Store not stocked. Rolling flats with boxes everywhere. Very unsafe. I know its hard to get help. But please do a overnight stocking of the shelves. It would be less expensive. If customer gets hurt n sued company. We say Customers are #1...not at ur store.
I like making quick stops at this store...it is convienant and organized. This store frequently has an overstock of new items including trending clothes & apparel. The employees are friendly & helpful as well as attentive and fast...4-5 star dollar store. The location is great!
The store smelled of marijuana and the customers were were volger and rude and the employees with the exception of 1 were more worried about conversation then customer service. The 1 employ that was nice and ringing up customers was worried about flirting with the girls he thought was cute. I will never return to this store!!
For a store only a year.or so old the set up inside this store is a disaster. Lacking organization. Been in a few other newer DG stores that were much be organized and neatly stocked. Hope they make this one better!
It was dirty as hell the parking lot was like a war zone broken glass and trash every where would never go back nor would I recommend anyone to go there just dirty. Disorganized clutter. I just dont understand how come they cant clean the parking lot up and the store.
Cant review DG every time I go or I would spend too much time doing reviews. DG is my go-to place for sooo many things, cleaning & paper supplies, tons of odds & ends from aspirin to zip ties. I always buy my cold meds there (cant beat the prices). One of the few places that doesnt have the stupid loyalty point programs, instead you get low prices all the time. Returns (the very few I have had) are easy & painless.
They try. Usually only one person working and seemed stressed out but I would too I suppose. 4 outta 5 employees that Ive had interaction with were very friendly plus its DG and they are priced within reason on most things and they usually have what Im looking for
Great back to school supplies and deals. I shop here alot. They tend to run out of stuff alot since county market closed and the lines are always huge. With rude cashiers. Cart policy is outrageous.
Its dirty. Real dirty. I was there to buy a few snacks for work. And a guy just walk straight out the doors with six things of detergent in his hands and didnt pay for them and told the person thats a register to f off b word LOL I was dying
2 stars because of the fact they have 3 registers and at least 4 employees working and only one of them is ever on a register until they have a 10 person line. Why have all the registers and nobody working them. Isnt the store supposed to be stocked late night or early morning!!!?? SMH
Ok for a dollar store, but the parking lot is a mess most of the time with garbage everywhere. Looks bad for the business.
Store always needs to be cleaned the staff is friendly but always carts of stuff out blocking so areas.
In the past six months this place had went down hill.When I go in there its a mess and always feel rushed. Went in there at night and they were extremely rude because they were five min. Late closing and then the next time I went in the cashier looked right at me while I was asking a question then ignored me. They always rush you and act very inpatient
He probably got to get someone that likes to work even if you paid them people five more dollars they probably wouldnt do no more extra their they might be headed to the restaurant in the sky Wendys and Kentucky Fried Chicken we know what happened there
The store looked like Hurricane Katrina, Andrew and Hugo struck. The redo looks great but bare missing products with clutter everywhere.
Because they dont know how to put stock away, they wont let u use their bathroom because they never have the key to it someone takes off with ir and doesnt return after using, they have carts in the middle of the aisles.
Yeah the Dollar General in Danville was a good store except for the guy when he recommended some cigarettes for me he gave me cigars there were like cigarettes other than that everybody else was very helpful
Not much to really say. Its Dollar general, not a whole lot to really expect. when you need something quickly this is a good place to go, they have decent prices and a fairly good selection of goods.
Friendly cashier, store could have been stocked better but not messy and one of my items was wrongly priced on display.

Always low or out of products I usually buy. Store not as clean as most Dollar General stores as high traffic volume and too few employees. Layout of aisles and height of shelves likely encourage shoplifting.

They are a great store they have amazing prices and sales if you have never been there i recommend you do you can find really good items at a low price with a good sale.

Very messy, nothing is organized. It took me a long time to find what I was looking for and no one was there to help.
Out of stock on a lot of items, but were stocking up. So dont go on Thursday at this location. Check out was faster than usual.

2019-11-17Doesnt really matter now because they just redid the store. But they will have one line open that will have 10 people in line and no other employees help this cashier. Not enough employees because Everytime I would go in to get a couple items, they would always be out. And you cant find an employee to look for you in the back, which I dont believe. TEAM WORK IS WHAT THEY NEED. NOT EVERYONE FOR THEMSELVES!

2019-07-02The only problem I had was that I couldnt take the cart outside. Everything was in an order that made it easy to get what I needed in a timely manner. The cashier was extremely nice and friendly, and that was a welcomed change from other places I have been to recently.

I work for McDonalds our customers the most important people who visit our place and we treat them with nothing but RESPECT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT OUR GUESTS DESERVE NOTHING LESS. 2019-04-08As usual, they had exactly what I needed. The store was clean and service was fast. Maylea is super friendly and quick on her feet. Shes definitely the best choice to run that store!! Thanks for having what I needed while I was in town.

2019-07-05Not all Dollar Generals are bad, but this one had terrible customer service. Their prices were wrong, but they did not want to honor them. The part that irritated me the most was how the cashier handled the situation. He literally held the bag up to my face and was like, Look, the price is right here. The price on the bag of chips didnt match the price they had in the display. Since they do have sales, this didnt strike me as odd. I will never visit this store again. It is worth the extra 15 minutes of driving to go to Walmart.
