Lazy, rude, careless and unprofessional. Yesterday I was told I cant refill my birth control, contacted my doctor today and he confirmed I still have a refill on it. Went to pick it up today. Because of the them I went a day without my prescription which I could have picked up yesterday. They should reconsider the people they hire and fire the short overweight one with glasses who cant handle her job, Im not the only one whose prescription she messed up. Also dont bother with refilling over the phone the Rx is never ready after an 1 even after 2 hours. AVOID.

No public bathrooms. Even with a door that says restrooms.

The people in the pharmacy they always have an excuse for not having the prescription ready bad customer service since they change the staff at the pharmacy and when you tell them that the app tells you that the prescription is ready even like that they said its not ready they dont know and you have to wait half an hour
Catherine is a great manager and she helped me find certain items for hair products and she is just simply amazing. We need more people like her. 😁
Pharmacy staff is rude here every time. And if you are waiting to pick up prescriptions, you better leave an hour early because they are so incredibly slow.
Great service by the pharmacy staff. Flu shot was like a breeze. Staff is well trained and knowledgeable. In and out within minutes!
BEWARE...pharmacy hours are NOT the same as store hours! pharmacy hours are 8a to 10p and store hours are 7a to 12m. thats like a restaurant being open and sitting people but not serving food for 3 hours/day.just ignorant...

Was looking for the Enfamil gentlease, called the Walgreens to see if it was in stock because on the app it says it was “ limited stock” when I called they told me no they don’t, they only have the Walgreens gentle brand. I ended going in myself a minute later, and they had about 9 cans in stock smh

2022-02-20Be very careful when you cash in cash rewards. I said I wanted to use 5.00 in cash rewards towards my purchase, he brings up a screen for me to choose the amount, I choose 5.00. Look at my receipt later to find out the screen was for charitable donation. While he did give me my 5.00 off it was a wash because he pushed the donation on me. I’m seriously thinking of just ordering online for pickup and bypassing the cashiers all together . This guy is particularly pushy about the donations.

2021-11-12This has got to be the worst customer service that I have encountered at a Pharmacy!From waiting 14-20 minutes for them putting me on hold to reach the pharmacist, to not following up on transferring my medications over to their location until 2 weeks after. I am appalled to say the least, the only reason I switched to this location from CVS is because of the convenience of it being very close to home otherwise, the hassle is not worth it. I do not recommend.

2021-12-19Saturday, 12/18/21 at 11:40pm the manager closed the cashier drawer early and we couldn’t buy any of our stuff. The store is supposed to close at 12:00 and the young lady refused to allow us to buy our things. Unacceptable. Will be speaking to someone in corporate. District leadership needs to speak to her.

2021-03-21Winton Walgreens mind you Im 68 years old. Bought a few things. the same items I could get at the dollar store for a dollar mind you. I went to buy a pack of cigarettes didnt have my ID. But come on Im 68 years old and he wouldnt sell me a pack of cigarettes. From this day and I will not shop there at all anymore. Jewel and the Dollar store have all the things I need but if you cant tell the difference between a senior citizen and the teenager you shouldnt be in business.
