The Doctor and her assistant wewe very nice great patient care. when I completed my visit and went to schedule my second half of my deep cleaning the receptionist told me I couldnt get a appointment until September, so Im supposed to walk around with one half of my mouth deep cleaned 3 months, thats insane, I will find another Dentist office
Ive been going here for at least 5 yes. They have friendly staff and are always helpful in tending to my needs. They made me the greatest set of dentures also. So natural 😁
I had a very wonderful appointment. I was in and out very fast. Dental Dreams was on time and to the point. The doctor was excellent and the staff was very polite. Great job!!!!!!!!

Dental Dreams couldnt get me in as soon as I wanted. They let me know, offer to find and book me at another location within days. Found closest location with several dentist that could help me. Thanks Blue Island Dental Dreams.
I am very dissatisfied with the cleaning, they didn’t even floss my teeth!After waiting for 1 hr, even though I had an appointment.They just polished my teeth.

I had a terrible experience trying to get new dentures after 8 months and 3 impressions in my mouth, finished teeth being sent back five times because they didn’t fit, to large fir me I decided to call it quits, the last fitting being very painful, the new manager said I could start over with a new doctor that she could not Guarantee when I could get in to see the new doctor because the doctor was very busy so at this point I no longer feel comfortable or confident that they can get the job done so now I have to find a new dentist and start all over after eight months of wasted time we dental dreams cause I’m still dreaming for my tea
Extremely long wait times. After waiting 2hrs to be seen. And I made the appointment 2months prior, I had to leave. Next appointment 1 month away. Not sure if they are short handed or what not but its always long wait times and I always make a appointment ahead of times.
I will not refer anyone to this place. They over book and can’t get everybody in on time. My appointment was for a tooth extraction Which was set for 10am, I arrived by 9:40am and there were so many people I had to stand for an hour because they didn’t have any chairs! I didn’t get called until 11am (there were people also ahead of me who were there for their appointment and didn’t get called until the same time as me) just to be told that the doctor was still working on someone else. I then ask how long will this take I am told my appointment would be 30 minutes to an hour, the doctor yanked my tooth to the point it broke which caused me to be there for 2 hours. They then wanted to do an x ray to see where the rest of the tooth was and when the x ray comes back they’re both behind me saying I don’t know I don’t know because there was no tooth on the x ray! I was numbed 3 times and I still felt more pain than pressure. They let me leave without giving me pain medicine and they didn’t put any gauze in my mouth afterwards so my mouth is just bleeding in the car all she could say was that she was frustrated and blamed it on the tooth when she didn’t yank the other tooth because that one came out just fine. I didn’t even receive an apology for anything. I am very upset with this company and I will not return.
The tech that did my exam did her best to keep me comfortable even tho I was enflamed and in a lot of pain. I also like how the destiny asked me about my preferences for what I wanted done instead of just shoving her opinion on me. Very courteous staff in the back
Just wanna let everyone know that they are unprofessional an neeed to keep up with they client. I had a appointment at 1 pm an they did not worked on my teeth 🦷 they took 6 hours an had me sitting like if they were busy I don’t recommend ya to come to this dentist. Unless ya really wanna wait 6hr an not get nothing done like me. I’m soo mad they wasted my time to not even get my teeth clean or fill.
I love the Dentist here she is the only one here which is why they are always back upShe does very good work I love her but I don’t like the fact that my appointments are booked but I still have to wait hours to be seenI also asked to get my fillings done for the entire left side and she wouldn’t do it because she was pressed for timeThey need more dentist in the office to help and things would be much better
I am assuming that they provide good service, however, I was called by the office to confirm my nephews appt. When he arrived he was told he didnt have one....which left me baffled since the office called me to confirm it. When I called to find out what happen it couldnt be explained.....🤥😒
The whole office was polite and efficient and the dentist was extra superb she was very skilled at what I needed she did a great job on my chipped tooth

They knew how old my son was which was 2 , the front desk said the dentists will not see him unless he was 4!?? He was going to get white fill-ins and they said they couldn’t do it so it was a waste of time going up there
Waiting on patients in a timely fashion is not what this place does friendly I would say they don’t even talk to you and ask for your I’d cards back they asked for my insurance card twice and kept it the last time I’ve been calling to get it back no one answers. So my rating is a 0
Ive been to many dentistries and They were very nice but Dental dream Is like family And friendly they are very helpful the doctors are very compassionate and very skilled and I just made them my permanent dental place

