This is a great place for young kids. Hours of play. Clean and has something for everyone. Play area is large enough for adults as well to help with young kiddos. We took our 2,3,4 and 6yr olds. They loved it and we will be back!! Nice staff, clean restrooms, and awesome toy store.
My daughter is 14 months and absolutely loved this place. Its wonderful to have a place to go where there are no restrictions for her. The facility and equipment are very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and polite. AND your receipt is an all day pass so you can come back later if you want. We will be back time and time again!
I had my daughter first birthday party there and play areas was fun and all but the red slide is dangerous for kids to go down and I paid 200 for a little room that only had 4 tables in it and they only gave out free water which it say on the website that there will be one drink for each adult and kid which was only a bottle of water and juice if they want more business they will have to let people bring in their own drinks especially if they gotta buy them in the front I paid 8.00 for two bottle sodas and two juice I will not come back there at all
The zip ties holding the netting in place so children didnt fall out of the two or three story structure were literally popping off as I sat there watching children play. The train set up in the bottom of the huge climbing gym was decrepit and only one train was operating and I dont think one single employee ever walked into that room in the time we were there. Then in another room designed for smaller children, a little play set by Step 2 our Little Tikes or similar was so old and banged up that they had at some point, obviously a while ago, put tape over portions that were bulging out on the bridge that little kids were supposed to walk across with only sock clad feet! I felt the raised parts with my hands and they were painful!Near there were 2 interactive games projected onto the floor, but the room was so bright in one end from an unnecessary opening in the wall, you couldnt clearly see half of one of the games. To top it off, there were no instructions for either game. The kids were trying to play it, but it kept randomly switching to a different game while in the middle of trying to figure out the goal of the current game. We barely managed to get the attention of one of the young employees to ask for help, but her response was I really dont know, and she left. The fact that youre forced to walk past/through their unmanned toy store is cruel to the children and parents. Its a set up to disappoint the children as we already paid $24 to get in for 2 hours!!!We were definitely disappointed as we had chosen this place to go on our trip to Springfield. I should have known after looking at their poorly done website which offered little information on their setup, that we should choose another place. After speaking with many residents of Springfield I found this place does good business only because there isnt any local competition. So much focus is put on Lincoln, understandably, but those things arent exactly geared towards entertaining the younger children. We wont be back and we definitely wont recommend this place to anyone we know who will be visiting this city. This business ONLY received a second star from me because my children got a chance to let loose for a while and they enjoyed it, outside of all the injuries.
This is a unique play facility for kids, something fun to do thats different! Its definitely geared more towards smaller kids, my ten year old had fun but I could tell he was almost too old for most of the things they had to do. Great for smaller children. If you are cautious about germs, maybe not for you, lots of shared toys with smaller kids putting things in their mouths.
The kids loved it and had a blast. It would be nice if they could put some padding on the brick walls though. My son almost hit his head while jumping on the bounce house floor. And PLEASE allow actual food. Would love to have pizza and a birthday party for him there!
My son had his second birthday there and it was okay. The staff was friendly and greeted us and showed us where our party room was. However, staff did not check on us one time to ask if we needed anything. We had to ask for forks, napkins, and plates that was supposed to be provided with the party. They did not have a freezer for ice cream, so of course it melted and could not be served. The only time staff came to the room was a few minutes before time was up, to make sure we were exiting the party room. The staff does not help with anything related to your party. The staff sat up front on their phones and never walked around checking on the guests. Very disappointing and would not recommend for a small childs birthday party.
Wild and crazy indoor play place. Clean enough. Really helpful owners who enjoy what they do. Several themed play areas catering to different age groups. Had a couple buses full of field trips when we went, which was a bit overwhelming for all involved. Overall, it was a good experience. Definitely worth your time if you have young kids and support small business.
My kids love this place. It does need constant supervision for little ones in the big playground, but that is how playground equipment goes. My toddler loves the small childrens area and my older child (7) loves the (nerf) ball area and giant slides. Good fun for both ages.
Loved that you can leave and come back in the same day which makes the price good, not charging adults (who arent doing anything anyway) makes the price great. Policy enforcement isnt great, seen outside food ( McDonalds spread all over table near entrance) and kids and parents with shoes (or barefeet), might need a limit of kids in climbing area ( mine was pushed around and overwhelmed), also security is a concern.
I took my 14 month old son here to play . . we are from Decatur, Il & needed somewhere new to play . . my baby LOVED the first room with the shopping carts & the section for crawlers . . but the climbing room didnt have anything for him to do . . the other rooms were kind of a bust for him & all of the baby toys in the gift shop were WAY overpriced!!! We got our moneys worth though in the 1st room . . but I would suggest eating BEFORE you go & buy the kids a toy somewhere else . . but overall . . it was a nice place to take my son
Always a great place to take the kids when its cold or rainy. I would suggest maybe some staff be present to assist with supervising children in some activities, such as the little train track cart things. There are, unfortunately, parents that never look up from their phones to watch their kids. Great overall, just needs a little more staff involvement for childrens safety.
We love Ergadoozy; my son requests to go all the time. My kids are currently 3.75 and 1.5. We spend anywhere from 1-3 hours here, but they’d have fun longer; we usually just have to go eat a meal or take a nap. There is a baby/toddler area that is gated in, which is fun for crawlers-probably 5 or 6 years old. There is a huge playplace (like McDonald’s but way cleaner, much bigger—adults can comfortably crawl through—and has way more activities inside. This area is fun for crawlers and walkers (parents must crawl with the kids until I’d say around 3 years old). My 3.5 year old has been crawling around by himself since he was about 3. I am in the room, just following his little brother around. There are trains the kids can sit in and pedal around a track, a store that sells a lot of Melissa and Doug & other educational toys, a ball shooting area for older kids, and a smaller climbing area for young toddlers. They do not allow meals to be brought it (only snacks), and only sell small prepackaged snacks. They do birthday parties but I’ve never been to one. They have a variety of passes (monthly, yearly, punch pass). We get the ouch pass bc we try to only go on rainy days. Staff are friendly. You aren’t allowed to wear shoes in the building and must have socks; if you forget they sell socks for $1/pair.
Ergadoozy helped us virtually “celebrate” our nephew’s birthday by hand wrapping and hand delivering his birthday gift to him during the pandemic. Even though we weren’t able to travel and visit him in person, Ergadoozy helped make sure he got a birthday surprise from us that was much more personal than an Amazon shipment. They were super communicative and helpful on the phone and on Facebook messenger. Highly recommend supporting this local small business!
First time we applied for free pass during summer at that time for my whole family ( but the one only playing is my son 3 years old, we paid $45, and when we came back the 3rd time they start being rude and try to collect $3 more for adult, then old man “Steve” the one who the first time registered for us, he was rude ( same thing) this is not about additional $3, but they promised the first time when we bought, better thinking twice to deal with this store.watch out everyone
Terrible!!!! The lady we spoke to was so rude and disrespectful! She needs to clean up her attitude if she expects to keep working at a CHILDRENS place! She threatened to call the cops and she was super disrespectful to an old lady and got up in her face and said I dont know if you cant hear me but you can pay and leave!!! This place is terrible!

