Dr Cerniak is very helpful and thorough. Although he is not my PCP, I feel blessed to have had the appointment with him today. Also Ms Shakira is very pleasant and helpful as well. Overall great experience with them. I highly recommend them.
So far this immediate care center has offered me services that are incomparable to others. They have little to no wait time, and the staff as well as doctors are very polite and professional. The environment is clean and peaceful and all patients are welcomed enthusiastically. I would definitely recommend this care center to anyone in need of urgent healthcare in LINCOLNWOOD AREA.We never experienced any issues with billing. The staff always make sure we get taken care of at all times.I would recommend them to people who have ins and would also recommend them to people who dont have insurance.
I had a very great experience at the immediate Doctors Center. There are very nice, friendly nurses,staff and doctors that saw me very quickly and treated me with great respect. I feel very comfortable everytime I come and Ive been coming here for a long time never had a problem with them so I totally give them a five star rating and recommend this everyone including friends and family
They had nice service, with very nice people. It was a friendly place. I loved it and they had nice places to lay down in the lobby so if your feeling sick you could rest. The service was very fast we got in and out in 10 minutes. The doctor Jossy George CNP was a great doctor, she was kind, she was very thorough, and sympathetic to my needs. I came to this Doctors immediate care with a pretty bad cold. The people at reception were really nice and patient they took care of me as soon as I walked in. The nurse Alex was super sweet and caring and so was the doctor. This place is a great place to go if you need immediate attention without an appointment.
Went in for varcose vein treatment and they helped me so much. i was having bad pains behind my knee and down my calf. hard to move and prevented me from walking as much as i wanted to. hurt at work as well! doctors were pleasant and understanding. they listened well and answer all my questions. clean, place as well was very nice! thank you.
I have been to many of these urgent care facilities and I can say without hesitation that this facility is the best I have ever been to. From the nursing staff to doctor Andy. We were greeted and promptly treated. Doctor put stitches in my wifes thumb with great precision and care. His knowledge and friendly demeanor quickly put my wife and i at ease. I would suggest this facility above all others.
Last couple of weeks ago I brought my three years old son to this immediate care clinic it was an awesome experience, no waiting for a long time and very professional staff. My son was suffering from fever with high temperature it was around 8 pm at night and I was getting ready to go to an emergency room when my father started looking online for other alternatives and luckily we found this immediate care clinic nearby. Dr. Amer is very kind and knowledgeable; he immediately started giving treatment to my son. Doctor was very professional and helpful. He prescribed some medications and clarified the usage. It was our first time to go immediate care and we found this clinic helpful with nice facility and the staff received attentive care and quality service. I had a pleasant experience and definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs immediate care.
I called in last minute in a panic and Shakira was so calm and helpful! She reassured me throughout the whole process and followed up with me on my results. She made me feel so comfortable despite the fact that I was so nervous. Even when I forgot my insurnace card she was still willing to let someone see me! She got me my results so fast and helped me gain a peace of mind! the whole medical staff was very understanding and kind. They made me feel like I was around family that cares about me. I will definitely come back for future appointments!
I had sore throat for 4 days and lost my voice. I had to see a doctor. I didnt want to wait in the ER room for half day and be killed by ER bill. I found this walk in clinic online. I had the best experience. No waiting time. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN URGENT MEDICAL CARE FACILITY **Office visit charges ranges from $194 to over $400.Please be careful before you visit the facility.This is the worst medical facility i have been to.Even after booking an appointment, i was made to wait for more than an hour. And they did not even bother to explain the reason for the delay. They are rude over the phone. they are not helpful when you ask for information. they are not transparent with the the billing. Be ready for a rude shock when you receive the invoice. i was charged over 500$ for a common cold

