Love Dollar General and their app is awesome. It allows you to clip coupons of the sales items and you save so much.
Not the first time I show up and itsclosed . Says it closes at 9p.m but its 15 to 9. Who is the manager and why is this allowed? I guess this is what it has come to, the uneducated dont know how to treat customers.

Went into the store and it was clean however the customer service suck I stared at the register 10 minutes she look back and kept doing what she was doing she didnt say anything too me I waited 3 more minutes still no response I just left will not go into that one again
Dollar General is more expensive than Dollar Tree but carrying more qualified products reasonable than other places

As a proud Chicagoan and customer/patron of many neighborhood shops, if your looking for hygiene and cleaning supplies, No Doubt best bang for your buck. 2020-02-17I never used to go to Dollar General because I would go to Wal-Mart for everything. I stopped n ran in out of convenience. Theyre prices are lower than Wal-Mart on allot of stuff! Name brand stuff like laundry detergent, makeup, medicine,pop,and food! Great store n great prices.

2019-01-17Worse customer service,will never ever ever go to this place again. Watch out when purchasing items here the prices with the shelfs dont match when paying at the cashier. The Manager didnt even care of losing a customer and did not talk in professional way and didnt even apologies for having the items on the wrong price shelfs. All she said was what you want me to do is the price. Worse part was that the item was double the price so it wasnt even 1 or 2 dollar difference. Im glad I catch the price mistake before I paid. Manager didnt even had a name tag. Who ever is in charge of teaching this employees customer service is doing a really bad job. Theres many options to keep a customer happy, but no this Manager only words were what you want me to do is the price.

2019-07-31Its convenient for me, a good place to shop. They have offers on gift cards and the last time I tried getting the deal I wasnt able to get the deal due to someone purchasing so many and they had gone over the quantity for the deal that day which I thought it was silly.

2018-02-17I love Dollar General. I can almost find almost everything i need from snacks to house hold items to makeup for me to dog food and treats for my dogs. I love there dollor aisle too. The employees are very nice they always greet you with welcome to Dollor General. The store is always clean and neat. And i especially love the prices. And its only blocks away from where i live.

2018-04-12I like shopping here to buy most of my household products for cleaning paper towels Etc. Very clean on the inside and friendly service people. I give it A4 star because it is not kept as clean on the outside especially during the winter months with the removal of snow and trash in front of the store and its parking lot.

2020-05-28Its ok, customer service is really bad they dont care if customers have questions about products or there app. They make u feel at time as if they are giving you charity. I hope #DG sees this
