only on 68 to begin with) and opening the window (when it was freezing outside) did the room approach a comfortable temperature. Nonetheless, we slept well and checkout in the morning was as quick and friendly as check-in had been.
Our stay was a Grampa/grandson old man winter getaway. I chose this hotel primarily for the location, pool, and breakfast. The hotel is well kept and clean. Decently priced for what you get. We stayed in a two bed room, which was of average size for hotels but are very comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable with sheets and covers that fit and didnt feel like they were holding you in or not covering you like many hotel beds do. Closet was fairly small and doesnt fit much more than a couple of coats. Decent fridge and microwave.Check in was a good experience and staff friendly. Arrived at noon and had no problems getting my room. We used the pool quite a bit and it was a perfect depth for my 5 and 7 year old grandsons. Kind of small if the hotel would get crowded. The air and water quality was above acceptable, not making my eyes feel like they were on fire from the chlorine. Whirl pool was clean and comfortable. No restrooms available in pool area.Breakfast, having two young children, was a good experience. Food selection was average as most hotel chains but the setting, layout, and seating was excellent. The serving staff very friendly and willing to serve.
My husband and I had a wonderful day at the Fairfield Marriott. The room was huge!!! The bed and bed sheets super clean nice and comfy. Nice inside pool area. Best of all is their breakfast so many different options and the breakfast is delicious. Fresh fruit, scrambled or boiled eggs yogurt parfait or greek. 2 types of sausage pork or turkey a just a few. I could go on and on Omg it was great! Overall our stay was amazing!
We were impressed with this Fairfield Suites location (except that it is not the easiest to find). The front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. Our room was immaculate, configured nicely, with everything we needed including a comfy bed. The breakfast area as clean, neat, and offered something for everyone. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity and highly recommend it
Clean rooms, friendly staff, workout room, pool, but not a fan of the TV programs provider. I like my windows open at night with A/C off, but traffic noise if window is open in front-side rooms is noticeable. I have to close window drapes due to bright parking lot lights. Prices vary significantly each of the 5 days of the week we stayed. Decent breakfast selection offered. Watch out, coffee is HOT.
The staff was very professional & friendly and quick to respond to any requests that we had throughout our 4 day stay. We also used their gym, although small, it has a full rack of weights as well as water and towels, and also had their free breakfast and coffee which was great. We had family recommend this hotel as we were visiting from CA for a funeral. The manager was kind enough to give us a bereavement discount to keep our rate the same (instead of an up-charge during the weekdays we were there) which was very much appreciated after an exhausting few days. When we visit family, we will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay. The room, bathroom, and beds were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We were relatively close to the interstate, but didnt hear any traffic noise from our room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again if were back in the area.
Good staff, well kept up lobby and rooms. The breakfast was great. I only eat turkey products and they had that. They have Coffee/tea/waffles/sausage(pork and turkey)/eggs(scarmbled and boiled)/Pastries/Fruit/Cereals(oatmeal)/yogurt/Different bread options along with different condiments (CAN YOU TELL I LOVE BREAKFAST).With all I said...I dont think you will be disappointed!
I stay at different hotels through out the year, and I am never quite sure what I am going to get. My arrival at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville/Aurora was greeted with smiles. The check in process was painless, and the staff was friendly. The room was bigger than I thought it would be given some of my other stays in the Chicagoland area. The breakfast was good and the workout facilities fitted my needs. I recommend this location to anyone wanting to find a strong West Suburbs location while staying in Chicago.
This location and facilities CANT be beat. Comfy bed .Spotless from top to bottom. Pool , breakfast GREAT.We were a group of about 18 and couldnt be happier with our stay. Friendly, hard working AND accommodating employees.WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. 5minutes from restaurant, shopping, and highway.
The rooms here are by far the cleanest and nicest out of the cheaper hotels. We love the saline pool, and the expansive breakfast. The hotel staff are also friendly and easy to talk to. This Fairfield Inn and Suites Chicago Naperville/Aurora is definitely worth the price by far. Cant wait to stay there again.
Not a bad stay. The only 2 things that Id complain about is the TV and viewing choices were horrible because the quality of the movies were like watching bootleg movies and then the heater unit was a bit noisy and squealed a little, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable beds with nice pillows, which seems to be rare in most hotels. Slept great, quiet rooms (besides heater), great showers with excellent water pressure. The pool was nice and the hottub decent. Last hour of the pool from 11-12 is without kids in case you want a little adult time. Staff was helpful and very nice. Great location right off the highway. Good shopping malls close by and lots of eating choices in the area.
