I visited yesterday and the cashier lady that helped me was much older (i dont know her name), but she was very amazing and very helpful (as well as funny). I havent had someone even remotely good/nice as a cashier in so many years, i hope everyone that visits this store can experience her.Pros:-the Cashier Lady-Variety-Cleanliness-Open layoutCons:-PricesThey have an ATM (which was why i even went here in the first place) but its got really stupid features and limits! Unfortunately its my banks in branch AllPoint ATM though.

Went in today to have an online scheduled Covid test on my kid. The person I dealt with in store named Angela or Angie according to her name tag, was extremely rude. Demanded the actual email confirmation to confirm the appointment or do anything at all when I had a screenshot ready of that email. My phone has been spotty at best lately so I couldnt pull my email up. I cant make calls either for Gods sake. I was asked to reschedule and asked this person if she could help me to do this, and she nastily said no. You have to do it online. We dont do that here. She then shut the speaker off in the drive through window I was in and pretended she couldnt hear me. So fed up with Walgreens in general. This treatment is why I switched my prescriptions elsewhere years ago. The only reason I went to this one was for the test on my daughter. She doesnt have it, but her whole class was exposed by a classmate. She cannot go back without a negative result. I dont trust Walgreens customer service at all. They were just the only option. Dont go here unless you have to.

Horrible! Just horrible place to try and get prescriptions as the ladies at the drive through window dont know jack even after getting name and phone number multiple times then to say I could just buy Tylenol and take a couple to make up for my prescription that was written BY MY DOCTOR! SO I DIDNT GET MY MEDICATION πŸ’Š AFTER THE 45 MINUTE WAIT!!!! AHHHHHH

Depends on who is there- the staff is either super friendly, efficient and helpful or they are rude and take their own frustrations about their own lives out on you by giving you tude or having a power trip. However, I have found more luck with this pharmacy than other pharmacies in Galesburg, because if you come here you have like a 50/50 chance of getting great service instead of a 100% chance of bad service. Tons of 1&5 Star reviews because everyone has had a different experience depending on who is there.

Why does it always take a week for my medication to be filled? Its always a run around at that place. They can never give me an answer. I would start sueing if my heart medication starts becoming delayed.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. My experience with this store is always terrible, theres always this one lady that can seem to be friendly with everyone else but I get up to the register and she completely rude. I even say have a good night and she just is completely rude. Never coming back to this location Ill take the extra drive to go to e main St.

Worst customer service for the pharmacy. THEY entered a number wrong from my insurance card when I filled a prescription last Thursday, and today my prescription wont go through. So when I called and asked the lady was rude. I asked her how my prescription got filled last week then, and she said I might get billed for that. I shouldnt get billed for anything when I handed my insurance card to the cashier to enter the information, and just now its an issue. I call my insurance company to ask what happened and they tell me I should get my co-pay back from the first prescription. When I asked the guy about it he was rude, and said my insurance already accepted the claim. If my insurance was wrong the 2nd time, how was it right the first time? This does not make sense. Will be going elsewhere.

I wish the drive thru to pick up prescriptions would move a little faster. There is always a long line here. Appreciate the convenience of having a 24 hour pharmacy, just wish the line would move....