This place is hella unprofessional. Ive been on hold for 15 minutes and when I called back they dont even answer it the phone they put you on hold immediately. This was a good place when the first open but now they are horrible
They wasted my time twice my first appointment was canceled because the dentist called off so then i called Rescheduled and asked would they be able to do the work i asked She told me yes and she had spoke with the doctor i came In as scheduled on time but of course they office was packed and there weren’t even any chairs i then Waited a hour thirty minutes just to be told the dentist wouldn’t do the work because she wanted to do an examine i had Done less then a month ago and said the next appointment was the beginning of February. I’m completely disgusted at the fact I’ve asked twice would they do it i had My information sent from the Chicago heights location to them before the appointment was even scheduled and they still managed to waste my time and let me down, never again will i return just very unprofessional.
I like the service at dental dream in blue island the staff and doctors are very polite and professional.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter had an awesome and pain free experience at Dental Dreams. I only had one thing I didn’t like and that’s how the exams rooms are open and it’s not really any privacy for your exam. Other than that, the visit itself went very well.
The worst service. The waiting time is too long. We had a 3:30 appointment and we were still waiting to be called at 5pm. No one could give us a estimated time. We left and will not be back.
I received a text indicating that my appointment was at 830am. I get there with my son and the doors were locked. They didn’t open until 900. I inquired and the young man told me that their corporate office sends out the alerts. I sat in my car to wait for 9am and a patient went in and was served before us.Also. I had to inquire about insurance coverage reimbursement. I was told that no one checked to see if I would get my $200+ back after three weeks. Furthermore We have to wait until October to get fillings done!!
I set there for 4 hours waiting to see the dentist my mouth was in such pain I went to the front desk and asked if they could schedule me for another day that week I had to go take something for the pain in my mouth They then gave me an appointment for the next morning at 9 Am i was there at 8: 25 it was seen by the doctor by 8:45 to only be told that I had to go somewhere else to have my tooth extracted Because she had other patients oh my God
I do not recommend anyone to go there, they put me a crown on my front tooth and after 3 years it broke, it supposed to last 20 years, I went back and they said they can’t do anything about it that I have to pay again 4000 to get it fix, so you don’t want to end up without a tooth don’t go there! 👎🏼

Dr.Kapoor and her dream team were amazing. My dental worries were snatched away so quickly I cried from relief. My thought of pain was worse than what I experienced. Dr.Kapoor knew how to calm me she kept asking me how I was doing Im good I told her to my amazement. I had six bottom teeth removed and 6 shots to numb me. If you want a seamless painless procedure. Dental Dreams is the place to be.

This was my first time at this location, and it was a really good experience. There was a wait for COVID cleaning, so it was extremely clean. Everyone I experienced were nice, helpful, and had the right answers. The Dr. did a fantastic job on my teeth! But the price was better than that! I’ll recommend to anyone. And I’m a real person 😂
My first time going was a pleasure, along with my 2nd visit. I waited no longer than 45 minutes the first time (this was earlier in the day) and 20 minutes the 2nd time (later on in the day). Everyone is such a pleasure at the front office. My assistant was friendly and the Dentist did the best work on my teeth than others Ive went to. 5 star service all around
There can be a long wait sometimes, but that is to be expected with the amount of patients they have. The staff has always been friendly to me. The dentist and the dentist assistants are always very very friendly. Especially my recent visit on January 11, 2020, the dentist I had was amazing. She was from Colorado and she was very friendly and kept a good conversation, her assistant was just as friendly as her and funny, she always makes me feel comfortable ( being at the dentist is always uncomfortable ). I would definitely recommend it.
I have been taking my children for years. They call me to schedule appointments every 6 months. I have 5 children and they see them all at the same time. The wait can be a little long but kids were usually playing in the play area. No complaints. Great for children. Adults might want a more personal experience.
Me and my daughters appointment was at 4:00pm for a cleaning for the both of us,and yes we were on time, we were the last to be seen and didnt leave until 7:00pm. The cleaning was good, but the waiting time to be seen was ridiculous

Even though I had to wait I understood that they were busy. I was glad to get waited on because I called the morning of. Dr Kapoor was great she answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. I had two teeth pulled and the next day I’m not in pain. I needed a good dentist and I believe I found one. The staff was great also. The only thing about the staff they didn’t introduce themselves therefore I don’t know their name to give them a good report.
I like to read other reviews before leaving a review. And honestly, I’m shocked. My teeth was a piece of work and I didn’t run into any of the problems the bad reviews are saying. Then again I’m a pretty patient person. I give all doctor appointments leeway because you never know what the patient before you problem is but here I never waited more than 30 minutes and I had 5 set appointments over a 2 month period. I am satisfied with my care.
Dental Dreams is the best! Dr. Kapoor worked wonders with my damaged teeth. The office is very conscious of cleanliness and comfort of their patients and the staff is wonderful. The dental assistant Samantha was very comforting and caring about me. And the front desk was very very helpful also especially Alondra and Erica.
They used to be a very good place to go, but not anymore. They have lazy front office staff who make their patients go outside to fill out forms, even though they were fully mitigated. You also cannot go inside in the waiting area to sit. You are treated like a second class citizen at this facility. (I guess they must be under new management). The front office customer service needs to improve if they plan on remaining a successful business...

The staff was very pleasant and nice. Hygienist was gentle with grays and very considerate of the fact that I was in pain. The dentist who is now MY DENIST was awesome. I totally recommend this dental office. Clean facility and Covid prepped. Thank you for all for your care and service. ❤
Everything went well i was called to see doctor at my appointment time. The doctor came in room after a couple of minutes. The doctor made minor adjustments to my partial. I tried it on and that ficed the problem.
My experience was okay when I was there the only problem I have was my bottom right tooth was Chip.