Great hotel enjoy the amenities of the pool and hot tub... Room was clean.. the bed was comfortable... my only negative was need a better breakfast Selection for the niceness of the hotel as far as the meat choices maybe adding to what you had. THANK YOU!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The hotel was clean. Staff was excellent. It is a fantastic location - close to trains to head to downtown Chicago. Lots of local shopping and attractions as well. Breakfast wasnt worth the effort. The breakfast area was clean but it wasnt well stocked and the quality of food prepared at the hotel was very poor. We ate at a restaurant the second morning as we couldnt stomach the hotel breakfast a second day. Automatic sprinklers went on the morning we checked out so we had to get wet to get into the car. I would stay there again but I would just plan on paying for breakfast elsewhere.
This is a great hotel. They offer breakfast, coffee 24/7 in the lobby, a pool, fitness center and a laundry room for guests. I worked as a housekeeping manager for many years with a big hotel chain so I am hard to please when it comes to hotels but this one is very clean. The decor is up to date and very nice. Comfortable atmosphere and great for business or families. Located right off I-88 and route 59 and close to shopping and restaurants. Only minutes from the Aurora Outlet Mall.
This location was perfect what we were looking for. We had a relative at a local hospital for tests for a couple days and just needed a place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming. The hotel was a little difficult to find. While unfortunate, this wasnt caused by the hotel per se. All in all, a nice place if youre just needing a place for a night or two.
Our experience at the Fairfield Inn was nothing short of excellent. Our suite was very nice and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfast was a little slim with just basic options. But other than that, it was a very clean and nice place to eat breakfast with all the family we had in town for our wedding.
Overall, staying here was a good experience. I liked the color-scheme of the decor. The room was clean and the wifi worked well even from the room at the very end of the hallway. There were just a couple of nit-picky things that didnt bother me much: noise from the highway was pretty loud from my room and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were not very good. I wouldnt let those couple things stop me from staying here again, though. Theres nothing the staff can do about the highway and there were other things available at the breakfast bar.
The staff and amenities were fantanstic. Very clean, pool was a comfortable temperature and clean. Very courteous staff willing to help if needed. I would stay here again. The price was reasonable, especially with the breakfast. Having three kids say they were full, saved me a ton of money.
Fairly new hotel with a fun modern décor. It is near the toll way, so ask for a room as far away from the toll way as possible if noise bothers you. The room was comfortable and the areas advertised as handicap accessible truly were. The free breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
This location is tricky to get to, the blue sign on Diehl for the entrance to Fairfield and the other two hotels is small and hard to read. I missed the entrance a couple of times. This trip, we had a storm and stayed in the hotel, and the TV was satellite so it was out. Thats the first time weve experienced that.Everything else is great. We love staying at Fairfield wherever we go. Good hot & cold complimentary breakfast. The pool is a bit small usually but we just go to it for an hour or so per stay. The hot tub is nice after walking around all day.We always try to stay at a Fairfield whenever we go out of town, this one didnt disappoint.
Reasonable rates, clean, comfortable beds, a decent enough breakfast as far as hotels go, and has pretty much everything you would expect from a hotel in the US. One benefit that helps set it apart is the fact that the pool is open until midnight, and after 11PM, it is adults only swim. Its satisfying to actually be able to relax in a pool after a full day out and about.
Awesome reception by Kiro Bakheet. Great and friendly man, he welcomed us around 10pm and provided complimentary brownies too. Rooms are clean and the hotel itself looks very new. All over, great hospitality and customer service provided at this location. Definitely recommended!
Great hotel. My only complaint was the lack of decorum of other guests during breakfast. Bare feet and skimpy pajamas are fine at home, but not for adults in the public breakfast area of the hotel. The hotel should really post some minimum standards for breakfast attire!
I travel a lot for my photography business but this time it was for family funeral. I was pleased to say my cousin Terry & I enjoyed the whirlpool, swimming pool area to relax & get to know my family. It took all the stress out of the funeral. The front desk lady was able to give me handicap accessible rooms for my Uncle Billy. I am totally pleased with the excellent breakfast and the staff.
