Jeshua did my car detailing and shampoo on the inside. He really cleaned it super well, and went beyond. I no longer see any stains from the previous owner and the car is finally clean and beautiful. He also cleaned my car after the car wash and I saw no drops on water. Ask for Jeshua if you are getting any details :)
The most terrible expierence I’ve ever had. I took my Audi to get detailed back in January. They said it’d take one hour and they took 4 hours and incorrectly charged my card for car washes when I never even authorized it in the first place. I’ve been being charged for reoccurring car wash membership when I never signed up for it to begin with. They didn’t put a sticker or anything on my car because they know I didn’t agree to it. My car was still filthy after waiting all that time and had to ask them to reclean it & put it back in several times before the manager himself had to come out and properly clean it. Would rate 0 stars if I could 1 is being nice. On top of that the rock chip they “fixed” also looks like a donkeys rear

Last time I brought my car and was super happy, so my mom forced me to bring her Van and got my it cleaned by Jeshua again and she was super happy, the car doesn’t have any drink stains or soapy stains from when he got tints done on her car. If you guys come to Delta Sonic and get your car fully detailed. Make sure to ask for Jeshua. He gets the work done complete. :)
Unfortunately I dont think delta Sonic knows what they advertise for 36.99 interior cleaningUpon receiving our car we looked at the door panels and under the seats. No way did a vacuum or steam cleaner touch these surfaces. Unfortunately the kid that was in charge of the car said they dont wipe down the doors, that you have to add on An extra 44$ service. Sad...there description of the service includes door panels etcI know good help is hard to find but this totally unacceptable. Who in their right mind would pay big bucks for there deluxe pkgs if they cant even vacuum and wipe down a car correctly. we ended revacuming ourselves. I will say the windows were clean!!!!
This is not a Super Kiss! In America everything is possible even to charge people $20 for a car wash that should not cost more than $3. The biggest problem is that people are OK to pay for this poor wash. So basically as long as quality is accepted by customer Delta Sonic is not doing anything wrong.
I would never wash my car anywhere else always a great experience. Just want to give recognition to Stone who always follows up and wants feedback, Nick D who cleaned my car asked me to check and touched up every area to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied. Also the shop supervisor James who seems to always be there making sure everything is running smooth. Really great team thanks for keeping my car clean.
Had an exterior detail service. Steam cleaned hinges, waxed exterior. All services come with an interior wipe down, vacuum. Fair job on the steam clean of the door jams, still some dirt present. Interior looked smudged after they wiped it down, looked dirtier than when it went in. Not really worth the $179 price tag.
Great Car Wash! I bring my Yellow Mustang Convertible here almost every Saturday for a hand wash and they always do an amazing job. Im always pleased with their team going above and beyond to make sure my car looks good. This past weekend they stepped it up even further. After I got my car back, I noticed a $10 bill in the cup holder. Whoever cleaned the inside could have easily taken the $10 and I would have never known (I didnt even know where in my car it came from). Instead they showed their integrity by leaving it in my car.Great car wash to go to!
Well, Ive had several issues since Ive been an unlimited customer. I bought custom wheels for my prior vehicle in April 2017. After running my car through their wash in the 1st week I had the wheels, I noticed gouge marks on the spokes of the driver side front wheel. I knew it had to have happened there b/c I felt the car move a lot when entering the wash. The manager Anthony did a claim. Corporate determined that since their rollers are nylon on the outside of the track that there was no way the wheels were damaged there. The Anthony walked me through the wash and showed me why, which was nice. Given the fact that isnt doesnt take much more than simple Google search to find out there are either people with the same wheel damage problem and the same denial by Delta Sonic, I still have my suspicions that the wheel was damaged happened there. They werent wide custom wheels either, only 8 inches wide with standard 38mm offset. I have since sold that vehicle and the wheels as well.10/01/17I now have a new car with 2 week custom wheels (bought in October of 2017). I have been taking my car to the Naperville location since getting them on and havent notice an issue with these wheels until I used the Downers Grove location. Thats where I ran into trouble. I specifically told them that I havent been to this location since getting my new custom wheels put on my car and I needed to be guided and straight onto the tracks. They guided me on I put it in neutral and thats where the problems began. Once the track started moving, I immediately heard a grinding noise and felt a grinding on the floorboard all the way through the car wash. I get it outside to I dry it myself and upon further inspection I observed the entire backside of the driver side front wheel had been ground down well into the metal. The manager Ariel was notified and did the paperwork for the claim. Manager Ariel did admit that the inside metal piping of the track had ground down the finish down to the metal on the inside of the rim of the wheel. I have to know, with all the people that come in there with nice cars and custom wheels, I dont understand why theyre still using an old track style versus the newer conveyor. I also dont know how they sustain business with all the wheel claim they likely get. They agrees to replace from the. Delta Sonic agreed to replace the driver side wheels with two brand new wheels.10/7/17 *New Damage*Since they are being replaced anyways, their claims adjuster rep Shaun informed me that they are in the process of upgrading the inner rail system to a nylon or plastic to prevent damage to the inside of the wheels. That being said, in the meantime he told me just run the car through the wash with already damaged wheels and once they have the fix installed then they will install the new wheels, in case more damage occurs.I ran the car through the Naperville location on the evening of 10/7/17. As as I was guided on I knew something was wrong. My car moved from left to right and it felt like a bump or a jolt. As I moved through the wash I felt some more bumps that werent the ordinary bumps. Once I got it of the wash I inspected the wheels out of curiosity and I found damage to the outside of the drivers side wheels, with the most significant damage to the drivers side front wheel. The manager Mike looked at the wheels and took pictures to attach to the current claim. However he wasnt able to access the video of me entering the wash. I talked with the corporate claims rep Shaun again who said that a based upon the pictures of the damage he was confident that it wheels werent damaged there and if they were the damage would be in a J pattern... which Im not convinced is the case. I dont drive my car through drive thrus with curbs and dont park on the opposite side dog any one ways streets. Where else would damage happen? He said it could have been a rock. A rock would not gouge out the paint of a wheel. Metal... or hitting a nylon roller with force would probably would.Terrible service!
This is a 55 dollar wash at this place.. i had bad washes but this is defenetly the worst experience i had.. 55 dollars cant washh my tires, or wipe my dash console and wood thim. Mats, just look for your self. They have a bunch of people working there that dont know what there doing. I told one of the guys there about my tires if they can wash them and he said it would be extra. I said.. mdfkr. 55 dollar cant wash my tires ???? I said you know what. Get away from my truck. Dont touch it. This place sucks. Really, se for your self..
I’m quite particular about where and how, my cars are serviced. Equally important is the quality of the car washing service that I frequent. Today was my first time to a Delta Sonic Car Wash in Naperville, and I must say that it was a pleasurable experience, beginning with the staff of GM Tony, Detail Supervisor Stone and the supporting staff member Jose O. Both Tony and Stone were very personable and professional regarding the explanation of services available at Delta Sonic . The cashiers were friendly and personable and helpful with guidance, seeing how this was my first experience at the facility. The price points were very reasonable for the service and care that is being provided and the various packages that are available are fair and quite reasonable. Delta Sonic just made another customer today, stop in and give them a try, you’ll be glad that you did!