I think they over book. You make an appointment for a certain time and they dont get to you until an hour or more later. You go for a procedure and they cant do it cause they are rushing or are not equipped. Then they tell you we have to reschedule you for another day. Thats just working the system. They are good for kids but not for adults.
My experience with Dental Dreams was excellent. Everyone was polite and courteous. They explained each and every procedure. They were very patient. Especially the doctor when I explained to him that I was afraid of needles he told me that they would put something on my gums so I wouldn’t feel when I was given the shot. And I didn’t feel when I was injected. I would recommend Dental Dreams to all my friends and family.
I had an appointment and waited 2 hours to be seen! I gave 2 stars only because my kids enjoyed the indoor playground, but the service needs improvement. And the ladies at the desk didnt explain or say anything regarding the wait until I approached them about it. Once we were seen by the dentist she was nice but the front end service needs work!
The actual dental team was great. Unfortunately the front office staff was rude and unprofessional. 1) they never called me for my appointment because I signed in under my name not my child. 2) the first person said my insurance was canceled although it wasn’t. Thankfully one of her counterparts looked into it but not before 3) I was charged before any services were rendered. Get some new front office staff and this place would be 5 stars!
Didnt like having to wait almost two hours before seeing the dentist.Only had to wait one hour this time however the staff is still very unprofessional uncaring not very polite. The staff seemed to be more concerned about taking lunch orders rather than taking care good care of their patients. This place could use a good professional makeover stressing professionalism and courtesy, office decorum.
Honestly this place really has displeased me. Whether you have an appointment or not they take an EXTREMELY long time to see you. If i have an appointment at a certain time I should be seen at that time. Once you go in a room the dentist takes forever to even come see you. So it’s this endless waiting game. Also, when the dentist is working on your teeth he will do one service and then go see another patient and come back to you. This is not professional at all if you’re with a patient you shouldn’t be going back and forth with others. Please don’t even come here. They’re unprofessional. There’s other better places.
My experience was horrible I had to wait over an hour for my son not even to be seen and to only be told the room is being cleaned. I’m sure there is more than room. To have other families get seen before time that arrived after my appointment time is unacceptable. I understand it’s a business and there will be a wait sometimes. But waiting over 90 minutes and being told a room is being cleaned for a routine child’s cleaning and nobody else had to wait but me is not right
Very rude, condescending, staff. When answering the phones they sound mad that you called. Im sorry for making you do your job lady. Never going to bring my kid here ever again. The doctor was nice but if your in any type of medical field you know the front desk and and assistant of any kind run the office.
The wait time was long. My for myself and my son appointment was at 12:00. My son and I didnt get in until 1. My four stars are for the staff everyone was nice including the dentist.

I am a former employee of this Dental Dreams location. Worst work experience I ever had. The owners are full of money hungry, insincere people. All they care about is the money that comes out of the service they provide. My former colleagues and I were constantly threatened our jobs. I was so nervous to get fired because at the time this job was my only source of income and i have bills to pay. You could be doing everything right and efficiently the way it’s supposed to be done and still get threatened. They would tell us that we are replaceable and that if we don’t want to be there we simply don’t need to be. They would force us to overbook because $$ and that causes the long wait times. I’ve had patients waiting to be seen for 3 hours. The reason that was was because the dentist and dental assistants moved way too slow. the dentist think they run the place and all the patients run on their time. And there was nothing we could do as representatives at the front desk. The bosses also threatened us that we’d be fired if we didn’t at least book 35 appointments in a day. it doesn’t sound like much but we lost a lot of patients because of the extreme wait time and because we would basically harass them by calling them to set up appointments. I can’t tell you how many times i was cursed out on the phone by patients when i would call to try and schedule their appointments. We also would receive monthly bonuses if we would meet our unrealistic $$ goal. (the goal was 300,000 at one point -.-). my last month working there was August. We made the goal so we were going to get bonuses. I put my two weeks in until the end of august and they decided that since i quit, they weren’t going to give me my bonus. Are you kidding? i worked hard that whole month of August and I helped in meeting the goal. I called HR and she was useless too. honestly i think the HR is related to the owners because she had no compassion or sympathy. Imagine putting in all this hard work for extra money just to not get it at the end. Management sucks. It’s unorganized. Never again.
If it wasn’t for Dr Maroof (spelling ?) I wouldn’t care about this place. It takes FOREVER to be seen, as they have horrendous scheduling practices. It also may be because many of the Dentists call off, but not Dr. Maroof. He’s patient and always calm. Sweet as pie and knowledgeable. I only will wait because of him.
The Dentist and assistant were nice, but front office is a joke. Theyre double booking and wait time is ridiculous! Ordered a product and it took a month, after being told 2 weeks. Ive requested a copy of my records in order to go somewhere else. Lets see how long THAT takes.
NOT A DREAM EXPERIENCE AT ALL! My appointment was at 11:30, I arrived at 11:21 and as Im signing in I notice two other patients signed in for the same time which makes me think they overbook. I sit and wait for my name to be called... literally 1 hour later at 12:30 Im finally called. The assistant takes my Xrays and the doctor comes in, she starts the procedure for the cleaning and they rub a numbing gel to clean my teeth. The doctor tells me itll be two minutes to let the effect of the numbing to kick in and shell come back. So my chair is tilted back and they hand over a suction device and walk out. Im pretty sure they went to lunch and came back like 30 minutes later, by that time the effect of the numbing gel came and went, my mouth was completely awake to feel the procedure and my blood is all rushed to my head from the position I was left in still holding this suction device. They come in and start the cleaning which is absolutely painful because now my mouth is NOT numbed. As they continue the doctor seems to be in such a rush shes missing parts of cleaning my teeth and shes not being gentle at all just seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there and rush even if it was hurtful because she was so rushed. At some points the assistant would walk away and the doctor was suctioning/cleaning and keeping up all by herself but she didnt seem to care. There is water being sprayed in my mouth which is dripping out of my mouth and into my shirt and I was soaked! I walked out of there at 2:00pm. An appointment that shouldve been close to 45 minutes or so turned into 2 and a half hours of torture!
Whatever you do, do not schedule an online appointment. You will not be able to put your insurance information in and no one at the dentist office will call you to check what insurance you have. I suggest going to another place if you can.
Not sure what goes into training for the front desk staff but it appears they have no clue how to schedule appointments. Came in today for a 3pm appointment and the entire lobby was full, and they began calling large groups of kids back. Im still sitting and waiting to even be called back. Time to find a new dentist for my daughter.
Wasted my time and gas. Always overpacked and overbooked for no reason. Too money hungry and can’t run the business effectively because of it. Will be finding a new dentist. Do not go here.
I had a 12:30 appointment didn’t see the dentist until 1:30 they book to many clients!!
The front desk people were nice, but my actual exam was rushed & they didn’t properly care for the issues I had with my teeth. She told me my teeth were perfect, but I wasn’t settled. I got a second opinion which revealed that I had multiple issues that she failed to address before rushing me out of the door.
I was having very bad tooth pain. I thought it was one tooth and the dentist did an x-ray and revealed it was my wisdom tooth causing the drama. He was gentle, patient and efficient. He was also very nice.
Love, love, love this dental office and my kids do too!! Staff is always friendly and professional. The wait is never too long and the kids play space helps. I always refer friends/family to this office for their dental needs.

