I love going to family dollar the staff is allways nice and help me find things
The manager Keller is rude she watch other people but not her on kind the store smell bad no air conditioning the floor is dirty shelves half empty stock is in the middle of the floor this store need to be shut down.

If you are visiting the city,this isnt the place to shop.The front window is boarded up.This is a scary place to shop.

2021-12-22Overall it untidy, needs cleaning and unorganized. Not enough cashiers to get people out of the store in a timely manner, or to get the shelves stocked.

2021-10-31People steal their shopping carts. They should put those long metal poles on their carts like the Dollar Tree. It socks going to a store and no carts. That only makes you buy less.

2017-02-05Because its walking distance from my house 727 south 14th, Springfield, Illinois the worst I hate is. people bad kids break into it and they go inside and throws products all over the floor, family dollar needs help bad in stocking into the store
