This Walgreens store has the most friendly employees, managers and the two pharmacists are helpful and friendly- drug laws have changed in Illinois so even if you have taken the same drugs for years it doesnt matter when the pharmacist has to call your doctor for a new refill the law says you have to have a consultation with the pharmacist. She is only abiding by the law. People you cant blame her for that. IT doesnt irritate me to spend a few seconds to appreciate safety with my drugs!!!!
Waited at pharmacy for 30 minutes, Rx was still not available though insurance had approved it hours earlier. Not the first time Ive waited excessively. Wont b doing it again. Im switching to a more responsive pharmacy.
HORRIBLE! The new pharmacy manager Joseph is beyond rude. They are always out of medications such as Insulin. They dont give a damn about their customers. This place has gone downhill so much, Ive had to switch to another pharmacy. This place is the worst!
Please make sure to research, educate, and update staff regarding passport photo-taking guidelines. Piercings, including facial piercings, are acceptable. What is not acceptable is anything that would cover the face, like hair or hats. I had to take out my still healing nose and earlobe piercings (started bleeding after I did) because the employee insisted that it would be rejected otherwise. I understand the concern, but times have changed and staff should have been educated. Employee went on to overedit my hair and it looks so obviously edited, I’m sure that if Department of State sent my photos back, it would be because of the bad hair edit. I hope I get a refund if I get back here and have to do it again. I would gladly show the employee the guidelines from the Department of State’s passport application website.
My kids need them #2 pre sharpen pencils. They on sale for 99cents. My 3rd grader needs about 8packs and my son in 5th grade 5packs so its what they had left on the shelf. Manager refused to sell them to me for he said who needs that much pencils and needs to have in stock for other customers. No limit on the sale item and still refused. Will never ever in my life shop here again.
Refilled my prescription here so I could pick up on my lunch break. I made sure to leave several hours between so there would be no issues. I ended up spending most of my lunch hour here and they didnt even fill my prescription. Dont bother!
Walgreen Pharmacy Soxx They don’t have a direct call line. You got to go through all the malarkey listening to the crappy music. always get a teck on the phone if you have a pharmacist question, and you wait forever. I had to call Meijer pharmacy to get help on taking my medication.
Pharmacy sucks, Lucy is the rudest Pharmacist ever. She made an already bad week, a severely bad one.
Service is good for the most part. Lines are always extremely long and it takes longer than it should to get through them.
I waited ten min before I got fed up and left no one should have to wait ten min for a photo on a Tuesday I required a usb cable to print out a photon one coyld assist me ?!

2022-02-14After having the wrong product pulled for me at a different location, the manager at this location was nice enough to do a product check for me beforehand and made sure the item was in stock and in the correct color. He also offered to check other nearby locations in case they weren’t close to me. The product was held for me at the photo desk and I had no problem picking it up. The associate who helped me made my return and exchange process swift and easy. Overall, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Saved me from having to run around like a chicken with its head off. Great customer service experience.

2022-04-07This Walgreen’s western union is only for sending and receiving the money electronically. The manager of the Walgreens walks away from people while they are asking questions. I guess she doesn’t know that western union has money order checks. Got mine from the local Jewel instead.

2022-03-26I work 50-60+ hours a week and was judged by the manager Elizabeth as under the influence while minding my own business and she refused a sale. I offered a breathalyzer and she refused. I am tired from work and insulted and will never return. I feel judged for having a tired face and wearing sweatpants.

2021-06-12Officially moving all prescriptions to another location. The people who work the pharmacy are always rude and act like they dont want to do their job. If you cant have good customer service I definitely dont trust you with the medication being distributed.

2019-04-02Im disgusted at how the pharmacist treated me when I called yesterday. She got whatever info she needed then hangs up without a closure. Very unprofessional. If you hate working customer service, becoming a pharmacist is not the right position for you. I wish I can give a negative rating. The pharmacist does not deserve a 1 star rating.

2021-06-23Cant find products that’s the listed available online anywhere on the shelf, employees have no idea either. Take your business to a place that shows what isle the stuff is instead of having to resort to search the entire store just to find out they don’t actually have it available. Walgreens is behind on the times
