There is a very large selection of shoes. What there is not a good selection of is wide sizes. So unfortunately, I wont be able to shop here.
The ladies at the checkout are always so nice and helps me find more deals and coupons on my purchases. They always inform me of lower prices and are bright young women! I love shopping here.
I have gone to several times since it opened and love the service and location. Its close to home and able to go quite often to shop for shoes. The selections are great and so happy it has the kids section now. This is my favorite store to purchase my shoes.
Yep, Im a DSW JUNKIE! Cant really go wrong buying your shoes from this place. I always seem to find what I need and dont need. The staff is cool and helpful. This particular location is one of their smallest, but they have plenty. Happy shopping!
Nice selections and helpful staff. Make sure to join their rewards club and use your coupons. They have a great clearance section too. The aisles are wide and the store is bright and clean.
I always find DSW as therapeutic. Scouted out the boot section last night 3 rows just about as long as the store. I was like a kid in a candy store!! Great sales people too!!!

The reward system doesnt work well if you end up needing to return the shoe (bought them online and they were too big). Read the fine print, you wont be happy. Very disappointed in the service.

Great customer service and friendly staff. This store, however, is seriously lacking in the men’s shoe section. That’s my only complaint.

This place doesnt deserve one star.Terrible customer service.I work in retail and if you see someone enter the store ,you smile and say hi! Its definitely not the case here.As I did some shopping never once did I get asked if I needed help.I know it doesnt mean anything but I wont be returning.I will spend my money elsewhere.You ladies need to get it together.
Shoes are good and prices are decent but, staff is not helpful, they see you coming in for a question and they walk quickly to avoid you, someone needs to train these employees about their job in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
There are sometimes deals and promotions, bit the shoes are generally affordable and great quality. A variety of options and the friendliest staff!

2022-04-22Frustrated web site mentions you carry size 14 men shoes. However, the 2 stores I went to didnt have that size and was told very rarely get that size.

2021-01-05The ladies who work here are my hero’s! I had an issue with my reward points being negative and a shoe exchange I was having. It was close to store closing and they called me the next morning to let me know everything was resolved. I really appreciate the awesome level of customer service!

2020-02-18Im 69yr old and was looking for evening shoes. Approximately 90percent of dress shoes are stilleto heeled. Needless to say Im still looking. Store needs to consider all age groups and have age appropriate merchandise. Very disappointed.

2019-09-11The store is huge! I was greeted at the door and my greeter encouraged me to just ask if I had any questions. The problem; however, is that I didnt have a question until I was at the back of the store! Guess where all the helpers were? I use a cane and didnt have it in me to walk to the front and then go back to where the shoes in question were. No purchase today!
