Old indian guy had bad attitude...got horrible service while ordering....so we just decided to leave...went to arbys next door...what a difference...service was great...
When they give you fresh food (including fries) its good.

The service was very good, prompt and courteous. The chocolate on my sundae tasted different than it used to, not alot of flavor. And the peanuts were a little stale.
Fyi...lobby is not open for eating. Food was ok. The caramel in our sundaes was skimped on. Fries were mediocre. Older man in grill area was not properly wearing a mask. Nose was hanging out and barely covering lips.
I spent 30 dollars tonight trying to feed the kids wife and myself. The fries are cold!! The cheese burgers and chicken strips are cold as well not happy at all!!! They will not answer there phone so I can complain to management!!
I stopped by for dinner & got a 4 piece chicken basket with a blizzard. The food tasted fine & so did the ice cream. It was the service that makes me not want to go back. I asked for a lid for my ice cream because I was driving & the girl acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Also she wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t speak except the total. Then I tried to do the online survey but because they didn’t put a code on my receipt I couldn’t even do that. Seems like they knew they wouldn’t get very good reviews.
Well for the FIRST time my banana split blizzard was not blended but more like a banana split dumped in a cup and the poor guy at the window tried to give me the wrong change. Instead of either letting someone else take the drive thru orders and dealing himself with one customer at a time at the window with the money and handing out orders. Hoping it is just a lack of employees since SO many are still staying home collecting my hard earned tax money making more than if they were honest and working for a living!!!
This is probably our favorite Dairy Queen. We live pretty close and we love the six buck meals, so we come here a lot. When we used to eat inside, the place was always pretty clean. There was an owner change about a year and a half ago. We havent gotten to know the new owners yet, because of pandemic restrictions. They have always adhered strictly to mask mandates, which is a really good thing to me.
I was there at lunch time (11:30am) & ordered cheeseburger & onion rings.They were not busy(2 cars in lot & myself & 1 other car in drive-thru). Onion rings were good although the burger was barely warm & could tell it had been sitting for while . Not happy. There are other places to eat!!

I ordered a hot dog and that is all I got. No condiments at all...did not even ask me if that is what I wanted. It was very hard to understand the person that was running the drive thru and the person was really rude. I used to go there all the time, but I stopped for a while because of the change and definitely will not be visiting there anytime soon.
Called Ahead of Time to Verify they STILL had Dessert Pizza with Fruit on it. Was told Yes we do for $9.99. Whomever answered the phone spoke in a Foreign Accent and DIDNT seem to Understand what I was saying. Went to pick it up and was told, No, we dont have that anymore. Bought an Ice Cream Pizza and was charged $11.99 for it! Also ordered Onion Rings vs. 🍟 and they got my order WRONG at the Window so I had to pull forward and wait...😒
Went through drive thru at 11ish, first voice over the speaker was a female, calm and professional. The second voice was a male, he sounded rushed and pushy. The banana splits have less ice cream then what it was years ago... DQ has been going down hill and I dont see it getting any better 😞
Ive had my fries cold a few times but told the employee I was speaking to about it and he told his cooks to make sure they were hot multiple times to that I will give them 5 stars for caring and the fries did come out fresh
Even though the line was extremely long, my onion rings were very tasty and still fresh when I got to the window! My only complaint is my blizzard had barely any toppings in it. Great service though just sad that my blizzard was basically plain vanilla 😕
Meal deal $6 /7 are great deal. Drink sundae fries and burger or chicken strips.All hot, great tasting.
We ordered 2small caramel cashew blizzards. When we got to the window to pay they said they didnt have cashews so we asked for pecans instead. They must have already made them because they didnt say anything they just gave us 2 caramel blizzards with no nuts and barely enough caramel to taste! For what we paid for them we should have at least got what we ordered. Im very disappointed.

I ordered a MooLatte today and the whipped cream was supper watery it looks like it was just sitting there for more than 2 hours. They didn’t even add enough flavor to my drink.. definitely not returning.
We placed an order and it was wrong, fries seamed that they had picked them up off of other tables. Sodas were nasty, I will not be going to that place again. I dont recommend it at all. With everything going on in this world, there is no time to be going back and forth trying to remedy a mistake. Its Its a service, and bad food quality.
The grilled chicken sandwich was definitely microwaved to be reheated. You can tell because the edges of the chicken sandwich were rock hard. My Fiance had to pick pieces off because you couldnt eat it. I truly believe that all food should be made fresh and not sitting around and than served at a later time. Thats not much to ask for.
I love the Deserts they have,The food is good also! Could be a little exspencive but well worth it.
Ive been there twice now and both times my order was screwed up and cold but they did replace both orders the following day. Its dairy Queen and theres something for everyone and you gotta remember we all have bad days, so maybe I simply caught everyone on a bad day.
This is a pretty easy store to get to and get out of. Ive always gotten decent service here, even if they dont always take the best care of what they pass out through the drive-in window.
I was hoping that under new ownership this DQ would be better than in the past APPARENTLY NOT. I understand that food isn’t as good if you take it and have it at home because of the cold drive, but my fries were cold and rock hard as soon as I got them, and all the toppings on my sandwich were messed up. Unnecessarily awful experience DQ SandyHallow.
Went thru the drive-thru and tried to order the BBQ bacon burger 5 buck lunch. The man told me I couldnt order it without with BBQ sauce, but I could order the deluxe burger 5 buck lunch and add bacon for an extra charge even though I didnt want all the extra stuff on the deluxe. That was the dumbest thing Ive ever heard! He was rude to me when I asked why I couldnt order it that way, so I will not be going back! Too bad its close to my work. They lost a frequent customer because of bad customer service.