This is my first time visiting Dental Dream Blue Island and my experience was wonderful, the staff from the Receptionists to the the Doctors treated you just like Family. The place was clean, atmosphere was great, and for those of you with children, it was kid friendly. I would recommend it, top of my list.
This place welcomes walk in so with terrible toothache I go. It was so loud in the playland that my tooth ache wS worse. Waited about 2 hoursDr wouldnt pull tooth needed clearance from my dr. I was devastated.Staff was nice courteous and compassionate nurse even hugged me when she saw how much pain I was in.
Ppl should not go here. very rude staff unprofessional ladies at the front desk. i went here for the first time and got my tooth fixed by a dentist named cury here at this office. Later my tooth started to hurt.. went to a different dentist and they told me the dentist did not do the work properly and now i need a root canul. I will be going to speak to a manager or their human resource to get this fixed the dentist should of done the work right. Horrible experience my appoinment was at 11:30 i waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Back staff jst walked by my room and very loud cussing. Do not recomend at all. way too packed.

I had to bring it to their attention that I was a new patient and asked shouldn’t I have new patient paperwork to fill out? 5:30 came and still I was not seen. Worst dental office ever. I will not go back to this establishment nor will I recommend.

Knowing that my son was a new patient I took his insurance card days in prior to his appointment. We still had to wait over an hour to be seen while the staff verified my insurance. My son had to get two sets of xrays because he got stuck with a new hygienist. Which means TWO times the radiation for a 6 year old. To make matters worse I have asked them several times to stop calling me beacuse I will not be returning for the free radiation and they STILL call. I really want to keep my business local but I can see now how unorganized and unprofessional they are which lead to a patients death. CAN ANYONE GUESS WHO GOT PUT ON THE BLOCK LIST?
Was the worst experience EVER. If I was allowed to give no stars I would. My daughter had a 10am appointment. When we arrived they had more than 20 people including children waiting. With only 3 doctors there which means they overbooked time slots.at 11:10am I finally got up to ask how long will it be and the young lady went to check and they said 15mins.. at 11:30 I heard them at the front desk mention my daughter name and said she already left(as if she was seen by the dentist) I replied no we are still here waiting. At 11:46am they finally called us to go back and at that time my daughter kept complaining she was hungry again and the type of procedure she had to get done I didn’t want her to wait any longer so I decided to leave and NOT make another appointment because I’d rather take my child somewhere else going forward.

Dr. Khan is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She is the only one I will see in the office. She is gentle, patient and really takes the time to explain things and map out the best treatment options. In the last few months I have had two really bad teeth, and because I dont have the best insurance I have had to make multiple visits. There are times the wait is long. If I have the time to wait I do, or I reschedule if I dont. Out of all th times Ive been here, I am almost always in the back by the latest 15 min after my scheduled appt time. The receptionist are always friendly. I also have made same day appts when needed. Thank you!!
They wouldnt take out the teeth that were giving me a lot of pain knowing that they needed to be taken out! Gave me ibuprofen for pain relief and said I had to go to a oral surgeon to get the rest of my top teeth out. The other dentist I saw took my bottom teeth out no problem! I think they need better dentists in my opinion. Waist of time.
I love my dentist there, however some of the front desk staff needs customer service training ASAP. Their attitudes are terrible. Its already bad enough that you have a scheduled appointment and you are not seen for 2 hours or more.
I was very nervous about going in because of prior experience with another dentist. My doctor (Female) she was really caring and gentle with me and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time she was in my mouth. As long as she works there I’m there
4:00 apt arrived @3:45 wasnt seen until 5:30. Theyre scheduling to many patients at a the same time.
Place is horrible. I was told to bring my son half hour before his 4:00 pm appointment for X-rays because after 4:00 they do not pull teeth, so I arrived half hour early, just to wait until 4:40pm to be called. Only after I noticed people just walking in an hour after me getting called before and asking why I was not seen yet did the girl cat the front desk call us. No apologies or explanation. Finally at 5:25 the dentist started to clean and examine my son. I wanted to leave but I had already invested to much time at that point. Overall terrible wish I could give -10 stars
My child has severe anxiety disorder and even though the staff were very kind they sent her anxiety through the roof. They were barking orders at her to keep her mouth open and she was visibly shaking and in tears. They really should have some training on how to deal with people with anxiety disorder.
Worst experience ive had, i called to make an appt with an oral surgeon since this place is on my ins list of covered oral surgeons, explained to the woman i needed a wisdom tooth pulled and nedded an appt with an oral surgeonmade an appt for 1030, got a call to confirm my appt at 1230 day before, explained it was the wrong time and was told there was nothing thy can doshow up to appt fill out all the paperwork and once again explain what i need done. wait 45 mins past appt time to meet a dentist that explains they dont have oral surgeons on staffcomplete waste of my entire afternoon, the women making appts are obviously completly cluless, entire staff could care lessabsolutly terrible
Im very pleased with dental dreams. The dentist and his assistant were just awesome. I would have to recommend anyone that needs an infected tooth pulled to try dental dreams first. Oh cannot forget the girls that take yr information very very pleasant !!!

