Quick and easy. Checked in unloaded and pulled out of the parking in 30 mins.
Huge place, fast unloading and if you get there early for your appointment they will unload you any way. 5 stars if they had overnight parking
This place is a joke!Got here at 2:30 to pick up a load that was supposed to be ready between 1-3... it’s now 6:30 and they still haven’t started loading. There’s no cohesiveness by the employees and everyone looks lost.. don’t recommend for Picking up!
Im a truck driver and I came here today. I hardly ever give one star but here goes. Here are some warnings if you come here to pick up. There is no specific place for trucks who are waiting for a doc to park so theyre parked all over the lot and occasionally will block you in to your spot. The check-in system is very strange as you check in and sometimes no one will talk to you after getting checked in. I got loaded and drove 60 miles past Gary and got a phone call that they forgot to put some Freight on my load so I had to turn around and come back. When I got back I again had to fight for a door. I will not accept a load from this facility again very very disorganized. On top of all that make sure you charge your phone before you get here so you have something to do standing inside out of your truck in the warehouse waiting for them to load you. You have been warned.
If you are delivering to this facility please cancel the load, worst facility ever, i had an appointment at 8am, was told that the storage was full, we cant be unloaded that day and we had to wait for 2days to get unloaded, Please stay away
Slow 4 hours to pull off 18 pallets. Never going again. They want you to give them biometric data from yourself to check in. Just refuse and they bypass it. They running some type of scam.
Never, just never take the load from or to here... came here at 8 am, told me mb I’ll gonna have a dock around 6-7pm

This place is very busy. Your going to wait to get offloaded. Overall though its not for all too long. Some of the other truckers can be rude so be prepared to hold your ground.
Be ready to wait long long time if you are not a local driver.Eve if you came with an apt , they will unload firs local drivers , then rest ...But local drivers are coming and coming ...Its my last time when i will take a load that is comming to this company ... Waste of time ...Same like in Minnesota ...Was waiting to be loaded for 6 hours... After that need to drive overnight to be in time ...Then - boooooomSame sh..t
Terrible place for unloading!!!!! driver at the delivery since 7 am its 2.30 pm now, & still nothing. Never ever again !!!!!!!!!!!!!
You cant be in your truck while they unload you have to stand by your dock door while they unload and then they put each skid on scale and then you have to put stickers on. It takes forever to unload.

There is no sign telling drivers which door shipping and receiving is located. Its by dock door 17. You must remain on the dock while they unload you.

So weird check in process,front desk guy long hair white guy , he is so rude, no Hi No explain No communication, he must learn to communicate. He’s acting like drivers asking money or food .
Follow the line, put it on dock then go inside to check in. They are always busy though . 😆

2019-07-30I got unloaded in 45 minutes, shipping and receiving door is between docks 17 and 18a lot of space to back up in the dock, no overnight parking on the property, but if you are lucky you can find on the street, they have restroom for drivers.They work 24 hours, when you come park first in the dock so you dont waste your time, and you dont want somebody else to get into your door.

2021-03-09Full truck load been here since 9:30am, its now 5:30pm & they havent unloaded one pallet!!! Apparently the floor is to full of freight & they have to clear it to accept more freight. This business needs a better leader & better communication. Even trucks theyre loading have been here for over 5+ hours. Theres a line down the street. A better system needs to be put in place for recieving freight, its a free for all on getting a dock as soon as you get here, WHAT A JOKE.

2021-08-06Multimillion dollar company and the parking lot for trucks arent even figured out. Parking trailers in front of docks making everything tight. The road that goes around the building is rediculous full with trailers making everything tight. Was fast though once I got in dock. Ill give them that

2021-11-02Terrible place to unload. Got here on 11/02 08:15 and at 12:30 they did not even start saying there is no space to keep the freight. There is other 2 trucks in the same situation.

2019-09-11This facility can be very confusing if you have never been there before. First they have an electronic check in for drivers if you don’t know about it drivers who have been there before easily go ahead of you in the queue. Once you back in to your dock make sure to go back to the check in person and inform them so that they can give you access to go into the warehouse and give you your paperwork. Don’t go back to your truck else you will waste a lot of time, you have to be in the dock door inside the warehouse as the unload you- I was told that’s the way they know you are waiting...very strange! The person unloading you will give you your signed paperwork once done. Took and average 2+ hours to unload