I am usually too lazy to write a review. but we have stayed at this Marriott on several occasions as my son interviewed, looked for apartments, moved in, and all the visits since then. There are several Marriott hotels in the area, and I am actually a Courtyard or traditional Marriott customer when I travel on business. But I find this Marriott very well kept, consistent, friendly, and the breakfast area is well designed. The new microwave-refrigerator-coffee pot cabinet is wonderful. We have just never moved away since we were paying for 3 rooms and now only one.We always find the rate to be a great value.
We stayed at the Naperville/Aurora Fairfield Inn and Suites mid April 2015, and it was so clean and well designed, seemed like it was brand new. Right off 88, easy to find. Right next to a Cracker Barrel, but the breakfast at the hotel was all we needed till at least Noon. Also, it is along 59, another main thoroughfare with shopping and dining all around. The staff was great. There was a youth sport team staying also, but we did not realize that until the next day, it was so quiet all night. We will be back there again when we are anywhere near....... would probably drive another stretch to do so. Rates were very good, just as good as Expedia by calling direct.
Ive stayed a few weeks at this hotel, is comfortable, convenient to a lot of places and the folks are friendly. This is not in walking distance of much (except cracker barrel) but no one probably comes here without a car. Perfectly serviceable hotel at consistently the lowest rates in the area.
The hotel is older but well kept. There is only one elevator for the entire building of 3 floors. The AC and heating unit is extremely noisy and, in my room, the Auto fan function did not work. I reported it to the front desk the next morning but nothing was done. The location was good for what I needed with a Cracker Barrell across the parking lot - there are no other stores or anything within walking distance to go to.Even though the Fairfield is a Marriott hotel, I would recommend staying at the Marriott across the parking lot rather than the Fairfield.
I stayed last weekend at the Fairfield Suites in Naperville and had a great visit! Due to road construction, it is difficult to see the building from Diehl Road, but once you get there, it will be a wonderful stay! Breakfast had a variety of items, and I was able to stick to my diabetic diet. My bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the towels were very nice!! I even had time to walk on a treadmill in the fitness area and found it supplied with water and towels. Made for a great family reunion!!
Overall this was a great stay. Clean rooms, great staff, pool, and a small gym. TV channels did not all work and I would recommend checking your milk in the morning to make sure it is good but all in all a good place to stay. Good food, shopping and entertainment close by. I would stay there again without any hesitation.
Was accidentally double charged for my room. Over 6 phone calls I was told the accident would be resolved. The manager has yet to even call me back. I now have to get Marriott involved to get my money back. I would recommend not staying at this borderline fraudulent hotel.
We had a wonderful stay near Chicago! In Naperville traffic was fairly good as compared to Chicago or New York! Hotel was set back from road on Route 88, but could barely hear traffic! Breakfast was good and pool was a treat! Ladies at front desk were informative and pleasant! We would stay there again. Place was sold out on a Wed. in October and we did not feel rushed or crowded at Hotel!
Wasnt sure where to stay, didnt know the area. This was a great choice. Hotel is clean (even smells clean)... indoor pool and workout area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in every room. Large bathroom with nice large vanity. This will be our choice any time we are in the area.
My stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville/Aurora was very pleasant. The room was expertly designed for business travelers, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast offerings were plentiful and tasty. All in all, my experience was such that I would both recommend this location to colleagues and stay here myself on future visits
From our first visit at this location our stays have always been great. We were there during the remodeling phase(start to finish). Weve stayed when the weather was very nasty. We were their when the fire alarms went off at 4 in the morning(omg). During all of these stays the staff has been totally friendly and professional. They became more of a second family.
Found the hotel easy to find and convenient to several area locations we visited. We were in town for a sports camp and front desk allowed us a late checkout so the kids could get cleaned up after last day of camp before our long drive home. Easy to find, not far from restaurants, shopping, train station, and access to tollway.
Enjoyed the stay there 99%.......the only lacking 1% was the cold rubbery scrambled eggs more than just once. Did get lucky one day but had to get up super early to have warm eggs......but not needing to rise early was part of the vacation. Not having a vehicle part of the time, and having friends pick me up.......ALL found the signage to the place POOR, and were frustrated at finding it.Having Cracker Barrel as your neighbor saved the day many times. Great Food!Clean sheets daily were a treat ......The bed covers were nice....but usually tucked in too tightly, making it impossible for taller people to pull them up to the top, once ready for a good nights sleep. But we did....comfy beds.....Peaceful top floor.
My stay at the Fairfield in Naperville/Aurora was simply perfect! Check-in was easy, the room was large, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Bed and bathroom were great. Amenities were fine. I enjoyed making coffee in my room in the little coffee pot, and I used both the refrigerator and the micro. Everything was in perfect working condition.
