Horrible place! There are mosquitoes all over the fruit and vegetables section, I saw a fly on the bread they make in their bakery, the cashier, a guy called Bernardo was unable to help me and didnt even took the time to listen to me...also, the place looks dirty and unsanitary; in my opinion, public health should check that out and put some presure on the owner. Do not buy groceries in this store if you dont want to end up with a house full of mosquitoes, or getting your family sick.
They treat you in a bad way in manager. I didnt just have a problem with something I bought. And they told me that the owner did not want to replace it with a bad feeling if he eats with our money for us. There in the tell us the client does not apply first. I better go to the market party. I wait and see my comment the boss or whatever his name is. And the owner of the tell us. For me he already lost a client. I change to the market party

2022-07-21Fantastic and very convenient grocery store. Store looks to be under new management as many new items are appearing! You can get a lot of Mexican specialty food here. There is also a small mexican restaurant inside with great tasting items. I will be back for sure!

2021-07-08If I could rate this store a zero I would. The dude at the counter was extremely disrespectful i have no idea how he even works there. My mother went to the store to send money to her dad and she had forgotten the name of the person who is going to pick it up for my grandpa so she looks through her phone to spell the name and the dude tells her she should have the information already and she shouldnt be making him wait. Ive worked at retail stores how is this behavior allowed to happen especially to a regular customer. Where is management who should be keeping an eye out for bad performance. I am never returning to this store and I could care less if anyone disagrees with me.

2017-12-25Its Christmas Eve and I am missing a few items I need to complete my very large family/friend Christmas Eve meal. I start to panic and think, where can I go to get in and get out very fast? Dinos!! I get there, the parking lot is nice, a bit crowded but nothing crazy like Tonys or Jewel. Get in the store, found everything I needed and bought some extra stuff for the just in case. The food was good, fresh, store was clean and the prices were not at all bad. I plan on returning to shop there again. One thing, not sure my cashier spoke English, but she understood what I said and nodded. I noticed other shops in the strip mall that I will have to check out at another time.

2017-08-17Never any problems. Fair prices on good mexican produce meats and cheeses. They have a little restaurant inside that has $1 taco. The pork tacos arent my favorite but the carne tacos are extremely good! They also have a mini liquor store inside. The guys in the meat department are the best!

2019-03-03Gave it one star because Google doesnt allow zero stars. Every time I have been to this store the employees have the worst attitude, they never remove old on sale tags, and leave expired products off the shelves for weeks after the good by date. I recommend you drive the extra mile down to Tonys where the service is always amazing .

2017-12-29Dinos has been a good friend to our community for the whole time that I have lived here (30+ years) I dont do much in the way of reviews but I thought that Dinos deserved it. They just donated over 3 pallets of food to help the Hanover Park Lions and one of our local food pantries. This made Christmas much better for so many people. God Bless them. You hardly ever hear good things anymore and Dinos just quietly does these things. Show your support and go shop there. My two favorites are the kitchen (burritos and tamales are my favorites) and the meat counter is excellent.

2012-10-07Small store, good for picking up that last minute or forgotten item for dinner. Some of the canned goods may be out of date, I always double check. They have liquor department, bakery, and also an eatery in the back. The tamales are very tasty, and the horchata is good as well as hot in the winter. :)They have a good price on fresh chicken and the charcoal steaks at times so I always make sure to read the advertisement if you get it in the mail.Speaking Spanish is a plus here, but you can usually find someone who understands what you are looking for.

2019-11-19Prices may look good .. but when I buy 2 lbs of carne asada and about half is fat and nerves that can’t be eaten ... then it’s not much value... I rather go to Tony’s down the road and pay $0.50 difference and get better quality. And for other Mexican food fiesta market is better then this place

2018-06-02I only come here when I forget something from my favorite grocery stores.-meat department STINKS!-fruit department is empty and the few things they have are very very old.-prices are high compared to better stores ..!-employees at the register (man and females) act like they’re too much for you . Seriously ? Chill !!!No wonder the store is always empty

2019-11-29Dinos has been around the neighborhood for decades, and its an example that small grocery stores can persist in the suburbs even amidst a bunch of large corporations eating each other up. Theres a small restaurant in the back of the store that serves tamales, tacos, and horchata at good prices. In the front, there is a language barrier for some cashiers, but thats not why I gave four stars.Being a grocery store in it to make money, sales on dry goods come few and far in-between. Most things are sold at full price. Some of the frozen goods (e.g: ice cream) are kept too cold for far too long and get freezer-burned.Nonetheless, it provides services far before others did, such as electronic bill payment, and Western Union/MoneyGram remittances.Dinos closes slightly earlier than other grocery stores in the area, but its a trade off with opening early. A good store if you need to grab some stuff regardless of the cost.
