Saturday morning, sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes before i had my order taken. i paid and was told to drive around and park so they could run my order out to me. after waiting for 15 more minutes i went inside to ask about my order. They found it sitting on the ledge by the drive thru window. Sandwich and hashbrowns were cold from sitting there for who knows how long. This store is usually pretty good which is why 3 stars, otherwise would have rated it 1.
Yesterday and today i came in for my ice coffee.Wow,This place is going to the Sh** hole. Management really does not care. This place for the past couple off weeks is out of supplies, ice coffee, cup lids, and even dozen donut boxes. I truly do not understand how an owner could let this happen to his store. On top of it when asked to speak with manager Deanna she had the nerve to tell me today if I dont like it I can go somewhere else to buy my coffee and donuts. Well I guess I truly will take my business else where. I rather be treated with respect than with none. For one thing it is us the customers that get money into your pocket for a paycheck! #GOBYEDUNKINDONUTSINLAKEBLUFF!!!
No longer a loyal customer.I am totally upset and disgusted since my recent visit this past Sat 12/3/2016. I have seen this store run by two other managers prior to meeting the three manager. I have never experienced a visit like this one. I came in for my coffee and donuts, it was still early hours before 9 am. In her store she had no donuts to choose from.I was very disgusted with what I saw. The store lobby dirty, tables dirty. I asked to speak with the store manager Deanna. While I spoke with Deanna, all I heard was nothing to be impressed by. All were excuses.I asked why she was out of donuts. Deanna blamed her night crew for not making enough donuts, blaming them for not informing her of her stock running low. I honestly can not believe that she as a manager would put the blame on her employees the way she did.I myself manage a restaurant . I can honestly tell you that from my point of view, I would never blame my employees of my stock running out. I as a manager would and will make sure that I have the product and supplies in my store to serve my customers. I am a team leader, I will own up to my mistakes and take the blame because I am the manager that is managing the business that I am employed by.I am a local born and raised here in Knollwood. I am loyal to the stores in my little town, but shall I receive service that I am not happy with I will shop somewhere else.I have spoken with friend and neighbors regarding this store. Most of us have agreed that in the last month or so this store has gone down the drain. Most of them have said that they have stopped coming and buying in the store because of the service that is being provided , and the manager is not doing anything to fix it according to my friends. They themselves have said that they have spoken to the manager, and have heard the same line that I was given. Her employees are to blame for not informing her.I can say that from my point of view , I will no longer shop at this Dunkin Donuts (even though it is on my way to work).I now leave my home early to take my business to another Donut shop.(Not A Dunkin Donuts).I wish I was given the name of the owner so that I could have personally talked to him and inform him of how his store is being run. I would suggest to him to make some unannounced visits to his stores just to see how his managers run them.Mrs. Goldstein
Every disappointed. Me and my friend came in later than usual (10:50 p.m) through the drive way, since there was a sign that said DRIVE THRU OPEN, but once we tried to order something no one replied. We even knocked on the window twice and still no reply even though all the lights were on!
Food was served hot and quickly,unlike other Dunkins nearby.
Nothing memorable; sparse selection of donuts, coffee bev no better than others. Service was bit slow, seemed maybe understaffed.
Went for a long awaited donut. Good as always. The cashier didnt pay attention but it ended well.
Better than the average dunkin. Coffee is good and havent been put off at all by the people and environment. Also bathroom is very clean so ➕
Out of the 5 times I’ve been here they have gotten my order right twice. The 2 times they got it right it was busy but each time they get it wrong it’s slow. Very disappointing

2022-05-04Me and my son go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning. And the staff is is amazing! Very friendly and always has a smile on. I absolutely love going to this location vs other locations near me. I absolutely love this one lady there. Wish I knew her name. She always knows my order and when she sees me or hears my voice at the drive thru she knows and has it ready! I will always go to this particular location. No matter how long the lines are.

2022-06-13One of the most expensive, worst Duncan I have been to. Only 2 stars since the staff is actually polite otherwise. Donuts are $15/dozen. Breakfast sandwiches are higher prices than most other locations. Drinks and coffee are the highest prices I have seen at a Duncan. They dont remind or ask you to scan your code so you miss out and you cant use the receipt to get your points or rewards. They dont seem to accept normal Duncan discounts. They dont participate in most promotions that I have asked about. Save your money and go across the street to the Panera.

2021-08-24My wife and I go here pretty much everyday. Everyday we do roll on through we get greeted by a supper nice staff and the coffee is always solid. This store and their staff literally make my morning. Thank you so much for keeping us going!

2021-08-21This store is awesome! It’s kind of out of my way on my way to work but all of their employees make it so worth it. I’m there every morning Monday thru Friday and they are always so kind and my order is always right. The drive thru line Can get pretty bad but I get it because this store is rad. Sandra is AMAZING! She and I always have a great conversation and it makes my whole day. She is so kind, friendly, and helpful🖤

2020-08-26Food was just like any other Dunkin. they were out of some specialty drinks. told lady that i wanted all sprinkle donuts in my dozen i needed but there was only 2 which disappointed the kids i got them for. i guess i will just have to check every time before i leave there to make sure i got the proper items requested

2021-02-19The two times I’ve been here, I have had to be at work by 4:30am and it is the only coffee shop open at that time of the day, but the downside is that they take forever to make the simplest of coffees. I go here for convenience, but I end up being late every time.

2018-10-03Don’t adjust your order off the menu at all, they cannot seem to handle it. Almost every time I order iced coffee they don’t put the espresso shot in that they charge you extra for. Today I paid for sausage, egg and cheese wraps (an upcharge for meat) to get to work and find no sausage on the wraps. This place kinda sucks, I’d avoid it.

2018-06-10This location seemed a little dusty or perhaps not kept to a standard one could expect from DD. I dont visit DD locations often, preferring SB, but I was in the area to visit HALAS HALL in business, and had to settle. Tbe staff( one lady) was nice, but it was 7:15 AM. There should have been more then one at the counter. Would have been a much better visit if I could have breezed through.