Waited for 45min in front of the detail gate. One single kid working on a single car, one car out one car in. $37 super interior. Car was about as dirty afterwards as it was before. The kid who presented the car afterwards was surprised someone actually checked the work. I asked for the manager and that manager agreed that the car was not properly clean and told me to get back in line for a do over. When I circled around, I saw the line of waiting vehicles and wasnt able to wait another hour to have them do it again. They basically stole the money. They used to be awesome. Now they are just selling monthly descriptions creating huge lines in the process and filling their pockets without doing proper work.
This Delta Sonic provides a pretty solid experience, though the wash could be better. The vacuums seem to be powerful enough and they are free so no complaints there. After pulling in to the 3 lanes (two of which are express lanes for members with tags) a manager greeted us (I believe his name was DJ) and was overall a pleasure to talk with. We proceeded to start to drive through to enter the car wash, and like usual it is very cramped and hard to get in at times. Also, having the monthly subscription is great, but it’s not as smooth as other places and you still need to apply a sticker. After the wash, we went to the towel dry area, and one of the employees was kind enough to point out some areas that the wash did not cover. He let his superiors know and they let us go through one more time with more success. Overall, a pretty solid experience with a few hiccups, but in terms of customer service this place is great!
I have a unlimited membership for my convertible here. Usually its great, my car comes out nice everytime. But today I was the 2nd person to go through the wash after opening. One of my biggest fears happened, me and a pickup truck got stuck in the drying section of the wash. The dryer was literally beating down on my convertible top for close to 10 minutes while the employees tried to get the door to open, and I have a ragtop. It sounded horrible. The exit door jammed so we couldnt go anywhere. Really hoping no damage occured to my convertible top since its fairly new. Beware if your taking your convertible through here. For future door jamming issues, you guys should have the employees shut off the dryer if possible.
I was a long time member with several different cars. Over the last couple years the cost have gone up and the quality of the car was has gone down. Having at times to go through 2 times in a row. There is now several options with much batter rates with easier access to get in and out of the wash let alone better monthly programs with less hassle.In regards to hassle in the recent 2 months I called corporate to cancel my membership only to find out each month it has not been. After speaking with the tenant today at the booth since nobody seems to pick up a phone I was notified my plan was never canceled as requested. Thus being charged 20+ for the last 2 month. I obtained a receipt today and waiting on corporate to still contact me to refund me.As far as pricing beware if you have a monthly super kiss car was not everyone is being charged the same price. I have several family members and friends who recently got or had a long time membership who do NOT pay the same monthly price as I do for the same service. When I called and asked I got a run around.With all this said dont waste your time, pricing is overpriced compared to several options in the area and better places to get in and out of the parking lot rather.*** owner didnt read the review before replying. You would have read I have called corporate with nobody picking up***
I brought in my primary vehicle for a car wash and decided to take advantage of the interior cleaning. The team did an excellent job so I brought my second vehicle for the same. Chris - manager was personable and professional. Great experience and good value. The other members were very professional and took time to put in the extra touches like tire shine. See you again.

I brought my car in for a full detail. I am a dog trainer so my car always has dogs in it and it was admittedly really bad. Stone (the senior manager), took it upon himself to personally work on my car. He did a great job. He said the odor eliminator didn’t work so he refunded me that part. Honestly, the smell is 1000x better than it was before. The car is shiny and looks great. It way better than I thought it would be. Stone definitely exceeded my expectations. I didn’t think it was possible to get it as clean as he got it.
Ive only been here twice, but both times were great. My dog goes everywhere I do, so her hair tends to blanket the interior of my car. I used the express service both times, not expecting great results, but left shocked at the quality of work and how much hair they were able to remove. I highly recommend for quick interior car cleaning. Staff is also supfriendly. I plan to go back more often!
Great place Great people, very trustworthy!Went over above the call of duty.Eric the manager of the automotive department and the Gen Mgr Anthony on their own came to my home to double check and fix an oil leak problem. The result is that they fixed the situation and made me a happier more grateful customer!!! Ive always had good experiences with delta sonic in the past but I came in two weeks prior to get my interior cleaned and odor eliminator done due to a spill I had at the back of my car. I was told that I can get the regular interior done and just add shampooing to the service so I said sure. I got my interior done, my back (really roughly) shampooed and the odor eliminator (which did nothing but was the most expensive item on my bill). The interior cleaning itself was really badly done too. But sure - I didnt complain. The spill I had was a strong smell - vinegar to be exact so I didnt really blame them for the odor not being gone. But at least I wish I got a decent vacuum (which I didnt) and a decent shampooing (which I didnt). I didnt take it against them, they were busy and were probably rushing.So then I came in today having the back of my car caked in baking soda to eliminate the smell. I was hoping to get it shampooed off. I didnt need any detailing done, just the shampoo. The person who greeted me said sure I can get the shampoo done and I said great. He went in to get it rung up but then his supervisor (Saturday 11AM April 10, 2021) told me that I need the deluxe interior done in order to get the shampoo. 1. I was not inspired by the quality of detailing done last time so I did not want to repeat the experience (which I pointed out to him). 2. I told him that I simply just need that one area done. Then he told me that they simply did not do that. The regular interior and adding shampoo was not even an option. I had to get DELUXE. I would definitely not recommend anyone using this service. And this is coming from a customer who used to use you a lot and cut a lot of slack. I was just thoroughly disappointed.UPDATE: Bumped stars up due to after care, they really do care about your experience and will personally reach out to you to make sure you are okay with the service. Joe took great care of me and talked to me about my experience and made arrangements to amend it.
They really stand on their word!!!. The first time I used this service I was pleased with the exterior wash but not the interior detailing. I pulled out my receipt and noticed the 100% customer satisfaction commitment. I phoned the location and was connected to Stone the manager. He instructed me to bring my vehicle back for a total cleaning service. 30 minutes later mr vehicle was spotless inside and outside. Stone and team were very courteous and professional. With a 100% customer satisfaction promise — you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend Delta Sonic.Judith R
I used to work here about 5 years ago in high school, the place was a standard for awesome service and great cleaning. I just went there today and it was horrible $42 for them to spray my door panels and leave the steam on it. I spent 20 minutes after the interior, cleaning the truck myself. complete an utter waste of time and as I pointed out to the worker who was finishing my car, I was met with a combative response about how I need to buy a vinyl to get further cleaning. If forcing people to buy extra services by not performing the originally paid for service is how you do business I will never come again.
Trevor was absolutely knocked it out of the park! I told him why I was hesitant on certain services and he made sure I was at ease and walked over my whole car explaining exactly what they would be doing with it. He got me to upgrade my standard detail and I am so happy that I did. It felt like he was my cars personal security guard while everyone was working on it. Absolutely killer customer service. Had me walk over the car after to make sure I was satisfied with how it came out. He is an asset to the Delta Sonic Naperville Team!
I went to get my SUV washed and asked for the $12 option since my truck wasn’t very dirty. The girl at the booth said you should get the $17 option which I did not want. I declined and she rolled her eyes at me and said we’ll get whatever you want I guess. I went through the wash and the kid dried my truck and I was on my way. When I got home I noticed my truck was full of swirl marks and dirt as if it wasn’t even washed. If the kid saw it was still dirty why didn’t he say something so I can pull it through again. Also, $12 isn’t so cheap for a car wash…. I wouldn’t expect to have a dirty car after a car wash neither did I expect to be forced to pay over $17 to ensure my car would be washed. After a $12 wash my car should be clean especially if it wasn’t that dirty in the first place.
