Very sweet lady.But my eyebrows were BOTCHED... they started off thick and full. She ended up making them uneven, and even took away my arch.Now, I have to fill-in/draw them and let me grow. The picture below shows you when my eyebrows are raised and when they are not.This is so funny, but not cute. Not to include this was around the holiday season.

Eyebrow Arch is a great place to get your brows done. The ladies are always nice and pleasant when you walk in until you exit. I have never been disappointed with my eyebrows. Thanks for always doing a great job!!!!

As a Hispanic male I have some pretty thick brows so Im very particular about who I go to to get them done. Ive traveled quite a bit and always find the best place in town to get them threaded (waxing is a joke) I was extremely skeptical about trying out a mall boutique thinking it would be a rush job and my brows would come out looking the same but hear me when I say this lady took the time to comb them, thin them out, she treaded down to my cheek bone and plucked anything left over. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is also very friendly and easy to talk to. Ive been going back to this lady every chance I get for over 3 years now and Ive never left unhappy. 5 stars always. Thank you for your great work maam!

I love it!!! Since being a performer and traveling the country often, it sucks the best place Ive ever gotten my brows done is in my home town, but she is amazing! Definitely the best place to go to get your brows threaded

Been coming here for years. Kalpa is always so friendly and fast and make sure my eyebrows are slayed! Will continue to do business with her as long as she is in town.. Best in town hands down!

Ever since Kalpa opened in the center of the mall my eye brows have been PERFECT! Shes perfected her craft over the years & even recognizes my face EVERYTIME I get my brows done! Shes LITERALLY the best. I have thick eye brows that grow uneven sometimes but she KNOOOOWS just how I like them. Shes truly amazing at what she does!!!!!

Ive been going here a long time. The ladies are always a pleasure and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would recommend this place to anybody . Does a great job with my eyebrows. I LOVE this place
