Buying an old home once scared me. Then I was lucky enough to work with a person who had roots in Naperville and a passion for preserving its Historic Homes. As I became more knowledgeable, I realized that a well maintained home could be a real treasure in the Historic District. Where else can you find Victorian, Prairie, Bungalow, Farmhouse, Cape Cod, Craftsman Styles a few feet apart. Unlike the modern subdivision where everything looks planned and similar, the homes are full of character. And residents of the area enjoy a walk to town, special events on foot, a train right into Chicago plus Amtrak routes. On a pretty day stroll down the streets of the historic district. It can be the beginning of a hundred years of architectural amazement.
Downtown Naperville is a great place to get some shopping done, get some food, and just hangout! There are many stores in downtown Naperville with a huge selection of stuff you can buy. The food there is great, there is many options with a huge span of prices and types of food. There is lots to do in downtown Naperville including centennial beach, the river walk, and different events that happen including rib fest and the last fling!

2019-08-28Nice downtown. Found several cool murals that are neat. Walked to riverwalk and visited the carillon. Took a tour of the carillon which had a great view of surrounding area and downtown. Walked by the sandy beach back to downtown. There are several shops and restaurants also.

2019-12-02First, its super kid friendly. If you have kids in your group, the servers bring their food out first - its a small thing, but it gives adults time to cut up the kids food before theirs is brought out so everyone gets a hot meal. The servers are very attentive - water and refills are plentiful. Great selection of food and desserts and everything is reasonably priced. Such a nice area to stroll, cute colorful dogs statues and flowers 💐, lots of options to shop and to grab a bite to eat

2021-07-05We went there for dinner tonight. At 7:30 they told us 25 minutes wait , we got the table and then we placed and order for two small pizzas. The server took the order and never came back. After 40 minutes we called the host and her name was Grace and before I can complete my sentence she told me that the deep dish takes 40 minutes and after she finished I told her I did not order deep dish but thin crust.Waited another ten minutes and finally went to the counter and told them we are now here between the table wait and now the food wait over 1 1/2 hour.We left . They never said sorry or apologized . In fact there were four people in the front doing nothing and here we are sitting for an hour for our food and than left.Want bad service go to loumanatis.