Kevin Lopez was very helpful, courteous, and accommodating- was mindful of my time as I was on a time crunch and got (half) my car cleaned out (shampooed) in record time. He went above and beyond and gave me a voucher to return to get the second half of my car shampooed. Stone also hooked it up and gave me an excellent rundown of my options for detailing the car on such a tight schedule.
1st time at this place. Paid 20$, had to ask the guy to clean mirrors one more time, because after 1st time they looked worse then before cleaning them.You can see in picture how rims look after wash ( picture was made right after exiting the wash).There are cheaper car washes for the same service.Disappointed
This place is hit or miss with the quality of the car wash. I frequent this location a few times a week, and am delighted when I see familiar faces. But today was one of those days when the service was definitely sub-par. There were 3 ppl prespraying the vehicles. The first guy was very thorough with the one side. Then there was another young man who was more interested in conversing with the young woman opposite him that he barely even put anything on my vehicle. The young woman was obviously enjoying the attention that she was receiving and actually put the wand down to respond to his conversation, resulting in that side of my vehicle not getting sprayed at all. At no point did anyone spray my bumper or hood, which was covered in bugs, and the reason for my visit today.
I got the basic $8 car wash. It was great and got the job done! The employees were super friendly and helpful.However, it was kind of hard to convince the employees to let me get the $8 car wash. They used very high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to buy the $20/month car wash subscription or one of their more expensive washes. They were talking to me for what seemed like forever. I know that they were probably only doing what they were trained to do, but I’m just leaving this review to let the Delta Sonic people know that it was very off putting and honestly made me not want to return. I don’t like feeling like I’m being pressured into buying something.
I was pleasantly surprised by their proactive customer service… Mr . Stone at the detailing proactively recommended to give the car a second shot at interior detailing at no extra cost simply because there were few spots that were not upto the mark. I believe Mr Jake did an awesome job with the detailing especially on a car that has not been to the detail shop for a while. Definitely recommend delta sonic for car wash and detailing
I have been using their service for the last 18-19 years and keep coming to get my vehicles washed, cleaned on both interior and exterior. Their quality is top class, best in Naperville. Dylan explained the options very clearly, Stone, manager and Abraham the technician are the best.... Highly recommend this place if you are looking for best service, quality at affordable price.
Lifelong advocate of the two bucket hand wash, but sometimes life gets in the way, and it’s better to wash your car in an automatic wash than to never wash it at all.I was surprisingly impressed with the “less touch” notion. Compared to other popular car washes in the area that beat and batter your car with stiff brushes and harsh curtain material, I could barely hear that the car was being touched at all. I’m sure there will be some micro scratching after a lot of washes, but that’s easy enough to remedy with a polish every once in a while.Overall satisfied. If I take my other car and don’t scratch the wheels with low profile tires on the rails, I’ll give em the full 5.
Been in line for forever. The lane next to me seems fine, this one lets thru 1 to 5, both “members” lanes.What a joke.RE: What I meant was, out of 2 member lanes, one is moving 5x faster than the other. There is no structure, not let one from this lane, then one from the other. one lane will let 5 cars thru before the other gets one thru. Obviously, had I chose the other lane, I wouldnt have written this review, but I did, so I had the time--since my lane wasnt going anywhere.
For some reason customer service only has me down for being on the unlimited plan with them for 10 years but it’s actually been like 17 years 😊 This Aurora location has excellent customer service outside with their hand driers. If you get lucky to get Jim O, he will open car doors with those he recognizes and dry out the inside door frame. You can tell he goes the extra mile and is friendly. There are other people that are great employees as well but he really sticks out. Thanks DS 😎

So we pull into Delta Sonic to get gas and car wash, and my son pumps diesel gas in our car. Thanks to Eric from the service department for saving the day and helping us to get 17 gallons of diesel fuel out the car. Saved me several 100’s of dollars and I can’t thank Eric enough, for going out of his way and doing something that’s definitely not on the menu of services to help us in a time of need. I will definitely be buying the service team lunch as this was awesome customer service by Eric and his team.

He was very professional and informative and brought me to your auto service area for answers to my questions and a quote to replace brakes md rotors. From the moment I pulled up, a young man by the name of Gabe, met me with a warm and positive attitude which is definitely not the norm these days, They addressed what I wanted done and began to tackle the job immediately, not one but two young men William B. and Chris R. (I believe both may have been managers) worked hard on the car until the job was complete. All three did a great job on my car and were positive, polite and professional, making me want to go out of my way to take my cars there. Maintaining cars for many of us these days is just one more pain in the _ _ _ many of us dont have more time to do, because of these three, I will be trusting way more of that work to this location of Delta Sonic. Brought my car in without an appointment. Even though they were booked they managed to fit me in and do a carpet and seat shampoo and steam cleaning. I had to leave so they were rushed but still did a solid job cleaning though the car had extensive built in stains and grime. Very professional and patient staff from Stone the senior manager down to every last tech or staff I encountered.
I have been an unlimited exterior wash member for many years and plan to join the unlimited interior membership as soon as COVID passes. I can not say enough great things.. I go to both the Naperville and Downers Grove locations on a regular basis..they are the best car wash experiences I have ever found. I recently had to take one of our old vehicles to a diff smaller car wash simply because it was closer and I don’t have an unlimited membership for it because we seldom drive that car..it has been YEARS since I’ve gone anyplace other than DS, and I was shocked at how deplorable the service was as compared to the high standard of excellence I receive at DS...overall DS just provides a solid professional consistent cleaning experience and has well trained employees with great attitudes!
Had a very positive experience with the detailing team. After getting both of my cars detailed beautifully inside and out for a very reasonable price, I noticed two weeks later paint like streaks on the bottom of the passenger door of my black Volvo convertible. Two car washes did not remove the streaks so I took back to the Detail department. Two managers there, Ashton and Danny, took a look at the blemish, determined it was white road marking paint, and then proceeded to removed the streaks with their cleaner AT NO CHARGE. Unbelievable good friendly service. Highly recommend this DELTA SONIC location for your car maintenance needs.
Its unfortunate that I have a physical disability and cannot clean my interior of my car. I paid 35 to steam the interior because I have had bad experiences with how poorly they clean the windows, I figured pay the extra itll be better. Nope not at all not only did they forget to wipe my steering wheel and front console I can see they didnt even clean the back window but you can also on the front window see they missed the bottom and both edges. How come this is acceptable? Every time theres a problem.The problem with letting a manager know Im not satisfied is I have done that almost every time. I shouldnt have to complain every time I go, in order to receive quality service!! Great suggestion there but maybe you should start actually changing the quality of service, instead of making the customer complain.
Normally this place is a well oiled machine, the staff works hard, and the car comes out clean. The last two times have been a nightmare. Today I waited 25 mins with 1... yes 1... car in front of me. We counted 47 car go through the express lane as we sat there just waiting. I understand you can’t control customs questions but something could have been done so people waiting behind the person with a million questions were serviced in a timely manner. Just a million ways it could have been handled better. We drive 30 mins because we like this service so much and today I couldnt have been more frustrated if I tried. Very very very disappointing.

The only issue I have had with this place is rude employees. Not all the employees, but usually the younger ones. They are lacking in customer engagement, common courtesies like Please, may I, thank you, and they dont seem to care. Ive been going to is place for over 10 years and this is honestly my only complaint. I will say that they have some EXCELLENT employees as well, but these newer ones are just bad!
