Pharmacy is a joke. Everyone that works there are clueless. Poorly managed.
5 Stars go to the Photo Department/ &Lucy!Excellent Excellent Excellent service!!!!I know Lucy had plenty of work to do, however, she didnt hesitate to help me and go out of her way!Its not often you get this kind of service and patience in retail!KUDOS to Lucy.... The worst pharmacy staff possible.
Decently priced, wait time for clinic wasnt too bad, staff was fantastic. Thank you, Tasha and Linda!Next time instead of walking in Ill schedule online, since the kiosk says scheduled appointments take priority and have shorter wait times. Wait time for Rx was longer than I cared for.. Altogether I spent about 2 hours here. Overall good experience though.
I couldnt pull the photos off my phone it wasnt working so I emailed them to one of the co-workers Aaron and he was able to pull them off and print them out for me he was very exceptional
I went to pick up my prescription on Saturday August 24, 2018 at 7 p.m. and the African American lady was extremely rude. She had a very nasty attitude. Im appalled to know you have people like her working there. She refused to give me my prescription and I hope her supervisor calls her attention. She cant be treating customers like this. I will call corporate. Im in extreme pain. I will put in a lawsuit if needed for refusing to give me my medicine .
I had knee surgery 3 days ago.While the pharmacy was great! They filled a prescription right away, that was somehow missed. No one offered to help me out with shopping or out to my vehicle.
Had a great lady helping me order conditioner for my hair online! She was so very helpful & seemed happy to help. I dont kno her name but she had it sent to the store from the Internet & the pharmacy tech man was also very helpful & nice

I have been to this Walgreens pharmacy a total of 8 times trying to get my dads prescription for non weight baring medicine*important* and they have been giving us the run around! first they were waiting on a authorization next to come back in 15 min every time he went back there after he was told they still didnt have in authorization then 15 min later he was told ok we have in auth now will have it ready in an hour this was at night time then we went to pick it up in the morning and was told oh we ran out of the medicine . but you can get it at the other Walgreens on Essington!... could anyone have at least given us the courtesy of calling ahead to let us know they werent going to have it! super unprofessional and uncaring towards there patients! will not be going there or any Walgreens again for anything! And to put the cherry on top I called to check the status on the auth with ins and they said they havent even received a request until this morning the day they said for us to go to the Walgreens on Essington!!! so they LIED the whole time!smh
Not sure who is manager but stood for 15 minutes waiting for help in Photo on Sunday Feb 9. Buzzer kept going off telling them help was needed. Looks like I need to find a different store. Spend lots of money on pictures at Walgreens so really disappointed.
7:15 called to transfer scripts. They never transferred them and to go without my medication. And felt sick because of it. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN! YOU CALL THINKING YOUR TALKING TO THE STORE PHARMACY YOUR NOT YOU ARE TALKING TO A CALL CENTER THAT DOESNT DO ANYTHING. BEWARE THEY LIE!

This Walgreens location is my personal favorite. Convenience items that I pick up monthly with prescriptions are always stocked and easily found, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.
The lady Lucy at photo is awesome she went above and beyond what costumer service ppl dont do anymore thank u Lucy for ur help nd warm attitude if only every store employee was like u out shopping experience would make our day😊

Usually excellent experience. drive to pick up my diabetes medication and store is boarded up.
Always 10 to 20 minutes than other Walgreens to fill prescription took 26 minutes and nobody else waiting use NEW Lenox instead

Today I had my appointment for the covid-19 vaccine, my appointment did not appear, he showed them my confirmation number and that I did not have to receive another email apart 😡 my relatives have not had a problem in other Walgreens pharmacies to receive the vaccine, and only with their confirmation number, I get them email until the second dose, I am very upset, they told me to call tomorrow and when you call they say that you should do it online

2020-12-10I always have a great experience when I come to this Walgreens, but today’s was the best. I was stuck with a difficult transaction, while trying to get the best “deal” and although a few of the employees came together to try and figure out a solution, Aaron went above and beyond to make sure it was handled properly. I felt terrible about the complicated transaction but even if it was becoming too much, Aaron remained so patient and friendly. I will continue to be a loyal customer. (I promise not to cause trouble while trying to save a few bucks 😉)

2021-05-19Management is horrible. There’s a young Hispanic man (who claims he doesn’t speak Spanish) has a terrible attitude and threatened us when we tried taking pictures they say this occurred. A few months back a relative of mine fell outside at their location and the manager (Hispanic looking one) tried to get her to stand up when she visibly couldn’t and was in agony crying. Fast forward to now Walgreens does not want to be held responsible for any hospital bills or treatment she has had since her fall. This happened during winter time when there was black ice by the entrance near the handicap area. A couple days back I went to grab a couple things and saw a Walgreens employee dumping water by the entrance. Same place near the handicap area. SMH!! That management is something else. 🤦🏻♀️ If I could rate no stars I would.

2020-09-17This store is awesome. I went to 3 pharmacies looking for a certain medication and they were the only one to have it plus when I called they offered to hold it for me. This pharmacy is the only compound pharmacy in the area. I was told by a doctor. They also make my dog’s pain medication into a liquid because my dog refuses to take pills in his food.

2021-10-20Under no circumstance should you use the right pharmacy lane. They will not help you and youll just wait for about 40 minutes as 15 other people get helped.
