I went to this Walgreens location to load money into my PayPal account. The cashier didnt know how to nor did she try. I immediately took offense when she called it a supposed PayPal account. Additionally, the manager did know how to load a PayPal account as well. I ended up leaving in a snotty way. I got my PayPal account loaded at another Walgreens location in Bolingbrook. This particular location needs to better train their employees on dealing with certain transactions. That experience was extremely inconvenient and reprehensible. I will NOT be back!! Also, I am a small business owner as well that regularly use PayPal as a safe way to handle transactions.
The pharmacy here gave me the wrong prescription dosage, lucky I noticed myself. After I called they said they only noticed after they already filled it and didnt know what to do for the insurance to get it fixed so to call my doctor and figure it out. I dont understand how this happens and they dont even bother to tell me.Go the extra distance to a different pharmacy.
I am part owner of a small business and went in to this location to purchase gift cards for 7 employees. The total amount was around $2,800.00. The cashier was pleasant enough but she needed to ask a manager. The manager stated it was impossible to allow more than $750.00 in gift cards per person per day due to corporate policy. Fine.She then made a comment about if thats what youre really using them for. This was very irritating, I had proper identification and could verify the company (Lovitt Blinds, which has been in business almost 12yrs). She, the manager, made me feel like a criminal for no apparent reason.I proceeded to go to CVS who was able to help me no problem. Go to the CVS down the road.
This is the walgreens closest to where I live. I came to pick up photos and the lady was very rude. Saying my payment didnt go through but I was charged on my card. Very rude and unprofessional.
Why did I have to enroll together a discount price I think k that is ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck Walgreens with those du.b changes
Pharmacy express pick up does not seem to work at all at this store, in general service is good and employees are friendly.
Nice for quick stop shop but no way saves money with their items. Liters of pop 99 cents more than jewel along with their make up really marked up when compared to other places.
The Pharmacist was AMAZING! she caught an ingredient in one of my new meds, that I was allergic too... thank you
The employees are very rude. Came here for covid and all of them had a very bad attitude. The test was false negative in itself. Really need to fix their service and attitude.

The employees are always helpful, in good moods, and easy to talk too. Ive made it my destination for any grocery needs.
Manager was training a new employee. Both were very friendly and had the product I went there to get.

2022-03-23Bad experience, pharmacist are overloaded and are complaining to customers like its our problem! Go to your management and standup for your own self!Very bad experience but unfortunately as this is near I have to stick with this pharmacy.I hope this place fixes the issues and be courteous and own up mistakes rather than cribbing about too many customers.

2021-12-01If I can put NO stars, I would! These are the worst pharmacy techs I have dealt with in 10 years!Rude, ignorant and make you feel as if WE (customers) are wasting their time. GET A CLUE PEOPLE!

2020-06-22Been going to this neighborhood walgreens ever since I was a kid and the staff are extremely kind and the store is always well kept and clean.Ive never had an issue with the pharmacy either as the staff are just as nice as the regular employees.

2020-12-30I went to get a passport photo taken , first off,the lady was in a bad mood and she made no effort whatsoever to conceal it, at one point I felt like walking out and going to a different Walgreens. I tried telling her the dimensions of photo I wanted and she looked so exasperated that I just said ok let’s just get the photo taken first and we can adjust the dimensions later. And when she did manage to take the photos , she said you can cut the photos at home, our splitter/separator got ‘stolen’, I said ok sure I’ll cut these at home with a scissor. I requested can I get a digital copy? She said oh our system doesn’t support that kind of facility.Thank you for wasting my time and money. I was highly disappointed yesterday and it was really important for me to get that photo taken and I would have gone to a different wal green, if the weather had not been that bad.Go to a different location to get passport photo taken , don’t waste your time.

2016-07-26This used to be my to go pharmacy for my family and I and they were always great. Polite, prompt and great customer service. However, past month or so its been horrible. Im not sure if they have new management or what but had issues getting my gestational diabetes supplies , took forever and I had to remind them to call my insurance company. Also had another medication that has been ready for 24 hours and didnt receive a call or text or anything. People have been rude and had gone down hill. Definitely getting all my prescriptions transferred somewhere else

2020-11-14Went here to get a passport photo, huge mistake. Not only did the staff not know what they doing, then gave me pictures that were from my chest up...what!!! Passport photos should only be shoulders and head. I had to go to a different Walgreens to get them redone. Avoid this place, waste of time and money.