I had such an amazing experience. I was greeted by Stone the Senior Manager he was extremely professional- but most importantly he was NICE- Dylan K worked on my detail and he did an amazing job- from start to finish everything was great! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. waiting area is attached to their convenience store, which is nice if you wanna buy a snack while you wait for your car to be done.their oil changes come with a free midgrade car wash, which is a nice benefit. but what made my day the most was the extra step the maintenance crew took to buff out a dent I had on my cars hood.I my car felt newer thanks to the exceptional service at Delta Sonic.
Not friendly in general and really bad cleaning. 42$ to wash outside and vacuum & clean inside. To wash outside had to go twice through car wash and inside the clean was really bad for the second time. Terrible deal when comparing price quality. Not returning to this place again. 2 visits, too very bad clean experience and not cheap
I gave this place one star after an unsatisfactory (as in terrible) $35 cleaning, but Im changing my review because their customer service guy (Jim) was very nice and concerned that the quality of work was so bad, so I gave them another try. This time the work was much better so I guess any place can have a bad day, and I do appreciate when they try to address that.
On Veterans Day I stopped by this location for a free car wash. Upon approaching the car wash I was concerned that my vehicle would not clear the wheel guide due to my vehicle being lowered. Upon approaching the car wash employee leaned down and looked and said you have room and waved me in. Once I approached the wheel guide I heard a loud scraping sound. I backed up out of line and an employee looked at my car with me present and I did not see any exterior damage. Days later my vehicle was making strange noises so I took it to the dealership. The damage was a coolant lines that were damaged on the lower left side of the car the exact location where the loud scrapping sound was at the car wash. I paid $400 to get it repaired and immediately went back to Delta Sonic to speak with the manager. He advised me that the car wash attendant should of waived me in and they use some sort of tool to determine if a car is to low to proceed through the car wash. They did not use this tool. The manager admitted fault, took pics and filed a claim. All receipts were copied and sent to corporate. Corporate has denied my claim and was extreme rude over the phone. I deserve compensation! I will never go to this place ever again!
From the minute I called to schedule the appointment I was treated well. I received a text telling me exactly what the procedure was when I arrived. It was no surprise when I got the most courteous treatment when I pulled up. Jesse was so kind and friendly and Jacob C made my car look better than when it was new (a year ago). Never have I had service that was as perfect as this. Jacob C went above and beyond the call of duty to make every nook and cranny in my car clean and shine. I will definitely recommend this (and Jacob C) to anyone. This experience gave me hope in this awful pandemic world that we are in now. You have true artists working for you and I hope you treat them as well as they treated me. I am just thrilled by the way my mini looks and so was Bill Jacobs Mini when I stopped there afterwards. Bravo for the best service ever!
I’ve been coming to this location for about 6 years. And over time it’s become less and less up kept. They close the detail shop a lot, which forces people to clean out their own car, wouldn’t be an issue if they kept their vacuums cleaned out. The suction on them suck and half the time the head of the vacuums falls off. I hope the new Oswego location is better than this.
These guys are the worst on costumer service. They removed our floor mats to clean and somehow lost them. How does that even happen. The manager brought out one of them and then decided that he didnt thing it fit even though we clearly stated that it was in fact the passenger mat and we knew it by marks on it. He then took it, walked away and essentially slammed the door in out face. An employee then told us we would have to go file a customer complaint with corporate. He said most likely they accidentally put our mats in another car.
Came today (5/11/21) at 230pm At first I accidentally pulled into the Car Wash membership lane, the first girl (blondeish) that approached my car (unfortunately didnt get a name) was really nice and sweet about it, she said she technically she wasnt supposed to make any sales but she didnt want me to have to wait since I was in the wrong lane, I was really appreciative of that. The other cashier girl (again didnt get a name but darker hair) came back with my receipt and was very blunt and seem to have a bit of an attitude about me being in the wrong lane. She said put this on your windshield. And next time use the right lane. She seemed annoyed to me, but I made a mistake, I tired to apologize but she just walked away.. After that I went through the carwash, Adam the sprayer guy before the actual wash was very friendly, and once I got through I got towel dried off by Trinny who did a great job. Overall good experience other than the one girl that had what seemed like an attitude.
Paid 35.00 to get the inside on my car cleaned and signed up for the 19.99 a month plan for outside cleanings & IM REGRETTING IT! The inside of my car was not clean! The dash board wasnt wiped and the center console wasnt wiped down. These are two common areas, how you miss them?? Horrible experience. I wont waste my money again and I suggest you think twice.Edited to reply to response. This isnt the first time Ive found things you missed. This is just bad service, sorry, it wasnt a mistake. The young people you have working there just dont care enough to do a good job. Ill save the headache by just never returning. & Tell others to beware. Thanks.
Just had a full interior detail done today and I swear my car was more clean than when I bought it 8 years ago. Big shout out to Andre and the rest of the delta sonic staff who cleaned my car. I would never take my cars anywhere else for washing and detailing! Job well done.
DO NOT sign up for the monthly subscription option. Worse than trying to get out of a timeshare contract.You can modify and change services easily. However, it is impossible to cancel. There is only one way to cancel. It is call a specific number. I have literally waited hours on hold - multiple times - never to get to a live person. Finally, had to take action trough my credit card company to block their charges.I have not been there in months.Terrible way to treat customers.Not to mention, the touchless aint so touchless.It scratched up my paint. Took my car to another detail shop and they said Yeah, we see this all the time from Delta Sonic.I am done with Delta Sonic.
I had the hour Express detail, along with the 3 month hand wax. Every worker I came into contact with was very helpful and courteous! My car looked great, but as I was driving I noticed a couple of spots that were streaked, and lint still on my dash. Nothing too big. My car smelled great and the stains were gone!
They took advantage of my son for his oil change. Charged him $75 for an oil change that they said he absolutely needed. He DIDNT! They made him wait for 1.5 hours when there was hardly anyone there. HORRIBLE to take advantage of a teenager. I will not be going there for anything anymore. They have lost my car washes and gas fill ups as well. Terrible.UPDATE: A representative called and said that the owners manual says they HAVE to use synthetic. Any good mechanic would say the benefits are not worth the cost. They gave no alternatives. When I called him on that and said a veteran mechanic should be trusted over their hourly employees who couldnt even service the car in less than 1.5 hours (really????) he got snippy at me. EVERY other service station I have been to gives options. This guy pushed the synthetic on my son, a teenager. BAD practice. I cannot believe they are so bad with customer service. All they had to say was...wow, we were wrong. Money back and they would have had our business going forward. Never try to justify poor service. Funny how many 1 stars you all get. No wonder!
A little while back, I went in for an oil change. First time having to get one on my own too. I was nervous driving up because I had no idea what oil I needed or anything. My nerves were totally put at ease when Alex helped me out. He told me what I needed and why it was the best deal for my money. I was in and out so fast too! Definitely will be going to the Lube Shop every time.
When outstanding is received it must be recognized. In this particular case, Eric in the car service area went above and beyond what was expected. We took our truck to have the front-end lubricated and left with valuable knowledge pertaining to our vehicle. He was was very helpful to us! Thanks Sonic for having informative team members and thank you Eric for the great service!
The reason behind the 1 star review is that my son received and oil change from here and his engine cover was left off which resulted in squirrels chewing on some of his wires and a 200 dollar deductible that had to be paid to repair his car so that it can be driven. The oil techs need to be more careful and pay attention to make sure that when they are done changing the oil, everything is put back in place. This cost could have easily been avoided, not good.
