2 hour wait for my fathers prescription…not to mention how rude and lazy they are. As a result of their incompetence I called Walgreens in Streamwood they said they’ll have it ready in 15mins… don’t waste your time go anywhere but Villa st and summit st Walgreens

I schedule an appointment for the chickenpox vaccine at this location. I was able to make the appointment and have it confirmed. I arrived early for my appointment and was told the vaccine wasnt in stock even though I had my appointment confirmed. On top of that, the website allowed me to schedule for an appointment after the pharmacy closed. The only reason I knew this is because I showed up early. Your company needs to get its stuff together. Managing inventory isnt this hard.

Dealt with an extremely rude COVID test lane worker (I hope he sees this) who yelled at me for no reason because the signs they have up to direct people make no sense. Said what - you didnt see the stop sign!? when I corrected my mistake. Considering I was the only car there before and after my appointment, Im not really sure what right he had to get nasty with me. If youre nervous about your COVID test and want someone to calmly talk you through it, I suggest not going to this place.

Great place to pick up milk on the way home. Pharmacy is prompt and so is the front end register. They have photo and makeup departments too as well as a Redbox that is inside. Just wish they were open 24 hours.

Waited 30 minutes to drop off medicine inside and 1 hour to pick up medicine in the DRIVE THRU. Happened all 3 times I have been here. Im done with the pharmacy and the lack of speed, knowledge and additude! Tried to over charge me every time too.

BE AWARE! Photo service is HORRIBLE !!! Avoid to have any business with them! They do not care if your order is ready on time or not!Friend of mine was in town and he wanted to have some photos to be prined. I ordered photos and after 1.5 hour was at the location hoping that order is ready to be picked up - hah , they DID NOT EVEN STARTED TO PRIN MY ORDER YET. Did not apologize, just informed me that photos will be ready within 20 minutes. I did come back after 1 hour (2,5 hour after order was placed) . They did not have my order ready to be picked up and we have to go to airport at the time. On the way back from the airport I came back the THIRD TIME around to pick up my ONE HOUR PICK UP order. They offered me only 15% employee discount which I refuse.This situation happend to me twice within a month.BE AWARE !! THEY DO NOT CARE !!!.

People at the pharmacy are very slow. I think I grew at least three new gray hairs while waiting to be helped. The employees are very rude. I would suggest going to any other store than this one. The worst customer service experience I have ever had!

My Name is Nick you have a customer come in at least 2 times a week she steals alot of medicine from your store over 200 dollars in retail so I just wanna give guys a heads up and she puts it in her purse and sticks down her pants she is 49 years old her height is 55 145 pounds dark brown hair she drives small blue jeep she goes to different walgreens in elgin,rockford, hanover park, roselle, schaumburg, bloomingdale, Glenview and her name is Donna Koss Burris or tried to use someone elses name

The pharmacists are very slow and rude. I had a prescription for my daughter they said it would be ready to pick up in a couple hours, couple hours went by went to pick up the medicine and the pharmacists havent even started on it, would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody.
