CVS offers vaccines without any hassles. They have a well stocked store and plenty of people in the pharmacy to assist with orders. Easy drive thru is also great for pick-ups or COVID-19 testing.

Me, my aunt, and my sister had scheduled COVID tests for 2:30 we were the first car here and now it is currently 3:05 and there is a huge line of cars behind me. The pharmacist ISN’T WEARING THEIR MASK!!! and when we asked what was taking so long they were incredibly rude. Do better CVS. If you know you’re going to be working with people at least have some manners.

Insanely slow. Ive been sitting in the drive thru window for about 10 minutes now and no one has helped. Ope, wait. So, someone did help at 11 minutes waiting. Im 27 and I dont think I can honestly say that Ive ever had a good or great experience with CVS Pharmacy. Ehh.

This store used to be good but the last few years it has gone downhill, maybe because of Covid but the service is terrible.Last year, we waited almost hour to get flu shots and the several of the pharmacy employees did not even have masks on!This year we waited almost 45 minutes! They have called about refills on a prescription for my husband and he waited over an hour to speak with a pharmacist and no one answered the call so he hung up, he has waited numerous times and never got to speak with anyone.I know places are short handed but a pharmacy especially should provide better service. The drive up takes forever also, hopefully things will improve as Covid gets better.

Absolutely the most horrible service. I’ve used CVS in many other towns and it’s not like this at all. I was prescribed steroids, cough syrup, and an inhaler (I’m pretty sick) today at 11 am. Dr faxed it at 11:15. CVS says they didn’t get it. Dr office calls. Over and over.and they don’t answer their phone. Or return the call so here it is 8:15 and I have to go another night without being able to breath.

This pharmacy is unprofessional! There is a huge overturn of workers and they are all very rude, they do not smile but are always on their personal phones. It also takes a very long time to get simple scripts filled even if its a cream your having filled. MY BIGGEST CONCERN is that they filled my disabled sons medication and they gave him a completely different medication. Luckily I caught it and my son did not take it or he would of been in the ER. When I brought the medication back they were shocked but did not apologize not once! I than had to fill out paperwork of the incident. Always check your medication they are very careless. I will not ever go back and I would not recommend this place for anyone or anyones loved ones. Very scary and concerning!!! Also the manager needs to be fired she is not the type of person that needs to work with the public. She is very mouthy and rude even when she messes up your medication and the pharmacist.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy ONLY! The front store workers are wonderful! I would give 0 stars if possible for pharmacy. Long wait times for prescriptions to be filled. Long wait times (on average at least 15-30 mins each time I have called) to speak with someone on the phone when you have an issue that can’t be taken care of with the automated system. Staff generally not very friendly, seem annoyed that you are there, never smile. Long wait times to be helped at the counter. They are also not accurate with their prescription filling practices. We called for a refill on Eliquis 5mg for my grandmother and they refilled an old prescription (Coumadin 5mg). If she had taken the Coumadin 5mg 2x per day, that could have caused severe bleeding and potentially death. Not to mention, the insurance then refused to fill the Eliquis because they had just been charged for Coumadin that the pharmacy mistakenly filled. Today, I needed to pick up a prescription for a family member in severe pain. The MD sent the prescription over at 8am and at 1pm (after 50 mins on the phone trying to get ahold of someone), they say they still need 1-2 more hours to fill it. I had to beg them to fill it now. For a chain operation, you would think they would have better processes in place to provide quality, timely, and accurate customer service! I only use CVS when my regular pharmacy is closed. I get far better service there and a new prescription filled in less than 5 minutes! I can’t see this ever being possible at CVS!

Sammy is a great worker. She is always cheerful and friendly. She is always willing to help, and she seems to actually care about you as soon as you enter the store. All I can say is, Good job Sammy, and give her a raise!

Benton Illinois CVS was to transfer a prescription. After 4 hours of the new pharmacy being on hold they proceed to give them the wrong dosage of the medicine. Had the new pharmacy not called the doctor to verify we would be in the ER bleeding to death! Done with your second rate operation. You don’t even deserve a one star