I have been treated multiple times at Doctors immediate care, the staff and Doctors are amazing.They have saved my life 2 times now.The Doctors and staff at Doctors immediate care were able to correctly diagnose me with a DVT and PE.All Doctors at the clinic take time to actually know their patients. This place is very clean with professional medical staff that attend well to your needs. A big change from previous management. I really like seeing doctors here. I have switched my primary care to this clinic. Dr. Bakhtoar explained everything really well and I never feel rushed. I will always bring clients to this office. They are so friendly and prompt. They really work with us. Rabia and Shakira are extremely helpful and always so nice whenever we come in. This is one of the only immediate care offices that will accept our clients. Working with adults with autism is very challenging when most offices will not accept them due to their behaviors but this place is so accommodating and always lets us bring our clients back.
Ive been here many times. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rabia and Shakera are usually behind the desk. They are informative, helpful and understanding. The doctors are always nice. I especially like to come here because appointments arent necessary and theres usually no wait.
My mother had A bad experience with billing- was charged even though had active coverage. Was told that She will get my refund back once they check benefits during business hours, never happened . Keep on calling to get my money back, still to refund. Will most likely need to go through my ins and file a claim in my own to get reimbursement from ind. DO NOT go here!!!! This place is a complete scam. My boyfriend went in after feeling very sick and he was supposedly diagnosed with an ear infection (mind you he had not ear pain whatsoever) he was prescribed amoxicillin in the amount of 875mg. He got more ill after taking the medication that same day and we rushed to the emergency room at another hospital.The doctor stated he had NO EAR INFECTION and to stop taking the medication immediately. He then suggested we report this place to the Better Business Bureau, which we are going to do. He could have died for being prescribed for something the didn’t even have.He paid over 120 dollars to be given medication that made him sicker. Waste of money and serious headaches.Please for the sake of you and your loved ones do NOT go there. Instead go to a reputable hospital even if you have to set up a payment plan with them.
Been here several times either for myself or husband. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Works well with insurance and they explain everything in detail. Front desk friendly and efficient. Nurses caring and knowledgeable. Doctor is thorough and takes their time. My prescriptions were even covered under our BCBSIL PPO insurance!
My elderly parent needed some urgent medical care in the afternoon before Christmas, when most medical offices, including her primary care doctors, were closed for the holidays. This Doctors Immediate Care clinic was open, there was a short wait time, about 10 minutes and all the folks- everybody - registration person, nurse, technician, and Doctor - were most professional. The facility was very clean and comfortable. A+ all-around! Thank you for taking care of my mom!!
Great front desk and medical staff. My nurse was Rabiya who is very pleasant and caring to work with and Dr. Rubina Usman takes her time explaining everything. I love not having to worry about making an appointment.
Before I go into extreme tangent, I will like to say the lady Shakera at the front desk was nice and persistent in following up with her patients. Now lets get back to reality. This place did its fair share in my health, but the ending went into a disaster. I wasted uber money just come come from a far away place to get service from this place but it end up in a disappointment. I schedule a few doctor appointments here, and they said that the doctor call off, or he had to go to the er, or he called off sick, or they getting a new doctor. There were too many excuses from this facility. I made sure I schedule appointments in advance because I have high blood pressure and I need refills, but they wont give me no refills until I see them. I schedule week after week until I ran out of blood pressure medication. I work the whole week and Im off only Fridays to go see them. But they never have a doctor available for this day. They send me on a wild goose chase. My blood pressure is important and they were playing games with my health. So I got sick and tired of the games they were playing, and sign up with a more professional caring doctor. Im done with this place. Never again, Im not going back to this place that almost cost me my life of my blood pressure. I now go to a better doctor in Evanston Hospital where they actually do a genuine physical on my body. I dont suggest Doctors Immediate Care
The ONLY reason this even gets a 2nd star is because the doctor who cared for me was great. After that it is all downhill and based on other reviews it seems to be a pattern. I see multiple people on here saying without insurance or cash pay, they paid anywhere from 75-150. I however, like the other person with insurance on here got charge $800! After insurance, Im out about $225. Seems like shady billing to me. I guess next time I should come in with a sob story about how I have no insurance? IIn addition, their billing office started harassing me within a few weeks of being there about a billing issue as if I had a critical outstanding balance for ages.... I hadnt even received the bill yet! Outrageous. I had to quote the law for them that it is illegal to call somebody more than once in a 7 day period for debts. They had been calling me every day at work up until that point, and this is before I had ever even seen a bill in the mail (it showed up the next week).Never again.
Me and my wife have been coming here from last year and I am observing from last couple of months this clinic has been improved a lot, the whole staff has been changed and now they are quick,hassle free and responsive. I like this place a lot, thanks to everyone in the clinic now. I would recommend all my family and friends to this facility.
