Carmen has been doing my lashes for as long as I’ve been going here and I was very disappointed to find out they fired her over a bad review because of one disgruntled customer who clearly doesn’t know what it’s like to work in the service industry.Carmen was very friendly and a great lash tech I’ve never had issues at this place where I felt like I needed to write an unkind review and cost someone their job.However, I haven’t been happy with the lash service since Carmen has left my lashes have been falling out much quicker and don’t look as full.

Rachel did a amazing job on my lashes, she was really sweet and listened to my concerns and was very detailed. My lashes are so cute I can’t wait to come back for my two week fill. Great job Rachel !

Carmen and Rachel, just a reminder that you are in the SERVICE INDUSTRY, which requires, basic professionalism and kindness. You both were incredibly rude and made for a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience. Every body has a bad day sometimes, I get it, but I truly feel you two were just being rude to me because I actually showed up to my appointment when you guys appeared to want to go home early. I so badly wanted to have a nice relaxing experience, but was impossible because of Rachel continuously coming up to Carmen while she was doing my lashes to complain about her client being late/not showing up. On top of that, Carmen seemed like she was rushing my service and in doing so painfully pinched my eyelid a few times. My lashes were glued on far from the base of my lid, which means they will grow out/fall out faster than anticipated. Carmen needs more education/training with lash applications AND customer service, same goes for Rachel.My friends and family all were going to go to get lashes done there, but not anymore.We are taking our business else where. Words of wisdom, in this industry, your goal should be to provide best service ever and to build clientele, leave your bad attitude and rudeness at the door, if not, find another job.

I was really nervous when I went in to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Carmen was the one that did my eyelash lift. She was really nice and we were talking the whole time. I really appreciated that , she was explaining everything that she was doing ahead of time. She made me feel very comfortable and she asked me if I was doing ok the whole time. The place was super, nice ,clean and it smelled like good. I will be going back to get my eyelashes lifted again with her!.

I never write reviews but my experience here was so terrible that I still can’t believe it happened! I was turned away from my appointment and verbally yelled at by staff for being 4 min late! This was my third appointment and I was always on time! Keep in mind policy states I can be 5 min late for an appointment.They gave me a call before 12:00 when my appointment was to start and in a very rude way told me if I was late they would cancel and that I couldn’t be more than 5 min late. It was fine as I was parking and not far away.When I got in at 12:04 the staff that was there, Carmen who I’ve had my lashes done by previously, and a manager who refuses to give me her name didn’t greet me and rudely usher me in. I was used to this as the people who work here are always rude.I told her I needed to go to the bathroom quick (less than 3 min) when I came out they were standing around and told me that it was too late and since Carmen is new and slow I wouldn’t have enough time to get them done.I was really surprised as you can imagine. Plus my lashes which were not well done to begin with my Carmen during my last fill did indeed need some work. They then continued to lecture me confusingly about “company policy” (again it’s 5 min late cut-off not 4 min). And how I “could” get it done but there wasn’t enough time.Keep in mind this place is always completely empty and I now see why! I think they just wanted to get off work early.I realized this was going in circles and asked to cancel my membership. I was extreamly uncomfortable as they continued to argue with me. I finally has to tell them that I was going to contact their managers and write a negative review before they stopped arguing with me and canceled my membership.Poor lash quality. Poor customer service. And refused service even though I was at my appointment on time!!! Manager wouldn’t even give me her name. Horrible experience.

I had a lash tint and curl and eye brow shaping done by Soraya. She did a great job. I never had anything done to my lashes before and was really happy with the results. She also did a great job on my eyebrows and gave me some guidance on considering other options in the future.When I was booking I had a question and the manager answered me within just a few hours via email (way after hours). I highly recommend their services.

Isabel is AMAZING! I will never forget how I went into my first appointment and thought this is only going to be for a wedding. Now, I get them refilled every 3 weeks and love them. Isabel is so sweet to chat with for hours and really does a great job on the lashes themselves!

I have been to multiple places to get my lashes done and Deka, specifically Soraya is amazing!!!!! I have never been so happy with my lashes! Soraya tended to my needs and gave me exactly what i wanted! The lashes are strong and last 2+ weeks! So many people compliment me on an everyday basis on my lashes! I am so happy i found deka and Soraya!! I look forward to my next lash appointment before i even leave my current session! Thank you Soraya!!!! :)

I had cancelled my membership due to the pandemic & had over $350 in credits. When I tried to schedule an appointment & asked about using my credit, I was told theyd expired. I asked the staffer I spoke to if she could check with the membership manager to see if they would honor the credits since it wasnt until now that I felt safe going back to the salon. She called me back later & told me the manager would let me use the credit but only for the appointment scheduled. The credits cannot be used for other products or tips but I appreciate being able to get a full set of True Volume lashes & I love them.

We showed up for appointments 2 times and they said they did not have it on file and to come back later. The third time they called me and said the tech was sick and to come back later.1. Three appointment mess ups are enough to get a bad review for any business.Next, I have used lash extensions by my job for over a year. My lash extensions typically lasted two weeks just with a few noticeable areas gone. Time for a fill in.Now I’m mostly home so I was looking for a convenient location close by. I found Deka through Groupon.2. Poor quality service. These lashes looked good but only lasted a week at best with the tech from visit one and two. I would need a complete full set at week two.3. Poor customer service.Now third visit -The store manager tech asked me what I wanted, but what for? She didn’t listen to what I wanted. She seemed annoyed with me for not knowing the combination of products and style the other tech used and having to cover clients from the sick call coworker. That caused her to literally talk fast over a lot of options that I had no idea what she was saying. When I asked a question, she just kept talking over me to finish options - so I just slumped over and said ok to whatever she said AND that’s how I wound up with Elsie the cow eyelashes that I would NEVER have chosen. So disappointed. Minus three stars for issues as listed. Two stars in favor for location and cleanliness.Cherry on the sundae is that I’m being charged $170 for another month including two more services. Thank you for the privilege.
