I enjoy shopping at this Walgreens. I love the cosmetics and house decoration section. Nice interior and the staff is very helpful. Always a good experience and fast service. It’s really one of the best Walgreens I’ve ever visited.

Horrible curbside pickup -Placed an item for curbside pickup and waited for the Walgreens staff for 25 mins to get the order out. Called the store twice to remind them about me waiting outside and no one would come out. I had kids in the car and couldn’t go out to pick it up. What a horrible waste of time

They should protect life and health, and help community.Instead, they sent me away, I did not get my additional vaccination.However, last time Pharmacy rep. Clearly told me to walk in with no appointment needed.Rude & unprofessional personal.

Rude customer service in the pharmacy just now. Scheduled a test online. Called to cancel as there was no readily apparent way to do so online. Person who picked up was abrupt and told me to call the pharmacy I set it up with (it was them) and hung up on me before I could explain further without saying goodbye. That person really has no business in a customer facing role.

Me and my best friend who are 11 always go for snacks, drinks, and small things. Its nice but.... Its a little overpriced and the service can be a bit, rough. Its alright since we can walk there and its convenient but if there was anything else i would go there.

I came here for my drive-through Covid testing. Every other drive-through I have gone to had told me to arrive early. I arrived at 11:08 and my appointment was at 11:30. When I reached the drive-through window the technician told me that the earliest she can take me was at 11:15. Keep in mind there are no cars behind me. I was the only one there... I asked her “can you just let me take my test quickly. There are no cars behind me.” She said “no” curtly. I parked up and had to wait about 10 minutes before I went back. Will not be coming back here.

I bought a play station gift card from here and it didn’t work when i tried to put it in. I called playstation support and they said it wasn’t activated. i called walgreens and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. i thought i lost 60$ but Steve was kind enough to help me out! I really appreciate it!

Today I purchased 2 cosmetics from this Wallgreens outlet and when I reached home ,one of the cosmetic was not in the bag neither the lady put the receipt in.I have no proof that I purchased the product because I don’t have the receipt

The manager at the pharmacy made an error on my refill. They gave me the one I still have enough. I trusted them that is the one I was waiting for when I received the message that the medication was ready for pick up.I went back to the store for complaint and refund when I realized that that was not the right one. The manager refused to give me the refund for the medication she wrongfully ordered.Our conversation did not go any where so I left the medication on the counter and left. Now the case is open with their headquarters.I did not know this is their customer service attitude in general at Walgreens or the bad attitude by the manager at this location.