Not a great experience. FAIR WARNING READ ALL PAPERWORK YOU SIGN THOROUGHLY. Just checked my account and my personal debit card was billed for services received. To date I have not received a bill from my insurance or from the immediate care directly. When I was in the office Shakira, the receptionist everyone says is so great tried to say that my 20% co-insurance on my explanation of benefits was my $20 copay that she was referring to. I told them in that moment to bill my insurance directly and I would pay that way. DO NOT RECEIVE SERVICES HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. With any other place you get the option to choose how you will pay for services. I did not get this choice and I’m being essentially charged whatever they want to charge to my account. Don’t get me wrong I’m more than willing to foot the bill for the services received but there is a way to go about business, as I work myself directly with insurance each day. I would give this place no stars as result of this encounter.I also went in person to address the concerns after calling numerous of times to reactive a copy of all the documents that were signed. When I arrived I received a copy beneficiary argreement I signed, but never provided a debit card number on. I was told by the receptionist Sha’kera she pulled the information from the system and filled that portion out herself. She admitted to it.My first bill from the office was obtained at that time, as I demanded it. I had to go so far as call the police to see what my next steps were. When I asked about a refund I was told the only option I had was to give another form of payment right then and there and that was the only way they would refund my money. Horrible place.
I walked in same day appointment and they took us right away. I have Cigna and didn’t have to pay anything. The staff was super friendly, and Shakira at the front desk was amazing!! Highly recommend this place.
Im so glade they were open on Jan 1st. I walked in and out in less then 30 minutes. They took care of me like any ER would with a whole lot of smiles and sincerity. I just want to say Thank you to the Staff and the Management.
If Doctors Immediate Care calls you claiming you have an outstanding balance, DO NOT PAY IT WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH YOUR INSURANCE. They will take your insurance’s payment and try to collect from you again, and bill you for amounts not agreed upon with your insurance company. IF YOU OVERPAY, it is extremely difficult to recover that money, so verify the charges with your insurance company before you give them a cent.
Our family loves this place. It cost $135 without insurance, including tests, doctors visits and medications!! Cannot beat that. It was quiet, clean and staff were kind. This place is the best place I have ever been to for treatment and have made them my primary doctors.
I have a bad chest cold and could not get any appointments anywhere. It was 7:00pm when I drove pass this place and not only was I desperate, but when I called and learned they accept my insurance I was estatic cause I cannot breathe!!Not only was the staff friendly, even though I was a new patient, the processing was very quick, took only a few minutes.The doctor came in to see me and right away she said I have bronchitis. She pulled out nebulizer and I got some short relief. I came out with the prescriptions needed.Im so happy that they took me in and gave me the support I needed.
Doctors Immediate Care is the best place to go! They always find time to see you, and they take you right after you come. The young lady on the front desk, Shakira is very kind and friendly. Also Dr. Jossy is very is very patient and always takes her time when with the client, she is very knowledgeble and always gives very professional advices. Overall the service is excellent!
I came to this practice in September of 2016. I submitted my insurance at the time and also told them i had been involved in a motor vehicle accident. I was under the impression that my bills would be submitted to my health insurance. I called recently to speak with the billing manager and request that she re-submit my bills with the insurance company. She came off as rude and belligerent. She refused to hear me out and stated she would no longer deal with me or review my bills. I was billed an amount of $2000 plus for three visits, two of which were follow up visits. I believe the billing manager is just money hungry and refuses to re-submit the claim through my insurance because she realizes that the amount would subsequently be reduced. Either way I would stay away from this practice if i were you unless you want a billing nightmare.
My experience at this place is great!The doctors and employees are friendly and nice. They are very professional and polite. The girls in the front desk interact with my kids so my kids’s time there was great .I plan on going here as long as I can.Aida Dzafic
I visited this place many times before and when I went last week they had changed so much. They had new doctors and nurses that are much better. They have definitely changed into a better clinic. The waiting time was much faster and it was better because they have made the facility much cleaner and I was not displeased by anything.
I was alittle skeptical at first, however I decided to give this immediate care a chance. It was close to home, but the facility was not exactly an eye catcher. Im happy i gave them a shot. The staff is very informative and polite, and most importantly they have amazing bedside manor. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Its not your typical immediate care, they dont rush you or try to treat you and get you out as soon as possible. I even switched my primary care doctor to Dr. Amit Agarwal (he is one of the doctors available at this location). Ive never met a doctor who actually cared enough to treat me and show the level of care he does. If your looking for a doctor, I highly recommend HIM and this LOCATION!!!Some of his qualities that stand out are.........-Very intelligent, and approachable.-He is compassionate and caring.-Treats his patients like human beings and not symptoms.-Most importantly he is very Trustworthy and Loyal. He is one of the very few doctors ive ever met that is dedicated to maintain and uphold his Hippocratic Oath.
My 2 and a half year old daughter broke her foot! But First, let me congratulate you on what appears to be a very successful Urgent Care, with a totally different atmosphere and energy that reflects at the moment you walk in. Neither of us have insurance so expenses tend to be a true problem especially dealing with medical expenses. I will never want to go to another doctor after!