I love dental dreams in blue island they are very patient and very considerate with their patients i recommend them highly i went in for distraction and feelings and phase one of parcels received a cleaning and return date to do my feelings i did a walk in and was seen 1 hr later thank you dental dreams for helping me to pick up from where i left off two years ago now i can finally finish this task and have the smile back that i miss dearly

My appointment was at 1030 and I’ve been waiting I’ve an hour. Very unprofessional. Nobody let me know that the doctor was running late. So that means I’d have to keep sitting and waiting lol ridiculous
Went to Dental Dreams to have teeth pulled to get dentures. Had 3 more teeth pulled yesterday, and just like the 4 teeth that were pulled in December, everything went smoothly! Two more visits to pull the rest and then, finally, Ill get measured for dentures! Yay!Okay, saw the dentist at Dental Dreams last Monday to start pulling my lower teeth. I had only nine left to go! Ive had the same dentist each time, which I totally appreciate because, well, we have a repoire! LOL This time the shots given were excruciating, particularly the two in the front. Those two had me writhing in the chair!! He talked me through it all, reminding me to breath through my nose when that was the last thing on my mind!I have four teeth left, which will get pulled tomorrow afternoon. Ill be getting the same excruciating shots, six in all. Im not looking forward to those, but I trust my dentist will again be helping me to stay calm and breathe properly until the worst of it is over. To be continued....
Total waste of time... appointment was at 4:30, they called me at 5:15 and told me they were unable to verify my insurance because apparently they couldn’t reach them. I proceeded to ask her why was she just verifying my insurance and we been sitting there for 45 minutes. She sat there with a stupid look in her face. I told her we will not be returning she said that was fine... dummy if you don’t have patients, you won’t have a job!!!! Never again
They never honor appointment times. They schedule 20 people at the same time. The dentists and hygienists are horrible. Customer service sucks. When theyre working on your mouth they pull your face about by your lips instead of asking the patient to turn his or her head. Been there about 5 times and theyre not getting better. I go to another dentist if I can help it now.
Did like the DR. Because she didnt even do a x-ray or anything and I was only there for the clearance and I was there last year in April and she was saying something about my gums she didnt even really look so she wouldnt even give me clearance to anything so I dont even feel that shes a good doctorso I really feel that it was a waste of my time coming because number one she should have did an x-ray and if she hadnt looked at my chart by me being a regular patient there she would have seen she just was so eager to send me somewhere else
First time at this office and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Very nice dentist and her assistant were helpful and understanding to my daughter needs. Hopefully will stay that way.
I wish I didnt have to put a star. If i could I would put -10 stars. This is the worst place I have ever taken my child. We showed up 30 minutes before our apt. and we had to wait 3 hours before they told us that the dentist called off. We re scheduled and the same thing happened. This office is bassed on a first come first serve and the staff is all over the place and dont seem to know how to do their job. Worst place and again if I could i would give a negative rating.

Dental dream in Blue Island is a excellent dental office to go to for your dental service the front desk is polite theyre very personable they make sure all of your needs are being mad. The doctors are very intelligent very knowledgeable about what you need and how to go about getting it done I am very glad that I am a part of Dental Dreams and will continue to go to Dental Dreams and refer them to family and friends
Ive worked here for 8 months, working hard for nothing. This place is unorganized, unprofessional and the owners do not care about anyone. Not even the patients. I received no recognition for being the only person to clean the ONLY bathroom for patients due to the kindness of my heart but of course they didnt give a crap. Not just because of how the employees are treated, I would not recommend in general . The Front desk ladies work their butts off for this place. They are hard working intelligent women who gets mentally mistreated by Management. The wait IS TREMENDOUSLY LONG and cleanings should not take 5 min for each Patient. This place needs more love and sincerity for all humans.
Went in for a regular clean. Turns out I needed a filling...then came back for an extraction ....then the previous tooth needed a root canal ...those teeth were shaved too small that the crown broke along with the teeth..went back again all they did was put GLUE back on...if I knew and did research I wouldnt have gone to them.. Those doctors are only there for malpractice get experience and leave.. I wouldve sued them for ruining the teeth of a 16yr old..not to mentioned it cost my mother $3000 and ruined my front teeth...now to afford dental implants
I Went for a Cleaning for my son and I and it was like an assembly line! The Dentist was in a Rush! Soon as he came in my room I heard him tell one of the staff hell be done on 5 minutes. I thought maybe he meant with my cleaning he meant With both me and my Son. You can tell they were ready to get off. I got there right at 5:30 sat in the waiting room for maybe 10 min before we were called they rushed through my X-ray and our cleaning, My son and I Both were leaving the office before 6pm. I still had food on my back teeth from earlier that day when I left my appointment and when I asked the Dentist was he in a rush he just said we didnt have any build up thats why it wasnt taking him so long. We have been to several Dentist especially since my son had braces at one point in his life. This is BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE!
Horrible place!! I have been going here for 5 years and i come out mad every time!! Went in for a 6 month check up only and i guess they cleaned my teeth wich literally took 5 mins then i got the bill in the mail for 300 for a service i did not ask for!! The dentists are always rushing and have ugly attitudes!! The front desk has young people working and are unorganized and half of them dont know what they are doing i got a call for my 6 month check up left work early only for them to say it wasnt due yet and that i have to wait another month so why did they call me and schedualed me an appointment?! Finally decided to leave!! my new dentist is in oak lawn 20 times better why did i wait 5 years??? Never again good luck to the people still there!!!
I went in for X-ray and cleaning and they came up with this and that but they didn’t even do any other work besides cleaning and I ended up paying $800, they get you in by saying free X-ray don’t fall for that people
Very nice place.very professional. Very decent people.However. They are past due of getting new chairs in the lobby for us the patient. Furthermore. Its free parking and if you have kids they have real nice play area for the kids.
I was a walk- in and was happy to see that they were using all safety precautions to make sure customers feel safe. I only waited for 45min which I was happy with since was a walk in. Everyone was friendly. Great service!!
I had an appointment for 1:30pm didnt get into a room untill 3pm and still had to wait another 20mins to have a Dr come in. The managers Erika & patty were just walking around the office laughing. Only 1 person was registering patients when theres 5 other girls just on the computer making appointments. Ya need quicker service. Whats the point of an appointment if Ill be seen an hour later