On a gloomy day today, I had to get my car wash since it snowed couple of days ago. The line was incredibly long and I’m glad that I stuck around. When the car was done washing I was in line for a hand dry. There he was, a new kid on the block (I go to this car wash VERY frequently and I notice a new face at Delta). I approached him and he has this BIG smile on his face and greets me so professionally and with so much happiness in his voice. I noticed that he took his time wiping my car dry and ESPECIALLY taking the time drying my side mirrors. Once he was done, I asked him his name; he was a little sat back when I asked him that question. With much respect, he told me his name was Josh, I told him how much I appreciated him, his dedication and attention to detail. I expressed to him that I will make sure that his manager is aware on a phenomenal job that he did on my car. JOSH DOCKEY! Thank you! Your giant smile and respectful and friendly attitude will get you far in life. Delta Sonic, thank you for having a great employee like Josh and I wish you will receive more reviews just like this. We as customers, need to also take time to recognize such good work.
Very terrible experience and rip off car wash. I paid $55.99 for superior interior and a super kiss plus for exterior. The back trunk was never vacuumed and full of dirt. The front and back windshield had water spots on them because the line was long to get the interior done that it dried by then. Interior was the worst. They never touched the dash board and layer of dust stayed untouched. Never going to this place in my life time.
Far surpassed my expectations for the interior detail! I transport many dogs in my car for rescue and it had been a long while since I had cleaned it so you can imagine the dog hair! I know how hard that is to get out which is why I decided to come here instead of doing it myself. I really didn’t expect the level of cleaning that they did. I know the employee (really wish I got his name now) worked really hard on my car and I’m honestly blown away at the level of quality and hard work of this detail.Decided to get the interior membership!Will definitely be back and highly recommend them for a detail!
This car wash truly is outstanding! As I was pulling out the wash, I was directed into a lane where this young lady named Narissa wiped my car she did a very nice job! As well as the other gentleman wiping in the other lanes! Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen.
Yesterday I had my truck detailed for 3-4 hours by one of the best technicians...... Andre. He removed every single berry stain from the hood and top of my truck. I wouldn’t be surprised if he took the rest of the day off. Thanks Delta Sonic. Andre I owe you one, thanks for your patience.
I love coming to delta sonic car wash! The staff always greats me with a smile. In particular Nerissa at the booth is always making sure I am informed in the different options that I have! She is always greeting me with a smile and creates a great customer connection unlike any other car washes. Love the staff keep up the great work!!
Delta Sonic Naperville has been fantastic! My wife and I come here for all our oil change, service needs, detailing and car washes. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and gets us in and out quickly! Eric at the service department was great, highly recommend them for all your car maintenance!
Bought a new car, and thought it would be okay to buy an unlimited membership wash since this place was so close, and could save a little on gas too.Both times Ive been through this wash, my car has come out with new scratches or dings. My car is black, so its very noticeable when there is or isnt a scratch, and Ive noticed new scratches immediately after the car washes from here.
Paid for the $99 Premium service. The service is presented as professional grade level, However its more like a casual cleaning service. For the hour that I paid of cleaning they only had more then one person working on my car for 15 minutes. The motto of the manager was well do the best that we can before he even saw my car.Edit: The manager of the store contacted me after seeing this review and they refunded me my money. He insisted that I must not have gotten the correct service. That may have been true, either way. I had already paid a local to clean my car at that point.
The best car wash experience I ever had. Their services are very precise and you will get exactly all the things mentioned in the package which you bought. I took their $20 service which gives you 3 washes within 2 weeks. Once you take out your car after the wash you can feel the difference.sppt free rinsing and towel drying is awesome.timing is also very good as you can go anyday after the office.i took one of the interior wash packages also and were more than satisfied with the results. Staff is very friendly and cooperative and they will guide you to select what kind of wash you may want or whats needed for the car.complementry car perfume was super awesome which you get with interior washing.loved this place and will go there again.
I have been going here basically weekly for the past 6 years now because the quality of their wash is hard to beat without pulling out a hose and bucket yourself. Now the interiors are a different story. They do an ok job unless you money up and plan on leaving your car there for hours. However, for the price, it’s a good value.
I spend a lot of time traveling and my car is where I spend way too much time. Delta Sonic provides a great service and does a great job by offering me interior and exterior cleaning. I especially want to acknowledge the outstanding service I recently received by Ashton at the Naperville location. Ashtons attention to detail, including going the extra mile by opening my panoramic sun roof and cleaning it, and the super clean windows all the way around, impressed me and I wanted to be sure to express my appreciation!
My kids love the car wash as it has lights inside and the bubbles turn different colors.I would give it 5 stars if the employees who dry your car did not do such a crappy job. Most of my car is still wet as I leave and over the few times I have gone there are streaks all over along with dirt marks still in some crevices of my car.
They are open in Winter at below 32 F temperatures. Only when temp drops below zero, they shut down. It is obvious and I do not think anyone want to wash their car at that temperatures :) Car wash system is well organized here. There are three nicely marked lanes when you approach billing counter. One for people with unlimited car washes and two for those who prefer to pay per wash. They have automated pre soaking system followed by full touchless car wash. There are no spinning brushes. Staff is friendly. I have not used interior cleaning or wax service yet and cannot comment on. I shall update my review once I do.
I called for information on a hand carwash and what would it cost the person on the phone mind you he didnt give his name told me it would be $45.00 I said ok I get to your place and a guy came to my window and asked what could he do for me I replied I needed wash and how much the guy on the phone told me $45.00 he replied no it would be less that it would be $36.00 and some change things just wasnt adding up as far as what was told to me on the phone so I asked what am I getting for $36.00 he started explaining and I said what about outside of the car he said that would be more I then said I came for a hand wash he says oh that would be $45.00 just for the outside at that time I was a little upset and disappointed with the lack of professionalism I was receiving through the whole ordeal so I left. So thats why you received 1 star.
VERY impressed with this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Didnt like the reviews of any of the other car washes in the area. So glad we came here. The detailing section is Hi-Tech and the guys did a great job. They listen to what we wanted and cleaned it beyond expectation.
This week I stopped by the lube shop for an oil change because I thought I was due. However the manager informed me that my car wasnt due for an oil change. So instead of the oil change, I just got a top off where they added wiper fluid and checked my tires. I love the honesty of this location.
Abby at delta sonic in 59 in naperville is one of the people who dry your car off when you come out of the wash. She has always been very good at making sure my truck looks awesome. Whenever I can I go to where she is drying cars to have her take care of mine. Her attention to detail is the best. Cant say enough about how she is always friendly and takes care of my vehicle. Delta sonic should be proud to have her!!!
The service that was done on 8/2/2018 Thursday between 7.30pm and 9pm dont deserve even a single star. One hour Express service was completed in 30 minutes. Windshield was not cleaned, inner doors dust were not cleaned, floor mat was not cleaned/ washed properly. Even dashboard. Disappointing service.I am not writing this review to get a service done for free. This is not the first time this has happened. Wanted Delta Sonic to realize and give a quality service. I may not visit them again, you just lost a customer.
