A lovely family place to visit. Walking and biking paths. A dog friendly place too.
Awesome park with well kept trail variations for everyone. Runs into drainage issues every so often but still a great neighborhood park
This place is located close to a lake so the view is great. During Summers it will always remain occupied. It has Tennis court and Baseball pitch as well. You can also see families bringing in their kids and it seems an apt place for them to spend their weekend

This park is GREAT. The walking paths are enjoyable meandering around the ponds & other sport activity fields. Love using the pickleball courts which are lit & with a windscreen. Convenient bathrooms & easy to access this park from different sides of town. THIS PARK IS A GEM. Thank you HEPD!!!

Nice fields although if you bring a grandma or grandpa with you its a bit of a walk.they need porta potties some where in the vincity. the park bathroom is again a hike.
Highpoint made alot of great memories for my son and his friends.I loved going there in the summer to just relax with My Sassy and take in some nature. It feels like youre far away from home.
Good facilities. They just finished a completely new playground by the basketball court and bathrooms/covered patio area, added 6 Pickle ball courts at the expense of a few of the tennis courts (both the Pickle ball and tennis courts are lighted), has a couple small lakes with benches, a few gazebos, 3 well maintained baseball fields with bleachers and dugouts, a soccer field and plenty of parking. Adjacent to the Macarthur elementary school so there is another playground to go to. Plus there is ANOTHER small playground just past the tennis courts right next to the main lake which is (hopefully) open during the winter months for at your own risk iceskating, though usually the No ice use flag is up. The lakes offer ok fishing. Im fairly sure that you can hook a bass or bluegill without too much trouble. I think there are catfish as well ( I always see lots of bigguns right on the shallow banks during the breeding season). Just to the East is the Hilldale Greens golf course off of Huntington Blvd. And this year the village is hosting their annual Party in the Park event on August 3rd(?) of 2013. I ride through Highpoint every day on my way to school and it never fails to offer me wonderful sights and sounds of nature on my early morning trek.
Good park, giving it 5-stars because it is a nice place to watch fish in the water, and it is a great place to walk around when the weather is warm.
Best Outdoor Pickleball Courts Ive seen! However, if anything else going on at the park, will be difficult to find parking. Playground, Basketball court, Baseball field, and tennis courts too!
Biggest park in Hoffman Estates. Really well cared for, multiple playgrounds, ball fields, soccer, basketball, exercise area and one-mile track.
Its a nice place just to take a break sit there on the bench and watch the ducks in the pond especially in the summer I consider it to be very tranquil and peaceful
4 stars only because the bathrooms werent open. Otherwise, great park.
Nice park but the bathrooms were closed and only one porta potty available during a heavily attended baseball tournament. Poor planning on the park districts part.

2021-09-17Great place to go for a walk or bike ride, or just sit on a bench and relax by the lake. Theres also tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and play areas for kids too. Good size parking lot and theres restrooms too.

2017-12-01Just moved here recently and visited this park for the first time on Dec 1st around 2pm, so the drinking fountains were off and restrooms locked. Im assuming thats because its winter and not because the park supposedly closes at noon? (Per the current hours listed on Google, this park is open midnight to noon each day.) The soccer field was full of several hundred geese but we werent there to use it, anyway. Dog owners dont seem interested in picking up after their pets. People dont seem to realize that dog feces is worse than goose feces =( Had beautiful views of the water and several play areas for both toddlers and kids 5-12. Great place to go for a bike ride or walk around the water, even if you have a stroller since its paved. Just wish there were a couple more trash cans around the walking path, maybe some picnic tables closer to the largest playground, and possibly some free dog bags (like some parks have) to encourage owners to pick up after their pets.