(ZERO)They just give you an appt., even if they are booked just to build there clientele. The waiting time is the horrible. The loud music is unrealistic for a dentist office. The workers have No enthusiastic about there title! A Dr. had me waiting in patient chair for an hour without even seeing her face! Was she at home? I left!!!!
This place deserves 0 stars. Worst dental office Ive ever been too. Almost an hour and still havent seen a dentist. They overbook themselves and are not respectful of peoples times. Also the place smells. The carpet looks like it desperately needs to be cleaned. How am I supposed to trust these people to clean my teeth when theyre office is dirty?
The dentist and the dentist assistant was great and very tentative and kid friendly, but the receptionist (ghetto African American) lady really offended me. They have a play area in the facility, and the kids were playing (as kids do at a playground) and another client walks in and says “damn it loud in here” and she laugh and says ikr, people need to handle their kids. And keep their kids with them. And it’s offensive when you have kids coming to this establishment for service!

I waited for 45 minutes in my car until finally rescheduling. Im looking at the time and apparently the person was so inept that they scheduled me at a time on a day where the building is not even open yet. Tried calling to confirm and as expected, no one was there to take a phone call.
I will like to say thank you to Dr. Brandon for helping me when i was in so much pain for like a week and it was so hard for me to eat its so sad that i had to come there for 3 days because my blood pressure was very high but on that 3rd day my blood pressure was looking much better and i was so happy to get my tooth pull by you and i will like to say thank you Dr. Brandon you the best to be so young lol have a good one and stay blessed.👋.
I do not like dental dreams there rude I had bad jaw pain the dentist didnt even looked in my mouth not even a x-ray and said there was nothing she can do except giving me 6 tables of Tylenol I went to another dentist office and they were so much better than dental dreams and help me out with my pain
I went for an evaluation I ended up in the hospital with a reaction to the injections. Never again will I go there. My blood preasure shot up it wasnt a good experience at all and they still charged my insurance and I received a bill for the ambulance

Went here for the only purpose of getting my teeth cleaned. After they charged me $105, they tell me that theyre unable to do my teeth cleaning because I have other preventive care they need to do. My only thing is that if you knew that there would be something that would prevent me from getting my teeth cleaned, you should have been up front about it. You know exactly what I came in for. They wouldnt even clean them at all, and it was my wedding day. Horrible customer-service service. And mind you Im paying cash, and have no insurance. They tell me it would all cost a total of around $3,000 really.

I went in to get 1 tooth pulled and because my dentist was an angel, Dr. Marouf ended up pulling all 3 of my bad teeth. I had the blues for the last couple of months and when I got up out that dentist chair, Dr. Marouf had answered my prayers. Because if him and his patience and his big heart, he made my xmas and now I can enjoy my holiday and my family without constantly being sick from ibuprofen or the meds that dull your toothache, but we all know its not gonna last long. This doctor saved my holiday and Im so grateful to him because he didnt have to pull all 3, but just the one I had an app. for. Thank you so much DR. MAROUF for making this the best holiday ever!! PAIN FREE!!!!!!!!I DONT even have pain now, just a little stiffness. However he did this, he knew what he was doing cause I havent had to take a pain reliever yet and this is day 2 for me!Thank God for Dr. Marouf!!!This is the place to go for the dentist, you wont be sorry!!!!!

