Ill be taking my business to CVS across the street. I called to refill 2 Rx and all you could here was yelling in the background between staff members so i was asked twice to repeat myself. On the second time the staff member i was talking to started to have a conversation with someone else then asked me to repeat myself a third time. This is when i hung up. Please learn customer service and professionalism.
Seriously considering switching pharmacies because of consistently abysmal service. Most recent example: 2 scripts from different providers (same day). 1 automated message informing me of delay (no details), then another automated message 45 min later that prescriptions are ready (no details). At pick up, presented with 1 medication, no mention of 2nd. Had to inquire to learn that its out of stock, might be in Friday (today is Tuesday). Had to insist they at least make an effort to see if its available at another location. Tech seemed very reluctant to do so: I understand you want the sale, but come on! I need my medication. My family gives you PLENTY of business. If I were behind the counter, I would be on the phone with the CVS across the street to take of such a good, long-standing customer.
The Indian woman behind the pharmacy counter ALWAYS has an attitude and is rude. She treats customers with contempt and like they’re stupid.I feel a bit bad rating so low, because everyone else is so nice and helpful.However, I’ve given her plenty of chances and said to myself “oh maybe she’s having a bad day”No, she is intentionally rude and very consistently.I don’t think staff should be allowed to act this way and everyone else’s kindness is just being cancelled out by her negativity almost every time I’m there. I even try to make small talk and smile and she isn’t having any of it. Smh.
Today my mom came in to get her refill and gave her information to receive it but the pharmacist behind ask her what she was taking and my mom couldn’t name the pill and told her to leave. So my mom did leave not happy just cuz she didn’t know what the name was. Very rude and disrespectful The Indian lady behind the counter. Perception is everything that that person is that way so is everybody else will never go back there again

2022-05-06Have been going to this Walgreens for 20 yrs and have had multiple issue. Particularly with pharmacy, but today was the last straw. In my experience the pharmacy staff does the minimum to help the customer. This last visit we picked up prescription that had all labeling addressed to my child, but had someone elses medicine inside. That could have ended with my child in the hospital or worse. Please check your prescriptions when dealing with this place or do like we are and avoid this location period.

2022-01-22Called to renew a prescription. Had to talk to the second-most-annoying voice response system Ive ever encountered. Got a call back two days later saying they were out of stock on the medication but would have more in a couple days. Four days later, nothing. Called back and spent nine minutes in voice-mail hell, supposedly waiting to be connected to a human being, before the system hung up on me. What wonderful service!

2022-01-21I generally dont like to give bad reviews. I will say that the staff working in this pharmacy are polite and professional when I have spoken with them. ..But, if you are taking any medications that are life or death, or that you cant go a week without, you may want to go somewhere else.Im regularly told my medication is out of stock/on order. There was several times the medication was in stock and the person assisting me wasnt sure why I was sent a msg stating it wasnt. Ive found out the hard way that if my rx has been waiting for supplies, it seems to be forgotten until I inquire about it.. Ive spent anxious hours on hold or driving back and forth attempting to politly pester and check on status(otherwise no meds.)I wouldnt complain if this wasnt consistently happening. Its a monthly nightmare. Ive had to start taking less than prescribed to ration my medication and I still go days without.

2022-04-27Every time I call the pharmacy it is a long wait to talk to someone and there are times they just hang up on you before getting to speak to someone. They also messed up a prescription and I almost gave my child the wrong dosage, thank goodness we checked.

2021-04-07It took me over 30 minutes to pick up 1 prescription. The drive thru wasnt moving, AT ALL for over 20 minutes so I went inside and stood in another line where only 1 person was helping check people out and the customer at the counter was taking extremely long. They need more than 1 person helping check people out for prescriptions. This is beyond ridiculous.

2021-08-06Legit friendliest staff EVER! Always so helpful and kind whenever I come in, and since I run a cosmetics blog, I’m in there a lot!😂😂🤦♀️They always have what I need and the atmosphere makes me feel so private and exclusive.

2021-12-03The Photo department is terrible. Ive gone there several times and they lost my order. Very inconvenient having to make someone come back again.

2019-11-12They call me said my order is ready .Next day I stop wait at drive thru 10 minutes to pickup prescription and the Indian lady inside said my order not ready for 15 minutes I said for get and drive away very unpleased .No wonder I order through mail for most of my prescriptions .

2018-10-24Trying to call this pharmacy is beyond rediculious my pharmisist tried calling them 3 time and didnt get through I personally stayed on hold for over 15 min and no one answered it just kept playing the message someone will be with you shortly. ..Really horrible way to do business

2019-06-22I understand if you’re busy, it will take more time. I just ask to be told the correct time for pick up without ALWAYS having to make repeated trips back or just tell me to come back in an hour instead of waiting after being told 15 min wait. No consideration. It wasn’t 1 time...every single time.