***MUST AVOID*** Have been waiting on a refund for my $110 office visit I paid for, for over 2 weeks. I was told once my insurance paid the bill, I would be reimbursed. When I had confronted the office manager about my refund, I was promised it would be posted into my account in 3-4 business day. Today, after the 4th business day, no refund in sight. I went in and was assured the refund was issued the Monday prior and to call my bank. My bank told me that not only is there no refund pending, but that it is also very unusual to have a credit pending for this amount of time. I was then advised to report the charge as fraud, and to report the practice. I went in for a visit on 12/1/16 and read the reviews after a shady visit with the medical staff and immediately felt taken advantage of and violated. Today, 7 weeks later, I am still out the $110 I paid, while these people earned money from me and $686 from my insurance for a simple strep test....
This is my 2nd time taking my 4 year old to this office. Dr. Raksana Nazneen and all the staff are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.They were able to assistance us in a good timely matter. They were able to provide my daughter with the medical attention she needed. Im very pleased with their service.
Great place. Was seen immediately and there was no up sell. Everyone was extremely kind and upfront about the cost. Cost to see a doctor $75.00. Cost for antibiotic $15.00. Done and done. I was in and out within a half hour. Amelia the receptionist is a sweetheart.

I came here because I though I had something stuck in my throat. Right away, the doctor said that if it were true she would not be able to help me. I still decided to get it checked out because I was not sure whether it was that or just an infection. Check in was quick, and all of the people were very friendly and understanding. Additionally, I was charged only $30 for the visit which is less than I usually pay when I visit my family doctor. If I were have a problem, I will defiitely come here again.
This is the first review Ive ever felt the need to write. This facility is borderline malpractice.I had a broken finger and the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic but then sent me to Lutheran hospital emergency room and told me to ask their doctor in the emergency room to see if that antibiotic was correct. I have insurance they still charged me $130 for a deductible and did absolutely nothing. She crushed my fingers together with an ace bandage and then sent me on my way.
Shakira and My wonderful practitioner Johnny made me feel like family. Got in. My problem QUICKLY diagnosed and got out. Yea... this is the place to go to for any medical needs. You feel at home, you get seen quick, problem solved. Thank you!!
Worst experience ever. I was here awhile back for a serious need, and instead of sending me straight to the ER as they should have, they made me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours then took vitals and said we cant help you. please go to the ER. so they could get their money. After speaking with them since they didnt treat me at all, they said theyd refund my payment but havent. Ive been trying for over a year to get my money back, and every time I call, they have a different story.
We got to see Dr.Bakhtair as walk in and the whole staff was very helpful. The best part about the clinic is that you dont have to travel to a separate lab for blood work.Great team of drs and office staff Shakeel and Rabia. Thank you for all that you do.
Their billing is definitely shady like the person previously mentioned. I went in for a Annual physical which ended up being 3 different visits and 3 different co pay. I had to argue with them consistently for them to waive my 3rd time co pay because I made with my insurance company that I should not have to pay any co pay if its an annual physical.

This place is a SCAM. The Google reviews that are not one star must be fake. 2 years ago, I was charged $300 for a testing procedure and then told I needed to pay another $100 to see the results. I knew I got ripped off, but after I left the place I thought Id never have to deal with them again. I was WRONG. 2 years later, a woman calls me to say I still owe $100 for what my insurance didnt cover. What my insurance didnt cover...? I got a simple test that I already wasted $400 on. So God help me save yourself and do not step foot in this scamfest.

Dont go there. They wont help you if you suspect a broken bone. They wont do any x-rays and will send you to ER. So its not worth to lose time and pay extra copayment by going there.I went with my son who had a fructured bone in an elbow. On their website they advertise they treat broken bones. Dont trust their website. They wont take any x-rays. They have nobody to read any x-rays. So most likely they wont help you with other tests.SO BEWARE and STAY AWAY. This facility is very professional. The lady at the front desk is soft spoken, kind and helpful. The nurse and doctors are compassionate. The health professionals that I have been in search of.
They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Waited 40 minutes, Doctor hardly spoke English and she looked at me to diagnose my father. Her shoes weren’t even on her feet and sent him home with antibiotics when he had a blood clot. When I showed a doctor a the hospital we later went to she literally laughed at how silly the diagnosis was. Please do not go- total joke.