I have been going here for about a year and a half nd the service is great I had to get teeth pulled, filled, cleaned and they did different things at each appointment (cleaning, etc) the wait is long sometimes but they do make sure that you have everything done that is supposed to be done. They also accept walk ins. They also call you in advance to remind u of ur next appointment or ur annual check up. They get the job done!!!
I had the best experience here Ive been coming here for years but this was hands-down the best Jessica did my x-rays and she was awesome it was the first time I didnt get sick during X-rays and the doctor was extremely helpful and always is a pleasure shes a doctor for is always a pleasure the women at the front desk was great I did not wait long sometimes it can be long but I probably waited about 10 minutes at most the whole thing took an hour or a little less than an hour it was incredible
Let me start by saying they call your phone 5-6 times a day trying to get you to make an appointment which is extremely annoying for those of us who actually work a job 😏. Once you book an appointment you get there and there is NO where to sit because they are extremely crowded. Crowded due to being over booked. I had a 5:00 appointment and Im sitting here waiting with people who had an appointment time of 3:45 this is INSANE! ALL thumbs down for the way the system is being ran. As much as I love Dr. Champion we will NOT be back! Its almost six oclock on a school night. I have three children and they are all tired and hungry 😡! Oh and I forgot to mention this was an emergency appointment for my 11 year old who is in pain......smh #PoorPlanning

The dentist said i still had a cavity where they did my feeling i called to speak to a manager and a lady said she was not there called again and put on hold the next day .. My 13yr old daughter chipped her tooth so i took her to her Dentist that she have been going to for 6yrs at dental dreams.The dentist cleaned her tooth,said her nerves were exposed and told me i needed to find a child dentist and just sent us home.No pain pill or anything.i had to call around to find a child dentist all the way up north.So i called dental dreams back and asked why are there no child dentist up there but yall have a WHOLE indoor playground?they said we do have children dentist. I bring my child back and the Medical ASSistants behind the desk were rude and could not understand why i was back.I said you all told me that i needed to find a child dentist but there are some on staff here.She said maybe he didnt want to work with her.WHAT? she NEVER saw this dentist before in our life and if that was the case why not let my 13yr old get see by another dentist other than sending her home with an exposed nerve?HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I recently went to dental dreams blue Island location for my six month cleaning. though it had been seven months since my last cleaning. Dr. SKOUMAl only polished my teeth. Once I questioned Dr. SKOUMAL “are you only going to polish my teeth”, he stated my teeth did not need cleaning. Dr SKOUMAL did no probing of my teach. Dr. SKOUMAL stated he would not charge me if I was in disagreement, I stated OK I left the office.I called Dental Dreams blue Island location to talk with their office manager Patty Garcia on three separate occasions and she refused to speak with me on all attempts to talk with her.I eventually talked with the receptionist Alondra to inquire as if a claim was processed to my insurance company. Alondra told me no claim was processed and that there were no notes on my chart for the visit.I suggest Patty Garcia and Dr. SKOUMAL are in collusion with each other to cover up incompetent dental work.Stay far away from dental dreams blue Island location.

They are fabulous. They pulled my teeth and started the process of my dentures. My husband just received his dentures and they fit just right.
They prescribed the medication that I needed for an infected tooth and referred me to a Surgical Dentist to get the infected tooth extracted loved the service great dental team!

Got some dentures here and 2016 was eaten yesterday and they cracked call them today and they had nerve to say I have to pay for them cuz it has to be five year before you can get new dentures well they should have lasted 5 years and they should have paid for them I have recommended this place but from this point on I cannot

I never seen the dentist, I wait over an hour, this office is really unprofessional. The receptionist let a family member go right in the back, and other people were waiting over an hour to be seen.
I had an 11 oclock appointment & even showed up 15 minutes prior. It took an hour for them to call me to the back & I waited in the back 2 hours before I got up and left. No one had ever came in the back room to assist me. Also the dental assistant was very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had a appointment today at 4:30 after months only too get a assistant that didn’t know how too do x-rays after all this she exposed me too radiation by not putting the X-ray vest on with one of the X-rays .... then the dentist was on the phone very rude come too find out this was the dentist last day !!!! I waited two hours before I got seen. But other then that the doctors made me feel comfortable I took me a long time to get numb but they were patient with me.

Upon intial visit,....I knew I would be all day...but because I was new.... paperwork had to be done.....The receptionist who checked me in was EXTREMELY NICE....very grateful for her unfortunately didnt get her name.....Now this place is SO UNORGANIZED its SCARY....Im already in pain and to listen to the this Music which was not office music but some kind of Spanish HipHop.....I was used as a Guinea Pig for what it seemed like a new Dental Assistant out of school.....It took almost Two hours just to get X-rays.....Then I was a Guinea Pig once again for a doctor whom had only been there Two Days.... Noticed other Doctor left (lunch who knows) ....Did I mention I was in PAIN with all of this DISORGANIZATION going on..... Again best experience was the Receptionist.... Overall this place is TERRIBLE....I would not recommend it to ANYONE....NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY..... Since I started I will have them do my Extraction (Pray for me) But in the future go to Bright Smiles like I should have in the first place....By the way still in PAIN as I text this....The Amoxicillin given was suppose to help that with ANY OTC pain medication (Yeah Right) No prescription for pain given.....THIS PLACE IS AWLFUL.....
This place is a meat factory. They cram in about 50 patients for a 10:00 appointment and they have you waiting up to an hour or more when you arrive on time. They take full advantage of the medicaid system their service is sub par. If you dont want to be treated like cattle then look elsewhere for dental service.
Dental Dreams should have a negative 7, though you cant indicate a negative star. Im only giving them a 1 for it will not let me post unless I pick something.This place should be called Dental Nightmares not Dental Dreams! They make up their prices as they see fit. For example if they think they can get more money out of a person they willcharge them more. If they cant get more money out of you, they will tell you your product will be ready one date and then string you along and make you wait longer for your product unless you paid them more money!This is not a reliable organization!Run not walk to any other dental facility!

