I wanted to use a coupon in a product I was buying. The register took the $5 off then the cashier tells me it’s not the right product and I can’t use the coupon?? So the cashier deleted my coupon. What the heck?
Worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. I have waited well over 15 minutes with one car in front of me multiple times before seeing any movement. Inside the pharmacy is just as slow.

This store sucked I went in to use the bathroom and then I walked around killing some time be for I had to go to work and a ladie came out and asked if I needed help I said no just browsing and she went hmmm and the started following me around the store like I am a thief and the cashier was just stiaring at me also made me feel so uncomfortable I will never go to this wallgreens again.
Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean. The pharmacy is outstanding.
Great place to run in and pick up something you forgot(saline solution). Otherwise, youll be spending a small fortune!

2021-12-14Several Walgreens in Springfield however this is the one that I use most often, Staff is always very helpful and The store is always clean and well stocked, aisles are wide enough for wheelchair or someone who may have disabilities, They have a full pharmacy and Good place to pick up just about anything Quickly from toiletries to a gallon of milk, highly recommend.

2020-05-24Walgreens- why don’t you listen to all of the other negative reviews on here who share the exact same experiences?The drive through is by far the slowest in Springfield. On top of that, the pharmacy employees are rude and usually incompetent.Literally the rudest employees- I can’t wait to transfer my prescriptions to CVS.

2021-07-27It was o.k. they usually are very nice & friendly but I sent a western union, thats is what I usually go there for but this old lady was there this time ignoring me, she finally asked me if I was there for any pictures & i said no that I am sending money & she still ignored me, finally someone else helped me, I was kinda upset by it.

2019-10-19Went to get my prescription. Went thru drive thru? Took 20 minutes to find it. 6 cars behind me honking like its my fault? Paid with my debit card and when she finally came back and opened drawer my debit card flew under my car. And all i hear is have a nice day

2017-03-04Horrible pharmacy service. If i could give a negative score i would. EVERY time we have scripts filled here they are never ready when we come to pick them up. The lines and the drive thru will also tell you how horribly slow they are here. There is one person named Jan who works in the pharmacy who gets so overwhelmed she just cant seem to function. If they are so busy perhaps they need more staff and not just techs. There is always a line and it seems they are always out of some medication and have to call around to find it. My wife is sick and was told her meds would be ready at 530. Its 630 and still no meds, and as usual. They dont have the one she needs the most.
