Highly recommend! My family loves this place. The food is healthy yet normal and tasty. I love the stake bowls. Weve tried a variety of dishes, and each one has been flavorful and nutritious. They even have a great kids menu.
AMAZING food!! Crepes are to die for. We had pork soup during the holiday walk at Junction City and it is fantastic. I have never had anything here that wasnt perfectly on point. Best place around for gluten free!

The food was terrific and the staff was very friendly. I went with my mom who I was not sure would be down with the vibe.I had nut encrusted chicken and waffles. It came with thick bacon bits and a fresh, sweet raspberry syrup. Fabulous.At first I thought the waffles were to wheaty/ healthy but they went down fast and got better every bite.We also shared a lemon muffin. This was served warm with melty glaze. Again heathy but great. Corn muffins texture.My mom had smoked salmon toast with capers and onions on Ezekiel bread. This was dead killer.My mom had berry beet juice. This tasted fresh but I thought it was wierd. She loved itCasual serving and atmosphere.Even the to go cups, napkins and sugars are eco friendly and ethically sources.Fair price good portion. Everything also came with breakfast salad with house raspberry! Beautiful and tasty.
This place is truly a hidden gem. So many healthy choices, but all of them are delicious. Highly recommend The whole30 bowls. My favorite is the shrimp bowl.
This is a cute place and the food is pretty good but their menu is inaccurate in a number of ways. Prices were different, it says the crepes come with a side salad and it does not, and my friend got a bowl that listed the ingredients and there were other ingredients on there not listed (olives which he hates) so it’s just a little annoying they lose the ingredients if they aren’t accurate. Disappointed today.
Absolutely love this business! I recently discovered them and am so glad I did. Fresh, healthy food, delivered in containers and insulated bags which you can return for reuse! It’s quite easy to customize orders to comply to diets and allergens.
EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious! Even my picky 5 and 7 year olds ate every last bite and were happy to sample other foods we had ordered. Beautiful presentation and tasted even better than it looked. Quality fresh ingredients including quality meat. I will definitely come back here.
I recently discovered this place and its a new favorite. They pre-package meals and you can grab them on the run. Actually each meal is really two meals as there is plenty. Also on Tuesdays you can get day old meals 20% off I think it is. As a recent empty nester, this has been a great nourishing, refreshing way to eat. Their meals are varied and unique. We need more restaurants like this. Highly recommend!
Do not use their online menu. The prices are around $2 less online than in the store. I ordered using online pricing and when I went in to pick up my to-go order, it was $4 higher for two meals. When I mentioned to the lady at the counter that online prices were lower, she just said oh, I think someone else mentioned that last week, and walked away. The frittata meals were bland and the frittata was dry. Dont think Ill be going back again. Attached are pictures of the menu in the store, prices are current as of this posting date. I have been ordering and having my meals delivered for over 2 months now. The quality of the food at the start was excellent but the last 3 weeks the food has hardly been edible. I have received raw chicken in one meal, I had a shrimp meal that half the shrimp were visibly fresh and the other half were so over cooked they were shriveled up and too chewy to eat, and I have received my gluten free meals with wheat pasta and have been sick twice because of it. I emailed them and it is 3 days later and I have had no response. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another week. The first meal I tried to eat had a piece of pork that was mostly cooked on top of another piece of pork that is nowhere near being cooked through. I am not paying $10.50 a meal for food that isnt even cooked. Not to mention I had to pay a $4 deposit for an insulated bag but my meals were sat outside in a brown paper bag. I will never order from here again.

My 16 yo and 8 yo daughters and I stopped by here after visiting the zoo today. Highly recommend the Whole30 bowls- delicious! And my youngest enjoyed the pancakes and bacon!
Im on an autoimmune protocol (AIP) and can never eat out anywhere safely. This place not only had several compiant options for me to choose from, but they were delicious and very generously portioned. Their food ingredients are clean and I felt confident in choosing nutritious meals for my family. They also had water and lemon water and glass cups to serve yourself, which was wonderful. I really, really wish them all the success and hope they expand and grow and open locations closer to me in plainfield, IL.
Eat and Evolve is great! My wife and I do the busy life style and lunch and dinner. We really like the variety, taste, simplicity, portion size, and healthy entrees. Even the driver Sergio is really nice. Our favorite dish has to be the chicken shawarma although all of them are good. The owner really cares about her customers. Ive had several conversations with her and each time have come away more appreciative of the services they provide. Thanks EaE!
Today was my first time there, and the food was amazing! My wife and I went there for lunch. I have the steak and quinoa bowl, my wife had the chicken Florentine crepe. The food was fresh, and hot! I think the steak was a little overcooked, but overall a good experience. We will definitely be back!
Eat and Evolve has excellent food and service. I have been using their home delivery meal service for the last 2 years. In that time, I have always received my chosen meals with my specifications. For the first time, I recently received a different meal then the one I had ordered. After contacting Eat and Evolve, their costumer service was excellent. I received a quick reply and they went above and beyond to make things right. The meals from Eat and Evolve are always made with fresh foods and taste great! I never knew eating healthy could be so delicious! I would recommend Eat and Evolve to anyone!
Never disappoints, and LOVE their Arepas. Has the pork and cheddar today. So much flavor. I also love the textures of the cornmeal with the pulled pork, amazing!