2022-03-15Amazing facility! $12 all day kids play (you get a band if you leave so youre welcome to come back throughout the same day) socks are $2 if you didnt bring your own. Adults also cost UNLESS you wont be playing. There is 3 little tikes type of area that is safe for younger children, there is a blow up bouncy floor for fun jumping, and a very large indoor playscape (think McDonalds play areas only bigger and with a train underneath!) And there is also a interactive floor board with different games.

2022-03-26We had our 3 year olds birthday party here and I signed up for the 15 people package. When I arrived I was informed “people” includes adults and any child or parent over the 15 was $10. Which is price gouging considering adult entry with a child is only $3. The adults do not play in the areas, they supervise their children so to charge $10 for them is outrageous. I think they should make this more clear in their website. Right now the only part that clarifies “people” is the description for a private party. Staff also did not help with anything or clean up. We were asked to clean up and leave the trash bags by the door. When I called and asked them to clarify the policy due to the fact is had to pay $80 additional dollars for the adults the manager said I got a deal considering most places charge $25 per child for a birthday party. Not sure where she is hosting her kids parties but in 11 years as a parent I have never encountered that. We won’t be returning here again

2022-05-12My Grandkids, 3 1/2 and 6, love going to Ergadoozy! They have a pass and go frequently and I have never heard, Can we go home now? or Im bored. Never. They have tons of fun in each of the 3 sections and each of the sections are just as fun as the others. They dont have a favorite and I think that is pretty cool! The Sliding and Climbing room is so exciting and fun for them. The Back and Store area also have tons of things to do and see. There is so much to do that they dont beg for toys or books because they are constantly entertained in each of the areas. They do ask to get a toy to take home most trips because the toys and learning aids are truly worthwhile items, but they dont get whiny if they are told, No. Not today. There is always something cool to do and look at so they dont spend that quality time pouting. They get back to playing! And the Up Front also offers so much to do and has other neat-o stuff you can purchase that are both fun and educational. Once again, if they see something theyd like to take home, they ask if they may and if they are told, No. it is no problem. They just skip off and get back to playing. There are so many things to do in each section. The only time there isnt a smile on their faces is when its time to go, but that isnt too much of a bummer because they know theyll be back and they have played so hard that a rest is OK. 😃 We truly enjoy the entire place! It is clean too. The Staff keep the place very clean. The facility, with all of its windows and the toys, both huge and small, are very clean. I really am impressed and thankful for how clean it is kept! They have an ICKY BOX that is for toys that the children put in their mouths. Parents or Grands put the toy in the box and it is sanitized before it goes back out. I really, really am amazed at the high level of clean that is throughout the building! Its amazing! A one time pass or a seasonal pass is worth the money. Your child will have lots to do and see and it really is clean and safe! There are rooms for birthday parties too! Nice, clean rooms to hold lots of friends and family members. If you havent been to Ergadoozy, GO! Everyone will have fun and your children will make new friends and will sleep well at night from all the playing that happens. Its a great time. A DOOZY of a time!

2022-02-19We love this place. Forgot how much we love it as its been awhile since weve been there. They have stepped up their already amazing game. If they can continue to build out their businesses it will become very busy there indeed.

2019-07-02This place has a little bit of fun for everyone. From the 5 story jungle jim to the toddler areas for just the little ones. Was a little warm inside probably due to having so many people on the inside. I really think their should be a limit on how many people are allowed in at one time. If their was a limit they need to adjust it. It is a play center noise is expected but this was total chaos. And was not the cleanest either. Employees should be cleaning regularly its a child playplace. But as far as fun goes the kids had a blast. Update one year later less packed and much better to enjoy

2020-03-10We had a great time at Ergadoozy! This was our first time visiting and my daughter, who just turned one, loved it! We paid $10 for her and the adults were free. Your pass also lasts all day, so you can leave and come back! I was a little worried that there might not be stuff designed for that early of an age but they have 3 areas specifically for toddlers. She especially loved the under 3 rollercoaster! Will definitely be back!
