Thankful for the very kind people that helped me with my first vaccine. They were so thoughtful and kind.
This is the worst pharmacy ever they have two windows one for pick up and one for drop off came today to drop off my prescriptions and I see the drop off window close so I went to the pick up window and I told the lady I wanted to drop off my prescription and she said the line was over there which there was 10 people in front of me so I told her I was not going to wait 30 minutes to drop off a prescription she was rude telling me she was doing pick ups and drop off so I asked her that i wanted to see her manager the manager comes and tells me that theres only one line because they cut peoples hours really!? This is always the same thing when I come to this Walgreens for pick I had waited like 30 minutes just to pick up my prescription because the staff here is really slow not coming back to this pharmacy never!!! 😡😡
Pharmacy lines are extremely long. I often feel rushed. When i call to tranfer my prescription to another walgreens I was told I had to do the leg work myself. I called various walgreens and eventually received help for a more customer focused store. I really dont like this walgreens.

Close to where I live and work. Clean and the cashier Gloria is very friendly and so are the rest of the workers.Their willing to help you if you have a problem or a question.Very nice thank you Walgreens for your dedication

Their products are very expensive, I went to buy some allergy pills, Claritin of 10 a box for $19 dollars, then I went to the target and bought the box of 30 pills for $21 dollars
Associates are friendly and knowing people by name feels good.
You find what is emergency !! 24 hours !!! has gotten me out of trouble several times
You can find basic medicines from Mexico that do not require a prescription.
Everything is at your disposal great!

2022-05-04This Walgreens does not have a sense of urgency. There are 8 people in line with only 1 cashier and not once have I heard the I see 3. Other Walgreens use that sound a lot if they have no one a manager jumps on. If I didnt have to stop here I wouldnt

2021-06-06Had one Black female cashier doing her own price checks with a line of five customers. Asked the one male scanning merchandise to come service us and he did not. It was 8:50 am on a Sunday morning. Called manager after leaving and he offered empty apologies. You know, We are sorry for any inconvenience blah blah blah. First and last time I will use the Walgreens at Cicero and Cermak

2019-10-18Had a bad experience with a worker named Melissa, I asked a simple question and she gave me the rudest most disrespectful look. Honestly I’ve seen her there before and have seen her sell beer without asking ID to teens who obviously looked under 21. She didn’t look like she cared either! I’m surprised this store hasn’t gotten in trouble for that. I’m also surprised to know that she’s some kind of manager?! Open your eyes Walgreens!

2017-04-289 in the morning and it takes 2 registers 5+ minutes to ring out 4 customers. I dont think the cashiers should be sitting. They move too slow. I understand working at your own pace, but there is no sense of urgency there whatsoever. Theres other issues Ive had with this store, its always something.

2019-03-10When you put a prescription is because you need to take medications because theyre something wrong with health and pharmacy is extremely aware of that is not possible that if they dont have it on stock they cant give you a call 9n 3min to say we dont have it on stock would you like us to send it to another pharmacy or pick it up. But they wait till you come to tell you pharmacy can be more professional and more communications when it comes to this ttyp of things

2018-09-06I dropped off 2 prescriptions on Friday, and was told the medications were in stock and they would be ready in 15 mins. I was in a hurry so I told them I would pick them up the next day. Its now been almost a week and one of the meds is out of stock and was never ordered. I did call to inquire a few days after and was told it was ordered. Only to find out today it never was. My son needs his medication and the way this was handled was completely unprofessional . Do not take your prescriptions here if they are urgent. Ill be contacting corporate.

2017-11-16This Walgreens Manager Celest is Phenomenal!! They provide Excellent Customer Service, friendly staff and Great Deals!!! Special Thanks to Frank one of the head pharmacists for his exceptional work, helpful advice and service. Also, thankyou to Ana a young hispanic lady. Shes a dedicated worker and definitely has the drive and heart to someday be on the management team.