I brought my van in to get the Deluxe interior done and they told me that cause it is a larger vehicle it would cost $3.00 more so I paid $32.00 I said fine and turned the car over to them. It started right they pulled the front mats and out and washed them and vacuumed the whole van. The back seats nothing was removed and the third row also nothing removed and then the car was driven out. This service is $15.00 dollars more then the basic service. So the row 2 and 3 mats received no attention, I watched thru the glass and was amazed to see it quickly go on the conveyor and right out the door. I went and got the manager and told him I didnt sign up for service like this. They talked me into the Deluxe service and said they would do the whole interior of the car. I was so irritated and disappointed with the very poor service I left without a refund. The manager offered, he told me I would have to go with him to do this, They were wasting my time even more, I left then. So for $32.00 the car got vacuumed and they did the front mats. The guy that was doing my car was so lazy and the funny thing is that I stood there and watched and usually when people know you are there and watching they do a better job, Did work like this in this case!! When you need it done right, just do it yourself, I learned a good lesson today.
This place is awful !!!They use dirty rags to clean your Windows, assuming that they clean them in the first place... and thats a big assumption ! The carwash itself hardly works and doesnt do under body even if you pay for it. If / when they damage your car they will be quick to dismiss you and insinuate that you are lying. Even after showing them dash cam video of their car wash damaging your car they will make every excuse possible.I go to many of the delta Sonics, if Im near one I usually go. I rave about the quality and service of every delta sonic I go to... except this one and sadly its the closest one to where I live.
Went this evening to the car was with a car that was about 4 months old. The car had just gone on a long trip. DJ at the back entrance to the exterior was very personable and really took pride in making sure I got the right option on the outside wash.Went to the interior area, got the deluxe interior. The team listened to my concerns and ensured that they would clean the car just right. Demarr was the associate that worked my interior. He clearly cleaned the inside thoroughly and with integrity. (He even found a lost item and pointed it out to me right away when at the end. ). Additionally, when I went to claim the car he said he wasn’t happy that it was all done, had me wait a minute and clearly took pride in making sure the interior was just right. Car clearly looked new again after the interior clean as well. Glad that Demarr took such pride in his work!
Delta Sonic did a very good job of washing my car and was very thorough in its cleaning of my car. After a bout with the soap and brushes of the car wash, my car was looking like it had after I had bought it from the dealership. They also offer membership opportunities which lead to far decreased prices for the car wash, but prices are a bit expensive if you dont choose the unlimited plan.
The reason why I gave one star is because, unsatisfactory service seems to keep happening with this chain. And Im beginning to think its a global response. Ive tried other locations: Melrose park, Lisle IL, and now Naperville. I paid for tire dressing but didnt receive and the young girl who dried my car off did a hurry sloppy job and I tipped her$3.00.Youre kidding me right, you can read?
As long as you have a car that you dont care about, this is a decent car wash. I have an unlimited wash and interior wash plan but recently had it transferred to a new car.....and thats when I noticed problems. The rail system for external washing scrapes rims up pretty bad but I didnt notice it with my other car because I had factory rims. As for the interior cleaning service, they leave the doors wide open as your car moves down the conveyer belt, which isnt a problem as long as dont mind the vacuum hose scraping the paint off your driver side door as your car passes the floor mat wash station.The price for unlimited interior and exterior washes/cleanings is very resonable......as long as you dont have a really nice car.
We have been on the unlimited plan for a good 15yrs and there are 2 employees at the Naperville location that I wasn’t to be recognized for their efforts. Please note that it takes time out of your busy day to write a review and that’s why it’s important to me that Jim O and A Cruz be complicated on making my experiences there a pleasant one. I’m always happy when I get lucky enough to go into Jim O’s drying lane. This employee takes pride in making sure customers are happy such as myself. He goes out of his way to be sure all details are taken care of on my Range Rover. He has even pointed out some things he noticed on the car that I could get taken care of in the detail shop. He always has a smiling face and I thought it was nice that he even asked my name. What a great employee! Also, Arturo Cruz clearly wants customers happy as well. One of my favorite things to top off the car wash with is a eucalyptus Little Tree air freshener. He has made note to get them in stock for me. He also helped with additional detailing to my car. Great, great, great! The brushless Super Kiss wash is the way to go. They hand dry your car and you can return for a second wash in 5 days.Good interior cleaning/detailing services for reasonable rates. If you need to get your car clean in a hurry go to Delta Sonic and theyll do a good job!
This is probably the best Car-Wash in our area. The automatic wash seems to do a very good job of getting the car clean, and is set up in a way that makes it pretty fun. They offer detailing/waxing/interior services as well and their rates are comparable or better than most of the other car washes in the area.
This Car wash is Great! I say Great because of the PEOPLE! I recently went thru with my daughters car and upon returning home I noticed the Front Chevy emblem was missing!I called and they ran thru it and FOUND it ,Undamaged! This was a SATURDAY MORNING, and is usually VERY BUSY, YET Dylan the manager went the extra mile to walk thru it immediately and found it!Thank you Delta Sonic , for employing GREAT PEOPLE!!
Had to go back for a small issue and Stone, an employee there, took care of everything for me. Amazing customer service and I will be suggesting this location of Delta Sonic to friends and family because of the way they handled the situation. Thanks Delta Sonic and thanks Stone. I will be back.
I usually go to the delta sonic at a different location and I came to this one because my usual spot is closed for remodeling. This is the worst car wash I have ever had. The exterior was done without any issue but I paid about 20 dollars for the interior wash and my car came back looking EXACTLY THE SAME! It looks like as if they didn’t clean the inside at all. I pointed out the issue and somebody came to me just casually wipes the dusty spots and told me it’s done. I don’t know why the service can be so different between two locations but I am sure I will not go back to this one. It is not worth 20 bucks at all and I can probably do a better job myself!!!!!!
Is it possible to have zero stars? First I drove around their building to find the entrance to car wash was blocked with cones. I was directed to drive all the way back around and then find my way through another buildings parking lot and cut through into the car wash line. Easy enough, then I was directed to pull into a small structure and stop when the light turns read but DONT BACK UP.... the light never turned red and my car never got a drop of water on it. And to think this non-since is what theyre probably building in Downers Grove :(
Recently went to Delta Sonic for the first time for an oil change and sign up for the unlimited car wash. Extremely friendly and helpful from all three gentlemen who helped me with the oil change, car wash and clerk inside. Oil change was very quick and car wash was excellent. Will definitely be going back!
Brought in a Mercedes Sprinter Van for a Hand Wash & Wax, Its not an easy Job. Alex In the detail shop was Awesome. He worked very hard on the Waxing of the Van and it looked like Showroom when he Finished. The Entire Staff including the Dunkin Donuts Are Very Nice and Professional.
Paid $15 for a Super Kiss wash, and the soap didnt even come on in the tunnel. My car came out looking worse than when it went in. And after having waited 15 minutes, I did not want to wait another 15 just for them to run it again.Why would you pay $15 - $25 for a normal wash here when you can go to Jet Brite and get their ultimate wash for $10? Oh and to have wash tunnel that actually works consistently...
Basic wash *Always* leaves scratches on my car, due to this basic touchless is a must. Lines are always long & extremely unorganized, people always get worked up because of the wait and expect others to know they were there first. Now, if there was a employee directing this would not be a issue. This is the only car wash in the area so no choice on dealing with this car wash🙄.

