Tyler. He is so awesome! If you have massive anxiety, worry about asking too many questions, but have a lot of them, Tyler is your person! He has immense patience and did a lot of hand-holding (not literally) while I was experiencing a disappointing/upsetting wall in my routine. While recommending products he was respectful of my needs, my lifestyle, and even the information I read on the internet,---he was extremely patient and gentle in his approach to helping me.Everyone there is honestly super helpful, Tyler just had offered some additional support he didnt need necessarily need to--but it really came at the right time for me when I was getting overwhelmed and crest-fallen about the state of my skin.If youve ever felt like youve gotten the brush- off or judged for wanting to be able to afford a skin routine that works the best for your needs and are getting burned out from trying to do all the research yourself, talk to TYLER!
So knowledgeable about these products and never tries to sell me things I dont need! The products speak for themselves, their service is outstanding. They also have a bin to recycle the containers, and will take competitors as well. Thanks for thinking of our earth.
AMAZING!!! I have been a Deciem fan for a couple years, so the convenience of a store that I can walk to is fantastic. Not only are the products great, but the Deciem team is made up of the sweetest people. They gladly will answer my numerous questions and share experiences theyve had with products. If youre in need of a new skincare routine, head to this store for quality products and people!!! ☺️
My days of using over priced, multifunction skincare products with little to no results are finally over. After visiting the store in person and speaking with a very knowledgeable young man I discovered that these products are unlike any other on the market right now. They’re simple but effective when use properly, and there’s no fussy add ons like fragrance or coloring to delude the active ingredients. The packaging and applicators are clean and easy to use. I completely switched my skincare routines to only Deciem and the results were almost immediate. After two weeks I noticed a huge difference in the texture and hydration on my skin. Not to mention the Tub of Hyaluronic Acid I’ve been using on my body that has totally changed my skin from dry and itchy to plump and hydrated. This brand is exactly how skincare should be designed.
The people here really know their products! Super helpful and kind. Their return policy is awesome too.
10 starts on the products love them!!! . . .BUT Todays (11/23) customer service was Awful!!!. . Store was completly empty and the 3 reps made us feel rushed and it seemed like they were annoyed that were asking questions also very short with their answers. Definitely will NOT be coming back to the chicago location on milwakee ave I will do online shopping instead.
I ordered $30 worth of products off their website, my account was charged but Imy order number is non existent. It says unavailable when I’m searching for my order number. I have called their customer service line and have never had somebody answer. I have emailed them twice and never had a response. They basically robbed me of my money. 0/10 would not recommend.
Instead of sitting down, I would have appreciated if the sales associate would have gotten UP off the chair and communicated. Instead of sitting there on her ipad. Have purchased from this store and also online, but I will not be returning to this location.

Interesting aproach to beauty and skin care although I did not buy anything. Innovative product display. Friendly staff. Maybe signage with descriptions for product lines or individual products would help?
Favorite skincare. This spot is easily accessible by train and way better than just ordering online because you can discover products in person.

2020-09-11The staff is knowledgeable about the products. If you happen to have a reaction to the products or you dislike them. You have a year to return or exchange it. I havent had to return anything and have used every drop 😊. My preteen has loved that it helps her with heracne. The Ordinary daily set and mask have been some my favorite products.

2021-01-11First time here and I must say the young lady that was helping me was very pleasant and helped me tremendously for everything I was looking for. I bought a serum base foundation at such an amazing price and honesty I LOVE IT,, feels so silky and light. I just LIVE IT!!!! Again the prices are great! Will be going here for my beauty products.

2019-03-06This store is so beautiful it was very well kept and organized. The sales associates were friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The sales associate that helped me was Edgar Ruiz he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time purchasing a whole skin care regiment he walked me through all the products and recommend everything I would need from start to finish. My favorite product I purchased was the Ha Blur to finish of my new routine. I plan on going back and recommending this location to my friends, family, and co workers. Thank you Edgar for all of your help!

2019-10-20My coworker told me about this store because I was really struggling to find products that worked for my skin. I was so impressed with how helpful everyone was! I had no idea how to tackle my skincare concerns and Edgar helped me pick out products that ended up being AMAZING. Ive recommended this store to my friends and they love it too!

2019-11-11The team here was super help with product knowledge and recommendations. They even helped me pick items based on products I already have that arent in their brand. There are products at all price levels. I was shown a moisturizer that was $7 and one that was $55. I didnt feel pressured to buy the expensive one and they still explained the good qualities of the $7 one. Also love all my purchases mostly from The Ordinary. Definitely will be going back when I need a restock.

2020-03-14The employees are always super helpful & talk you through everything if you’d like. I came in wanting to revamp my entire skincare routine & walked out with all new products for less than $100. I’ve been coming since last fall & recommend their products to everyone. It’s definitely worth trying if you’re considering it. The prices are incredibly affordable and they help you find the right products for your needs.

2019-07-12I really love the cheerful and extremely organized decor in this cute boutique skin care spa. I purchased re: pigment two months ago and actually did notice results with some hyperpigmentation so in the future Ill definitely buy a larger bottle and use it just in my problem spots to save a bit of money. Everyone here is helpful and knowledgeable about every product here for sale and you are welcome to try a sample of anything before you make a purchase. My most favorite product is lip bio lipid concentrate and I saw results instantly within just three days time. Alex and Edgar are eager to give you information on every product you buy so that you will know how to use your new purchase without being too confused. You are encouraged to look around, sample and ask questions here prior to your first purchase. The staff here is welcoming and youre definitely going to find something youll continue to use based on the positive results from their skincare line.