I AM DOWN OVER 75 POUNDS in the last 9 months with Eat and Evolve (E&E)! I eat these meals almost exclusively (since mid March) and first started eating them in early 2019. E&E has truly been A LIFE AVER for me even in this cRaZy 2020 year (pandemic and all)!! The food is DELICIOUS - The food delivery team is so professional - the Chef Gabriella truly ROCKS!! I also love the food available INSIDE the restaurant. The WHOLE 30 BOWLS are amazing and the many breakfast/brunch items will make your day and get you off to a great start! I would give 10 STARS if I could! You wont be disappointed!!

Really great options for people with dietary restrictions. The vegetarian lasagna was very good, as was the steak quinoa bowl, which came recommended. Very casual atmosphere and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend for a chill Sunday lunch.

Amazing and healthy food delivered right to your door. Great variety of foods. The menu is so good I order lunches and dinners. Love having dinner ready in 60 seconds which leaves more time for walking and exercising after work instead of grocery shopping, food prep then washing pots and pans. Owner Erik responds promptly to questions and requests. I highly recommend Eat and Evolve!

Great relaxing atmosphere. I love their seafood options. Both the salmon and the shrimp are fantaatic. Music is very nice and at a great volume. Friendly staff and the muffins s or sweet crepes are awesome for dessert.
My daughter and I got the steak bowls, they were amazing! Tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, pea pods, red peppers, yellow peppers, mushrooms, onions and a generous amount of tender, well-seasoned steak. We each couldnt finish because they were so huge, we will be having another meal from them! So glad I discovered this gem of a restaurant in Junction City.
Excellent food! Always enjoy stopping in for breakfast or lunch. The meal plans have made my life much simpler; always look forward to what I’m going to have for dinner without having to figure out menus or spend a lot of time cooking.
Fabulous! I’m ashamed that I had waited so long to try this place! I feel so much better when eating healthier and they have a smorgasbord of gluten free foods that are DELICIOUS!! (Even says my non gluten free husband). We will definitely be back! Met the owner since we were there a little later in the day and that was a bonus...Warm and welcoming. I am already trying to figure out what to order at my next visit :)

We LOVE EatAndEvolve! My husband and I are always on the go and EAE makes it easy to eat healthy without the hassle of meal prep and cooking. The diversity in meal choices is excellent so the menu feels new every time. We highly recommend giving this company a go!
After a long day of work, cooking if the last thing I want to do and that is why I use the services of Eat and Evolve. Is the best idea ever to enjoy delicious homemade and healthy meals delivered to my house. The owners are friendly and use only fresh ingredients. I definitely recommend this company.
The food is wonderfully fresh, full of flavor, and the crepes are decadent! The food, the chef, the atmosphere are all reasons to eat here as often as possible.
Food is excellent, atmosphere is clean and not a place to eat at a lot as it is very pricey: shrimp bowl $13, side salad and banana peanutbutter crepe, $15! Great to try at the very least, you will not be disappointed on food quality and taste!

My wife and I love EatandEvolve! When we have a busy week ahead and know we won’t have time to meal prep we order their freshly prepared meals that we can heat up at our convienence. It’s a life saver for us. The taste is really good too considering most health food is so bland. Highly recommend this restaurant and the pre prepped meals too.

One of the best places for a home cooked style meal. Great ingredients, meals are very well put together and you can even filter out things you dont want. If I know Im not going to cook I get my meals here in advance.
We had the sweet potato lasagna with asparagus, the thai peanut pork and noodles with snow peas, and the salmon and quinoa- it was all wonderful!!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend this for your healthy choice of breakfast or lunch!

We had the pork carnitas sandwich for lunch, and they were fantastic! I subbed the corn salad for the garden salad with homemade balsamic dressing. Absolutely fantastic. Cleaned my plate and bowl!
This meal delivery service is a god-send for people on the go! Having a fresh and delicious lunch or dinner ready to eat instead of needing to hit the drive through or pick up a pizza on the way home makes me feel way better about not having time to cook. Not only the cooking but no more hours in the grocery store or scrubbing pots afterwards. And the options are really outstanding, at first I thought they might be bland but WOW they are full of flavor, meat tender and juicy and veggies crisp and fresh tasting. I was getting Plated meal ingredients delivered that still needed cooked and cleaned up afterwards for the same cost! Never switching back to that!You dont even have to pick up the meals, they come to your door twice a week so they are always fresh. This service has saved me from an extra 10lbs this month easily. Im hooked.