To be honest after my experience Delta Sonic deserves a ZERO!Delta Sonic will NEVER get another penny of my money! On April 28th I took my vehicle for a car wash and the long washing cloth strips got caught around my driver side mirror and ripped it off. I understand accidents can happen but it’s how the business handles these situations that determines the quality of the business. Clearly when you read my story you will see Delta Sonic only cares about their bottom line and not the customer.When I realized what had happened I asked to speak to a manager and I had to fill out a claim form. I was told it could take 7-10 business days for an approval to fix the mirror. On the day of the accident they found the mirror and brought it to me, so clearly it happened in their car wash. I was told they had to check the videotape to make sure the mirror wasn’t already coming off and the clerk even said he didn’t see damage and that it should be approved which it was but I had to wait the FULL 10 days and I had to call to find it if it was approved. Even though they had my cell phone # and e-mail.I was also informed that they would order a replacement mirror and make sure it matched my vehicle and they would replace it! I’m sorry when have car wash employees beco me certified mechanics? So, I insisted that it be replace be a Jeep dealer with a certified part. I was told I had to get two estimates which I did. When I called back to give the the estimates I was told that would take another 3 days! WHAT? Once, again I had to call to find out which one they approved and to also find out that they approved less than half the cost! Are you kidding me? They didn’t even cover the full cost of the part!I finally got me vehicle fixed today, 25 days after my driver side mirror was ripped off! Talk about not caring about their customers. I found it extremely dangerous to drive without the mirror. Delta Sonic you have lost this customer!UPDATE - You asked me to contact you but did not provide contact information.The claim number is 451759. I also think you missed my point, it wasn’t just the length of time, as yes I was told what to expect. The issue is I HAD to contact Delta Sonic for each and every status, not once did Delta Sonic reach out to me to provide a status update! Including when, I sent in the estimates I was told it would take 3 days to approve , I asked in my e-mail that a rush would be appreciated. I waited the 3 days and when I still hadnt heard back I called back to find out the status. That was when I was told it was approved the day I sent it in. Yes, you rushed the approval but not helpful if you dont let the customer know. On top of not informing me of the approval, Delta Sonic only paid 48% of the cost of the repair! Completely unacceptable for a business that wants to retain customers!
I have two cars on their unlimited plan and its worth every penny. You cant go here expecting a flawless hand wash, because its an automated wash. With that said, if youre not happy, just go back through immediately and tell them that you want another wash (even without the unlimited plan)
I have been on and off Due to the location being a bit far from me . Now that I’m able to go at least once a week I have the membership . Let’s just say it’s definitely worth my money . The workers are always very friendly not to mention The manager STONE definitely goes over and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer!
This place has gone down hill on both detail and the lube shop!!! I drive Lyft/Uber and have all the unlimited packages. They routinely leave glaring patches of dirt on the dash, seats, doors or even muddy footprints on the door jam. Recently I got my interior cleaned on my minivan and when they were done there were still 3 crushed beer cans in the 2nd and 3rd row... and Im really getting the feeling that the lube/maintenance shop is a scam joint. 2 times previously I went in for some service and within 1 hour of leaving another problem resulted. This weekend I went in for an oil change and the guy suggested I get the fuel injection cleaning, so I do. The next day my van starts to misfire and Im told it might be my fuel injectors... My mechanic will tell me tomorrow morning. So, I think Im done with this place.
If you like your paint job on your car, I would suggest you dont use the exterior wax services from this car wash.I took my truck in for a wax job to remove the scratches on the clear coat, when they sold me the wax package they guaranteed me that the scratches would be removed and they guarantee this claim. I got the wax job and all scratches were removed, 2 weeks later (and about 7 washes after the wax job), the same scratches appeared on the truck. I took my car back to have the scratches buffed out again and they tried to say that they were different scratches. The Manager on Duty was George and he tried to convince me that there process for removing scratches was very accurate and they couldnt come back, but apparently the tech that waxed my truck did a quick, creme polish wax and not a 3 step sanding wax which goes down to the clear coat to remove the surface scratches in the paint. I have owned and operated a detail shop for 7 years and never have I seen a half done wax job like what Delta Sonic did to my truck.On a good note the washes are cheap and they have a good tunnel car wash, but like I just stated the detail services are below standard and give amateur results by to say the least.
It is NOT touchless as advertised. Right in the middle of the wash there is a giant towel curtain that passes dirt from car to car. If they ever remove that I will reconsider my review.EDIT: Industry Standard that cant be googled apparently, and no source provided. All I get is touch-less and touch-free are the same thing.
I have never wrote a review for any company or product before, but this place is the worse. Went there with my 2015 Optima that is only a few months old to get it washed and waxed for the winter. The wash was quick but I had to wait over an hour and half to get it waxed. And when they did finally wax it, they scratched off paint on my hood, scratched the plastic on the back side of my driver side mirror, and scratched and dinged up the plastic by the wiper blades. It does not seem like Im the only person that has had an issue with their detailing squad. I filed a complaint with the manager and said it would take over 10 days to get a response on if they are going to even do anything about these scratches. DO NOT take your car to delta sonic to get it cleaned. Unless you want scratches on your car.

He even asked me if there were any spots i would like focused on and walked around the car correcting things i pointed out. Definitely telling all my friends to go to Delta Sonic on 59 and north aurora road!!!!
NEVER AGAIN.I regularly bring my car here for a car wash, so we thought we could bring my fiancees company car here for a detailing and oil change before she left for Florida for an assignment. We wanted to make sure the car would run fine for the long trip. Just a simple oil change and check of the car.Here we are several days later with a car literally hemorrhaging oil causing her car to die in the middle of a Florida highway at night. Now she is going to have to stay extra days on her assignment just to get it fixed for the drive back.Needless to say: We are never returning.I would highly advise going to a REAL mechanic shop instead of this joke.
My Car seems faster every time I leave Delta. I have the fast pass so I never wait out the lines. Delta is up to date clean and reliable. Jose is the tech I use to wax and interior clean my car. Ask for him up front so hes ready to detail your vehicle. I usually eat next door Delta will call when its done.
I have been using this delta sonic for years, as I have been living in the area just as long. This time I went to get a 30 min interior cleaning, which is close to $40, and they took only half the time. This would have been fine if my car came out in the pristine as it usually does condition but it didn’t. Not only this but after asking them to clean the console specifically, my aux cord audio hole for my car, which is also located in the center console, stopped working which was working perfectly fine before letting them clean it (My assumption would be they applied steam over the hole but I don’t like to assume). I am now left with the inconvenience of having a not clean car and an audio option that I once had, not an option. I am majorly disappointed and will not be returning.
I have monthly membership for 5years already. I dont use as much I suppose to. winter time it is useful to took all the salt out with under car wash. but theyre too long line to get in and when I waited for 1hour nothing was coming out from washing machine. there should be someone supervise the wash line so that everyone can get equal service car wash.
They did a great job cleaning my Infiniti G37x. They were thorough and I enjoyed watching them clean my car from the waiting room. This is a convenient place for me to get my car cleaner as it is between my home and my office.I recommend this place for interior and exterior cleaning.
75% of vacuums broken. Once I got one no suction. Waited in line for over 30 mins for basic wash. If I did super kiss no wait in line. If I would of known this I would of paid $21 to get my 30mins back. Never was mentioned if you did the $21 wash you could skip the line.
Just called to quote an oil change, with premium membership, they quoted 89 USD (Regular cost: 100). Would not take the 10 USD coupon because they cant apply two coupons at the same time. So the membership functions as a coupon? Weird. Called Firestone (at Fox Valley), they quoted 81 and will take the 15 dollar coupon advertised, so 66 total. Not sure how being a member works in my favor, since I also had to pay extra for that when I signed up. Long story short: better oil change options out there.UPDATE: Manager called me to explain that the person that took my call, failed to provide me with the correct information based on my history with them. He then presented different options at better price points. I appreciate their effort to correct this and have changed the rating accordingly. Still, it never hurts to shop around.