Everyone at this hotel is sooooo welcoming!! Whether its on the phone, at the front desk, at the breakfast area--their work ethic is consistent--it was our pleasure to stay there!! Moved our daughter into college and arrived in Aurora a day early and were immediately accommodated.
This hotel features some nice areas for sitting down and congregating with friends if you have a big group that youre traveling with. In addition it offers quick and speedy access to the interstate for people that are traveling around the state or to somewhere else or looking to get to the city of Chicago. The hotel features more amenities than one would expect. In the hotel there is a more relaxed atmosphere which also features a pool and a small computer room for the office usage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if one didnt want to check out the local area like Naperville, Warrenville, or Lisle theres very quick access to shopping for people to take in this very nice area of the West suburbs of Chicago
I am not usually a fan of hotels so for me to say that I feel at home in a hotel is a big deal! This hotel is awesome. The rooms are spotless, the decor is fresh and modern, the wi-fi is awesome. We have stayed there twice and happen to be on our way there for a third stay. We have family in the area that we visit and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
Right between the Chicago premium outlets and the Fox valley mall. Up the road is top golf. And the metro station is south. Crackel barrel is also right next door. And hot tub is very nice. Sheets are cleaned daily very nice breakfast. Will always stay at this Marriott.
Fairfield Inn & Suites anywhere is always a safe and comfortable stay and great value for the price. The facilities are contemporary and are more luxurious than one may expect. The employees do a wonderful job whenever I have stayed. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast and amenities.
Never spend your money at this hotel!!! I was there this past weekend and upon returning back to the room I realized the housekeeper didn’t clean the room or change the towels. When I reported this to the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager they both basically called us liars and said that someone told the housekeeper not to clean the room. Why would I say don’t clean the room and especially don’t give us clean towels??? My money will never be spent at this hotel ever again. The Assistant General Manager is Virdiana Diaz and the General Manager is Matt Holmes. They both need training in customer service!!
Overall it was decent, but several small annoyances. South side door did not work (reported not resolved), several TV stations did not work; the hot water took 10 mins to get to the shower, the lobby coffee and watet were routinely empty, and the hot portion of breakfast was terrible. I wont stay at this Fairfield again.
The employees dont care about the guest at all. I tried to eat the complimentary breakfast. They didnt have much to choose from and what they did have was all gone. I showed up 45 minutes before breakfast ended. I said something multiple times to several employees and was ignored. Then just as Im about to get a donut because theres nothing else for me to eat, they are taken away 15 minutes early right in front of me. There was no one at the front desk to complain about this to and when they finally did show up they tell me its 10am now breakfast its over. I said ive been waiting for 45 minutes for food to be put out. I was then asked what i wanted but she never came back. I ended up going back to my room angry and hungry. Whats the point of free breakfast if they dont put it out. I will never stay here again. Ive never been treated so badly at a hotel in my life.
Your gen mgr matt went above expectations by welcoming us early for our 2 day stay.. then continued with info on local points of interest to make our stay special. not done, he and his staff continued to help us with visitors who met us at the inn in the breakfast area after hours--emphasizing clean up was our responsibility, not un-expected. thanks so much to matt and crew, they completed a family get together that was special.
If u can find it ....with a hotel also in 1800s of Diehl road! But one is 5 miles from the other! Just go simple.until they agree to refund my room. Im gonna keep leaving reviews on yelp and everywhere! Wanna call me Fairfield in by Marriott at 1820 Diehl road how bout 5hat
We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville/Aurora and it was a great stay. We did not have any problems. Nice complimentary breakfast and great room accommodations. When we called down to the front office for something, they sent an employee up right away.Definitely would stay here again.
I stayed in there for 2 separate trips. 2 rooms both smell like something was moldy. The withhold deposit are never automatically released after checking out like they claimed. I waited both more than a week and end up have to let the bank call them and get confirmation to release the withhold amount on my credit card. Called their front desk several times about the issue, front desk leave messages to their manager but never really got call back. Had to call multiple times to talk to the manager.
Room was great but sevice was not. Called at lunch to see if room was ready they said it was then got there 5 mins later and said it wasnt. Then checked in at 5 and they would take my debit card or cash for a deposit when on the reservation it said they did. Then he reminded me not to damage the room or smoke and do drugs in the room like he can tell Im going to. So inappropriate.