Horrible! First ordered 4 chicken baskets with honey mustard. Was asked to wait, after they gave me the drinks and all 4 sundaes. Waited for 10 min for my food. Asked when the unapologetic employee handed me the food is the honey mustard in the bag? Her answer is they are all in the box. Leave and get a few min down the road to discover they all have BBQ sauce in them. Ugh, go back to the store walk inside, and same girls saysoh, they werent in there?Not only am i super pissed, with still an unappreciative employee, but now my ice cream is soup, and as i leave the store and head home, i realize the ice cream has run out of the containers now and is all over my car!!!!!!!! No real complaints, I found the experience here to be comparable to any other DQ. The line is always and I mean always long, but the service is okay. Like all Dairy Queen restaurants, the menu is pricey for what their actually serving. When youre headed to DQ, you know what youre getting, all calories and fat. Youre getting chicken strips that are being held and re-heated, most like refried for about 30 seconds, which often causes shrinkage!

Went here last night with my little Pomeranian. Had the crispy chicken combo. Food was mediocre at best. Now Ive been to a few dairy queens and they all offer me a free pup cup for my little guy. When I asked at this location the girl at the drive thru said, its not ordered, I can add it to your bill, it will be55 cents. I said all other dqs Ive been to doesnt charge for their pup cup, and she said, we do here. Can you imagine 55 cents for 10 cents of ice cream? Needless to say I will not be going back here, not just BC of charging for the pup cup but BC of the drive thru girls attitude.

Fries were cold the last two times I been there plus last two times the only thing you could taste on my sandwich was mustard. Just a heads up when people order condiments on their sandwich thats not all they want to taste hard to eat when all you taste is mustard a waste of 5 dollars very disappointed you guys suck!
It sucked. My pork belly was cold. The bun was warm but meat was cold.They didnt Microwave it long enough they said so they made another.And the potato skin taste fake.I use to like DQMaybe its this location i didnt care for

I asked for a hamburger...specified NO cheese, got my burger....it had cheese so I asked nicely for them to fix it. I got the NEW burger, same fries, which were cold by now, and the condiments were the same ones which were on the first burger...I know this because there was cheese on them! N E V E R Again!

The dilly bars were my all time favorite as. Child and now they are my sons favorite they are fast and friendly. Im also addicted to their milk shakes.

A great place to go for some ice cream treats, not to mention burger and chicken baskets if youre hungry for something to eat. Also lots of good oldies music in the background while you eat.
Always a good choice for ice cream, I like the chocolate dipped cone best. Not too fond of the other food, but as they say tastes differ.
Cherry Dip cones rock! I wish there was a DQ closer to my house. Its a 30 minute ride to the nearest one. But everytime Im on that side of town I go and get a cherry dipped cone. Yummy

Its Dairy Queen theyve got all the little specials they run OK. To me they are nothing to write home about or special, just an ice cream place and thats why I gave it a 3.
It was okay other then the fact all of them cussing behind the counter loudly while kids are sitting in there. One of the girls behind the counter talking on her cellphone right at the front counter. Unprofessional is all I have to say.
Tried to get a job there a few years ago and was told that I was to fat to be behind their grill or counter. I would not suggest you go to any d.q. unless you enjoy being the butt of all their jokes and snide comments very low class.

2022-06-15Hadnt had an issue in the past 10 years with this place, but they got new owners and the past 3 visits have been horrible. The food quality has gone down, the cashier lady cant understand English well, and I have to try charades style act out what I want when I go inside. Also, check your receipts, the menu prices and what they are charging do not match up, Ive gotten charged for combos when ordering just a sandwich. I gave them 3 tries before going inside to order and realizing it was new owners, I was never a huge dairy queen fan, but the customer service was great so I didnt mind stopping in, but I wont be back under this ownership. (I think they bought the other dairy queen as well) Kind of sad, I enjoyed a little more variety in the area, but what can you do. Also, I understand prices are increasing right now, but if you raise your prices, then the food quality should not decline along with that increase.

2022-04-21The wait was kind of long but I was extremely happy to get my Snicker blizzard that I hadnt had since I was a teenager and it tasted amazing and they did do the upside down dip thing to show me that its thick. Friendly staff as well..

2022-05-05I ordered a flame thrower. It seemed to be not fresh, rather microwaved. The tomato and lettuce were hotter than the burger and the bun was soft and rubbery. Not happy.

2022-07-16Save yourself. Dont do it.This used to be my favorite DQ. After yesterday I will never return there again. Which is disappointing because I had raved to a friend from out of town about this particular DQ.Where to begin:-the gravy was WATERED DOWN, it was disgusting (which was a waste of money because I ordered a lot of extra gravy)-they forgot half my order (said everything was in the bag)-the baskets I did order had a small amount of very soggy and disgusting fries-me and my friend both got food poisoning

2022-03-24Bruh I ordered a Oreo mocha fudge blizzard and they put gummy worms in it. Worst mouth feeling ever btw. I took it back to get it replaced and they didnt even give me the right blizzard.

2019-08-19The food was great. But the menu isnt right. 2 menu items I asked about were not on the menu. The biggest reason for the 3 star is because the cashier argued with me what was in the picture for the sauce with the strips. Ranch and gravy look the same.

2021-11-29Came in while it was completely dead, no other customers inside or the drive through and ordered 2 burgers. The food was at the table about a minute after we sat down with undercooked fries, soggy buns, and enough ketchup and mustard on my burger for 3 people. I could understand any of this during a rush or something but Ill be avoiding this dairy queen from now on