I get our family car washed, no problem. The ticket says “come back within 24 hours for a second wash”. I come back with the other family car and the employee tells me that it has to be the same car. Assuming the same amount of water and soap is used to wash the same car twice as for 2 cars washed once, why give me the run around? Can someone from corp explain this to me?
Delta Sonic in Naperville is the WORST car wash ever, if I could give it less than one star I would. I took my car here to get the exterior and interior washes and when I got home I realized one of my floor mats in the back was completely gone. I have never taken my floor mats out of my car before (because why would I) and came right back to the place to let them know that I was missing my rear left floor mat. I talked to two different managers who just continued to tell me they did not do it and all I could do was file a claim and that department would decide if they would reimburse me or not. They were very rude and not helpful at all. I filled out the report knowing they would probably decline having lost it and not do anything about it. That is exactly what happened. I got a letter in the mail about a week later saying they reviewed their camera videos and all floor mats were put back in the car after they were removed. WRONG. They also offered me two free interior washes for my inconvenience. Great thanks for washes I will never use because I will not ever go back to this place. I had to buy new floor mats which only come in a set for $70.00. This place is complete garbage and did not offer to replace or pay for the floor mat they stole from my car and never put back. Avoid this place at all costs!They are also insanely overpriced.
Dont ever change the transmission fluid here. I did and than had to change the transmission on my car. When i told them what happened they cover up saying that is not their fault. Cost me $3000 to fix my car. If thats how you call service ... find other place that will provide you a warranty on the work its done on your car.
Love this wash!!! Anyone not taking advantage of the kiss membership is out of their mind, it pays for itself if you only go twice a month. They also have 2 dedicated express (ish) Lanes for sticker holders. My only request would be a live view webcam of the line, because it can get quite busy. That would be an awesome feature.
On Tuesday Oct 1, 2019 I went in for a carpet shampoo. Located in Naperville on Aurora Rd. One of the managers name Stone was so awesome! He made sure that I was happy with my service. He made me feel welcomed with his warm personality. Thanks Stone for being AMAZING!!!
Always disappointed and frustrated with the vacuuming station. Everytime I come here, there is not a single good vacuum that actually work properly. Perhaps, management should hourly make rounds, and check if the vacuums are working.It is like taking a shower, you jump in the shower, but you do not use soap. Same thing with your vehicle, you wash the exterior, but you do not vacuum the inside. Sorry, but your vehicle is filthy. 🤔🙁
My fiance was recommended to come here so he went this morning. Most expensive cleaning ever. He left his wallet in his center console and when everything was done he noticed all his money was missing. Thats $120. Now customers should be able to leave anything in there cars because no employee should touch anything that doesnt belong to them. Manager didnt do anything but have stupid look on his face. Manager didnt even call the police like my fiance told him to. So he had to do it. The owner should do a better job about hiring people. The manager is incompetent and apparently he has thieves for employees. I was just told by 2 other people that the same thing has happened to them in the past and they have never gone back there. I should also mention that my fiance is a disabled veteran. So whoever that employee was didnt respect our veterans and if this is not resolved that also shows that the owner doesnt respect our veterans. Shame on you! Well be sure to let the veterans association know about this disrespect.
A good stop for fuel and car wash. Sometimes they have discount schemes for wash like 3 wash for $10 which are good to grab. The vaccums are good and wash is of good quality, with premium options. The interior car clean and hand wax options are nice to have too.This location now also has a USPS counter for quick tasks!Only gripe is that Delta Sonic is not a tier 1 gas station.
Do not sign up for membership, they LIE and charge you, promising that you can cancel anytime, they will insist for signing up 5~10 minutes, reminding again and again, be very careful, instead of paying $95, I paid $100+$29.99 and got very poor rude customer service! All customer has to be satisfied, that is not how business works!
I work on an ambulance and stop by Delta Sonic on North Aurora every afternoon. An employee named Dennis always greets my partner and I with a warm smile and a welcoming, friendly attitude that always cheers us up. Dennis has a personality that is a beacon of joy during the difficulty of this pandemic and we’re glad to know him.
Today I just witnessed one of the most heroic act from the men that work in delta sonic. There was this car that just went on fire right across the gas station and these guys didnt hesitate towards the burning car carrying fire extinguishers trying to help. As I was watching them running fast crossing the 4 lanes of traffic, ignoring the danger that they might get hit by speeding cars or the burning car might explode anytime I just held my breath. Thankfully none of them got hurt and the police and firefighters where on the scene fast. As these men walking towards my direction I told them theyre crazy and what they did was dangerous. Their response was theyre doing it for humanity. Now thats beyond customer service.

See the pics of my car taken right after the wash.And for heavens sake even if someone visits this place, DONT take the OPTIONAL TOWEL DRY offered after the wash.Id got the super kiss wash last week, which was fine. It comes with a free wash within 5 days, which I regret taking.After the wash I took the optional towel dry offered. And the towel used was so dirty that it left my car dirtier than before the wash. 2022-07-03The quality of wash and service used to be exceptional when this car wash first opened. Its still pretty good but not great anymore. Facilities are looking old. Spaces feel pretty tight. Service is pretty good but not great.📓 A side note: keep in mind that their open hours dont reflect the inside cleaning services. I went to get inside car cleaning at 6:45pm on Saturday and it was already closed. Google maps says they are open till 9pm. Go figure...

2021-08-05Okay I got the $12 car wash. I asked the staff if that includes tire shine, he said yes but you have to add $2 so I did. Then I tipped the guy who did the towel drying $5. My car looks like I didnt get a car wash. My tires arent shiny and theres a lot of streaks because of the towel drying. My winshield was better before I had the car wash now its nasty. Paid $19 for nothing. My bestfriend recommended this place but looks like its a hit or miss. Bad experience and expensive. Its not worth it at all.2 days later I received a call from the manager Dylan asked me to come by to get a car wash, tire shine and all that services for free. They did a good job. Car is spotless now. Guys are very polite. I tried giving tip again but Dylan refused then mentioned they’re happy to make things right and thankful that I let them.

2022-04-12Today was one of my many visits to Delta Sonic and I wanted to take the time out to point out the exceptional customer service I received today. Each time I visit, everyone is always nice and pleasant. The manager stone took the time to make sure the minor details were taken care of and he was very nice and professional. He made sure the wait wasn’t extremely long. And I love seeing all hands on deck when it came to customers being taken care of

2022-03-29Sonic car wash is the go to place when getting your car cleaned inside and out. Nerissa, took care of my vehicle and I was very happy with her service. She is friendly and does her job well. Good interior cleaning/detailing services for reasonable rates. If you need to get your car clean in a hurry go to Delta Sonic and theyll do a good job!

2022-05-19I called ahead to find out if interior detailing was available. Spoke with Stone who was incredibly friendly and professional. He said to ask for him when I arrived. Arseni took care of me at the counter and was very courteous and friendly. Took a couple hours, but Ron did an exceptional job! Very satisfied with the experience and service! Will be back soon!

Done in a few hours, looks great and was very pleased with the outcome. The Delta Sonic team was very professional. Planning to drop off our other car for the same service tomorrow. Thank you!
