I’ve been to Ency twice now for my Cezanne treatment (organic Keratin)! She is fantastic and so pleasant to be around. Ency is really meticulous and makes sure not to miss a single hair or a step in the very lengthy process! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for anything they are considering for their hair. I personally have never died my hair but if I were going to, I would trust Ency. Her salon is so bright and clean, it’s really the only place I’d be okay with sitting in for so many hours.The Cezanne itself is pretty life-altering. It is much better for your hair/less unpleasant to have done and if you take care to only use Sulfate-free and Paraben-free shampoo & conditioner, it can last you a realllyyy long time (for me a year). I noticed no damage to my hair whatsoever, and this was the first time I’d ever done anything to it other than have it cut and blown out. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shorten their routine and have an easier time with humidity!!

Excellent cuts and color are by Ency, the owner, and on the nail side, I had the best pedicure of my life though I didn’t catch the nail technician’s name. Our whole family goes here for cuts even though it’s pricey—worth it for the organic products, especially color, and the personal service—usually only one hair appointment at a time—a plus during the pandemic.

Ency is a wonderful stylist. She listens to what you want & gives you exactly what you describe. She is professional & very nice. I am very particular about my bangs & angles of my hair & after trying out at least 20 salons she was the only one that could give me the hair cut I asked for. This is a welcoming & relaxing salon. The prices are out of my budget but are well worth the quality you receive.

I am completely blown away by the health and look of my hair and nails since I started coming to this incredible place a month ago. For more than a decade, I had been going to the same salon and was essentially numb to the fact that my hair was getting progressively dryer and less healthy. I was then told about Ency, a remarkable young stylist who deeply believes in sourcing true organic products that meet her high level of standards. That said, the amazing products she uses pale in comparison to how talented, kind and customer focused Ency is. I do a great deal of public speaking and my hair has got to look its best. I can truthfully say that my hair has never felt or looked this healthy in 20 years. The same goes for my nails. Her organic salon is an absolute retreat, and the folks working here are fabulous. I just brought my 13 year old daughter to Ency and my daughter is as in love with this place as I am! Ency is the single best salon I’ve been to on the North Shore in 20 years!

This is my go to pedicure spot.I rarely have time but when I do find a few minutes to get over there they are always accommodating and friendly, even if I flake on making an appointment. I was a big fan of Jewel Nails and Ency has carried on the tradition of excellent service with the additional bonus of going organic.It’s wonderful space to mellow out and treat yourself and it is so nice that the folks working there and the patrons don’t have to breathe all of the harsh chemicals that normally come along with a nail salon.It’s totally worth the price. I love this place.

Finally a salon with a heart & a sole! Ive been looking for some time to find a beauty salon that doesnt use toxic ingredients! I was very happy with the colorist Ive been using forever, but was always bothered by the toxic smell. I tried Ency because of her use of a clean product line. She is very talented and my hair looks better than ever and wasnt dry afterwards! My mother and I are also getting no-chip manicures and although its too soon to see improvement in the strength of our nails without polish, Ill respond at a later date.. Luxurious pedicures too! Services cost more, but can you put a price on health.

Ency was amazing! I called beforehand because I was concerned about getting my hair cut and highlighted during covid, and I could not have felt more at ease. I was in a separate room the whole time where it was just me and her and she even kept the outside door open for me! The best part was that she did an amazing job with both the color and cut! I will definitely be going to her from now on.