Great health food. I tried this for the first time, will definitely be back. Was a little frustrated the the young lady at the counter could not make a recommendation of a dish to try. I ended up with Citrus shrimp. It was very good. Will be back.
What a great service!! When we were in the process of an international move, I had no time or energy to cook. At first I thought Id have to eat unhealthy restaurant food for 2 months. Then I remembered Eat and Evolve! Its more convenient than going out to eat and SO much healthier. The meats are deliciously seasoned and the veggies are fresh and crunchy -even after microwaving! My kids loved the pancakes, French toast, and muffins for breakfast - it felt good to get some healthy food in them during a stressful time. Thanks Eat and Evolve! I miss you!

What a fabulous idea...healthy food delivery! The place is gorgeous and hip, the staff is very accommodating and courteous, the owners are hard working and sweet, and the food is fresh, healthy, tasty and beautifully made! And...they are environmentally conscious, yay!
Food is delicious. Service hasn’t always been great. They were closed around the holidays and into the new year a week but no announcement was posted and no one answered phone calls.Update; I’ve been back a couple more times since my original review. Service is excellent. Food is better.

The wait is so long Everytime I have a to go order. I have even called ahead of time and its still an outrageous wait time! For soup I waited 20 minutes!! Ok food but horrible wait times. Especially if youre on lunch for an HR for work. I wouldnt recommend only if you have nothing to do for the rest of the day!

My cousin was working there and she quit because of the bad management that they have ! she was called only few days a week for a couple of hours and needed the job and they don’t pay them enough for that kind of job she was doing. one of the owners mother was too bossy !!! My husband and I ate at this place few days ago the food was mediocre !! The service was bad the owner kind of rude I don’t recommend this place.

2022-03-08Cute little dinning area. I had no idea they were more than a meal-prep company. I had a delicious Greek salad with steak & balsamic vinaigrette dressing - SO good. Food came out fast. GREAT service. I’ll be back to try the avocado toast & crepes! 😋😉

2022-03-15Kamal is so nice! He gave out table complementary lavender lemonades and avocado brownies. The food is also soooo so fresh and homemade. Super healthy, not oily for those who don’t like oily restaurant food, and really creative and kind of different menu items! Even with the acai bowl you can tell they use fresh fruit not some sort of pre made mix. And the cauliflower rice and salmon is amazing! Excited to come here regularly!

2022-05-09Amazing! I ordered delivery & plan to come see the place for myself soon. I’m not even finished eating & I feel compelled to give this place the credit it deserves. The chickpea curry is outstanding & full of texture & flavor, the lavender lemonade & kale smoothie are super refreshing, my boyfriend LOVED his chicken pesto omelette with sweet potatoes, & we’re currently having to switch back & forth the drinks we ordered because we like them both so much & can’t choose. I wish I had known about this place sooner:-)

2021-09-23I wasnt aware that they offered dine-in -- I thought they were only a meal plan service. The cashier was extremely helpful and polite when we asked questions about the food. Our meals were excellent! They also offer premade to-go food if you just need to stop and run. Definitely will be back!

I have never had a meal I did not enjoy. The variety is also great as the menu rotates regularly. I highly recommend!

2019-01-22Gabriela and Erick have done an amazing job growing their business and bringing a much needed and appreciated healthy restaurant and home delivery service to Greater Peoria.During our first visit to their bricks and mortar location, my wife and I tried the Baked Chicken Parmesan and Steak and Quinoa bowl. Both entrees were absolutely amazing and full of flavor. It was hard to believe that all of the ingredients were gluten free, and the seasonings were so spot on that no additional salt or pepper were needed.After our meal, Gabriela so kindly offered us a sample of the freshly made gluten free bread along with a lemon poppyseed and banana nut muffin. Once again, gluten free and full of flavor (especially the lemon icing)!With such a great experience and satisfied palette, we decided to order their home delivery package and as of the second day, the options and portions do not disappoint. The low carb options fit right in with keto percentages and I was not feeling hungry by the end of the day.If you are looking for a fresh and healthy alternative in Peoria from some local entrepreneurs (and great people), be sure to give Eat and Evolve a try. 2019-01-19Sitting here at the restaurant location as I type this! What a fresh atmosphere! Matches the fresh and flavorful food! The steak and quinoa bowl was the best meal I’ve had in a long, long time! Gabriella, the owner, came out to say hello! We enjoyed fresh gluten free bread and muffins to top off our meal! I left feeling satisfied but not stuffed from an unhealthy meal - instead I felt great about the healthy food I ate! Can not recommend this Peoria gem enough!!!
