DSW is great for deals. Last couple times I stopped in for MENS SHOES, selection was pretty slim. I guess its seasonal, but were on top of Spring at this point and not much catchy, interesting, caught my eye. Everyone is different, just my spin.
Store was very clean and easy to Navigate.
Staff (mostly men) are awful. Ive had cashiers literally roll their eyes at me. You dont need to be overtly polite- but dont go out of your way to be rude.
30 minutes in the store and not one staff member acknowledged us. Having never shopped there before, we didnt know where the checkout counter was and I had to yell across the store to the nearest employee to find out. The clerk that checked us out was not friendly at all. If I wanted a self service experience, I could have shopped on amazon. What a disappointment.
Love DSW! They have every type of shoe imaginable and in every size. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the store is very clean with shoes and other offerings well displayed. DSW is my “go to” place whenever I need shoes!
Unfortunately I have never had much luck at DSW for my shoe size 13W. The lady working the floor that day indicated that they may have some brands in wide, however it was not a true wide, more of a they come wider than some of the others comment. I can still shop for my sons shoes there, but that is also coming to an end soon, as he is preferring a wider shoe size also. Im assuming the ladies will have no problem at DSW, but its no longer on my go-to for the Big & Tall Man.
Employee are all nice an friendly.always willing to help find new shoes for me at a different locations if not there. Im there so much they know me by name😊 the manager are great also great team.

For as huge as this store is, the selection for men is appalling. If youre a utilitarian type man, this store is probably fine but if youre a man that cares about selection and fashion, pick another store.

Why did I go to so many places looking for kids shoes? Because I didnt know dsw has kids shoes now...a solid selection of brands at a reasonable price. Skip the mall

2022-04-08Take longer than two hours to complete order of a pair of shoes. When I went the workers were rude and didn’t know about my order. If I hadn’t gone, it probably wouldn’t be completed.Not my first experience with workers being rude here.

2020-12-13Very clean and everything is well organized with a helpful staff. I went at my wifes suggestion, not expecting to find anything Id like. I left with two pair of shoes I fell in love with. How about that!

2017-01-14I arrived on a Saturday morning when the store first opened. The location did not appear fully staffed at the time, but I knew what I was looking for and did not require additional help. The store was well kept and bright with natural lighting. When I did finally seek help, attendants were available and helpful. This store is also in close proximity to other excellent store in the area, so you can shop a lot of stores at once, so youre not going out of your way just to stop at this DSW.

2019-02-08They have a very large selection of just about every style of shoe that you want. Theres a limited number of sizes of every style, so you may not find your size in the style you want. They tend to have higher quality shoes than someone like shoe carnival or payless, but the ones they carry are marked down by maybe $30 for a $120 boot. Sometimes they are 20-40% off of that price, but again you might not find it in your size. Theres extremely limited customer service so youll have to hunt on your own unless you happen upon a really nice salesperson thats not busy restocking shoes.

2018-07-29I found a pair of shoes I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. I waited in line and when it was my turn instead of letting me pay and leave they found it necessary to market me about coupons, mailing lists, and more. All I wanted was to buy a pair of shoes. I now remember why I try to only go to Nordstrom. Shoes are cheap and prices are all right. Self serve is how it is done. Self checkout should be there so I can not have to beg to just pay for shoes and leave.

2018-12-15Horribe service and unspeakable rude behavior from the staff!Yesterday on 12.14.2018 my wife was bullied in that store by a saleswoman. Around 8.30 pm my wife went to that store to buy some winter shoes. There was only one employee available standing at the cashier desk and nobody else. She was a black lady in her 40s, chubby, with carre hair and wearing something like big earring rings.When my wife approached her and showed a pair of shoes asking if there was other size available this black lady suddenly irritably and angrily shouted at her: You are asking me for the forth time already! Bring me the box, not the shoes! My wife immediately felt the aggression and hostility coming from that saleswoman, but she decided not to confront and meekly brought the box. Unfortunately, the looked shoes size was not available in this store. So when my wife turned around to leave this store she heard that this saleswoman started cursing her saying: How she could be so disgusting! and etc.My wife is a very humble and friendly person. She would never create any conflicts or write any complaints. But I couldnt stay quiet when my spouse got verbally abused and offended. It s a shame to this store when they hire abrasive, mentally and emotionally unstable people, with bad manners. After this incident my wife felt bad. We dont want to go to this store any more.

2018-08-15Sadly, their selection on the type of shoe I was looking for was limited. The associate asked once if she could help us find what we were looking for. She said shed check in the back. 10 minutes later, without talking to me, she was with another customer. I interrupted them and asked her if she had found what I was looking for. She brushed me off with a simple no. She didnt even bother to look if other stores had the shoe in stock.3 stars because this is the first time Ive been treated this way at any DSW. If it happens again, 1 star only, for sure
