Customer Service =Rude, crude, & socially unacceptable!
So you now measure your ice cream cones. So when you order a large it looks like the size of a small and you still pay $3.51
They have yet to -ever- get my order correct, its the slowest fast food option in town, and I will never go back after finding hair on my burger AND in my fries. Absolutely dsgusting.
After my son and nephews basketball practice or game we go get ice-cream 🍦
Usually has good service and good food, but they would not let me substitute a soft drink in a meal for ice cream of any kind. Many other DQs have, for an upcharge of course. My rating will go down if this happens again.
My blizzard was half melted and was not served upside down when I got it. The staff wasn’t even wearing masks or gloves to protect their customers from COVID-19. I also did not receive my receipt. This Dairy Queen needs to improve on a lot of things.
Most dq Ive visited are pretty ok but this one on north vermillion st in danville is absolutely the worst Ive had the pleasure of eating
Ordered the new Kansas City pulled pork and breaded mushrooms as the sign says ..( blurry pic but says new items breaded shrooms and cheese curds) but they say stop selling them but at least 3 signs advertising they sell them ? Ok well the pork was frozzen I guess cuz they told me they had to defrost it so it will be a little bit for our order.. and all they did was microwave the sandwich and send it out .. so when I get to eat it the bun is hardened rubber .. couldnt even eat it ..Learn to run a restaurant properly or shut it down and stop ripping people off
This Dairy Queen is hardly ever busy however the service is always slow. The ice cream is always delicious. The 3 star is for ice cream.
If you complain about anything you order, they may say this is how we always do it. The girl/owners daughter may verbally battle with you unless she has changed her attitude.
My go-to when I need a sweet fix. Always kind and always prompt. Great DQ in our town!
Definitely not like a Dairy Queen in Texas the burgers are definitely smaller then the ones in Texas, the Texas menu has tacos and they dont they dont even have jalapenos

The Dairy Queen on Vermilion serves very good food but of the restaurants has very good ice cream and have some nice sales.
No Dairy Queen is as good as they were when I was kid. But, for an ice cream shop they have a good lunch menu.
They close up earlier than advertised and dont open on time. Service is very slow however the employees are nice and the location seems clean.
The drive- thru was so slow and only one car was in front of me, it took forever to take my order. It was like they couldnt multi-task.
Chicken strips was very good, but I think they needed more help, was very busy! But the server was very seeet.
Ants crawling up the wall as we began to eat. Tables were filthy. Floor gross. Needs a deep cleaning.

Nothing like standing in a place that sell ice cream and the temperature is warm enough to melt it.
Took us 20 min. In the drive thru, to get a vanilla cone. 3 cars ahead of us.

The sweet lady who runs it name is Bhagvati just call her becky and not sure what her race has anything to do with it but she is Indian not arab just to clarify and she deserves some recognition for all the hard work she done it has improved so much since she took over great job becky love ya

2021-09-28Well for some reason the lady couldnt understand my order, had us pull up she still couldnt understand it, eventually she said she got it but she didnt I wanted an oreo mocha fudge I got a regular oreo blizzard 🤷♀️😭

2018-06-18Not as cheap or quick as some of the other fast food chains around.. but the people are usually friendlier and the food is so much better than McDonalds, and the like, that I think its well worth the wait and the extra few dollars. I give it 5 stars, not because its the best place to eat overall, but because it is the best place to eat of its kind. Gotta go.. foods here.

2020-01-08We just ordered a chicken strip basket at the drive thru. First of all they didnt have any gravy. Then when we got home we discovered they didnt even put any french fries in it. I tried to call and it says the number is disconnected. Poor service and cant even call to complain. I m ticked off that in order to get what i ordered and PAID for i have to go all the way back. Ridiculous!

2021-03-22Workers were in plain clothes, no uniform, and their clothes were dirty. This place is so poorly run it should be shut down. Workers arent polite and dont make the orders correctly, it seems like they dont care about the job at all.
