This was my first time at a Deep Purpl. The employee was friendly and got my order out so quickly. The açaí bowl was really good and tasted fresh. I will definitely be back.

2022-06-05Went here for the first time and i love acai bowls! I will definitely be coming back for more. I love how you can customize it to any toppings and it is unlimited!!! There was no line and the wait was very short.

2022-07-25Deep Purpls acai bowls are delicious, but this location completely botched the delivery order I placed. The wrong bowls had the wrong toppings and one of the bowls was the wrong size. Truly ruined my experience.

2022-07-02I have ordered from 2 or 3 other locations on UberEats and they always follow my special instructions in the notes. This location never does. My acai bowls ended up in the garbage. They also forgot to give utensils even though I requested, but not like I needed them anyways this time lol.

2022-06-13The acai bowl has been great every time Ive gotten it, but sometimes if you put an online order through the employees in the Evanston location are so swamped they dont see it until you walk in and tell them you placed an order.

2022-02-01The women who is working there is always pleasant and makes the best bowls. I don’t know her name exactly but she has darker skin. she does an excellent job and I always make it my mission to stop in whenever I see her there. There was a bit of a rush when I stopped in today and she was still very sweet and patient with everyone getting her orders out. Watching her handle things the way she did was amazing.it’s hard to come by that these days. I will be a forever customer as long as she’s around!. 5 stars to this company for the wonderful Acai & employees!

2021-11-12Amazing food, great service, and even better staff! This place has a great vibe and it’s perfect for a pre or post workout snack! I come in frequently and the staff always remember my name and are extremely friendly and helpful no matter who is behind the counter! Super fresh ingredients and yummy toppings, no açaí bowl in Evanston beats one you can find here :)

2022-04-08I absolutely love deep purpl. i’m not sure if there are other options for açaí bowls around nu but deep purpl never disappoints. a bit pricey but worth it

2022-03-18Don’t waste your time… the acai is not good at all. The customer service is terrible. Hyde park and downtown locations were both bad. I’ve had pure acai before and I can tell you it doesn’t taste like deep purpl