Waited for 30 minutes, in the office for 5 minutes and told to just apply neosporin. They charged my insurance for 45 minutes $400 and I need to pay $180. The office was dirty with hair on floor and they are selling z-pack for $20with a sign on the wall. Have never seen a medical office like that before.

Shakira at the front desk has always been nice and helpful. Service here is always fast and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Best immediate care , Especially the front desk girl(shakira)is very presentable and professional and the nurse (Rafia)and Doctors are very helpful.Also there is no waiting,highly recommended I prefer to come this location only.Iam also coming from very far but still I like to come,they are very professional and knowledgeable.
The staff and the doctors are great, they take the time to explain things to you in a way you can understand. The service is a 10 out of 10

2017-04-20I came here because I wasnt feeling well at all. Everyone took great care of me. The receptionist there made me feel welcome and important. The other staffers in the front were beyond excellent. The doctor was very helpful and took care of all my needs. The nurse who drew my blood also was great! I recommend this place to people who havent had a good experience with a doctor and want all their needs met.

2020-08-23Insurance was charged fully.The lab they send blood to never got what they needed from office.Then my Insurance never got anything from doctor saying why I needed tests they said I needed.So my Insurance did not cover it.I now have a huge bill.When I went to talk to front desk girl about this she would not chat with me and said she would get back to me.Never did.Im very disappointed.I also voiced concern when they told me I had a 100 dollar co-pay for a visit when I never had before.The front desk girl assured me she would get it back to me.That was again not true.They will be nice to you.But watch out with your bill.If they say its covered it might not be.Wont return.

2019-05-21I was very pleased and satisfied with their service. Great patient care and good cooperation. The whole team was very nice. I recommend this clinic to all looking for affordable health care.I needed a translator for my visit and it turned out to be double the benefit.The do have bilingual people.I come from Morton Grove and despite the distance, I was pleased with the service plus when they didnt charge me anything.The medical assistant and the doctor were very thorough and assisted me with any questions and concerns I had regarding my health.They helped me with my knee problem and provided me with every thing I needed. The whole team with Shakira and Tanim makes sure to provide the best easy way to be seen with any insurance and that helps. I will come back with me and my family here.

2017-01-21Love this clinic and staff. Im very picky about my doctor but I really like the doctors her and now out whole family with kids come here for medical needs. The staff is polite and courteous. The medical doctor and nurse take their time and explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. Office is clean, modern and in most cases Im seen in within 10-15 mins. Since this clinic has been under new management and new doctors it is much pleasant for me and my family.

2017-05-12Wonderful experience at this office! The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. I bring my aunt here and they treat her very well and make sure she is taken care of! We always get an appointment right away and never wait long to be seen! I would definitely recommend visiting them for your medical needs.

2017-03-08This is the first time I have been to this facility and it was fantastic! From Shakera in the front assisting to Alex (I believe that was her name) the nurse who was warm pleasant and shared a few laughs. The Dr was knowledgeable and gave me plenty of options since I was a self pay client. I was seen quickly and was very confident with the work that was done. Will most definitely be coming back here for future appointments.

2018-04-02Very efficient, friendly service! Much more affordable than nearby places, even without insurance. There was a short wait, and even though I paid out-of-pocket, I was able to make an appointment and pick up my prescription the same day! Id recommend this clinic to anyone who needs immediate care.

2017-03-11I dont usually write reviews, but after seeing all the negative comments people were leaving, I feel like I had to chime in. Doctors Immediate Care seemed a little sketchy at first, but the nurse who saw me was really personable and friendly. A separate nurse drew some blood for tests, and it was honestly the best experience Ive ever had with getting blood work done. I needed some results emailed to me, and they did that without problem. Id give 5 stars, but it did feel a bit like the woman doctor who saw me wanted nothing to do with me (the nurse who took my BP did more than the doctor). Oh well; still a pretty good experience to get a work physical and some blood work.

2017-04-17My experience at the clinic was very pleasant. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I felt cared for when I made the visit here. The receptionist, Shakira was very sweet and answered all my questions patiently. The nurse and the doctor were also friendly and I felt like they genuinely cared about me. After my visit, I also received a general check-in call where they ensured I was doing better. Undoubtedly, they are very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, after a month of my visit, I received a huge bill in regards to my deductible. There was a lot of confusion and the manager, Mohammed Viqar, got a good handle on it and took care of the matter efficiently. He made sure I understood why I had the bill and explained to me how deductible works and also made sure I was happy with the service I received. Overall, even though there were slight issues, the clinic ensured it was taken care of. I have happily added them as my Primary Care. :)