I was not pleased with my service today at Dental Dreams because my appointment was at 12:30 I set out in the lobby over 30 minutes then they took me back in the back it was over another 30 minutes that I sit back there I had to go get the manager twice because the doctor that was supposed to see me did not come back there and say anything to me so the manager had to go back there and get her and she came and numb me and told me that she was going to give me 10 to 15 minutes to numb and she never came back I proceeded to go back to the manager again and she went and got her and then she came back there and did the work on my mouth she never once said I apologize for your inconvenience of having you work wait so long she just started working on my mouth she didnt say anything unprofessional unprofessional the manager was so great and the staff at the front desk were excellent and I give them 5 stars

I called the office 20 minutes before my appointment to make sure I had the correct information and the female told me I didn’t have a appointment there I had to go home and get information and went back and had someone else sign me in, not good made me late for my appointment she needs to be trained again staff was polite

Very very professional i never been to a Dentist an got there as a walk in at 9:30am an was done at 11:30 am COVID friendly or you can just sit in the car .

They were very nice and had a clean establishment. They also had a spot for my child to play in. Walk ins acceptedPrices kind of high, but costumer service makes up for it.

2022-02-18EVERY time I go there, I have to wait at least 45 minutes before I’m seen. I’ve even been the first patient of the day and I still waited 30 minutes because the doctor wasn’t in yet. They have no regard for their client’s time or schedule. It’s truly deplorable that at my last visit I talked to the office manager and his reply was basically “it is what it is.” There was no apology or any promise that anything other than what I’d experienced could be expected. That being said, only make an appointment if you have time on your hands to just sit around for 2-3 hours before being seen!

2022-04-14Cleaning was superb. However, a person answering the phones needs to be trained Im customer service. His name was Robert and I found him to be quite curt. After being on hold for several minutes, when he answered, he hung up on me. I called back right away and he answered. I asked him why he disconnected the call and he said because he couldnt take the seat belt indicator tone. I was getting in the car and hadnt yet had the chance to connect my belt. Robert has issues with customer relations. If he is perturbed by background noises, that makes me wonder about his capacity to answer phones. When i arrived and was called to the back, Robert told me to make sure I complete the paperwork completely. I felt compelled to ask the dental assistant if he was special, as I didnt want to offend someone with a mental disability. But, the response was, not that Im aware of.Outside of those experiences with ROBERT, everyone was professional, the establishment was clean and the service was swift.

2022-07-21My experience at Dental Dreams was excellent. Robert does a magnificent job and so professional. Robert goes above and beyond. You need to duplicate Robert him. Dental Dreams on western only have one dentist available at this time due to the shortages of doctors. Please be patient with them they are very good. I agree that the reps need more training but Robert gets the job done with a smile.

2022-03-23I am a new patient that arrived at my schedule appointment 1 PM March 22 in fact I arrive 15 minutes early I was not seen until a little past 3 PM which was totally unacceptable you should inform patients there might be a two hour or more wait. My doctor Whole waited on me was excellent friendly professional the only thing about this is I won’t be able to get a filling done until April 27 more than a month away

2022-03-05If I could give zero stars I would. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE don’t send your children here. They lie about services and lie about things that transpired in the dentist chair. They don’t care about your child’s well-being. Please save your self a headache, a trip to another dentist office to fix on the work that was messed up at dental dreams. Not to mention a trip to the hospital. They don’t use safety protocol and lie to cover their tracks when they cause medical emergencies. If you care about your child’s wellbeing you will pass on Dental Dreams in blue island!!!!

2022-03-21Visiting dental dreams since the pandemic has been a disaster. The employees are unprofessional and dont care about their jobs. The employees constantly play in the facility while using unexceptable language. Entirely too many young people. They ignore the customers. The place is dirty. The dental seats are ripped up with cotton exposed. They constantly reschedule your appointment do to they are short of staff. I will not go back.

2022-04-30This has been the worst dentist appointment Ive ever been to. The kids appointments were at 11am the dentist wasnt able to get to them until 1:45pm because she was the ONLY DENTIST WORKING. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Also on last Saturday I dropped off the school forms to be fill out, I wrote on top of them, I would be picking them up on today. The 2 girls at the desk KNEW NOTHING OF THIS. THEY STARTED TO LOOK AROUND, THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND THEM. THIS WHOLE DAY HERE IS TOO TOO MUCH

2022-07-15Receptionist & Staff, were very kind & courteous. Doctor (Kapoor), was very thorough & professional, during examination, while explaining what procedures needed to be performed in order to correct problem. I’d most definitely recommend Dental Dreams to fellow friends & family!

2022-05-31Public awareness! The Blue Island Dental Dream has practice racial discrimination to myself on Saturday,May 21,2022. Their professionalism was lacking on this date during my visit. I have made calls to the corporate and calls to the manager of Dental Dreams only to discredited for my complaint, my suggestion to all Patriots of this facility find another place to spend their money. Also 2weeks ago during my visit you couldnt help but to notice the uncleanliness of this facility and the outdated equipment. So I say be very leery about making an appointment with this place I will continue to contact corporate with my complaint.👎👎👎👎👎👀

2022-04-07The worst dental office to be in business. They’ve rescheduled my appointment one day prior to me confirming every month for the past 4 months. When you do FINALLY get an appointment they let you know after waiting for 45mins that there’s a 2-3 hour delay. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! When you express your concern to the workers they get nasty and hang up on you. Avoid by all costs.
