Daughter and I went there for breakfast. It was our first time visiting here. We ordered the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and an iced tea, both were very good. Will definitely return.
Great place to go for a treat. I love their iced coffees, as well as the old fashioned donuts for, well, dunking. 🤷♂️My only gripe, which really is of no fault of their own, is be prepared to wait a few minutes if going through the drive through. Downloading the app and running in is your best bet.Otherwise a great selection of donuts, coffees, sandwiches, and other treats
Been to quite a few dunkin donuts and I stopped by this one during what is usually a pretty busy time for a donut and coffee shop, around 9 A.M. on a Saturday. The service was quick despite the line, and the building itself looks great. My only complaint is that the donuts themselves arent that amazing, but despite that I still enjoyed it.
Come in to pick up my online order to hear the drive thru chick cussing out her manager ! How professional keeping it classy Danville 👌🤦♀️ Let alone I was given someone else’s order sooo I’m missing half of mine !!! Staff has no respect in the morning for them self or other staff let alone can’t read names on tags. Sorry to whoever kallie is I was given your food hopefully you got mine same food but more in the order .

Been to many Dunkin Donuts. I have been to this one several times. I have herd some customers say they mess up alot. Or is very slow. I myself have not had that issue. Yes they have been backed up. But sometimes that can be expected. However when something breaks it takes time to fix it. Just remember it is not employees fault. As for food coffee is good 👍 last but least the two gentlemen that really seem to live there & work hard. Very polite. Always striving to make sure the customer get want they want. The only reason for 4 stars is there is always room for improvement. 😎👍

I would of gave them a 5 but I cannot due to the young girl working the window wasnt friendly at all..... Bad for business. I did enjoy my pumpkin frappe though!
They ALWAYS try to give me an iced coffee instead of hot coffee. I always order the same thing and they always have to make it twice. And the drive thru is too dang narrow at the exit, by the time they make my coffee twice ive lost sight of the concrete curb to the right (why is there a curb to the right? Who knows) and smush my wheels. Not cool dudes.
Only one in my town so drive through always has long lines. I do enjoy their power sandwich and veggie sandwich!
It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location. I figured would be a great idea to stop and get me a coffee and free donut since it’s Friday. Boy was I wrong, I should have just gone to where I was going. They didn’t have the donut I wanted, I asked for another donut NOPE NON either. My coffee was All wrong. Not sure why they are even still open. Oh.... can’t forget the snobby attitude either. Thanks a lot for ruining my Friday afternoon. Today is Friday August 21 2020 in case you were wondering!!!!
Drive-thru line was long, fine.. but I received my (hot) latte and it was definitely lukewarm at best. The cup felt light and when I opened it it was probably 65-70% full so I already felt jipped. On top of that, the amount of syrup that they used was outrageously too much for what oatmilk they put in my cup.. I couldn’t drink it at all. What a waste of money and time, I wish I had gone to Mad Goat instead.
Cashier/customer service very poor. Indian girl helped us this morning. We had a large order and we had to correct the donut order, then came home and after verifying with her our muffin order, it was wrong. She was not friendly or personable. I would recommend taking her out of cashiers position and putting her on toilet duty. Now we have messed up order.

If you want stale donuts this is the place to get them. If you want fresh Dunkin Donuts try the Pilot in Oakwood or if you just want fresh donuts go to Royal Donut in Danville.
The sign on their door says their open for carryout and delivery but always have their doors locked. Not sure why they offer app ordering for people who want to skip drive thru if they wont open their doors
The donuts were fresh but this is a smaller establishment so they have fewer selections but all in all I liked it.

When you order ahead, it shouldnt take 20 minutes to put an order together. I dont know if its management or employee, but something should be done about this Dunkin.

We ordered this location 2-3 times a week since they open , this is the first time I’m so disappointed, we ordered 4 drinks of 2 large of hot cappuccinos , and they only half cup portions, and large green tea lattes fill with full of ices.

2022-03-06The owner took our order and money then walked away, never to return. Had to wait twenty minutes on a Sunday for cold coffee. There were six people working and very few customers. Took over twenty minutes for two donuts and two cups of coffee. Not worth the wait. Very disorganized and no people skills. Hot coffee is supposed to be hot. I was going to buy their brand to take home but decided not to after the bad experience.

2022-06-02I went at 6am thinking their donuts would be fresh and they were not. They were not soft and they were cold. The owner has a mean scowl all the time and he has no manners either. Terrible service

2020-03-03Great staff, great donuts, great peices and deals.Management for this branch is very invested in making sure the visits all go smoothly as they are newly opened as of Leap Day.Lots of seating and plenty of room for parking.Run by and grab a $2 medium coffee/latte from 2-6! Speed it up even more buy ordering in their app and either picking it up at the online order section inside or via the drive through!If you see a line, dont worry, they are quick, friendly, and helpful should you have any questions.I got the matcha green tea latte and a coconut donut on my last visit. Both were great! Highly recommend them.

2022-01-20The coffee taste weak and was luke warm. It was two ladies working & I asked for two yeast twist neither one knew what it was, gave me some crinkly piped out looking donuts. Not really sure whats going on but its most definitely not the Dunkin I grow up on.