As a business traveler, I am soon approaching 1,000 nights on the road. I choose Marriott properties for their overall consistency in service, offerings, and Rewards program. The recent stay experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville/Aurora again confirms I am making the right choice in lodging. From recent updates to the property, friendly and helpful staff, and a clean, neutral smell room and property (in other words - no perfume smell). If you must be away from home and in the Naperville/Aurora area - this is the place to stay! Thanks!
I get out four times a year with my hobby/business and always stay over night with Fairfield Inn Naperville, IL. or another Fairfield Inn in Michigan. Their pillows and mattresses always guarantees a good nights sleep, something I dont always get in my own home! Great breakfast too! (turkey sausage). Thanks Fairfield Inn ! Dudley
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Naperville is affordable with nice amenties. Also, enjoyed the candian turkey sausage. I do not eat beef or pork so it was refreshing to have a breakfast meat choice. The service was prompt providing a roll away bed that I requested when booking the room. The road work to widen the streets is so bad police direct the traffic during rush hour resulting in bottlenecks.
It is so hard to rate these Fairfields. Honestly, Marriott CEOs should be systematically executed for adding these to the Brand. You dont want to give them a bad rating every time but its really hard not to due to quality. Neither Hilton or IHG has a brand this cheap for its guests, why does Marriott?
Horrible customer service. Lost our entire reservation for 50+ Lacrosse girls. Claimed nothing he could do - Mark Lucarelli. Then found us another hotel, packed up entire bus and had to move them and then it was double the cost as we could not have four in the room. Claimed he could not and would not pay for our rooms. (Although initially said he would.) Families were staying at hotel across the street, and girls has to be moved. Acted like we were an inconvenience to him.

2022-01-30I stayed here for business. I can say the decor looked kind of old. The lobby couch had a huge rip in it and the benches in the breakfast area were pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast was supposed to be a hot breakfast but all they had was eggs one day, eggs and sausage the next. However I dont eat eggs so I ended up settling for toast, cereal or a muffin. The staff was super nice but they didnt have daily housekeeping which was odd. I ran out of shampoo and had to go to the front to ask for more. My room had a mini fridge but it wasnt plugged in so I had to plug it in when I got there. The couch in my room was pretty stiff. I mostly sat in bed to watch TV. The pool was closed and it didnt mention that when booking. The bed was a little bit stiff for my liking. The toilet was super low to the ground and the toilet seat moved pretty bad each time you sat down or got up, it was pretty loose. All in all it was decent price for what you got, just was expecting more from a Marriott franchise. The oddest part was another Marriott hotel is in the same parking lot. At least crackle barrel is next door.

2021-10-15Great spot to stay. The rooms were clean, the facility is okay. Its close to restaurants and shopping. Laundry equipment works well. Its is my recommendation that you cross-develop your front deal team in DEI. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We all have cultural biases, that need addressing. Other than that everything was cool beans!

2021-09-21We stayed in a King Suite. Loved the room. The pull-out was perfect for our teen. The decor is so pleasing! Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was more than sufficient.

2021-02-23Good stay. The room was nice, clean and comfortable bed. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The pool was closed indefinitely due to a lack of funds to repair it and walls were thin, as I could hear conversations happening in the parking lot. This being the case Id consider staying at another similarly priced hotel in the area next time.

2021-09-21The staff was helpful and friendly.Unfortunately I didnt sleep well due to an unusually (for me) strong allergic reaction - I think to the pillows or the bedding.I retreated to the pull out couch, which I appreciated having as an option, and doing so did provide some allergy relief. But I found the pull out couch mattress uncomfortable compared to other pull out couch mattresses I have slept on.

2021-07-03I had a nice experience while staying here. The staff was welcoming and professional. My only issue was housekeeping, but there may have been a staffing issue. The room was nice and clean.

2021-07-30Hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel is well located closed to Aurora Mall & breakfast is adequate. However house keeping once in 4 days sucks (given Covid-19 and all) and if you book a king room, be ready to get a small congested room. Its also on the expensive side...

2021-03-18It was said that the hotel and the room I was going to book is included a pool, but when we went to do the check-in, we were said that pool is closed for maintenance. It was very unsatisfactory. The breakfast was not as it was expected from a hotel with a 4.4/5 score and what had been shown on the Expedia website. I dont know why I was charged an extra 20$!!?Looking forward to hearing from you.
